We would play it every day if we had the chance.
Its a total sideshow. We got blocked for attacking the bullies. No explaining of the violation we were accused of. Because there isnt one. Enough players complain you make their game hard so they cant bully the game for game ego. They report you repeatedly with no evidence and then your banned. We just invested.
Pleasant surprise. Did not expect much but really pleased with this game.

Do not download this game. They lazy developers have not repaired the issue of not being able to log in. Please start class action lawsuit to get all of the money was paid to this developer.
Please make another game like this it will earn you a lot of money plus people will love it but if your unable too then update this one until you have a community back to support ya anyways thank you for listening.

We have been trying for several days to get on server 18 but it never works.
This is B33R download a free vpn and set server to uk to log in.
Been a while since an update. After a few months a new server opens and you dont get new players and every month its less players.. Soon it get boring from lack of people to compete with.
They know of cheating going on, even earn all the players in every server; ask for proof and documentation. Even after documentation has been presented, they do nothing. Their equipment glitch has not been resolved and the players caught cheating keep on going.
We are so angry we have not been able to login for almost two weeks now Im sure we have lost all our resources and our army we have played this game for years now and loyalty means nothing to joyfort Worst game ever they support racism and bullying and they offer no help to resolve any situation they are full of excuses and lies just like the bullies and haters that support and we do not give it any stars.

Messages wont show up. Delete after logs off and others cant see it. ALSO. POWER IS GLITCHED. No longer does the power increase or decrease. Its stuck at the same amount for days and hasnt been changed. Please fix ASAP. In game name, Flutters s19.
This game use to be a good game. That is until recently. The customer support/developers don’t give a crap and NEVER answer the mail you send in. We are in the process of fighting a monthly diamond purchase. We were billed and paid for the membership but did not get what we paid for. We sent in a request only for it to be ignored. When we had a problem with a purchase two years ago they were quick to fix it, usually within 24 hours. Now? You would see live zombies walking the earth before you see a reply to your email. So in our final words…. JoyFort (who the emails go to from the in game link) can shove their crappy game! We are done with the game, a base we worked on for over 3 years, and about $500 over the years will be gone. It’s pretty bad when apple tells you to contact the app developers to fix any issues.

If youre chinese you will enjoy this game. Nobody else does though because the developers, also chinese, ignore legitimate players that spend money to play and give the chinese players preferential treatment while they take our money. Our advice is dont play any joyfort games.
Son if devs dont do anything about the cheaters in sever 11/12 we will quick the game as one of our dear friends who invested lots of her time and money in the game just did today, everyone else work hard to keep or spend to keep up with the game and the Russians just cheat to get high equipment and killing the game for everyone else, unfair and shameful and good bye soon dead zone if devs close their eye and dont fix the game.
Changed from 5 star to 1 star. The game used to awesome, we’ve played it for over three years. Lately you loose troops and heros for no reason, try to email developers and you get no response from them. Dont waste youre time with joyfort and this game, we know we wouldnt if we didnt have so much time already invested in it.
This used to be a good game till the glitch then developers removed everyone from the top even if they were paying accounts. Emailed customer service and no answer. Do not download and play this game because they take your money and pay no attention to you or your complaints.
Havent been able to log in in over a month. Im sure our almost two year progress is all but lost and our clan has probably dumped us and moved camp. Very irritating.
Been playing this game for over 2yrs, Joyfort said we where having a merger, Havent been able to sign in since. All the time and money spent obviously went in the toilet. We guess nothing will be done, its been over a week. Horrible thing to do to a honorable player.
Have played this game over two years now cannot log in after a server merge yet we get notifications of being attacked by others. Im sure our base has since been rallied and lost ALL we’ve worked so hard for. No support from creators on web or Facebook even. Left us to burn. Zero stars.
Would you like to invest 2 years in a game growing and learning only to have Joyfort update and have an equipment glitch that lets anyone that finds it boost their power exponentially over you and then do nothing to correct it? Poor support and feedback. Poor game development!! Save yourself the headache and go play candy crush!!
The game hasnt been updated in months as if the developers have abandoned it. Glitches are a recurring problem that arent solved in a reasonable amount of time. The game starts off fun but gets boring as nothing changes.
Game has been gone for years but still shows up in App Store.
They have allowed players to hack and cheat the game, with no repercussions making the game harder for honest people playing.
The developers have negelected this game. Look at update history as proof. It was fun for a while. Now just a glitchy mess.

After downloading wont load after 4% kept crashing. Hope they update the game soon.
Game is great, however developers and customer service is terrible. Will never be playing another joyfort game. There is a new equipment glitch, resulting in players having maxed equipment. They went from rank 100+ to 1-10 in a day, and devs will not respond to fix the issue. Do not play joyfort products. They only want your money.
