After updating to iOS 12.1 we cant even play our game and we love our game so please fix it.
We made a purchase and the coins never showed up.
This is our favorite game except on our phone and iPad it says we're on level 44 but we're on level 2 and 4 but it won't show any fish or anything will you please fix this.

The higher you go you can only get fish with stars. WHERE do we get the money to buy stars from. JUST LET US GET FISH WITH COINS and less with stars.

We think this game is okay not great, but also not terrible. Our first issue is this morning we had purchased the starter pack, and we don't have our Ariel. We also think the game would be more enjoyable if there was a mini game or two. Even if it is simple like just throwing your fish in the air and seeing how high it can go. Last but not least we think you should be able to start/join more than one club. Thank you.
We love the game so much,but now,whenever we try to open it,the screen turns blue and it says that we have 40 starfish and that we're level 44. Love it in every way but that.

We love this aquarium game. We play it on our phone via Google play as well. Our only complaint is that the real money costs to much. We'll spend a few dollars on a game occasionally, but five dollars at a minimum is to high for us. Having said that, there are ways to earn the stars for free and that's awesome. Thank you for a great game. :).
We would like it if all the speedups for breedimg or aging up or hatching were free.
We only gave three stars because when the elixir slot machine came to us it doesnt have the word or the button bet on it it just has a circle that keeps moving from one bottle to the next so our slot machine is not working right theres a bug in it or something so that needs to be worked on and we hoped and other people had complained and that you were working on it otherwise we wouldve given you four stars.
Im sorry but we wouldnt get this game it has a problem because whenever you get to a certain level or just in general the game will come up blank and freeze and then it wont do anything so we had to delete it. But before this happens its a really good game we love how you can breed the fish and everything. Hope this problem gets fixed.
We keep having to delete and re download this game because it crashes and shows a blue screen and you can interact with it like its the water but you cant see the fish and you cant click any buttons. Other than this issue its a great game.
This game is really boring theres no point really to the game and your fish die our brother if you dont feed them for a few hours this game is just a waist of time but its ok.
Its ok but why could we go into a club members tank breed and sell their fish? Why could we not send a gift and what is scout mode? We dont want others selling our fish its messed up.

It was fun for a couple of days then the screen went blue and we couldn't do anything. So if you like a temporary game get this one but if not we wouldn't get it.
Hi its a really good game but there are some bug fixes you need to fix.

We love the game but our screen is coming up grayish and it wont let us select any of the options or do anything on screen Ive exercised out a few times and tried turning off our device and even waiting but the problem doesnt seem to be going away.
We just got this app. Decided to buy the starter pack and then the app crashed. It wouldnt load. We tried restarting our phone, exiting completely out of the game, even redownloading it. None of which fixed the problem. Deleting the app and redownloading it wont save your previous accomplishments. So Im out of pocket money.
We were on it and then we got off and when we got back on it turned grey and we had to completely restart everything.
Lost our game because we were stuck in scout mode. When we reinstalled our game was gone. Theres literally no app support. Apple how do you allow a game that takes money but has zero customer support.
This app and its companion (Fish Adventures) are the worst! Regular actions result in an endless loading screen. You have to close and reopen the app each time to do something else. We thought this app would be different because it seemed newer, but the same thing is happening with only one aquarium and two fish. Very disappointing.
We thought this was a great game but when we reached level 13 , it froze, went blank & we had to delete it ! A past player said this same thing but we gave it a chance anyway! Plees fix this horrible bug ??? We had a club with nice ppl in it & now nothing!!!!!! Just crashed & burned.
This was truly a great game but there are so many bugs since the update. One of which makes people able to sell our fish and put us in scout mode when visiting club members. We hope this is fixed.
Our kids love it but they dont like when it goes blue.
We Recently found this app again after 2 years of looking for it because we could not remember the name of it. It started off very good and we were able to breed very unique colored goldfish and was very excited to have this app again. Well after we reached level 11 the app froze up. We have off loaded the app and then we reinstalled it and still frozen. We tried to see if opening it up in the App Store would make a difference but still frozen. We would love to give more stars because we really like this app but if we cant even play it then we cant really like now can we? Please help us fix this so we can enjoy it again.

Like this game a lot. Relaxing, cute, great time killer. Will write new review if we ever keep our progress. Like others have mentioned the screen is blue, no fish, shows different level, shows 9999/9999 experience and game doesnt respond to any action. Please fix. UPDATE: Deleting this game. Im done! Same issue already twice today. Have tried this game on iPhone and Lg tablet. Issues on both leading to uninstall.
We spent money on this game last night and got on it today and it wont load. Nothing but a blue screen. We have tried everything… Not happy.
We would give this 5 stars but our screen turned blue and we couldnt do anything with it,so we deleted it.
The game froze after only having it for 12 hours.. Wont reset.
Ive downloaded this game twice lost all of our stuff the first time now its frozen again and we cant get it open. We bought the starter pack cant use it because the game wont open. Maybe you can tell us how to fix this on our iPhone 6. Maybe you can tell us how we can fix it without having to reload and lose all of our game.
Was playing Fish Adventure Seasons but once we get in the app all we have is a blue screen & the buttons that don't work.Tried contacting support but that doesn't get us anywhere.we guess we will just delete it.Also its way past time for a update or take it out of the App Store.Not worth wasting our time on.

We have had this game for 2 weeks – paid extra money, joined a club that we like and now it FROZE! Done. All of our time gone – can anyone fix this.
We loved this game when it worked and so did our four year old. Then one day it crashed and when we tried to restart it we got a blank screen. Even tried deleting the game, reinstalling and starting over. Same issue. The game would be great, if it worked.
It is not a 5 star rating it just freeze and crashes and the bugs has to be fixed on the next update please.
This game was great fun for our kids. They loved the idea of taking care of their fish and had made a decent amount of progress. However, the game has decided to not load and they've lost everything. Not only have their lost their progress, it loads to some inactive screen and will not even allow a new game. Pls fix. Disappointed.
Was a great game at first. The game won't open now only shows a blue screen. So after playing for 1 hour we haven't been able to play.
