Player Experience Highlights

Community Insight:

Simple intuitive controls, arcade style game play. We have spent hours playing this and it's still fun.

A sequel is coming excellent!! We played 20 seasons in about a week hiding out in a room away from our in-laws, excellent game. Suggestions: -very annoying get caught out on grounders all the time what's the point of two shots if both have same result -let player keep all skills after first 20 seasons -let player select Afghanistan, Ireland, other nations and bring them up to test status -one day international matches during the season -full test matches with a pause save function -more tutorial (we still don't hit 6 or even where we aim consistently) -keep coach off the screen, everytime he emerges we're out -more snarky comments -manager mode -allow to play in the other leagues that you face off against in champions league -show tournament groups and bracket -show year by year stats for player -player transfers Thanks we like it a lot.

Its a very good and fun game but please stop guaranteeing that we lose for example dont make the other team score 400 runs or make all of our time get out for 0.But besides that its very fun.

Screen freezes and game doesnt load.

Paid for the full version of the game as we were impressed by the game initially. However, the game gets extremely repetitive with no progression. Strong teams score 400+ runs against you. And your team goes all out for 17. Also, India can never be beaten for some weird reason in this game. Waste of money.

Love it! Back when we first played the flash version of this game, the game was SMASHTASTIC, but there was more to be desired, issues that have all been addressed in this new app with it's better sense of cricketing reality (albeit at higher levels you'll still bat like a Bradman Kohli Gayle mutant). Yes. More more Mo.

Batting in Smashtastic Cricket feels light and natural, but differentiating between power and finesse is difficult, and we often found that the only way to lose your wicket was to be caught out even if you attempted a grounded shot. The upgrade system is very well put together, but how can you win when your opponents opening partnership scores 500 runs in T20 format? Overall, fun experience.

The game is a very solid game that has good mechanics and fluid short gameplay that helps kill a couple minutes a few times a day. One main problem that we've run into is that the Champions League teams are too good for the base teams to compete with. Even after we score 75 runs in 5 overs, the rest of our team can only manage about 90 in the other 15 overs. It's very frustrating when you play well to make it to the finals of the Champions League and lose it, because the other team is vastly superior to your own, essentially preventing you from earning the rewards from winning the league. We enjoyed playing this game on PC and we think it ports over very well, even if there are some minor issues here and there.
