Its a little bugged at the moment.
We also love the descriptions of certain things. Like the forest rover: Somehow, science has figured out how to make a mechanical moving rover completely out of wood. Does it make sense? Does it matter? Its a game.
We rember playing this game l the time as a child its a great game and we love this game.
At one point we would give it 5 stars no questions, but us being unable to play the game for almost a year makes us bring it down. Whether housing bugs, or the UI deciding to stop working, the game is a complete mess now. Not worth making a new colony just for a homeless bug to permenently destroy it all.
It is a great game we just keep running into this issue that when we get above 100k money our whole colony stops working until payday and the money goes back under 100k.
This game is so well done and in depth. It has the potential to be like Minecraft but just due to game breaking bugs it has limitations. Seemingly every time we get a world very developed we keep running into a building glitch where bots will no longer build pretty much anything. At first we thought it was an issue with stacking builder bots but that did nothing now the bots will only drive up to where they are going to start building but then will go idle and wont actually build anything. We know the dev is working on other games and this has seemingly been put on the back burner but this is the best game youve ever made its so one of a kind and in depth. Playing on iPhone 12.
The game wont let us in anymore. Has anything new been added.
Amazing game, the bug is a vary bad one. You dump hours into the game and you builder bots will just stop building and then you delete it but the game still thinks it there and then the bug makes the your resident house not work anymore. Its really game breaking and you can progress any further ): until this is fixed Ill not be playing anymore.
It will consistently lag out and most of the time will nuke itself by being stuck in a no health/no jobs/no homes loop when you actually do. Other times your save file will just corrupt and itll all be just gone. Fun game but still runs poorly.
Bro please fix this game super fun game but every time we start a new game and progress the game bugs out and doesnt work properly rovers stop moving buildings dont build or destroy correctly.
This game kinda slaps, and we have been playing for a while now. A lot to do with few road blocks, where your worst enemy is your own incompetence rather then a clock. Think factory builders meets city building. We have it on steam and have been working on setting up a multiplayer game with our friends. Like we said, kinda slaps.
It needs work, for something thats been in development in so long. The graphics are grainy, it doesnt fit to an iPhone 11, theres no tutorial so youre kinda scrambling to do whatever. But while it says what icon represents what (once) it never shows up after that. Fantastic idea though. The variation in regions and resources is great. If you can get past all the stuff that needs tweaking, theres a hidden gem underneath.
Ive been playing this game for years and for the last year we havent been able to sign in to any of our accounts(which we also have premium on) Ill tap sign in and put our user and pass in and click the button but then as soon as possible do the tap disappears and we check to see if Im signed in or not and nope. Never once had worked in the past year. On any of our devices. If youre reading this devs please help so we can join the online community.
We installed the game expecting that the game was truthful but no it HAD to make you but most of the game, and doesnt even tell us how much it cost!!! But other than that it is pretty good but plz dont people pay for most of the game to play it.
This game is a wonderful reminder of the games we used to watch our brother play on the SNES as a kid (we were waaayy too young to figure it out lol). Hours of fun strategizing and resource management, which is something Ive been looking for in a game for a long time. True, we have had one issue, but after reading other reviews we figured it out: When we switch between the our Colony app to another app and then come back, the app will not let us place anything, telling us that the location is blocked. We were frustrated but read some reviews about people having other issues and realized that closing the app and re-opening fixes most bugs, including this one! This may be an issue that the developer is aware of and working on, we dunno. Either way, with such a small issue vs. The amount of fun we get from the game, it definitely deserves the full five stars. Excited to see what develops from this start.
How this game has an average rating less than 5 stars is nuts. This is a fantastic app. Anyone who loves the sim city, building simulation, etc genre, download this app now.
Im pretty new to the game but so far its really good. This game is a lot deeper than we thought it would be. Its free, with a little ad at the bottom. Because of that we thought it would be fairly simple. But no, there is a lot of strategy and planning that goes into building and managing resources. There are some visual bugs occasionally, but nothing bad. There is a bit of a learning curve, seems all online stuff is geared more toward desktop versions. There is an online community presence with good info to get you started though. The concept is awesome, you can play online under other peoples charters or play offline by yourself. If you play with other people you still control your building and colony but there are more resources available because of the networking. And youre not actually playing with other people, think of it more like a guild. However, to play online you must have an account on the developers site. To play offline you dont need one. What we like most is the lack of a push to get you to spend money. There is premium content that you can see but not build. There is that small ad at the bottom. And you get to a point where messages start coming through to watch an ad for a gift, but it isnt in your face or necessary to play the game. You cant spend money to upgrade things faster or buy extra resources. The premium content isnt anything that gives you an advantage, its just aesthetics. This was almost reverse psychology for us and we actually ended up upgrading to the premium version because we wanted to support the developer. This game is definitely worth checking out.

Our game crashes after about 5 minutes of playing it.
Ive had this game on iOS for about 3 months of intermittent play, and all throughout it it has crashed about every 10 minutes. This new 1.8 update has decreased it to about 10 seconds, making it basically unplayable. Other than that, its reasonably fun, if a bit grindy. Would recommend when its more stable.

Its awesome game but can you make it so you dont have to do files to upload worlds but you can get all the terrain and draw on the world to make it and can you make it so that you can build multiple colonies thank you for making the game in the build stuff add atmosphere thiners.
Ok so we love this same. It keeps us busy and is fun to mess with. But right now we cant change our work policy in our game and its making us really mad. Can you guys help us with that.
We like the idea and so we downloaded it, we proceeded to make an account and try to play. We sign in click submit and it goes back to the main screen. Like we said it sounds cool, but ya know what would be even cooler, … If it actually worked.
Its not letting us get an account. This game was really fun but we cant on the online game. Its probably a problem in our end but, we tried it a bunch of times. We made an account but whenever we signed in we couldnt actually sign in.
Ive enjoyed this game a lot and have been playing it more and more. Ive noticed a few bugs here and there but no major issues until now. Ive enjoyed the game and wanted to play with no ads so we got the premium and now the game wont even open. Just sits there on the loading screen never doing anything. Starting to think it was just a waste of money. Another issue Ive found is that we bought the premium and even in our account it says we have premium yet we still have ads. Please fix this bc that was a waste of money.
It looks like such a good game but when we open it it just sits on the loading screen. Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times but it just wont let us in so if you could please fix that problem that would be awsome.
So, finally got in after making an account for an online game. First impression? Meh graphics. Theyre kinda ugly. It told us to click on the rover and as soon as we did, it made and ear piercing noise. It was obviously programmed like that because it wasnt just a beep. We cant handle loud sounds so this game is practically unplayable with sound. Also, please move the Make account button if you can. Took us five tried to log in because we accidentally pressed the make account button since its at the top where the submit button usually is.
Everytime the game updates, workers dont go to new buildings.
This is the game we try to find we have searched for years to find a game that didnt take days to build some stupid little thing like most other base building games and one that didnt throw 15 ads at you when you are trying to do something this is what a base building game should be of course there is a couple of bugs and lag issues but this is the kind of game we want to the dev good job and good luck in the future.
We have played this game since the early Beta (though kinda already a game at that point) and have loved it the entire time. There were some bugs early on in the game but the quality of the game has improved tremendously. We have not consistently played the game, coming back every couple months, getting hooked and playing for several weeks before becoming busy with other things. We like that it does not have any paying to make the game go faster and is only for decorations (and ads), and you can come back to the game any time you want with little repercussions. Overall this is a great game and we would recommend to anyone thinking about getting it, and would like to thank the dev for such a creative and fun game to play.
Ok devs so we were at the point when playing your game that we were getting ready to get into the parts that use uranium. We researched the stuff but it acted like we did not and we have to get it again. So please fix it.
Our game isnt launching it will just sit on the loading screen forever. We dont know whats up with it but Ive deleted it and reinstalled it several times hoping that would fix the problem. This game looks amazing and thats the only reason why Im going to put on this much time in trying to get it fixed. If you could fix that the game Im sure would be perfect.
For a mobile game, there is a lot of depth to the game, and the Dev actually fixes game breaking bugs. We love the amount of buildings and research in the game. We feel like there is just so much to do. And the fact that you can choose your faction or planet is great. If we had a single criticism, it would be that on certain planets, It is impossible to get certain resources, for example the red planet with United Earth has a huge amount of stuff that you can never get because youre missing the specific resources. But all in all. We dont think that is serious enough problem to drop below five stars. This game is great and we did not mind. Five bucks for the premium version it is worth it for the regions alone being able to build multiple cities in a region is a very cool game feature.
We absolutely love the classic sim city on PC, however we. Havent played it in many years. Im on only mobile games now. Id like to say, you rock! We found (our Colony) and thought, our wife is going to hate how much we play THIS GAME. We played through the night, no sleep. We got all nostalgic playing, like an old feeling of comfort playing a game thats so customizable like (our Colony) . Every time we learn new strategies, we want to start over and apply what we learned to an earlier place of progression than the previous one! Just one request! We say this playfully and nothing but love for ya. Please address the lagging. It would be amazing if we could use the mega map too! What would it take on IOS ? Could you code it differently or something? If not, maybe recommend the best Engine configuration to apply ? Ive tweaked it a couple times, not really understanding what does what . Thanks man! Having something like building customization or being able to house hundreds of thousands in non-region worlds would be nice. Even if you don't add those the game still plays great. However our respurces bar is broken, any idea why.
This game is simple at complex. We have this game on multiple platforms purchased had free on Google play purchased it through Steam. This game is just amazing all around and we cant wait for future updates on the second game to come out so we can play it.
This game is fun, relaxing and has a good concept but there is no tutorial and sometimes things get laggy, when this game is improved we think it may be with our favorite games of all time we hope this game makes it easier but in the meantime we guesss we will have to try to learn how to ours uranium, good game, but needs improvement. Its an amazing game, not really any bugs. Only problem is that the game gets incredibly laggy after building a small amount. Zooming out also makes it lag.
This game would not load.we were sitting at the loading screen for 10 minutes until we decided to give up.please fix this.
Our iPad is compatible with this game. However, the loading screen lasts (for what we assume is) forever, never letting us in, and therefore, never letting us play the game. We gave it 2 stars because we do have some school-related VPNs installed, which may have prevented it from loading, and therefore, making it our fault, but we doubt it, because the VPNs never done anything like this before.
This game is amazing and has so much to it for a chrome store/ mobile game.
So we tried to build something,but we tapped the ship too much and it was dead,dont buy this its boring.
Love this game but with the recent update, our rovers just hop around doing nothing, they arent collecting resources, arent building, etc. Id give a higher star rating if this game actually worked right, since Ive seen similar reviews dating back to December of last year, Im not very hopeful that it will be addressed anytime soon.
It just wont load it looks like a good game but we cant play it. It hasnt loaded once! We just wanna play the game.
Every time that we would open the app it will most of the time get stuck on the loading screen and restarting it didnt exactly fix the problem. Despite that bug, this game is still fun to play.
