Our favorite is when we complete the quests and we like how the gems look and we love how you changed the enemies they look so different and we forgot what they looked like before.
We like the old version better. It didnt need wifi and had a simpler feel to it.
This is so close to being a 5 star game. Our biggest problem is there is no virtual d-pad or joystick. Our guy keeps randomly turning around and getting crushed. There needs to be more precision control especially if you have a limited number of swings.
We enjoy the game but it takes waaayyy too long (20 minutes) for your life to refill for this reason Im giving it 3 stars.
Its would be much better if it was offline because we live in the country so we cant play it.
The game Dig out was a lot better without all the updates one thing we really dislike is how there is lives we dont see the point in it we would play all day but we cant because theres lives and we run out we also dont like the checkpoints we think that we should get what we collect and not need to go to some check point to get what we collect but over all we like the game we like how you can upgrade the Fort your staying at and we like the concept of the game.
In the old version there was no checkpoint to save items, and they had boss level, and went through a door and played we wanted to finish it but it changed! We want more to do.
THIS GAME USE TO BE AWESOME, BUT AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE we CANT PLAY NO MORE. We HAVE WIFII we PAY FOR AND IT STILL WONT CONNECT TO ALLOW ME TO PLAY. THIS ONLY STARTED HAPPENING AFTER THE UPDATE.
Ive tried to run off WiFi and our cellular the game wont work on either our phone or iPad. Ive deleted and reinstalled the game Ive spent a good amount of money on a game that just stopped working. Waisted time and money.
This game used to be great a couple of years ago. It is getting worse and worse after each update.
This Game is super fun we love it :D.
Need to add more lives or less time to get another live.
We loved the first version it was so fun . But the they added lives but we liked that . Then they added the check points . They are just more trouble they help nothing . And now they completely changed it . The story line and how things work. We were almost done with the story line now we have to start from scratch. Plus Ive been looking at developer responses and they just try to make themselves look good by saying the player has bad strategy . We gave the game 2 stars but we think that with the new update it deserves a half a star.
We miss the old days with unlimited lives and when you did not have to rebuild the town, never before has such a grate game taken such a drastic drop we hope you will go back to the old way but we know that you are game developers who want to make a living so we know you will not. Thank you for the memories.
Just got the new update – hate it. Getting rid of the game after almost a year and a half playing it daily. Bad move guys.
We cant update our Smithy anymore. The game tells us we have enough items to upgrade our axe but we cant click on the smithy icon to actually upgrade our axe.
Happy for a new update but it has a major glitch that all the buttons on the home screen are gone. The only option is to dig. You cant tell if youve leveled up, where your at on the leaderboard, collect your daily missions gifts or anything.
The current version has a glitch. Items on home page view disappeared.
Ads are killing the all so you cant play at all. We cant get it to open anymore.

This game is really fun to play and we were thinking, maybe you could add a new mode like when there were only 5 kings and the monsters had their original look and you had infinite lives and you could call it Classic Mode. Also we want to include that, for those who detest the adds, making any purchase gets rid of forced adds. Thanks for making this game.
Would be 5, story is too short. Been waiting at the end for a couple weeks.
We love this game and Ive been playing for years. However we dont have a Facebook account to save our progress. We got a new phone yesterday and our progress was gone. We contacted support but havent heard back. We hope they add an ability to use Game Center to save your progress. Id rate it 5 stars if it wasnt for our lost progress.
Had to get a replacement phone and our phone was backed up and it said we were logged in to Game Center please help us restore our progress. We love this game :(.
We love this game and been playing for a while now, but we cant play it anymore with out WiFi so not at work or in the field It really makes us want to delete it but we want to play. Can you please go back so we can play with out WiFi.

Keeps saying no connection but everything else on our phone works and loads.
We had five lifes and when we got down we were mad a ad should like usual but it it has small x sing so you can get out of the ad buts so small it didnt exist and after the ad there is a screen that requires you to press the small x sing we know everyone can do it but for some reason it wont work which end up us rest the app and lose a life when we got back in we lost 5 of our lifes and was mad so which is why we gave it a 1 star for this thing and tell you about it we hope you fix this but if you dont we will never play the game again ok.
Honestly this game was the FIRST!! Game to crash on us. And every time we play it it would crash on us at least once on us. Also every time we get an ad, the games ping gets so laggy we cant even reach the first goblin. Fix the game.
Was fun to play off online, now you cant play with out 3 different adds a minute.
We love this game, its just a great game overall, but one things bugging us. The fact that when you lose all your pickaxe durability your character after 2 seconds just stops moving, and you lose. Ive had this happen multiple times where we use up all our durability and theres a refill right in front of us, so close to getting it, and then we just stop moving and either have to use up a life or pay tons of gold to continue. Still, great game, just wondering if you could change the time limit before losing a little bit.
We really like this game but lately the ad that appears at the top of the screen is taking up so much space that we cant see our stats.
The game was a lot of fun to play at first. A good time waster when you have a few minutes. Then, like too many other games, we started seeing ads constantly. Almost every time we started a dig. This negated the whole reason to play it as a time waster because on top of the ads we chose to watch for bonus chests we now had to watch an ad just to start playing.
New update will not work on our iPad.
In our opinion we think the game was better before the update well atleast the mining and digging part goes all that having t make it to a check point is literally the reason Im ready to stop playing.
We like this game a lot. But the lives make us very frustrated. Very rarely do we spend money on an app but Ive spend a decent amount here on Dig Out. We still have to wait 30 minutes to play again. If there was an option to play unlimited we would pay money for it. But its kind of made this way so you keep paying to keep playing. If you made a change to allow us to play this game as much as we want we would be giving 5 stars.
The game used to be fun before you were required to sign in for the tournament. We would prefer the option of playing tournament or not. We shouldnt have to be forced to play tournament if we dont want to.
It was fun. But lately every time we click play, it tries to load an ad that freezes and we have to force quit the game. This causes us to lose a life. We cant even play it anymore because it uses all our lives glitching out.
This game Was Great at first but then all the new updates came in and ruined game.
The original version is much better.
We love the game its very addictive BUT the lives that you have to wait 30mins is unbelievable we think instead it should be 5 mins at least and 10mins at most the last guy (star six seven) said almost the same thing and you (the developer) said you had a update coming up that he might enjoy and that post is from a year ago.
We really like this game but it kicks us off often and then we lose rewards. :(.
Good game but The lifes are a little annoying And the quests are dumb we got the hardest quest was to kill 4 bats and when we finnaly did that it didnt Evarn count so we wasted 4 ice bombs.
Games fun enough except the pop up ads… We dont know why it is but certain ads pop up and play a video in the middle of the game. It doesnt pause and you almost always die when this happens… Supremely annoying hoping its a glitch but if frustrating enough stop us from playing.
Why did you change the game? From a game you could play ON OR OFF LINE to ONLY ONLINE? We deleted and refuse to play/spend on this game…so disappointed.
10/27/19 started this game a long time ago and would like to just start from scratch. We may have tried it once and then never got around to it again. But we saw the update and thought Id like to get in on the first in game event. But it keeps saying we have internet problems. Im certain we dont. Please help figure it out so we can play. Well we didnt get a reply back but we deleted the game and downloaded it again. Which allowed us to start from the beginning again anyway. But there are several things Id like changed. It can easily be a 5 star game. 1) Id really like the conversational text a tiny bit bigger. You have plenty of room in the text bubbles. 2) the way the character navigates is a little hard. And some of the interface on the left doesnt allow us to see whats there and a rock fell on us. We guess this is two in one. Change the interface so it doesnt block our view but also like other games tapping where you want to go instead of swiping makes it more direct. Along with this, on the iPhones with no home button, swiping up is how we exit the game so sometimes it makes us move up and waste axes. Pausing the game doesnt help because as soon as we go to swipe it just unpauses it again. We do like that the text doesnt just keep going. It allows us time to read it and tap to continue. Im not a slow reader its just the text is so small. We also like the individual challenges per area. Its hard to know where to go though. There is no way to know where more axes are or a save point or a desired enemy. Anyway we really like that game but we can only give it 3 stars for the reasons above. We could easily give it 5 though.
This could be a GREAT game, but fix the glitches. If we die and open a chest we have to restart the game so that when we die again we can open the next chest. There have been rewards we have not gotten because of this as well.
It was fun until starting every level started a 30 second ad.
The apps usage just dropped to 0%… The previous update was phenomenal. We were playing the game way too much. We were enjoying it way too much. The developers helped us with that. The latest update requires an internet connection to play. We travel a lot and that isnt always possible. This game filled that wasted time. Not any more. Its worthless to us now. Rather than digging out gems Ill be digging for a replacement app. Bye-bye, Dig Out! It was nice knowing you.
