We had worked ourselves over a year to 4 billion coins. Every time that get ready to add new game things go down hill and other games dont play right, very choppy slow running and no wins. They set a pre bet according to your coins ours was 2 to 4 billion Im very conservative and only bet 150 thousand in one week time they took all our winnings. We emailed customer support on aug 10 through aug 15th and as of today oct 10th Im still waiting for a response from customer support. We never had this problem with customer support that end of the casino always impressed us, but all of a sudden games screwed up and no customer support to answer your issues. We would like for them to read our emails to them and give us a answer to our questions, but its not looking good. All we can say is up to a couple months ago it use to be a fun casino with decent payouts. Its a shame Ive watched top players play right out of the game. Ive played a lot of the casino apps avail., this is, by far, the worse one. Example: their diamond game, if you hit double, triple and bar, you get nothing? The payouts for any win are always a lot less than what you are bidding so there is no way to win. Deleted this app after 10 mins.

Not bad since it took 18 minutes to lose everything. Better than most However, we won two 600k jackpots but they were not added to our score..ha ha…minor oversight Go outside and play .. Its healthier and more fun.
