Lately for about 2-3 weeks the game has been lagging. Its like its having a connectivity issue. Ive addressed the problem about three times and we dont see any update. Ive tried playing it on wi-fi network as well as on cell phone network and doesnt seem to work either way. We even uninstalled and reinstalled app, still dont see any improvement. Thinking about being done with it once in for all.
So a lot of other reviews say pay to win or they messed something up and blame the devs but they are all just cranky sore losers or cant figure out the game so they cry and blame someone else we promise you right now the game runs flawless no crashes no bugs where you lose 1000 gold they dont charge your card extra if you read all these negative reviews they are all the same make no sense crying about how they cant figure out how to progress or you need to pay 2 win and we promise you dont just like any game sure you CAN spend money and does it help ? Well yeah just like any game paying money does help and progress you a bit faster but tbh it is not anywhere near pay 2 win the only things you can pay for really is better sicarios which there is always a sweet deal for like $1-$2 for cool ones like la quica or el lion or poison you can spend $50 and get David or a really strong one but even then you get slight battle buffs and thats it paying does not make a you a god unless you constantly spend $100s then yeah we mean they deserve it they better have good stuff for spending their life savings in a game haha. But long story short game is really fun and if you love the Netflix series you will love this game even without spending. Also can earring free gold doing surveys very easily go buy cool stuff in game.
Truly an awesome game! Between story lines, base building, characters, and battles, it truly is a game we constantly play throughout the day.

Tried to download on a iPhone 14pro max even an iPad wont load and has message needs Internet we have Wi-Fi. And data still wont work.
Havent been able use this app with our phone in 3 days but work just fine when using computer weird.
Dont get us wrong this game is really fun but There no point playing the game if you dont fix it. When we opened a elite plata bag the game freezes and turns into a grey screen like come now spending almost 50$ on the game and we get this. Not only that another bug is when Im ready to fight someone the Game gets stuck on the loading screen please update the game.
A little pay to win but very refined and enjoyable nonetheless.

We tried to give this game the benefit of the doubt, overlooking tons of design flaws. But the flaws affect the game play negatively in too many ways. But when they deleted game currency from our account, then sent us ads to buy game currency, it was just too much. Sure, give it a try for a different style of game play (obviously stolen from another game we played years ago), but don't give it any money and don't plan to play for long. And when they first saw our lousy review, they contacted us offering to help with our concerns if we just contacted support. Unfortunately, we had already tried contacting support days earlier and got zero response. Nothing. Their attempts to make themselves look better just made themselves look worse.
When we go to the to the carter finca side and construct a building it stays stuck after wont go away but its a great game but we are having that issue.
When we go to our other base cartel and click on the shop and try to place something it just freeze and the shop just stays their and some how we click back to go home base and its still stuck on the loading screen it so annoying.
The worst game and most expensive! With all this money they can't even provide normal support! Didn't get solution on most issues just "we will pass the problem to our developers" and all the time same answer… So annoying and so unprofessional! And, watch now, we do not work on weekend days?!?! Most of bugs are, guess it! On weekend… Just disaster nothing else.
Getting started in this game takes time cause everything is paid for with wood (mostly) n Im lvl ll and our finca is lvl 7 n Im still only allowed 1 sawmill? Im almost certain that the 1 might be all Im allowed even Im not sure yet but still with everything being 20,000 wood to upgrade, even up to 40,000 our production rates only 13,000 maybe not even basically its a way to encourage players to buy gold.which we did sadly.. Point being players shouldnt have to..allow for more sawmills.
We really dont want to give this game 1 star. They promise you gold for taking surveys and all that kind of stuff only to instead to sell your information to 3rd parties. Unless you dont mind spam from telemarketers all day then we would not recommend this game.
Im missing two flacos per squad camp supposed to be having 18 at level 11 and only have 16.
We love this game but we wish you could see the workers producing the product and if you get ambushed they would get shot and the buildings would have their appearance progressively get worse as you attack them.
Since the new upload the game doesn't get past the load screen. We spent our money on this game and now the game doesn't want to load up.
We dont know whats going on but for the last month or two the app doesnt like to open Ive literally tried to open it 14 times in a row before it finally opens on the 15th time. We think the developers have moved on. Hasnt been anything new in a long long time.

We were never one to get into games at all on the phone. Had some free time and downloaded this one. We have surprisingly been sucked into an interesting and fun game, not only that from what we hear compared to others this game has literally no glitches cant beat it.Also as far as ads go they are up to you if you want to watch an ad to increase speed or time thats your choice.

Its actually a good game been playing almost 7 years yea sure u gotta spend a few dollars but thats all games overall its fun doesnt require 24/7 attention like some games wich is good for family lol find a good cartel spend wisely understand how to do it without blowing cash.
You can still play without creating Narcos account but you will get prompts everytime you log in if you don't. Prompts ask you to create account by entering your AppleID and password. Deems pretty risky.

This game is underrated and YouTuber like mobile gamers need to hop on this game and give it fame and the game needs an update.
This game can be much better to keep attracting people, soon this game will die out completely as it is now. It would be a plus if member of their own cartels could trade resources and have a limit of times with no penalty. Also to expand the maps and fincas to add more units and sicarios. Have penalties if we leave our cartels with a warning before we join any of them like you will have to give up an amount of resources every time you leave a cartel. Increase the amount of resources centers on the map. Less build time on units, add more builders on the compound finca other then one maybe three at max. During wars with other cartels add at least five attacks per player and increase the rewards to the winners. Increase the squad units capacity to 5 instead of 4. Expand the finca maps to build more. This app game should be endless somehow to keep your money flowing, just like real life cartels, we always want more. Add more airplanes to deliver the products and instead sending the plane to unknown destination how about we get to choose where to send it on the map with profits earnings listed. This will be part of the trade routes. We hope you take this feedback and make the changes before this dies out. We have much more ideas to share but not sure if its worth that will make this much better with great profits. Thank you, A narco player.
Watch out for the surveys on tap joy. They ask personal info and when you complete survey they say you didnt hit the mark and dont reward you gold. Kind of crazy they have you put so much info then dont reward you. Watch out folks.
This game is dope lol we really like it.
It is a good game. But it is a ripoff of boom beach. Also every single troop in this game feels like it was dropped on its head as a child, and was drunk 24/7 Fix the AI or people will get fed up and uninstall.
Really fun game. Join our team Right Side Spades. You automatically get all your abilities boosted due to al the upgrades we put in place.
Our app will not load at all, it just stalls.
We love playing this game but since last update Ive had issues with videos, or just joining the game. Sometimes we have to close and re launch game up to 5 times and even without any change for good. Its annoying how it kicks you when youre in an attack for no reason at all. Its stupid specially when youre doing a war attack. So please fix these and other issues the game has so all of us that enjoying playing it and even expending some $$ will continue playing it otherwise lots of English and Spanish speaking community will be likely to leave the game for good!! Other than that we love the game.
