The Internet is strong for us, although when we open the program, it asks for an internal update in the program and when you press it, the blue line never moves, we tried a lot and waited, but it is useless.
The xim apex has been a lot of fun for the past year. Id give it five starts if it werent for the current problem where it doesnt connect to our new phone. We changed phones a while back and downloaded this app to just have it but the xim apex doesnt connect to it. Thankfully we had logged into it on our old iPad so we can work with it through there, but Im pretty dissapointed that it doesnt work on our new phone. Ive googled some things to see if theres a way to fix it but nothing has shown up. Other than that, its great and Im super happy with it.
The app is working well but it seems Im missing part of the configuration layout that others have. Im unable to change hertz, missing the boost and steady aim option, among other small things Im missing. The app is fully up to date but other Ive tried to share or get settings from tell us ours is completely different from theirs. :/.
Apex Manager Is Named After A Game So It Should Work Perfectly Great With Apex, No It Doesnt Even Work Good Buttons Are Mixed Up Cant Use Ultimate And Cant Even Scroll With Mouse You Have To Use Your Keyboard To Look Through LootBoxes Xim Adapter Need That Fix Asap If Not, Returning It And Not Going To Promote It Like we Thought we Would Do.
When we connect it to make it use cable only we cant seem to hear anything Maybe a bug.
We have loved using the XIM for the last 3 years and have recommended it to several of our friends! We really look forward to the new Insurgency Sandstorm update as all of the other configs dont really work for the game.
The app was amazing but it started to crash on us idk if its the phone Im using or the app.
Add serious Sam the collection pls its so good and it would be even better if you can add it to game config.

Hi we have xim apex and ducky one 2 mini, the ducky isnt working with xim.
We bought our xim apex new of the xim site it came in and we really liked it and the xim manager is great as well but it sometimes didnt want to connect but that was fixed by updating our xim apex software but we had to connect it to a pc but after that every thing works smother than ever we recommend this device 100% to any one struggling to use a controller or just want to be better than most people which we understand so far we love this thing.
Im going to make this short and simple this app does exactly what its supposed to do thank you. We havent had any problems.
What we would love is the option to turn off the thing we hate the most in all games. That thing is; aim assist. We have a great aim without aim assist and we know that because Ive played games that dont have it on or give an option to disable it. But in some games (like Destiny 2), there exists an aim assist that is more detrimental to your aim than it is useful because it shoves your crosshairs really far when something/someone else walk/jumps/runs directly in front of you. That often can lead your your death (and the urge to throw your controller into a wall). If youd be able to find a way to safely disable aim assist (that wont get us banned), we would be extremely grateful. Thanks.

We have had ours for almost a year now and its been perfect since the day we bought it. Super simple to update the firmware. Xim forum is always up to date and busy forums which is a good thing. This is no fly by night company. Xim has been around for awhile and continue to provide the absolute best and most precise xim devices. Always improving and couldnt be happier with the xim apex. You wont regret the xim apex or this app. App has never crashes and zero issues connecting to the apex. 5 stars.

Ive only updated the app and software a few times and our apex hasnt skipped a beat. The app never crashes regardless of how often we switch configs or anything. After a year of using this app its still a 10/10.
We had no problems with it.It worked great and if you want to raise the sense just go to the advanced settings or you can watch a tutorial on how to do everything its honestly not even hard to set up.
Hey we were wondering if you could update xim you know they just add rust to console and we wanted to use our key and mouse but we cant change any key-binds thank you.

After 1 year of using XIM it work perfect then one day we wake up and when we plug our controller,keyboard,mouse it does not pick it up but the light on the xim is still on.
When are we getting automatic updates.
It would be a five star but it would be nice to have macros on the xim like rapid fire and anti recoil ik there is xim link but people that dont have PCs suffer please think about it.
Ok so the thing is great and everything but when we tried to make F our reload key, it wouldnt work but it works for every other key, whats up with that.
Most of the issues people post on here are normally able to be fixed simply and they over react. If you know how to troubleshoot, the XIM is amazing.
So we found out how the fix the app crashing here are the steps 1. Fully restore your xim to factory settings (you can YouTube this) 2.update it to the latest fireware 3. Delete the app and after you completed steps one and two it will act like the xim is brand new and will ask you to re-pair the connection This should fix the issue but all your old settings will be lost THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO FIX IT.
Every time we open the xim apex manager app it crashes and we can't find a way around it we've updated our xim and app nothing works.
The xim apex has random spikes where it has an extremely high sensitivity. Anyone know what to do.
We have bought your product. Because it looks nice. But whenever we put the mouse, controller, and keyboard in. It doesnt connect, or show up in the app. We have connected them in their right place. And it still doesnt work. Help.
To many issues, just about after every update our sensitivity will go from being super high to super low and we dont change any settings within the app. Like last up date we could spin around 3 times on a 150 sensitivity and now with the new update we can only spin 1 and half times on a sensitivity of 500. Tired of the inconsistency messing up our gameplay.
All doesnt even load for us. Just keeps crashing For no reason.

We have a problem anytime we try and boot up our xim app it crashes every time instantly so we had to download the beat version of the newest xim manager just for our Xbox remote to not be able to connect to the app.
It was working for the first month but after that the app doesnt load. Every time we try to load on it crashes. Now Im on the slowest possible settings ever.
It was all good until it kicked us from the app and we tried to delete it and redownload but still wont let us in the app.
Ya we got our XIM apex and idk if we got the update but idk they removed boost option your movement numbers and all of that idk how to put it back.
We need help we have been using the xim apex for a month but our off sync wasnt working so we factory reset the xim apex hoping that would work but now the xim apex manager was old but when we tried updateing it to the newest manager it said that the manager was already updated to the newest manager we need help :(.
Our razer viper ultimate was working fine now all of a sudden it wont connect to the XIM and its wired.
Copying a current setting to be able to make minor adjustments would be a very basic addition to the app.
We dont have the advance setting even tho we updated the XIM apex firmware & the manger app we dont understand and its frustrating.

IOS is behind on the manager updates or we would give 5 stars. You have to take time to set it up properly. All these people saying that it doesnt work is just user error or playing a game that it doesnt support.
Good app but the version is very outdated missing new key features. We need an updated xim apex manager for ios systems.
We have two, one is a backup. But our phone wont connect to the other Xim. Just one we first used.
We love using our Xim, everything works fine but sometimes we would have to turn our bluetooth off and back on to connect to our Xim because it says ' Bluetooth radio off '. Besides that, it works great.
The app attempts to boot and then immediately crashes on iOS 12.0 on iPhone XS Max.
