Community Insight:
We love it even though im really bad our high score is 1400 try and beat it shouldn't be to hard.
It's keep our brain working hard and we love this game.
We really like this game! It's a fun way to play! P.S. (our high score is 1273!).
This is exactly like Tetris we love it muuuuch.
Kubik: Kubik, despite being very simple and similar to the classic Tetris, still remains an addictive and entertaining app. There are little tweaks that make the game unique, such as different environments for the game to play. Only occasionally does the game make the mistake of placing a block in an area you didn't want it to. Kubik offers what any simple, free, and time-wasting app should have.
A lot of Ketchapp sponsored games are quick little run-lasts-less-than-a-minute games. This one our games last quite a bit. Cool 3D falling block action like Tetris only cubed. Wish the backgrounds were a little easier to unlock, but still worth playing and going ad-free on.
This game is very fun to play, a nice little tetris-esque thing thats also pretty to look at However, its frustrating when Im trying to tap to send a block down and it rotates the stage instead, or when we want to rotate in a certain direction but it goes in the opposite direction.
After you get them all its kind of pointless and all the diamonds just rack up and we have nothing to do with them. All in all its a fun game, but would love some new planets.
Has nice visuals and color schemes, has a great game concept. We like the level of difficulty, as it is both do-able and challenging. It is hard to navigate or choose the planets, though,it would be easier to be able to see them all and select one, instead of having to scroll through them all. Also, creating an option to turn off/on the music and sound separately, thatd be nice. Missions/achievements, maybe? Some improvements can be made. But overall, nice game to play.
We love this game aside from it killing our battery FAST!! For instance, we started playing maybe 5 minutes ago and our battery quickly dropped from 64% to 19%!!! That's outrageous!! We've never used anything else that does that and can't figure out why. It's super easy to play and addictive. The swipe to turn vs. Tap to drop is easy to do and makes it possible to play fast. We love this game, but we wish we could play it without worry of it zapping our battery all the way down.
Based off of Russias most renowned game, Cubic brings back the fun of falling blocks and endless difficulty. The mechanics werent too hard to figure out. Each block is generated based on the tower you have. Most blocks will form fit into your tower one way or another. Its up to YOU to figure out where they go so you can get maximum points. But beware: the game gets faster and faster as you go on, so thinking quickly is a must! Our only complaint is the Muzak thats in the BG. Otherwise, this game is pretty darn good.
So the problem with this game one and its very sensitive and sometimes moving it side to side makes the blocks go down faster getting into the middle is a lot harder and also the blocks dont drop they just stance asked to the top piece this makes it very hard for the blocks to stack understand that there needs to be difficulty to the game but would need to rethink proper movement of the blocks therefore to make the Silhouettes actually reliable.
Lag, and handicaps to cover issues with the way 3d space is presented.
We find this game to be very fun, except there's just some things that make it not fun. One thing is when you're placing, if you just barely accidentally tap, it sends the shape that you haven't even seen yet down. Plus, the placing can be very confusing. When other blocks are blocking the way it gets annoying and sometimes we end up placing a faulty block and it's just there. We think this is a great concept, but needs work. Otherwise, great game, we love it.
Two issues though: 1. The swipe to rotate vs. Tap to drop distinction sensitivity is a little weak. Maybe you could add a drop button or make the current tap require longer/stronger tapping. 2. The music gets a bit distressing after a couple of minutes. The sound effects are fine but there's no way to disable only the music.
There was a game in 2011 called Tetra3D that we used to play all the time. It was the same as Tetris, wherein you could move the block anywhere on the board by turning the board one turn (as you can with this game) but you could also move the placement of the block (in Kubik, if a block is going to land in the middle, no matter how you rotate it, it will land on the middle of whatever side it ends up on). Further in Tetra3D you could rotate the block along the x, y, and z axes. The game stopped working a long time ago and hasnt been updated in years, in fact we can no longer find it in the App Store. Kubik is the closest game we have found to our former favorite game, but as it is now missing the ability to move the blocks as freely as we expect has made the game frustrating and not fun. If possible we would love more ability to rotate and flip blocks, and to move the location of the falling blocks rather than just being able to rotate the base that they are falling onto. Thanks.
Hi we have an iPhone se Why isn't the background music playing? We are so addicted to this game and we usually play it before we go to sleep bc the music is so soothing lol. We'll give you a 5 star rating again after the problem is fixed. Thank you have a great day.
The app has such a bad lag problem when we try and swipe to move the platform the block just drops.
This game is awful for the fact that we can't put the cubes where we want (in the middle square of one side). It literally goes around it and that's awful. Then you also can't see what cube is coming till you wait 10s for it to slowly fall. And the green squares do not represent what kind of shape the piece is. We usually don't care to write reviews but this game needs work.
We'd play this game everyday… If we were the beatest kid on earth.
Can you move the screen a little lower down, because sometimes it's hard to see exactly which kind of piece is falling.
The game is well made, and pretty fun to play. It could be a little harder then it currently is. Because it is a little easy. Maybe a few changes should be made just to make it a little bit more interesting and complex. But overall the game is very fun and entertaining.
This game would be very fun but the controls are terrible. It's very Hard to operate this game. But the game it self would be a great time waster.
Every time we try to move the blocks in the spot we want them to go in, they go in the complete opposite spot. We like the game but that aspect of it is just annoying to us.
Same situation as Bottle Flip when it was released. Kubik is a fun time watser in our opinion but the frame rate really needs to be properly calibrated because there are times where we swipe to turn the platform around and it doesn't recognize our finger swiping the screen.
The controls to turning the board around to fit the pieces into the place are very wonky, it's not smooth or fluid transition … The tiles that are dropping let the color reflect "green" for a perfect fit, "blue" for partial fit and "Red" not a good fit … Just thinking on a way to improve it to be a better experience. It's not a relaxing game on our iPhone 6S+ …. Tetris it is not … But it has potential… Fix the controls to turn smoother in our opinion and you might get a better review from us. Thanks.
