This is a really cute and fine game to play. Its like any matching game with power ups so its not hard to figure out. Just wish here was an English version so we can understand the story moving forward. Love this game regardless.
However, there is no actual English language option anymore, they should update the page to include this.
Loved playing this game, such pretty art but now we cant read anything in the game. Have to click on things, guessing what it says because of the language.
But now doesnt offer any support for english speakers. The info tag of the game should not say English. We love voiceovers and we dont need them to be translated but having subtitles would keep us engaged while playing same as the people from Dragalia did. The controls and the settings panel are in japanese too, so unless you are native to that language we dont recommend downloading the game. Its a shame.
Ive had this game downloaded for as long as we can remember. And just like the other users, after coming back to not playing this game for about a month, the English option is completely gone! We love this game so much and all of us English users would really appreciate it if the English option could be restored once again! :).
The art style is so cute and the game is relaxing.
We've been playing this game since its release – the art, story and gameplay are wonderful, and the best part is no ads! You can choose to watch them for extra items but it isn't necessary. We do wish that giving hearts to friends weren't fractional and could be full hearts.. Since not many people play the game it is very difficult to earn hearts.. We also wish we could have a catalogue of all the clothing and past event items somewhere! We still love the game regardless.
We would recommend. You can play in landscape mode.
Thank god the English version got back, we played since before 2019 and when they said the English version coul not be supported our heart shattered, but now that its back Im so happy Ive been waiting for so long! We loveeeee this game.
For some time this game was broken. We are so glad to find it is fixed and play again :).
To start off, theres no ads, and we love helping everyone in this game and everything and this way we can help an adorable cat named Meowgh, who LOVES to paint and his little mouse friend, Theo! We dont want to spoil too much of the game but theres little mini games that are like Candy Crush. One little thing is that you only have few lives and if you run out you have to wait a half hour to have hearts again but other than that nothing.
Most games like this have a ton of adds or you have to watch videos or can only do a certain amount of levels a day. This game doesnt do any of that. Occasionally its got a roulette that it offers for cash but you dont even need to do that if you save up enough in game coin. All in all this game is cute, cozy and best of all free.
We love this game, from the art style to the cute characters and dialogue it is just such a fuzzy feeling game. There arent any ads unless you want boosts and its obviously made with love.
We havent been the biggest fan of match 3 games in the past, but we love art history, and we love cats!! The storyline, the art, and the art style of the whole game makes doing the puzzles worth it :)).
This is the first game Ive ever played on mobile thats free, no ads, and has an adorable cat themed artsy storyline! The puzzles are actually really fun and some are quite challenging! You can tell how much work and love was put into making this game, 10/10 recommend.
Im am so excited they added English back. Ive loved this game since we first played it and was super sad that it was no longer receiving updates in English. Our luck going through old games and see this updated. Thank you guys so much, Im so happy.

Good game but lately it has been giving a lot of error occurred, please check your internet connection messages and we cannot play the game. Therefore Im rating it a 2 out of 5 until its fixed.
Ive been obsessed with Van Gogh for as long as we can remember and this game is just adorable! Their cat-like twists on his paintings are to die for.

We love Cocone as a company. The game is adorable, the art work in the game was made almost lovingly. The match games are fun and challenging, and the story line is sad but beautiful. But the ads. The ads are constant, to the point that we just quit playing the game after a few rounds. We even purchase packs. Its no longer something we can just unwind to play. We open it now and again when Im bored.

We are thrilled that we can play our favorite game again after years of not being able to understand it anymore. We LOVE THIS GAME!! Please keep the English version around!! This game is fun. But, the more puzzles you complete, you should earn different amounts. Its always just 20.
Ive been playing this game for a number of months now and we love it. We play every day, we love collecting the paintings the most. The style is super cute and makes us happy, even if we get a little frustrated at some levels we do wish the events were a little more balanced somehow, since sometimes they are… Extremely difficult, but Im still happy with how it is. The game support is very kind from the few times Ive had to report a small issue, we appreciate their hard work and we support in any way we can! Keep it up! Edit: still playing years later and we are so happy.
This game is cute, relaxing, and has a good storyline to progress through. Also? There are NO ADS interrupting the game (except optional ones to get boosters or extra sardines)! Sometimes we get stuck on a level for a couple of days but its the same as any match puzzle games Ive played. Its also so worth having friends in-game to help each other out with getting extra hearts! This is just hands down our favorite mobile game. When English was no longer supported we were devastated, so having it back is just the best! If you love this game as much as we do we highly recommend watching the anime shorts and buying the art book – which has profiles on all the characters and art from pretty much everything in the game.

Enjoy this game, but doesnt give you a lot of boosters and they ask for quite a bit a money in order to get ahead. We are thinking of deleting.
Everytime we open the app it just downloads 140 files, but then when we launch, it says files failed and it repeats the download on loop. Please help.

While Im not normally a puzzle game kind of girl, the ad we saw had us downloading it anyway just to see that poor kitty smile. We can only hope Im doing a good job at it too, cuz it might take us a few tries, but we solve these puzzles to the best of our abilities. And Im making progress! Now we just need a real-life Meowgh plushie to make our life complete….update 2024: still playing. Still enjoying it. Only downside is we no longer have any of the story chapters and cant complete tasks to finish the rooms. And we were nearly done the one room! Hoping they modify the English version to at least allow for finishing rooms.
We had to sit out on playing this because of the Japanese language-only thing before, but ever since the update brought back English, Ive been so happy to play it! 1. Its an incredible Match-3 game, and this is coming from someone that doesnt usually like the genre. If anything, we really played this for the story and the beautiful storybook-like art. Clearly made with a lot of love. 2. The translation is really good and the storyline and characters are cute, unique, and interesting! We got invested in little Mewogh and Theos adventures. If you know some art history, you will smile at references. Perfect cozy game. 3. Cats Atelier is one of the few free-to-play games that doesnt make it difficult to progress if you dont buy anything (which are mainly hearts or tools to help you). We appreciate the mechanic that you only lose energy when you lose a level. (Only bad thing about that is, it got us playing for long stretches, haha.) This consideration for the gameplay experience encourages us to support the developers, even if not strictly necessary. We really cant believe we can play this for FREE? To the developers, please keep up the good work! To those who read this, do not hesitate to support them! :).
Just started yesterday, the app became no longer able to open. When we tap the app, it starts downloading 141 files, takes few minutes, then its finally finished downloading, it collapsed and redownloading. And it keeps doing it again and again. Too bad since we liked the app.

Update: they changed the name from days of Van meowoh to cats atelier, no idea, why but we still love it! Still absolutely love this game, cant wait to see the anime! Update: still love this game! We ised to play the game and loved it but now our game is all in Japanese and we can't understand anything or how to change it back, making the game unplayable.
We cant find the settings to change language. Its in Japanese but we want to switch to English.
When we try to play, everything is in Japanese. There are some English words and phrases here and there but for the most part, everything is in Japanese. Im having a hard time trying to figure out how to get it in English (in our iphone settings for the cat atelier app specifically, English is already set as the default language so its also confusing why everything is being shown in Japanese). If you could provide us some advice on how to fix it Id appreciate it! A side note – when we downloaded this games 4 or 5 years ago it played in English, we keep it on our phone because we really liked the game but Im not able to understand any of it anymore. Im hoping one day it changes.

How can switch the language to English.
Ive been playing this for almost 4 years and its the only game we always go back to :).
We like the game overall but we cant even understand what they are saying please put English as an option.
We played this game religiously before they stopped translating it into English. Recently picked it back up, and while we cant appreciate the story as well as before (because we dont know much Japanese), we can navigate the game itself easily. Still fun. Still cute. Still wish there was an English version.
We downloaded the game and it's stuck in Chinese and we can't transfer it to english.
How are people who dont speak Japanese supposed to play the game? At least disclose this information beforehand.
