Ive been playing for two or three years now, and we really do enjoy playing! But its mostly coin based. Some items and outfits are a little overpriced or need a membership for purchase, which we dont mind most of the time. But the game mostly wants money from its players and is kind of difficult to gain coins from with minimal tasks (Doesnt give much coins in return from tasks). We still love the game either way! Very cute and fun, just wish it wasnt so money hungry. :>.
We know in 2024 beatcats were discontinued because they were underrated and we were sad that there wasn't anymore beatcats items in hello sweet days and we were wondering if there will be any beatcats items in the future. We hope beatcats return.

By the time we're writing this, the new layouts were added to feeds and chat boards. It's very confusing for a lot of players, and we can't even recognize our feed anymore, and a lot of people are having the same problem. We ask that you please bring the option to switch to the old UI, and also add a bigger font if others need it. We also cant use certain emojis or special fonts. Overall game is our favorite!! It very cute and very social but people say bad words that are spelled wrong like Faack ,bish, Fock, and other stuff please have a real person supervise the chat and no a robot also there we some arguments and drama And we dont like any of that and stuff is soo expensive like happy bags and pls make it free to send gifts to besties.

Why does the app glitch whenever we clicked on the hair icon?? So we got a present at our house in the game and it was from the management team sending back the items that we gave away for no reason we have here. And the items that they gave back was hair! When we clicked on the hair icon in our inventory, the whole game just crashes!! PleaseFIX THIS.

Many of the negative reviews are from before HKDV performed significant maintenance on the game. Ever since they increased the games bandwidth, Cocone (game dev) has listened to everything the players have been asking for over the years. Its such a great community of sweet, creative people, so it feels especially good when we see our ideas come to life.
The exchange rate of real-life currency to in-game currency is incredibly bad, even among the genre (predatory gacha gambling cute explosion games). We went in with clear eyes about this, and even Im shocked. We do think the game is fun, and we are not so dense that we cant understand a business wanting to make money; but there is something very wrong here.

We were searching for a new gacha game after LP closed down and found this lovely game. Our bar might be low but we think this game is fun and the developers do a wonderful job at giving updates and receiving feedback from the community. The community will always find something to nitpick about but we truly think they do a wonderful job at keeping the game fun with events and new bags every couple days. There is the fact that spending money on this game gives you a better chance at getting items you want, but, they also give a good amount of opportunities to get coins and items (coming from a f2p player). Ive seen a few people mention FOMO, though we think that might be giving the game a bit too much credit. Its more about keeping things interesting than creating anxiety about missing out. Just download it and play at your pace.

This game is super cute, with tons of clothes and furniture. HOWEVER! This game has many glitches that never get fixed. There is nice player but there are more toxic players and literal creeps on here with no efficient way to report them. Theyre more concerned with bot accounts than inappropriate behavior or bullying. Their cost of coins is through the roof!! This is straight up gambling at its worst. This is the absolute WORST of gacha games. You also basically HAVE to spend money to get anything decent, and you can participate in certain an events if you dont spend money. If you just grind out coins you can only make so much in one day because your energy will run out and not refill till the next 24 hr day. The company doesnt listen to its players wants or concerns at all. With how much people spend this game should be way better. There is so many things that make this game not worth while. We used to really enjoy this game Ive played for about 1 1/2 yrs, but the more we play the more we see this is nothing more than a money grab and has a bunch of awful players. Which is very surprising for a HELLO KITTY GAME! Its such a same because this game could be so good and have a huge following if the company actually cared and werent so greedy. Even with a recent mistake they made in game, they took back the item from the players. Like you seriously couldnt let people keep the item? Also the bags in this game pretty much never come back. So everything is once its gone, its gone. The trading system in the game is absolutely garbage as well. Again such a shame, this game could be so much better.
Ive been playing this game since it released in America and Ive had our account wiped twice after taking a long break. The first time our account was wiped we didnt play for 6 months until we finally found a way to get all of our things back. It happened again. Now we cant find the option to reset our room in our settings, that saved us last time. Ive spent more money than Im willing to admit on this game over the 4 years Ive played it. Im disappointed that our account can bug and all of the things (some Ive spend real money on) can be wiped from our inventory. The game told us this time their update messed our account up and gave us the option to have our account back, but we have to wait for an email its been a month now and no email. Its disappointing because we really do enjoy this game and everything it has to offer, and we have lots of fond memories with it. Also, if youre a parent letting your kid play this game then you should keep in mind there are chat boards in this game. You cannot directly chat with people in your room, but you can post on the chat board and people can comment. Words that are offensive arent allowed to even be posted, but theres ways Ive seen people get around it.
Lackluster moderation, wouldnt allow a kid on this app for several reasons but that being the name one. Constant religious preaching from specifically christians trying to proselytize others despite it being against the community rules, as well as a ton of targeted harassment after they decided to remove level perms for chat access. A very normal and typical thing in games like this which is a very good method of mitigating onsite trolling, and certainly only done to foster more FOMO from its userbase to squeeze more money out of them. Certainly isnt impossible for low spend or f2p players but there are so many more free to play friendly games out there that arent constantly begging for your money for u to be able to participate. Every update adds more lag, app optimization of data is terrible. Rules are neither clearly presented or enforced, though an understandable amount of this is expected given the translation of most to all of the information in the app, however given theyve admitted they Use AI technology for their assets Im not sure why theyre not translating with AI too atp, at least thats more ethical and can actually get the job done lol. This game is literally built as a business model and not a Game. The gameplay loop is mindnumbingly boring and you have a finite number of minigame levels that you can do before you just have to repeat the same ones for less rewards. The clothes are cute and a lot of the community is nice. But genuinely we think that there is so much left to be desired by an app like this lol. Dont let your kids play tho, theyll end up 1. Exposed to a lot of stuff youd assume they wouldnt given the rules, and 2. Will end up wanting to become a professional gambler from the gacha rush and constant new/recycled content that promotes FOMO.
Im begging, pleading on our knees and yearning for the day the exchange feature is updated. There are so many things wrong with it The way its done now both players have to have something that the other owns hearted in there wishlist. But, the wishlist only allows 100 items to be hearted so we makes it difficult to find the bubble plus communication is very difficult. The chat board doesnt personally get our anywhere. The solution we dream and pray for is a more advanced trading feature. Ideally it could have an icon at the bottom and its own separate page where you could look at inventories and maybe not be bound to the 100 item limit.

When we play the dressing game and when it says we got a ticket it glitches and then we can't shop.
We really enjoy playing this game its super fun. But it crashes way too often. Ive lost fruit and missed out on quests multiple times because of it. Just recently, we were about to attend a party when the game crashed, and when we reopened it, our fruit was gone and we couldnt join any parties. Its super frustrating. This would easily be a 5-star game if the crashes were fixed.

Ive been playing this game for two years now, and its amazing! We had to redownload the game on our first year playing this because every time we got in the game it said to rate the app when we did and it wouldnt let us X out of it, :( Then for the heart currency, when you talk to the characters, Personally in our opinion its too little because its usually 2 or 3 hearts each time you do their task, then in the heart shop we would suggest making the gacha tickets unlimited stock when you buy them. :).
Ever since the pekkle update our game has been crashing randomly a lot and some quests wont let us complete them even though we have the item needed.. We also wish there were more options for exchanging items for new players that dont have much stuff and that the exchange system was more clear, we had to look it up multiple times before we figured it out.
Theres a limited time only event going on in the game and now no one can collect their coins because it wont load. Everyone on instagram is posting about it. Please fix this.
The game and visuals are precious, but knowing this is a company worth 5mil usd it blows our mind that they still avoid easy to program options that would improve the game as a whole for all of its players. If youre successfully getting players to pay $500/month on the high end for some in game hair, please tell us why there isnt more ways to play and earn coins in this game, why there isnt a WAY better trading system or marketplace (permanent smile market) and why you do silly things like add Pekkle to the game when all of the comments on feed posts are majority begging for Chococat and our sweet piano. Feeds are terrible, you cant make friends or truly build a community. You regularly leave out your FTP players and they quit before growing older & having the extra income to spend to make the game better. Its cute. We love Sanrio. But Im sick of picking plants and getting minuscule crumb updates. Make it a fun game please.
