What Makes Odysseus Kosmos – Episode 1 Stand Out
Odysseus Kosmos and his Robot Quest it’s a traditional 2D point’n'click game with retro-pixel style graphics. You are the ship engineer Odysseus Kosmos; you and your service robot Barton Quest are stuck in deep space near a black hole, all by yourselves. Your shipmates are down on the surface of a planet where time moves far, far slower and you, along with your robot, have been waiting for years for them to return to your orbital station. You were used to your comfortable boredom, but then the ship starts acting funny: it looks like this mysterious black hole affect your ship in strange and unexpected ways, cutting off your communications and threatening with de-orbiting the station and sending you stranded into deep space… unless you can do something to stop it!
Odysseus Kosmos is a family friendly, hand-animated, puzzle-filled point-and-click adventure game with stylized visuals and a brilliant soundtrack that will make you laugh as you solve mind-bending puzzles.

There arent a lot of good point and click games out there and this one is fun! Good puzzles, very logical, and no ridiculous answers that dont make sense. A lot of time went into the details on this. In the sort to click on absolutely everything in a game to see what it says, and every item has a good detailed, sometimes funny, detail. Im excited to try the next one.
Its a classic style adventure, if you love those give this first episode a try. Theres enough challenges with the puzzles to keep you engaged. Youll mostly be working through a series of maintenance tasks aboard the space ship. The robot companion is primarily is source of banter and to progress the story. The banter can be a little long but you quickly click through. There are no dialogue puzzles, fortunately. And there are a few grammatical errors, likely English is not the developers first language. Our biggest complaint is a few puzzles rely on that old trick such as the projector is too heavy but later suddenly you can take it. But you can tell the developers put some care into making this game so we already bought episode 2 and Im looking forward to the forthcoming episode 3.
We appreciate games like these and our favorite video game is a point and click game.
We can see it on the work bench, but when we click on it the game identifies it as part of the workbench.
We completed the game up until Oddy was given a birthday cake. Then it zoomed out and said we completed the demo version but the full episode had a lot more. Im confused as we paid for this and there is no other game or a free version on the App Store.
Brilliant point & click adventure. No sound though, but still great game to have on our phone.
This game is just words, words, words and then more words. We gave up and deleted it after 5 min.
