So Im writing a 5 star review because Azur lane is the best gacha mobile game Ive ever played. We love playing this game since our brother first introduced it to us last year. And Im the time Ive been playing we have 3 UR ships with one of our favorite UR ships Ive been wanting to get since she first debuted in Azur lane: Ulrich von hutten. The other Two UR ships we have are New Jersey (one of our favorite eagle union ships that we loved since she was added to another game world of warships legends as a collaboration) and Shinano. Azur lane really is a awesome game and we love being able to relax and play a gacha game where you dont have to really feel pressured to do much. Overall our love for this game has skyrocketed to a high level thats never been reached before. Thank you Azur lane for being able to be our favorite gacha game we love to play.
Hello, we found a bug that involves around the file downloads function. This bug have cause us to do continuously retry to download the files. Please, help.
We like the ships and stuff but the weird part is yeah.
We Dont know whats happening but whenever j installed the app it worked completely fine. But in the final file install it said it failed, so we tried again and again and again but it wouldn't stop saying the same thing. So we deleted the app and now its saying its going to take 8-7 hours to finish downloading the app. Please help.

We love this game Ive been playing it for 2 years now and its just getting better and better. They constantly unlock new characters and new events making it easy to get powerful characters. There isnt a lot of competition between players so the community is helpful and reliable. They can answer questions and give good advice. This gams has a unique and cool mechanic for specific ships that they call Retrofit these ship girls are some of the best in the game. Not only are they strong but with retrofit you also unlock new skins and styles for your character. Id personally love to see a common ship that can retrofit 4 times all the way up to ultra rare. Thank you producers.
The game is amazing. Our 11 year old friend plays this game and he says he feels certain feelings when playing it. We dont know what he means, but it has to be good. He said something about the loading screens being great and how detailed they are. Ive never seen them our selves. So one day we downloaded this game and made a video over it. Wow those screens were something else Ill tell you what.If you like normal COMPLETELY NORMAL BATTLESHIPS, this games for you.
We love the feel and controls but we wish it worked for Azur Lane. Even generic single sided joystick adapters work for it and the game allows you to adjust the motion sensor and 4 buttons on the right side. Please add support for our favorite mobile game ever we beg you <3.
Honestly great game just wish the events like the newest ur could run a little longer before leaving never can farm the things we want to try and get.
Yeah the game is really good but this game is just similar to Honkai Impact 3rd. Too many things for a newbie like us to remember. Sorry but Im just a corny person who love simple anime game, only meta players can get used to this, bad first impression yeah really sorry.
We have played the game for over 3 years. We deleted the game for a little while because the game is too large and we could not download other apps. The game is 20 gb. This is too large for a mobile game and we can no longer keep it in our phone.
Great game but the data it accumulates after each update is getting unbearable. Right now it currently takes more than 20 GB of our storage.
Would be so much more fun with controller support.
The game itself isnt bad at all; Just the amount of storage it eats up is pretty hideous 18gb.

Overall a great game we have some things that we dont like but its a great game. The character designs are a bit questionable sometimes even borderline NSFW. Loading screens can also be NSFW sometimes. The community isnt really that great, too much simping over a few pixels. Ill be honest and say that some players arent that bad but some are just a lil too crazy.
Ive played this game since it first came out. Took a year off the game to work. And went to re log ourselves back and we have to start over. Which is really sad all our hard work and friends lost gone and money invested into our time to play this lovely game.

Good game but its takes up like 45% of storage on our phone.
Been playing this game for 3 months and have enjoyed it. The good: Great character design and art Events are often and provide lots of rewards and resources Surprising amount of depth for ship gear equips Auto-play All ships are usable, Ive gotten far even with common ships. Obviously it wont last but o appreciate that the Devs give them some attention with the retrofits and skins. The bad (we use the term loosely here): Leveling ships the grindiest part of the game and it takes a ton of time (the academy alleviates this but only by a little) Gameplay may get repetitive for some Your dorm has slots that can only be unlocked by paying with gems (premium currency bought with real money). This also applies to the docks, depot, and augment storages. Freebie gems are far and in between, the collection and three starring levels is the only way to get a decent amount. This pitters out the farther you get and the more collections (of limiting breaking ships) you complete. The weird: Gacha RNG has been strange to us. We have gotten repeat SR ships over ones we dont own. Wishlist: Wishing Well event occurs more often or maybe a once a month Wishing Well build where we can more easily get the ships we want and or complete our collections. The game is a solid 8.8/10 we recommend it.
Dont know if anyone will see this, but for people looking for an actual review, its a good game, make sure to save cubes for event banners though. Dailies take a minute or so and yield 2-3 pulls. But as we couldnt find a proper place to leave feedback, Im dropping it here. So, Ive been playing for roughly 160 days, and please, for the love of god, add a place to test ONE shipgirl. It would really help people like us to figure out when each shipgirls skill activates and how long it takes for an all out assault to fire with what gun, or what planes do best on a ship. Its tedious taking a girl out of your fleet, picking a stage that she wont one shot enemies but also one wont be one shot her self, while also taking guns off of other ships. So, a mode that lets you choose a shipgirl (that you own) to test in a quick simulation, and choose her gear for only in the simulation so that it wont unequip it from the ship that already uses it, would be much appreciated. Itd be nice to see what a shipgirl does by herself rather than with 5 other ships also shooting projectiles galore. Other than that, great game.
We enjoy every thing about this game.
We played for a while in 2019-2020. We like using auto battle because we are a 5head. The only issue is that we recently redownloaded the game on 27Sep23 and our account seems to have been reset. We did get a new phone # since we last played so maybe thats the issue, but we really hope it isnt because we had a decent amount of play time on our old account. If anyone has any advice Ill gladly take it.

This game is just great! F2P friendly, fun and good design also! Its been our go to relax game for years now. And we love it! Although we wish it added more content like retrofit for SSR more often as many are in dire need of one.
Ive been playing this game for 2 years now and we have to say we are very satisfied with the content they bring into the game along with collaborations they have with other games. The events are well timed for new and older players, love seeing new ship girls being added to the game.
Basically, if you are 12+ Id say to about 18 you can find big ARA ARA.
This is the only gacha game we play now. The reward system is very good, and as long as you are consistent and play every day doing daily and commissions, it's pretty hard to miss any banner ships. We did the math, and it's not hard to get 200+ cubes a month. (Some may not like the fact that you can easily get every character.) The only real drawback for us is the gameplay; it's quite boring, and we haven't actually progressed in the campaign in over 4 months just because of how tedious it is. It would be nice if you only needed to run the campaign once to get an S rating on all the battles you faced to unlock auto mode, and the map animations were quicker. (In auto mode, all the map animations probably waste 2 minutes per run.) But props to the developers. Ive taken a bunch of the surveys, and most of our suggestions actually happened.
We have played for 5 years and need once felt that it was necessary for us to spend money for more resources or summoning material. Every update is great and the girls look fantastic. (Girls are 100% of the cast) we have spent money but it was only because we wanted to for a skin and the cash shop doesnt ever advertise itself so youre also never nagged to spend money.
It took a couple years, but you finally brought back New Jersey. Now we can easily clear the game. Thanks Yostar.

We love this game. On the surface, it looks like a typical Japanese anime game with warships as anime girls, and it is, but its so much more. Nearly every power from WWII is present, each featuring their own art style for the characters, and recently, ships from WWI have been added. Each faction has leaders that buff ships of their respective faction, and is/also a powerhouse in her own right. New players have a 13+ and increasing chapter based story to play through, with each chapter getting harder and harder, requiring you to level up your ships, their abilities, and gear to successfully clear the level. Once youve leveled your ships/gear, and your own commander level, you can start Operation: SIREN, and participate in what we can only describe as an endgame rogue-lite campaign against the storys main antagonists, and work towards unlocking the alternate timeline versions of ships you probably already have, now with different appearances, dialogue, and abilities. In tandem with both of those, players have a constant influx of events. Unlike other mobile games, Azur Lane is constantly supported and updated with content in the form of new gear, ships, stages, and skins. However, therein lies the drawback of F2P games. Micro transactions. And unlike other F2P games, Azur Lane gives you the currency to play the game properly: wisdom cubes. These are used to pull a ship from the gacha (which is extremely generous with drop rates). Deploy and clear a few battles = you get enough cubes to pull a couple ships. Play daily, and soon enough, youll have hundreds of cubes to get you through a UR event with rainbow rarity ships, even if your luck isnt great. Completing daily challenges rewards coins and oil, the other currencies used in playing the game. When the devs added the Cruise Pass (equivalent to a season pass; yet completely optional and still granting enticing rewards on the free track of the pass), they added a weekly refreshing item in the shop, FREE, to all players, that includes oil, coins, and upgrade materials for the gear used on the ships. This game is entirely free to play. The only issue Ive had in 2 years is dock space, but if you only collect ships from 1 or 2 factions, youll be fine.
The game is very good but as a F2P player the only problem we have with it is there are no consistent ways to get gems even if its a small amount. They could make a way to get them somewhat consistently there is no daily to get them and there is only a very small chance to get them from urgent commissions makes you hit somewhat of a roadblock because there is no way to increase your dock capacity without gems so we would very much prefer to have someway to get like 10-20 gems per day at a consistent rate but that probably wont happen and Ill eventually have to drop the game from hitting roadblocks and max dock capacities so much.
We love the game but maybe at the beginning to try to download 12 gibs it took a little too long otherwise yes it a lovely fun game.
We after everything have returned to the game and beat 14-4 This all couldve been avoided had we received the tip of Guardian Nagato at the time we made mistakes which couldve have been avoided now Im on our own we hope this game remain successful and thrive.

Almost all gem source is not repeatable, meaning that you can only get 200 or so extra dock space. The ones that are repeatable is extremely rare.
13g download took 40 min with gigabit internet. & for what? The game is trash.

For people who hate this game because of the sexualization of the women and whatnot. Its literally a game. It aint doing nothing that wrong. There was a person who just made a review on the App Store for it and we got one thing to say. How did you even find this game. Appstore could have thousands of different games and this is just one of them. No way that you randomly stumbled upon this game unless you are downloading some similar stuff and AppStore recommends it to you. Im just here so the people looking at the one star reviews wont take them seriously and try the game out, because its actually pretty fun.
