Hiiiii this game was so attractive but we found that our account cant log in on steam. It seems like 2 different districts. Could we transfer our data on our steam account? We really need this, most our friends are using steam to play and we cant play with them together.
The Jong is ok, fourth place ladder is brutal but manageable, would be five stars if the app didnt take so long to load.
This is our first time playing mahjong in a casual-competitive sense, and we are really enjoying it. The only real problem Im having is fat-fingering tiles during discards on our phone. We originally thought that this was a problem only on iOS, only to have the same thing happen when we played on the iPad. Other than that, enjoying the experience so far.

A youtuber recommended this game after explaining how to play. We never thought Id ever be able to learn how to play Mahjong. We thought it would always be a game that Id never have access to. Now Im happy to finally have the opportunity to try it! The art style is really pretty and the whole game works really smoothly once you know how to play. We highly recommend this for anyone who is new to Mahjong and wants to try it.

This app has changed that. Riichi Mahjong is our new meditation and we dearly wish that we were able to access AI matches offline. Youll know when theyve made this possible because we will have disappeared off the face of the earth. We look forward to playing Mahjong with others in real life because of this game.

This game taught us how to play and its genuinely nonstop fun for us.
Its fun to just play mahjong with an anime theme. The characters and music are interesting, but if you want any special cosmetic items, expect to make purchases. The only free currency is copper and the prices you pay in the shop for copper gifts is high. It you want to roll gacha, you need to pay, but theres plenty to enjoy without having to roll for gacha.
We love this game. Been wanting to learn to play for while. This has taught us so much, already kicking butt after a week.

The best of the Mahjong games on the App Store. This isnt the solitaire stuff. But the real deal and has great graphics. Tutorials for people to help learn the game are really well done. Highly recommended for beginners.
Mahjong seemed really overwhelming at first but the cute characters and art style along with the easy to understand tutorials made mahjong very easy to grasp. Ive still got a long way to be good at the game but Im excited to learn with this app and community. :).
The mahjong aspect of mahjong soul is as good as you can get for a mobile game. Skilled players, good bots, and ranked rooms all make for an accessible and fun experience for anyone looking to get into riichi. But the gacha aspect of this game just feels downright predatory and unreasonably unfair. The odds to even pull a character are incredibly slim, to a point where (Coming from experience) you can spend $50+ and not pull a character.
Gacha odds are rough, but the Mahjong is good.
The mahjong is fun but even after spending like $80 we are left with nothing that we actually want. They ran a promo that you can pick a character to get and have a higher chance of getting itbut we think it was just a baitand it worked. Youre pretty much just going to play mahjongdont expect any of the actual characters you want to anything else because its just a bait for money wasting.
Your game do have a lot of female players. We understand you really want to sell those in-game characters and wall papers, but please stop making all the female characters almost naked. You need to stop creating game content and selling points from such a male-gaze perspective. Its a good game but images like this is churning your female players.
The game is fun but it does have some flaws, the skin sometimes can be very pricey especially the lack of fan service and the rewards can be very lacking as well.
Theres one of the better tutorials. The bots have difficulty levels. And theres skill based matchmaking. The shop is only cosmetic. Seriously, nothing else out there has this combo.

Well here it is! A great format to play with and no pay to win advantages! And if your interested, a small bond system for the characters you can play as! Ive been looking for a way to learn to play mahjong forever and Ive finally found a great app for it.
When using the PC browser or client, we can login through Google as verification. But this feature never made it to the mobile version. Extremely frustrating to not log in and being forced to open another account to play on mobile.
Ever since we got hoshino from collab our life has changed, we even got her twice, we may have wanted mutsuki but this hoshino changed us; we no longer goon, we have rizz, we even own a lamborghini (financed but). Thank you mahjong soul hoshino blue archive collab, without you we couldnt have reached this peak.

We downloaded this app, but unfortunately, we cant get through the create username field. Every variation that we choose it gets denied. Ive tried using numbers letters numbers and letters. All denied. If the app does not accept any of our usernames, then maybe it should recommend one instead of having to choose one thats going to get rejected.
Great characters overall, just wish there would be more ways to get summoning tickets.

This game has way too many cheaters. Dont waste your time on it.
Lacks some necessary tutorials. Like what is Furiken and No Yaku? We have figured out that no Yaku means we threw away a tile that could have been a win, but then we draw that same tile and we have no win pop up. So that's confusing. Then we find ourselves in No Yaku a lot!! We have no idea what that means or how to fix it so we can win. We were checking stuff out in the store and there is a 30 day thing for $4.99 but no explanation for what it does. Our other complaint is why doesn't the game ask our gender so we can choose to receive a guy character? Do we really need to have a half naked girl up in our face when we're female and don't swing that way? We mean we're not saying that other girls wouldn't like it but we would rather look at a guy. However there is only 2 options for the free character and both are girls. With all that said, we must say that we do love this game. We get to play ranked matches anytime we want and the wait is minimal. So we will keep playing even if we don't understand exactly how some things work.
Im only on day two and Im having so much fun. Playing agaisnt real people is the biggest appeal to us as someone who mostly has out of state friends. The rules are a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it youll be yelling at the screen. Im not sure about the gotcha element and how to earn all the tokens organically, but if you mainly want to learn and play mahjong we think this is a very lovely first client to try.
Good player base, not a lot of complaints. The pay stuff and gacha are of course not necessary to enjoy the game, but the gacha rates themselves are TERRIBLE, compared to most other mobile games Ive played with them. Unless youre prepared to spend a lot of money on cosmetics, even the 30 day pass ends up being a waste of money; youll very very likely not unlock anything. Additionally, a recent character (Eva) seems to use AI art rather than being a created asset. Her pose is unnatural, her shoes and dress have several inconsistencies that make it look pretty clear that she was, at least at some point, generated by AI. The other characters do not have artists credits, so theres no way to confirm. If so, this is a pretty disgusting business practice and just makes the harsh cosmetic monetization that much worse.
The network is so bad!!!! Could you quickly repair this trouble.
Its a very solid place to get comfortable with basic Riichi play. If you start here and only use this app you wont actually get too good at the game. This game is a stepping stone, one to what is hopefully an eventful journey into a pretty fun game.
Its a unfair game, bots everywhere. We will never download it again. Sorry for our money.
