Too many ads, otherwise its a solid app and we enjoy most of the games.
While we enjoy most of the games on this app, the face recognition does not work. In addition, the pizza and ball games dont load the necessary ads in order to play for free, so we are unable to play these.
The faces and names was one of our favorite memory challenges but now it does not work. Ive deleted and redownloaded the app but that particular game still does not work. Very frustrating.
Disappointed with the same issue many others have reported. Name recognition/matching game does not work no matter what you do to remedy it.
We would love to play this game with our Dad. We have it downloaded on multiple devices. All have the same issue with face recognition game. You select the game, select the first option and it freezes. You have to completely shut down the app. When you try again, same issue. Happens on all devices all user accounts. Please advise as we really want to try this game.
Im using this for our mom. The good: excellent variety of games, very good ways of engaging the senior player without unnecessary things onscreen/in game that would be distracting. Good, clean interface and functionality. Great, instant feedback that shows correction without discouraging the player. The not so good (deducted 0.5 star): There are no settings to give the senior a longer amount of time to absorb what they need to memorize. As a result,this game is great IF the senior does not already NEED something like this. Also, the items pictured in grocery list game are so small they cannot be discerned on a large phone screen (not sure if it would be better on a large iPad, but we dont have one of those and wont be getting one.) The bad (deducted 1.5 more stars): we paid for no ads AND paid extra for premium to utilize games beyond the 5 or so free games (was happy to do both). Every time we tap on a premium game that was already paid for a popup denies access unless choose button to pay for it (again) or choose button to play for free just once. In settings, the restore purchase is always grayed out. Sometimes after tapping it, despite grayed out button and zero indication it recognized the tap, the already paid for premium game is accessible when immediately returning to game Home Screen. Our big concern: if our mom or anyone who needs help via MEMORY games continually gets popup saying they have to pay, she likely would not remember if she already paid and may well end up paying multiple times. Its a good thing we can do this with her (and have settings that wont allow automatic charge because that would have already happened a few (if not several) times. Its probably just some glitch but it does not read well for a game specifically addressing brain/memory games for the senior demographic. Again, other than these items, the games are helpful and once in the game, the games work well (just need an option to slow it down a little for people who are truly seniors).
Every game works expect one, It is the one where you have to match the person's face with their name. We've deleted it and downloaded it again and it is stuck on level 20, and locks you completely out and you have no choice but to exit and reload the app to access the other games. The developer needs to fix the app.
The app itself is great but we paid to get ads removed and still get ads. Feels kinda like we got bamboozled.
If you pay for no ads, It was stop until next session and then the ads will keep going. Every time you reload you get ads. Left a message. Hi our name is Jay. Im doing good. How are you.

Quite a assortment of games which are fun to play as well as help with keeping your mind sharp. Thanks & keep improving.
This app is great and engaging, with well thought-out components and smooth, simple gameplay, but many of the timed games are much too fast for our elderly Alzheimers and dementia patients. Many have vision and hearing impairments and simply need more time to absorb the stimulus information before trying to recall it. An option to increase/change the time allowed to view the information before it disappears would make this app accessible to many more isers.
One payment, no ads! The scoring could be more accurate – 6 out of 7 shopping list items is NOT 50% but more important please,when we mess up, show the right answer. Especially on crack the code. We would like to see howclose we got. ;) great app; thank you.
The shopping list game is frustrating because we cant tell what the objects in the baskets are to identify the correct foods. They are quite small and sometimes looks like just an orange blob – is that bread or cheese or what? The pictures of the food need to be more obvious. We have often remember the Foods correctly but couldnt identify the objects.
Love the game, it helps our mind, but the ads are way too MANY.
On find the difference. The top and bottom pictures do not line up. When zoomed in or out the top & bottom pics are not the same. When looking (right now we are struggling, work hard as doctor told us to as therapy) we can not see and get confused if difference (sometimes look like) are present. Please fix.
We purchased your Train Your Brain – Memory App for our 82 years old mother. Ive been looking for ways to help improve her cognitive skills. Your app totally exceeded our expectations! Its perfect for her! Its visually approachable, intuitive and and offers so many games to practice her memory! The best part is that it is offered in other languages! Thanks so much for offering a much needed product! We loved it so much, we purchased the Train Your Brain – Skills app too.
We found this app on our own because we know our memory isnt the best. We were in a bad accident. This game is really helping us. We wow.
We like this game as it helps us with short term memory but we chose to have the sounds off and every time we enter the app it plays a little tune. Once the player opts out of sounds there should be NO sounds at all. We dont like disturbing others in public when we play a game while waiting around.
Games are very simple but they either go too fast or too slow where you are not ready when it goes so fast or when it goes so slow you are wondering if something is wrong. And sooooo many advertisements.
Would rate 5 stars, but crashes every time we pick a game to play. Please fix.
We tried the very first game. And at the end of it it tells us you failed. And then nothing else. And maybe there was something else, but because of our Alzheimers we couldnt figure it out. But please dont tell us this is a game thats gonna help us, if all it does is make us feel stupid.
Doesn't work at all, crashes before we can do anything. We think this is not compatible with our slow satellite internet connection, maybe it's trying to load ads or something. We tried several times and it keeps crashes, we had to delete the app.
Well, we have always had a short memory so Id love to test this out to see if that improved it at all.
Its a good skill and a really important skill. We got this app because we wanted better memory and we thought maybe theres a game that can help us with memory.

We don't mind advertisements but mini infomercials are annoying especially when they are constantly repeating. The games were good and challenging.
We have tried this app for about a month so far. We think the graphics are too basic. The games are easy to understand and somewhat challenging, but they just arent compelling. We find that we dont look forward to playing any of these games the next day. We had another app that we played for at least two years and we will be renewing our purchase of that app.

Awesome game but we are still lazy so that is all we have to say.
These exercises are a lot of fun and we think will be very useful to us. We have just started playing with them. Is there anyway to slow the time on the grid where the rabbit goes for the carrot and avoids danger.? We cannot learn because it is just too fast for us. If anyone knows we would appreciate your advice.
Its a great exercise for the brain especially with all of these artificial flavors and colors in our food especially with that high fructose corn syrup its either you use it or you lose it for good.
It does not make sense to use the same face and change the name. Once a face has a name it should not change and continue to show the previous faces along with new faces and names.
We like this game… However we dont like how when you score 100 on one of the exercises it conveniently gets stuck so you have to start over. If that problem can be fixed we would give 5 stars. Right now we give it a 3.
We love the app but recently pairs of cards has become an issue. It doesnt work and causes a glitch where you keep pressing to play and it doesnt move forward. If you exit you lose all progress made in the daily challenge and have to restart in hopes that pairs of cards doesnt come up again to freeze everything up again. Please fix the glitch because we really like the app.
Too many commercials. And you cannot choose which games to repeat. You are forced to start with first to last game.
We have been doing a daily challenge but cant complete every free days with the card challenge. It keeps expecting us to watch a learn how to before the game but as we click on play it never goes further or open, so we can not complete the daily challenge . It doesnt open or allow us to bypass.
We thought this game would help us but it turns out to be a big NO we personally feel its way too kiddish and requires some kind of maturity.
Please fix game with Pairs of Cards! Wont open to play! Others are fun and helpful.

We love these Mental exercises, we used them with some of our Alzheimers patients. You must change the scoring part. When a person gets one (1) incorrect the sound, the wording and the score doesnt match the other progress. It doesnt need to tell us we got it incorrect. Our patients get disappointed and want to quickly quit the game. We have similar books to this game. We like the app better because its actually animated and interactive. Please change the part when you get a wrong answer.
