Im loving the game but cant play level 61 cause when it goes to page 2 it moves over too much and we can only see the last two rows! If you can fix this it would be GREAT! Im on an iPhone 12 Pro Max so we know its not us.

We love this game but we have been stuck for quite some time due to an issue with level 1068. When the level launches it shows three different screens to collect the hidden gold and green jewel from but after beating the first screen in it zips to the left and the next puzzle does not appear. Ive been waiting several months to see if the issue was resolved but as of today it isnt. Please help us to pass this level. Thank you.
Great game. Keeps interest, is fun. BUT, we cannot leave lv77 because the game board is not fully visible.
Level 890 is messed up and out of alignment. This makes it impossible to get to the next level. Tried to click app support link but nothing happened. Please fix this level.
Its a great game that doesnt get progressively harder so fast that you lose interest or lives quickly. That being said, we can deal with the ads but some of the games slide the play over to a second field and we cant see the entire field so it becomes impossible to finish the game when you cant see the items that need clearing! We play on an iPad that is always up to date so not sure why its a problem.
We were absolutely loving this game until Level 77. In this level, you complete one board and then a second board replaces it. You have to solve both. When the second board appears, only 3 of the 7 columns are visible. We tried turning our phone and making the screen bigger. Neither worked. Pretty difficult to complete a board when you can only see half of it, so we cant move past that level. Very disappointing.
Love(d) the game. Just paid $9.99 to be ad free, play a level or two and stuck on level 856.
Its a puzzle with multiple screens and when the first screen is completed it switches to the second screen but it only shows a third of the puzzle and since you cant see which color gems are there it doesnt matter which boosters you have, you cant beat it without a lot of luck. This was brought up to you in he reviews already and it didnt generate a response and nothing appears to be done about it since. Please fix.
We have really enjoyed playing this game, but does anyone know how to get past level 1068? This level includes three screens to get past, but one we get past the first one, the next screen is blank. Ive left and come back for a couple of months to see if its been fixed to not avail. Im gonna have to delete this if we cant go further. Any ideas for us? Thanks.
Level 77 is messed up. When the 2nd board on level 77 comes up, it only shows 1/2 of the board. Without seeing the entire board, it's impossible to play. It has been like this for over a month. Is a fix coming for this issue.
We cant play through level 243 because the 3rd screen slides off the screen.
After clearing 2 boards it moves left to a Blank page? No way to play or get through? Help Please.
While playing this at level 67 the screen moves to where we cannot see all of the tiles. We are unable to complete the level to move on.
We like the game a lot BUT if there are multiple boards on a level, the last board is so far left, you can only see half of the board and it is impossible to complete.

Starts level 61 then 77 is broken board moves too far to the left and you cant see what you need so we deleted after 77.

Your game is flawed. One board can not be seen and we can play no further. We were going to purchase with no ads but will not now. We can not even uninstall and reinstall! Why.

This is still broken even after 2.5!! Cant get past 950 or 966 (two devices) because levels with multiple boards have some boards off the screen! Please fix!! Am a permanent VIP and you may lose us soon.
Once we hit the 700s, the glitches make it impossible to finish a level. When there are multiple gods within one lever, upon advancing to the next grid, it advances too far, and only a few columns are visible. Frustrating.
We love these games. Have played on our phone for more than Id like to admit. Recently got an IPad, so naturally we got the Jewel & Gems 2021 for our iPad. Started all over and got to the 200 level and started to see screen shots of the playing field half exposed. Somehow we got to level 243, with 3 to go and the entire 3rd playing field just magically disappears off the screen. How am we supposed to get past this? Fix this known problem please.
We play and when it has 2 or more screens it DOES MOT LINE UP The screen show zero to 1/2 of the playing field Im in the mid 700s and we cant play..please FIX this issue.
We love the game, but at level 1000 the second board only shows up half way in our screen. Can't win if you can't see the entire board.

Ive been playing this and loved it but theres a glitch at level 746. Once we finish the first screen it slides over for the next one but it slides too far. It slides past the jewels so Im unable to continue. Ive tried it several times and it keeps happening. Please fix it if possible. Thanks.
We love this game, however, Ive reached level 2000 but there doesnt seem to be any levels after that. Are there more levels? What am we missing.
Cant play anymore because the whole board doesnt show. Whats happening.
There are certain levels like 355 has two parts when you go to the 2nd part it only shows half the board and it basically becomes impossible to clear unless you use a lot of boosters… Its a bit frustrating since there are many levels that do this now.
Every since the new update the app doesnt allow levels that have multiple stages to to fully slide to finish playing the level. We are now stuck because of this.
We loved the game but up over level 800 and games are half hidden when moving to another screen on iPad. Hope this gets fixed soon. Playing blind is NO fun.
Loved this game, but Ive hit level 258 and theres a preview of three sections of jewel grids to get through to complete the level, however, after we complete the first grid, it slides the next but keeps going to where its starting to show the third grid, but then stops. So your left with only half of the second grid and start of the third. Ive tried everything to reset it, but it keeps doing it so theres literally no way to pass this level since you cant see all of it as it seems the screen timing or transition to the second grid is off. Sad day.
Ive been on a few levels that dont let us see all the jewels. It cuts it in half. What do we need to do. Im on level 250 the first part is good but the second goes past the screen.
On level 77 when the screen slides to go to the next screen its cut in half so we cant see the full screen. Keeps happening.
At first we loved the game but has the levels increased. Theres not a manual on how to play them. You pretty much have to figure it out yourself. Our second issue is that some of the levels you get stuck on because there is something wrong with the game. Ive emailed but still no response. We either have to delete and start over. Or hope they update the game.
We used to love this game. But being stuck on a level with no instructions. Im on level 587 and the game… Forget it. Im deleting.
The game itself is awesome but we had to delete it and start over twice now, losing all the purchases we had made. On levels that have multiple parts, when we finish the first screen and it moves to the second, only a small potion of the game shows on the screen. There is no way to complete the level. Right now its stuck on level 77. So frustrating to keep starting over and then have it happen again.
When it transitions into the second screen of this game only half of the screen is visible. Shows there are more levels ahead but cant get beyond 460 unless The whole screen is visible. Anyone.

On the new 2021 Version, level 77 has two parts. Once you complete part 1 a new box comes up; however the box slides partially off the screen. You cant complete the second part because you cant see the complete box!! Developers PLEASE FIX! We love this game when it works properly.
