Just wondering your position on hacking? Just left a game with a score of 52 to 6. Kinda hard to believe there was no hacking going on. To date the matchups have been pretty even and we appreciate that. But this makes 2 times this has happened.
Ok our phone got a virus from another Mech game which totally crashed our phone lost everything we worked hard on our game we still have all our achievements but cannot get our old game back also need to add in the game a place to save progress so players dont lose their hard work. Really enjoy this game though it though that was the only battle Ive ever played because the dumb thing doesnt wanna work thats why we give it such a little rating because it needs an update because it doesnt work very well at all actually.
Could be one of the best games but it isnt. Why? Too many glitches that never get fixed. On big game nights the servers are overloaded and game constantly crashes. On a good night you will take on someone from the Asian servers who you cant even scratch much less have a fair match. This has been going on for months. Why isnt it fixed?!? Have to watch a video at the end of each match to double award but you have to reboot game after or theres no chance to double reward. Why?!? Then there are hackers players that are unstoppable but no way to get rid of them. Amazing how this is supposed to be a random game but you fight the same 5 or 6 people all the time. Maybe it isnt that good after all All kinds of updates but glitches never seem to get fixed. Why would we spend money on a game that remains flawed? Trust us when we say when its good its very good, maybe even great but seldom lasts. Random crashes, jerky video and matches where you cant create any damage. That is the norm for the last 6 months. We dont want to give up but this is the worst supported game we have played in a very long time and yes we have great internet bandwidth, have played for almost a year and played many multi player games so the feedback is real.
Terribly overpowered AI robots, with unfair weapon accuracy and damage parameters. Programming/coding makes AI focus only on real players, regardless of proximity to enemy AI. Another perfect example of a once-great game that has been ruined by lack of developer talent, combined with greed. Very sad.
It is great but one thing. Every time you want to upgrade a booster, it says minus for ones that decreases stats. Though when you actually upgrade it, it actually pluses bad stats,we mean it is fine for us, it barely decreases. Overall, it is a great app.
Are the unnamed players AI? Im still in beginner leagues. Why do so few players have names? They often have much more advanced weapons and bots than us. It doesnt make sense.
This game is a great time waster. Fairly easy to do well in and the developers have made it so it is not pay to win. Very fun.
Us and our two sons have been playing War Robots for about two years now. After a lot of grinding, and spending a lot of money to get robots that have a chance of winning and having some fun we thought we would give Mech Wars a try. Yes the graphics are not quite as good as were robots and it lacks refinement and several areas, however the gameplay is just super fun and fast paced. The way the robots are constructed you can feel successful right from the beginning and not feel like you have to pour tons of money into the game in order to keep up. Many of theAbilities are done in such a way that you can apply them to any robot, like flying, shields, damage bonus, etc. Which means you have endless possibilities to play how you want. Theres a lot more flexibility for play styles other than brawling. If you want, you can snipe and actually still have fun, as opposed to war robots.
Love the game but maybe next update add more robots like ones on wheels or spider robots maybe.
The game is pretty entertaining we like the upgrades and different robot abilities. Our main problem with the game and the reason for only 3 stars is that you mostly seem to be paired up with or against npcs. We have literally played a match where we were the only person who did any damage and killed any enemy robots. It was impossible to win since it was 6v1 if the npcs got fixed or maybe if more live people played they might not have this problem. We definitely like this game more than war robots.
The first game was good now it wants us to pick a name so. We do and then nothing it wont let us play any games it just is stuck on the name screen . And we cant do anything. So good try we guess we will delete it.
Game is unplayable booted everytime before a battle game is rigged.
The last 12 games Ive played always says draw even though the result is obvious. Our group would have almost twice the kills and points but it always says draw so your points are low and are forced to watch ads to have more. We think this ruins the game in general. Once a player feels he is being manipulated then he loses his motivation to play. Too bad because the dynamics of the game are excellent.
We love this game but the graphics plz fix those overall we love this game so much.

Great game but we have to change our name for 5000 gold and one of our mechs are slow.
Like most of the players here, we came over from war robots after the corruption of their game. With this latest update, The developers have just followed suit and alienated us again in the same way. They disincentivized clan play, crippled new comers and free players. The game is still faster paced than WR which makes it fun, but they are slowly erasing the reasons we came here in the first place. The developers dont respond to messages or interact with players. Most of us are looking for alternatives now.
Look this is a REALLY good game. But this game NEEDS. Robots with arms, legs (we know there are legs dont think im stupid)what we mean is a robot like in other games, we'll tell our hints ;) 1:swords maybe swords are a little… Overpowered BUT it is a good idea right? We mean-well- it is a good weapon. 2 HAND GUNZ: ?! Oh and we found a glitch when the game ended. We did not leave we were waiting. We were not. Kicked out like normal we-still cud move we mean-what? We saw the screen and we cud not leave im sorry one star for you.
As the title states, Ive been on this game for over a year , we left war robots as it became a pay to win game….it stopped being fun. When we firsts started this was a fun game and challenging , now with all the recent updates and slashing all the rewards its becoming another pay to win game…..very sad…. They are banning anyone who says negative things about there updates, even long time members that are trying to help the devs……the devs are turning a blind eye towards the community that made them popular…..in one word …they got …..greedy. We would rate this game as a zero star but It wont let us…… Find a better game and stay away from this one.
Ive been playing Mech Wars for about 9 months and until the last update it was an enjoyable game. Unfortunately the current version is very disappointing as the new structure severely limits progress to higher levels, especially for newer players. We cannot recommend Mech Wars any longer and will not be playing again unless the latest revision is corrected.
Ive been playing for a good time now, im at lvl 103 and the clan im in is in the top 5. The newest update is NOT we repeat NOT. Good for people starting out or low level players in any way shape or form. This used to be a great game to go and play that the grinder play could compete with the wallet players out there. It is no longer this in any way. We are currently doing a boycott for devs to change the update many many many clans from top rank to the lower rank are doing this until it is changed. DO NOT download this game til you see a newer update then this one, as we said before this is not fair at all to new players or lower ranking players at all. Go on discord MECH WARS in public and see for your self how upset the clans are.
Game had a great community and exciting pvp gameplay preupdate (feb19th). Always glitchy but rewarding and fun. Now its simply just a money grab with no real path to elite levels without serious real money outlays. Your time will be better spend gaming elsewhere.
On February 20th the developers decided to ruin the game. It looks like they are suddenly as greedy as War Robots, where many of us came from. We left because the pay to win became ridiculous. It appears that Mech Wars has followed suit. Time to find a new time waster.
It cost a lot of money to play this game and the developers arent making it any easier to compete without paying , they continue to make changes to keep out any low level players . Just like WR they dont listen to their players . So sad.
Not sure why the devs decided to ruin this fun game but they did with an update that came out today. Absolutely loved this game..until today. The devs showed us 2 days ago what was coming in this update and although it met with 100% negative comments from the player base, they went ahead and made the update active today. They are making this game 100% pay to win for all. We dont see why any newcomer would stay to play this game after seeing what was done to the workshop. We needed more new players and now that option will be gone. We personally have invested quite a bit of money in this game because it was fun, loved it and it has fantastic clans and friends. We will not be spending another cent on this game the way they made it today. As of today we will be boycotting the game in hopes it will return to what it was yesterday. The devs have totally made this a game of greed. We left another game solely for that reason. We wont fall into that trap again. We wont hesitate to make this boycott permanent. Wake up devs! Your player base is talking to you…we dont plan to play the game the way it is today. Tempted to ask Apple if we can get a refund for all we spent here. Game has been totally changed from the game we invested in.
Game started out really good. Newest update is a pure money grab. Longer wait times for game content and reduced rewards that are used to gain that content. You shouldve started this game a year ago.
Decent game ruined by greed. Workshop crippled. Chest rewards heavily nerfed. Crap payout if you lose. Dont waste your time, the developers dont care about the community and just want to cash out.
This game was a blast… Then greed slowly took over the devs and change after change made this game a frustrating grind! Rewards were lessened, build times were lengthened, players feedback is ignored… In other words if you are looking for a game that rewards spending a lot of your cash in order to be fun… This games for you, if you are looking for a game that is fun and competitive without spending a lot of cash… Find another game.
We dont have many words other than just how addicting and fun this game is for both free to play and paying players alike. Paying players dont like going up against weak opposition but like the ability to spend to speed up progress and have a sense of advantage. Free to play like having to grind and have their work pay off against powerful players. When you have a game this balanced free to play have their work pay off and paying players actually have a challenge. Such a great game. Wish we could give it 10 stars. Our twin brother is free to play and is dominating in upperleagues. We have wanted to see him this happy since we got him to play war robots years ago. And we will put money into the game to not only catch up to him, but also because this game heavily deserves it. Not to mention just how much smoother the gameplay is and the graphics are phenomenal at the highest settings. We still havent had one laggy game.

We love the maps they put on here,we use to play war robots but when we found this game we liked much more it has way better graphics there is one problem when we tap on the game icon it goes in to the game and then kicks us out of the game, if you fix this glitch we will give it five stars.
This game seems great at first, like War Robots but with actual game balance. The thing is, they just pushed the pay to win wall back a bit to get you sucked in farther. The high-level game has zero balance. None. The Prime mechs, the humanoid ones, are so ridiculously overpowered that they make every other mech pointless. Once you start running into players with them, you might as well sell every other mech in your hanger. Ther is only one way to play the game at high levels. Fast in your face brawling with Prime mechs and… Shotguns of course. Just. Like. War Robots. We loved this game for two months, then hit the wall. Suddenly we had zero chance. We should have known better. This game is one big bait and switch.
It was good but then it stoped loading.
We think this game is really fun. A like that every robot can fly, but they each have there own special powers to get than through the battle. We only have a couple of problems with the game. One is that we think that there is to much to do. Sometimes we feel over our head cause we dont know what to spend our silver on. We also think that you could make getting new robots easier. It can take forever to get good robots and you could fall behind really easily. Keep doing what your doing guys. :):).
Pls add more bots that cost silver its kinda hard to get bots that cost gold and pieces.
The game would perhaps benefit from a game mode in which the challenge is to retrieve a token (could be an extra experience bonus or whatever) assigned to each player, it can be color coded and also maybe just make the player alone aware of their mission (the token not visible to other players). Each player would be only able to pick up their respective token. This would allow for the hunting of each other in the game. As the pattern of the player trajectory becomes obvious. And it would give players reasons to explore the map and not just remain in one spot. Good work overall. Thanks.
We never pay to play and we love high action games that kick butt right off the bat! Smooth game play and a super slick look! This game lets you play as much as you like each day and seems to level up pretty progressively. This one went straight into our FGs (Favorite Games) folder after 2 rounds of play. On the critical side though, we would love to see a few new maps! There is a lot of time investment required to gain better bots and weapons, so a change of scenery would be great! Thanks for a great game overall.
Cant play with friends or clan members during events forcing you to play by yourself to obtain the rewards. Who wants to play a game they cant enjoy with their friends??? The matchmaking system is not even- very strong will be paired with very weak players. The same Events are different times for different platforms iOS vs Android – again forcing friends to play at separate times These devs need to learn the basics – friends enjoy playing with friends its not rocket science After our friends and we keep struggling to complete events and are not allowed to play in events together we uninstalled. Shame – it had potential.
This game is a copy the walls the maps the guns robots graphics are garbage and its boring.
If you are looking for a thrilling game, Mech Wars is for you. The walking/flying animations are sick. You can join clans and fight against others. Its very fun when you battle. Mech Wars is one of the awesomest games Ive ever played. Join a clan and see what it is all about.
Graphics may seem a little hazy but we love that about the game. It actually seems more realistic than war robots given the fact that even the heavy bots stand a chance. Reality wise a naturally larger bot youd assume to destroy a smaller bot quite easily. The sound effects are killer, abilities not too op, and the running/ flying mechanics are awesome. The reason we have rated it five stars wasnt just because of all that its because you can respawn endlessly until the match ends. No more losses of entire hangers from pay to win slouches. Free to play have a chance of fighting back :) The more powerful the bot the longer the cooldown which we like. We feel a sense of accomplishment when the powerful bots are destroyed. And the first bot you start out with actually is powerful. War robots we had to change from robot to robot to robot only to never find an end to the pay to win chaos. The balance is very fair in this game as where every bot can fly and every player can select what power ups they want to use in the battlefield. It costs silver currency which is 10x better than that bogus energy cell stuff that takes forever to gain and so quick to deplete(war robots). Lastly the maps and the amount of strategy you can input into this game is endless. We dont mind the ai one bit they are just practice for when a real player ends up on the enemy team which is what we love most. Good job.
Good graphics , solid play , play War Robots and wanted a fresh start and now this is our game.
Why can we not get back on to play this game. Been building robots and playing this game for a very long time finally getting some good robot. But it will not load. So we can play. Been trying for a few weeks.
We love this Battletech based game for its great mechanics and fun play even if the English is terrible. There are some key issues that really need to be addrsssed: 1) The game needs to be controllable with a standard external game control for iOS. Playing it touch on screen is murder on the fingertips and joints. 2) rather than just having the fire all weapons button along with the single buttons for each gun (which is awkward and you cant use two at the same time) there should be programmable combos so you can replace those single gun buttons with you choice of gun combo buttons that allow you to select a subset of guns to fire at once, such as long, short range, missiles only, etc… 3) better integration with Discord so you can control which voice or text channel youre in. In game chat is terrible and should just be scrapped. 4) a robot class between medium/large and prime. Prime robots cannot be fought with segmented robots. Its pointless. 5) show a roster of both sides before the match 6) figure out why there are disconnect freezes which get you kicked that regularly happen even when our internet connection is great.
Been playing for months, switching from War Robots. We are giving up now because more and more we are getting placed in battles with prime robots, who will dominate because they are so much better than the rest that you cant compete. We can sometimes take one down in a match, but when it re-spawns, we will be killed over and over. We just leave the match, no fun anymore. We are at a level where we could own one but it will take forever, or lots of $ to get. We dont want to keep playing matches where we get immediately killed over & over, we cant loot blueprints because our clan doesnt seem to have many primes, and you loose the blueprints when you loose the match. We cant take it anymore- going to try some other games.
