Terrible game. Tried to play a tournament. Sat there for several minutes then tells us we timed out. Lost 5000 coins. Played a different tournament got to the final match. Sat there for 5 minutes or more waiting for the game to load. Never did. Lost all coins. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
This developer has turn to the dark side , it was a decent game that was growing in the right direction . Now its gone greedy and copying the other popular game which everyone is leaving in millions everyday. This APP is very dangerous in its trolling you across the your activities on your device which is never a good thing. No app should be allowed to do this but yet Apple is so scared under its current leader . Anytime a gaming app is monitoring what else you are doing on your device which this one brags about then your kids are not safe . So you have been warned if you want to risk it but there are now 8 new billiards game which are 100% free and do not even ask for permission to track your activity! Pro Snooker is so good Apple Arcade is now sponsoring it and it is a true billiard tables ,cues , tournaments with the best graphics.

Glitchy ball movement and spin. Developers need to fix this.
If you dont mind having to watch an ad after every match,its ok.aiming is a little wishy washed.
The balls react in slow motion it is hard to stay focused.

You cannot play this game unless you agree to allow them to collect PERSONAL info about you under the cloud of the other games played. This is absolutely none of their business nor is anything else about us period . We found this out the hard way after installing it on a new iPad with new email address and within a week I0 to 20 spam emails to deal with . This is a cool game but not worth the other crap that comes along with only because Apple techs are cowards and allow us to be walked over after we pay huge price for the devices.
We get the feeling this game that wouldnt even open and has pages of tiny font legalese is installing trackers and trying to rip off social media info.
We won a tournament and after congratulating us on the when the screen froze and never gave our winnings to our account.

Good game enjoy playing. Very well done . But its plagued by cheaters ..the company or app wont do anything. Very frustrating to play against cheaters.
Game is fun, but during a tournament, in the middle of our shot as our cue was pulled back, the game said waiting for your opponents response then it timed out our shot and our opponent got the cue ball in hand which led to us losing and being eliminated.
Please fix – App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.
We think it crazy this app for the game.. Put have the option to chat and speak and most of them or pedophiles . Talking about inappropriate and there children on this apps as well .. Turn of the chat and mic just let people play there no point for that. .people or giving there phone number and all that .. It can get very dangerous if you guys dont address this.

Terrible connection So slow and bad experience.
Every time we play the $30,000 tournament in the first round we thought all the balls Im on the eight ball and Raiders Im shooting a ball it goes to the final screen and it says better luck next time and it makes our opponent the winner every time the Kubo doesnt sing nor does the eight ball -10 stars Im deleting this app theres got to be a better one out there.
Twice in a row we won a round and it glitched on us and exited out of the game and doesnt give us the winning points F THIS GAME.

This game is disgusting. First, some people will win when you hit the eight ball in, although you have all your ball colors in already and through, and did not also hit the white ball with the black ball. In addition, you can join an extreme variety or array of games where people are literally CHEATING: for example, youll be matched with someone and perhaps you break, the opposer completely is able to get every single ball in without fail even though the line is usually off from the hole which means it would not go in; make it make sense and stop condoning and protecting cheaters. You must add something to stop this.

Spent 56 dollars on a legendary cue on which we had only 3 pieces left to unlock. After opening 2 boxes. It didnt open up any of them. Con artists same in you. Taking advantage of us. We want a refund.

How do we add happy face to a chat.When l try to add a face all we get is numbers or question mark.How do you play someone on your friends list.
We could really like this game. But It was hard to tell stripes from solids. Also, when it was our turn, we had trouble shooting, we would lose our turn and it would pass back to us opponent. Also it would accidentally shoot when we were trying to arrange our shot. It could be a good game.

This is a shameful ripoff of Miniclips 8Ball Pool. They use the same sound affects, layout, with the crappiest physics Ive ever seen. We mean if your against the rail at an acute angle aiming for the corner pocket, theres no way you can miss at an acute angle, its one of the easiest shots you first learn when playing, and its the easiest to miss in this game. We tried to stick around but we just cant get over the physics. Its like listening to a track thats keeps skipping, or driving 65mph to come to a sudden stop and stick in the traffic the rest of the way, it destroys immersion and create frustration. Id like to give this game a chance because we love pool, but we dont think this game gets any updates.
This game has some bad glitches. We get tired of playing it it so bad.
When you click agree it opens a web page with the legal on it. Useless.
We lost our game with our Facebook pic on it. We also lost our pool status and game restarted with a beginner game. How do we regain our original game back and all our earnings.
We lost all our rankings and coins twice because of the loading of this app knocked us out twice and had to redownload. We dont know if its an app issue on your end or what now we have to start from scratch.
