We love the game and was excited planning and playing the game, but we hated it when we got to level 34 and could no longer build another island. Now Im stuck waiting for one whole week for another island to appear while the island that we just built for $50 million or more is now destroyed by people that we cant protect it from As we wait for a new island we love this game before today now we hate it.
This is the very addictive game we have so much fun playing at 50 million times a day.
It's a nice game to pass the time.
We find when your frenzy where you win spins and whatever. If its for attack, then you land on raid, but if its the other way around when you need a raid you land on attack. You need to be consistent with your game.
Have been waiting since Dec 22/24 to get help with an issue. They arent paying attention to the screenshots we have been putting in. We need iud 55969 removed from our tribe because they no longer are able to get into this account. They keep saying have your leader remove that account but if they paid attention to the screenshots we have sent multiple times they would see we do t have the option to kick this account out ourselves. This is very annoying cause we have been very patient so far but patience isnt going to last much longer. Please look at the screenshots we have posted to them repeatedly and kick this account out for us. We cant appoint a new vice until this account is kicked out. We have constantly asked in settings in the game to fix a problem. We have sent 2 screenshots for this issue but all we get is lip service. We like the game but nothing gets fixed and there are plenty of issues with this game. Please go to your assistant in settings see our issue and fix it. No more lip service.
Please fix the last update we cant sign in even with facebook whats up with that.
We love playing it but sometimes it be glitching and we dont receive our gifts but overall its a 4 stars.

For at least the last four or five years this has been one of our go to games. We wake up in the morning and play only two or three short games but this is the first and foremost. We love how they make things more accessible and and cool new things all of the time. And you don't have to spend all of your money in the world on playing.
We really enjoy playing this game but not once has the wheel landed on the green bottle ( free spins) which makes us question about the game. We have been playing for a while now. So we have decided to delete the game.

We dont think Ive seen a bossier, greedier, worse developed one of these before. Its full of bugs, theyve obviously paid for good reviews, it BEGS for money as soon as you dont have enough to upgrade your island, and the system of rewards is horrible. Not to mention, you cant get rid of the stupid tutorial-like reminders.
Game is very fun to play except its always making you attack your friends and your teammates and you never get to revenge who attacks you.

We have been playing this game for over 3 years now almost daily for that entire time! The game has changed A LOT since we first started playing. There is so much more to do now, and personally we love it! We will admit, we do choose to spend money, but you certainly dont have to. Joining a tribe will allow you to get the most out of this game, and you will meet tons of people from all over the world. Tournaments, Dragon Boat Races, side events, tribe events, 1 vs 1 battles all while building up your islands. There is always something going on! This game is a must have.

We play this game every day. Yes we spend money. The only complaint we have about this game is that it doesnt give appropriate cards in chests we win. We are way past beginning sets however we keep winning/ buying the same ole cards over and over . Its so discouraging to play and rarely getting new cards or even gold ones. Can you fix this so those of us farther along in the card sets and islands could at least get cards closer to where we are in the game? Otherwise, thanks for a fun game for the most part anyway.

Ive been playing this game for over seven years. Awesome game. We love it every since they did the update we havent been playing much because theres really nothing good to get out of it. They need to grade the game to a better upgrade for us to get a chance to win a little bit more. Carmen.
We love love this game Im hooked.
We downloaded this game over 2 years ago we believe. It kinda helped get us through a funky time and with lockdown and being pregnant at the time, we couldnt do much but sleep. Fast forward to now, we recently downloaded it again because we deleted it at one point, not sure why. We started playing again every day and we absolutely love it. Im on a team and we dont put any personal money into the game and we still win tournaments. You can get spins everyday by doing a few things. We have no complaints, we just wish gold cards were available to trade with team members.
The game is fun but everything is slow. When you open it all of the ads pop up, when you get gifts during the tournament they all open one by one and it takes forever. Same for everything else. Button needs to be input to bypass individual rewards. We can claim all at once. Very annoying so we have slowed down playing. Everything you win is this grand presentation that takes too long and it is individual not bulk.
Update, we have sent several support tickets to island king for our refund. They responded that we are due our refund and we should contact Apple iTunes. We have done what they have requested and Apple iTunes keeps declining our request for refund. This is a game problem and the support folks know it. If they had just credited us our spins or money back all would be great. But, instead they intent to keep stealing money for all users of the game blaming technical issues which they keep your funds. Think twice before you download this game. Although we like playing the game, they are horrible at refunded you your money when it is there fault. They dont even provide you with proof why they deny you your money. They need to stop interfering with purchases when the time crossovers happen, because 9/10 times that is when we have issues. This morning it was with the tournament. We paid and it said all done, the App Store shows we were billed and yet we didnt get our reward spins, etc. And its not the first time. We have disputed it in the past only to be shoot down by the App, we think Im up to $15 lost so far.
All the new updates just ruined the game. Have to big we through 3k spins just to get a raid or attack. Just a scam and money grab from the owners.

Exciting in the beginning but once you collect card sets and jump to different islands you can no longer achieve goals to advance. We havent seen a new card in more than a year and we even bought (with game coins) chests to try to finish sets. They give them to you in the beginning to make you like the game then it just stops. We have never finished a special tournament or side game. Not worth your time.
We played for two years and boom everything gone.
Been playing since they first started it. We love it we are leader of our level 6 tribe. We have had our ups and downs and many many updates but we have yet to be disappointed. We will continue playing and now all our friends are playing.
