This game allows us to live in peace.
Very engaging. Focused on balance between residential, commercial, and industrial as well as citizen happiness. The card collection is a cool aspect of the game. Also being able to change the color of individual buildings is nice. Assigning goods to commercial and industrial buildings for commerce and coin boosts is cool. Cons (for the devs): – Never have enough coins, ever, even with watching ads for extra. This is frustrating. Really throttles progress; guessing this is on purpose but we dont like it. – Some glitching when viewing different metrics (goods, coin collection levels, etc). The metrics dont disappear when you go back to the main view. – Navigating different ways to view the city is clunky. Navigating some menus is clunky (for example, clicking on an an item in the fashion menu then exiting automatically takes you back to the foods menuit should go back to the fashion menu, where you just were).
Im having issues placing buildings due to the map design. It would take too much time and energy in our opinion to try to advance further and further especially because editing the city is very slow. If there were simply more space to work with it would be the best mobile city building game right now. And we mean more then just advancing to metropolis and etc., more space in the plots themselves and options to change streets and trees. You guys would have gold mobile city builders are slacking right now.
The event freezes our game. We cannot donate any pieces when we buy coins, it shows an add.
Id rate it zero stars for grossness and the only thing that we would change is and it is the reason why we dont play is you need money to progress to the next level and we cant get past the place new attraction thing and we need money to progress and to get money to progress you need money please help we cant leave that screen.
Lost all progress after update and no word back from customer support. DO NOT DOWNLOAD and most importantly do not spend any money or time on this development.
Lost account mysteriously and no response from support. Avoiding any games by Reliance. Poor customer service. Trash developers. Going on 2 weeks with no response from support. Waste of time.
It was a good game until we updated it and lost everything and after we just spent some money on the game.
Right after we hit city, the app erased our game and we couldnt get back in. Fun game, but not worth the risk that the game will reset.
Liked the game ok, but logged in today, linked to Apple, and our city was gone. Back to level 1. Wasted a couple of weeks building it up. Dont bother downloading this game.
The game RESET ALL MY PROGRESS after about 2 MONTHS!!! This game is TRASH.
This game was enjoyable for us for the most part. We just did the update minutes ago and the game wiped our progress completely out and started us over from the beginning. We had just reached level 40. We are uninstalling because this was weeks of game play gone.
Havent stopped playing since we started this game.
We just got the game and we cant stop playing it.
It is so amazing it is like city skylines but on mobile you guys should definitely try the game.
The game was perfect until two things happened: 1) Random ads started being forced on the player (no ads for the first 5 months we played) 2) After reaching level 100, thats it – no new opportunities to earn more coins, but the cost of everything increases Each time we play now we enjoy it less, so by next week we may be at 3 stars instead. Id be up to 5 stars if the items above were fixed.
We just started playing today, seems pretty neat however would have liked it to be a bit more for adults.
Its cool and all but you need to add natural disasters like tornadoes, earthquakes, fires, and tsunamis.
We came from SimCity looking for more games to try out and so far this is pretty fun. The only real issue we have is that the roads are predetermined. You only get to build around the already placed roads. Its still nice though because unlike SimCity, you have decent passive income.
This game isnt bad BUT WHY THERES NO EVEN 60 FPS?!?!?!?!! It seems like Im using some other device instead of our IP 14Pro max Please fix it.
We loved playing the game until we came across an issue moving forward. We were upgrading items and buildings and the game is FORCING us to attempt to build an attraction, however we dont have the funds to build it so it stops us from being able to move forward. It will not let us get funds from our other buildings and build the attraction. Which is very frustrating because its been great up to this point. When we went to report the issue to the developers, we were unable to select Citytopia for the issue. And deleted and redownload but it still has the same issue.
We were really enjoying this game but then the first event came up and we dont have enough money to start it and theres no way to exit the event or collect city money so we can start the event. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to start over but still stuck.
So we can place the house and gas station but when we try to place family business down and we are some how a 1000 dollars off so we cant even leave the tutorial so please tell us how to pass the tutorial.
Could not even lets us pass introduction.
Game wanted us to drag the family business in to the city but we didnt have enough money so it wouldnt let us play the game.
Reading the comments this issues been a problem for months. No resolution from developing. Sad. They could be naming a lot of money off this.
Im literally stuck it wants us to buy something that cost 33k and we dont have that mouch cash we cant do anything anout it.
Honestly Ive been playing this game and unlike the other games you dont have to do so much in the city, we will be playing this for a long time m developers so keep up the good work on that amazing developing.

We started the game and it is glitchy because we did the tutorial and we ran out of coin to build a factory and now we cant play. If u fix the glitch Ill know u listen and Ill give a higher review. Thank you.
The game was fun building our city til we got to the first Attraction. It then came on with the assistance to place first attraction except it zoomed to a locked section and wont allow us to drag the attraction to anywhere on the screen. Closed out of game and reloaded and same thing. It wont let you select else where or skip placing the attraction so Im now stuck and cant continue to play game.
We started playing the game and was enjoying it. Whenever it introduces a new variable, it goes into a brief tutorial mode where it guides you in building or equipping the next thing. We got to a point where it wanted us to do this, but we did not have enough money to build said item. We are now stuck in this tutorial step with no way to utilize any other function of the game. We deleted the app and reinstalled (we were only a few hours into game play) and it pulled up our town again. We tried contacting the creators, but have heard nothing through one route, and was unable to submit a form on a different route because Citytopia was not listed. Keep your city equipped with large coffers.
This game was fun but we got to the part where it wants us to put down a coaster, and we dont have enough money for it. Instead of letting us collect money or buy coins or just wait, it forces us to try and place a coaster. The only thing is we cant! It wont let us back out or anything, we even tried to delete the game and start it over but it saved our progress we guess so we cant play any further, which is a shame because we were really enjoying the game.
Im stuck on buying something its making us buy, but we dont have enough money to get it. We cant get more money or do anything else until we buy it.
Seems different and potentially fun. But one hour in and it wont let us place item. Even before that it seemed really confusing for no reason. We could have learned that stuff. But even a reboot of our phone doesnt get us past glitch.

We have the most recent iPhone model and the game is unplayable due to graphic lag.
We liked this game but now it wont let us move on because we have to place a coaster and it wont let us move it to the location. We close out and open and wont let us get past this step. Annoying.
Hours spent investing in this game to not be able to advance further because a bug not letting us place a roller coaster. Fix the game.
Can place the roller coaster or go to another screen.

It is a very fun game but not very much to do. We got the game and 30 minutes later we were on level 5. When you make the game your city is a mess. Have fun paying.
We ran out of money well doing the attractions tutorial.

As of today, the app will not progress past the loading screen. Great game so far. No problems until now.
The Halloween update made the game crash but it was our absolute favorite game.
Ever since the Halloween download, its been glitchy. Now we cant even get past the loading screen.
