If you are looking for a poker app with a ton of players on it, this is not it yet. Youre better off downloading BetMGM by Hollywood Casino for real live action. Also they offer little to no promotions especially for new players, and the one they do offer never came through our account after we made our deposit.
When is auto log in happening. Mgm has it now. Also auto login on lap top. Americas card room has had it forever.
Cant get the docs approved page to go go away. Cant deposit.
If you deposit through pay near us, they will process your payment within minutes. That is not the case with withdrawals though. Our first deposit was through paypal. We requested a cage withdrawal two days later and it was processed in less than 24 hours. The other day we made the mistake of using pay near us as depositing method. Requested a cage withdrawal again. Its been 72 hours and our request is still in awaiting process status.The confirmation page clearly states that within 36 hours you will get an email to collect the funds at Harrahs Philadelphia. Support team wont even respond to the e mails. Live chats are useless. They will use every stall tactic to frustrate you and hope that you are stupid enough to reverse the withdrawal.They will even persuade you to file a dispute. It will give them more time to hold on to your money. If you use paypal, or bank account as deposit method and they try to play games, you have the shot of disputing the transection with your bank or paypal if push comes to shove. If you think that you can always file a complaint with the PGCB, you are right and wrong at the same time. In order to file a complaint with PGCB you will have to file a dispute with wsop first, and get a case or dispute number from them. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!! That could take a week. Then PGCB gives them a week to respond. So the hole process of you trying to claim your money back( forget about the winnings) can take a full month. And Im sure that PGCB is aware of this loophole and they are letting them using it.
Wish we could put zero stars. Horrible customer service. Major deposit issues and customer service offers no help. Absolute horrible representation of the poker industry. Please save your time and money and download PokerStars.
The interface has terrible features. There is no chat available, no way to verify players are even real, no split options at the end of tournies. Its just all around not a good experience, there are better options out there.
Site needs a total new look ,your poker screen should be straight across screen ,plus to many disconnects, and whats with the deal you have to make another deposit to make a withdrawal thats ludicrous,we make our first deposit that should be enough make it simple to get customers look at poker stars site simple.

We have never seen so many hands decided by the river card. It is unreal. Not many players yet. Most people only seem to play the tournaments. No one wants to play regular games.
The menu is a little cluttered but if you want something different than PokerStars this is a great alternative. Lots of tournaments and even free rolls. Its worth checking out.
The graphics are good but you cannot view the table in landscape, only in portrait view. Also, not enough traffic as of yet, hopefully the site grows in the months and years to come.
Just really ugly compared to PokerStars. We wish we could simplify all the nonsense they have on screen.
A lot of bots, lower player pool. Zero customer service, no in game chat. Its crap. Stay away so many better ones.
Now its one star. Update to our previous review. We are trying to withdraw our funds, a whopping $11.63, from our account. We have complied with their request for our drivers license or ID. It has been verified by them. Now they come back and tell us they need a copy of our bank statement before they will give us our money. This is where we drew the line. No way. They will do anything to avoid giving you your money back. Avoid this site like the plague. We also think they should be looked at by the PA gaming authorities.
Besides the absolute horrendous beats that are constant on this app (if you are looking for a 2 outer on the river you are about 90% to hit it), you cant get your winnings unless you want to go down to Harrahs and claim them there. Weird how they can pull money from our checking account just fine but when we want to withdraw our winnings, all of a sudden there is an error that supposedly they are working rapidly to fix (which is the response we have gotten for a couple weeks now when we send emails to customer service). Deposit at your own risk here.
There arent many players in the regular games. The blast games are a rip off and consistently decide the winner on the river. Dont waste your money. They should definitely be investigated by the PA Gaming Control Board.
Almost all tournaments are rebuys. They only one who benefits from rebuys is the site its awful.
If you love to be a 95% favorite going into the river and lose. This is the perfect site for you.
App crashes in middle of games, and cant get logged back in.
We really enjoy playing Texas Holdem in real life. Ive tried some other apps also. This one we had somewhat high hopes on. But this aint it. The lobbies are slim. The hands are predictable. The play is slow. After we use our $10 we put in to give it a shot, Im definitely deleting this app after.
Love the fact that they have tons of satellite tournaments that are very cheap buy ins for large tournament payouts.
Why wont your app work with either of our Mac or windows laptops, but we can play on our phone and with iPad. Why.
Great site. Need to get withdrawals on debit car with more consistency. If you can do it once on a few minutes, you can do it every time.

We know bad beats in poker are quite common. But its very bad on this app. Your opponent has a 95% chance of hitting a one outer on the River.. Its ALWAYS on the River. It makes it worst it does feel like youre playing against bots. They always hit they card.
You let people win a little then absolutely no cards till your broke seems like a scam.
Instead of 5 satellite tourneys for ring events just run one 2 hours before if you just run one there will never be layover.
No widescreen support, cant really use on tablet.
The App works well. Everything we need when we cant access laptop. Prefer laptop personally. More bells and whistles.
Would love full tables of 8 with slower paced hands.

The game is fun so Im being kind in giving app 2 stars. THE HANDS ARE ALL PRE-DETERMINED meaning you will have a pair of Aces for example. Somebody has a pair of 3s. The LAST CARD PLACED WILL 95% of time be a 3. ITS HONESTLY SO RIGGED when the last card placed is ALMOST ALWAYS meant to be a SHOCKER! SO SO SO SET UP You can still do well, but you just have to play butt backwards. (we GO ALL IN WITH a 2 if we want to win a hand.) Aside from SKILL being reduced to non-essential, the BLAST games can be fun but good luck waiting for other players. Theres plenty of times during peak hours when you know people are playing, but many minutes fairly often go by without anybody joining the game & if / when players join, its often same few players so it seems that maybe WSOP prefers to force players together by our skill or level or how much money we waste, and therefore making us have to wait until they review / determine a player fitting. Lastly, their customer service isnt very responsive / helpful. With all that Ive stated, we still prefer this app over most other PA online poker apps. We just find many aspects insanely annoying.
Terrible app. The buttons move around so you click on the wrong button and waste money. The cards are so small they are hard to see on a phone. There is no way to turn off most of the annoying sounds without turning off the alerts too. Just plain ugly! First priority change: stop moving the buttons around so we call when we mean to fold or raise when we mean to call. Could you have designed that worse.
Been weeks and our withdrawal is still pending. Highly discourage anyone from putting money in this app if you ever want to withdrawal.

So WSOP will let you deposit from any type of account or card and they trust you like you re their best bud! Then u want to take the money out and all of a sudden you re the most suspect criminal in history. The FBI is less thorough in clearing someones reputation. Why cant WSOP just transfer the money back to the same source it came from.
Love the poker here but everyone we log in our money balance is different. The last time it went from $116 to $92. Ya gotta be able to trust people with yur money even if yur just gambling it away! If it wasnt for that it would be a solid 3.9.
All we have played on many online sites as well as live tournaments and cash games. Any common poker that has been playing a while or has studied knows mathematical probability of outs. This strategy cannot be used on this app! This is not the same as a random deck of cards being dealt by a dealer. This site is so rigged for action! We will give you an example of hands that are extremely common. You have AK suited on the button. Middle position raises you 3-bet they 4 bet you call. Flop comes A-K-K They bet you call to keep them in the hand. Turn comes a blank They bet you 3 bet they 4 bet you shove they call They turn over pocket aces. This happens in poker but it is extremely rare. NOT ON WSOP.PA IF WE ALL DOWNLOAD OUR HAND HISTORY AND PROVE OVER 100 000 hands that the mathematical odds are know where close to realistic we can get some money for the and deception that has been occurring! Lets do something about it.
Falls advertisement in promos and rigged hands, there are 1000better poker sites to play on.
Everything is so predictable; you know how the cards are coming out, but youre put in a position to either fold and play bad poker, or call and lose knowing its the right play. Wouldnt recommend.
Ive won several tournaments. Racked up about $400 in winnings. When it comes time to collect, they run you through the ringer. They wanted our full bank account number in a recent statement. Our bank blocks out all the numbers except the last 4. This doesnt work for wsop. We went to the bank and got a signed document from the bank with our whole account number and our name and everything else they needed. We submitted it and we got no response for several days. We called their customer service number and they pulled up our info and they said they could accept the bank from because it said deposit on the top of the form. Are you kidding us? They have no problem taking money out of our account with a bank card but they cant put money in. Its a scam. We play on FanDuel and they actually pay you just by using the same method that pay you them with. So it can be done, but WSOP refuses. Im at the point where we want to get an attorney involved just out of principle.
Wanted our debit card code to return 18 bucks to us. We refused to turn it over. Shady. Shouldnt be allowed to make demands to get your own money back.
We truly believe the algorithm used on this site is suspect to say the least. Something fishy is going on here.
First we had to upload our id. Okay no big deal did that waited a day and they said well now we need a picture of your passport, luckily we already had our passport (most expect everyone has one, that still wasnt good enough so we needed to upload our social security card we oredered a replacement because we lost ours did that and they denied it its just crazy the only good thing this app has going for it is bracket and ring events but its not worth it. Ive heard lots of comments about people having to fight then to take out there money when they win.

Seems to be a similar Rewardadonk system here to what jokerstars has. Guys shoving 77 all in against QQ and rivering the 2 outter or the wonderful 4 running diamonds to beat our AA. Total crap.
Its blatantly obvious the program has been written to steal from the customer. Lots of bad beats to collect 2 to 4 times the fees and rakes also to cover tournament guarantees. Its straight corporate fraud. The state isnt going to step in and do something about it because they benefit from it. What can we say, corporations are vile scum and will steal from there own customers. Its the corporate American way.
Poker site is typical. Hands out bad beats and you wonder if you are playing against a bot. Our problem is with withdrawing funds. They take your deposit, no questions asked. BUT, as soon as you withdrawal, they want all your personal banking information. It is a joke. Once you provide all the requested information for withdrawal, you think you are good to go for the next withdrawal. No, they make you provide all the information again. Its ridiculous.
