One of our favorite games ever, however, bummed cuz we havent been able to play for months. The game opens and stops loading at 83% and it never moves from there. If anyone can fix this but please do we miss our fave game.
(we only put 5 stars so you would see this)So when we downloaded the game it seemed really fun but now but Im having an issue with building. We dont know why it now occurred. EVERYTIME we try to build something it says (connection is lost pls check your internet) and our internet is perfectly fine. We dont know if this is a bug or anything BUT PLEASE fix its really annoying.
Glad we found this back. We went to the end, no new updates as promised. Got a new phone now starting over.

The game is terrific but one problem is that when we try to create that vase in hot gossip level , it says lost connection and cannot proceed help please.
We cant get the second design paint design on the first room to work:( it wont load and we have tried everything and it never loads. Is there a bug or something? We really want to play this game but we cant get past that:( please help.
Im at a level and the error message states that internet needs to be connected. We really enjoy the game, yet cant move on. Internet is working WELL. THINKING ABOUT REMOVING APP.

Please make your intent clear for us very frustrated participants. We installed this game because we want to decorate. Im not interested in this match-three nonsense. However, we can tolerate it if it allows a quick game and then back to the business of decorating. You have ruined a perfectly good game. Your graphics are beyond stunning. But you hang us up with these match-three levels that are impossible to win. Finally, in bitter frustration, we give up and uninstall the game. Design Home and Redecor are real decorating games. You need to make up your mind as to what your game is. If we want a match-three game we can play Candy Crush. We don't understand how you hope to keep people participating when you turn it into an exercise in frustration. The furniture is beautiful and the selections are stunning. The only drawback to an otherwise perfect game is the match-three levels that take forever to win.
We downloaded the app after not having it for a while and our progress is gone. We cant log into Facebook anymore because it says its an unavailable feature. We cant even change our player name because theres some kind of issue. The support page is empty and unavailable as well.
We cant access any of our items to add to the room/keeps saying no internet-not correct. Same thing when we try to access support. Useless if we cant design. We like the game, but unfortunately no point.
Although the game can be a money pit, it has some good features. We more so enjoy the home decor projects as opposed to those crazy, hard-to-beat levels. That said, Ive maxed on levels and now for over two years, the game has a note inside saying more rooms and boards are coming soon. Did the developers just quit? The game gave us something to do in our downtime.
Hi, we reached the end of this game months back where there is no more rooms. It just says coming soon but that was months and months ago. Are you ever gonna add more rooms? We have enjoyed playing. Sometimes it would take forever to win a game but when you did, it was like WOW, we DID IT. Please when are more rooms going to be added? Thank you.
We truly love the game and Im just wondering when the new updates are coming we have finished it out to where we cant decorate anymore. Cant wait to see the new updates.

Love this game however we wish we could restart the game since we feel like we should make some design changes and we wish there can be more new interior design levels and since its 2024 maybe try making a new interior design game because we love this game Design Masters so much we just wish there could be a new interior design game for 2024.

We are playing it for two years and recently we do not have anymore the icon indicating that we can get 15 min. If we watch an ad. Why? Thats why we took one star off. The game is beautiful.
Got the recent update today. Where are the levels? Have been waiting for new design levels as we just play the game. When are new levels coming out.
We love this game honestly Ive had it for years now and am on level 854 and play it everyday its really fun. Our issues is the diamonds at the end when you win they tend to not give us our full diamonds we can earn or leave power ups and wont collect the diamonds for them. Ive had a few instances where we get wayyyy less than what we earned bc the screen just changes. For example we beat a super hard level which automatically give you 130 and it glitched and only gave us 29 diamonds, very mad. Its happened a couple other times but that was the big one. We also miss the daily win magic cube where when you win you get a cube in the next level. Also wish it was easier to earn more money or lower prices on decor so that we dont have to play 100 games for one room. Other than that its great.
Every time we try to contact support it never works cant get pace loading page out it says 404 error,.
We downloaded this game because we love match three games. We thought the design aspect of the game was impressive and enjoyable! We loved the characters that were introduced at the beginning. Unfortunately, there were some aspects of the game that did not suit our play style and made it too difficult to enjoy. 1. You cant activate a power-up unless you make a match using it. 2. It costs 900 gems to play on (get five extra moves) so you have to beat 25 levels to earn enough gems to play on one time. 3. The power-up actions are really puny. We like power-ups that pack a lotta fire power. 4. Power-ups automatically activate which gives the player less control over pairing power-ups to really blast levels. Cute game though.
Puzzles would not down load so we deleted it.
So aggregated we have gotten to a certain point and we cannot go any further in book to decorate more rooms and we are tired of just playing the game Developer Please Help.
Im really enjoying the game specially, when you get to create a picture or a vase would love to see more of that. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
Why having an update when nothing is new? Cant design a room for at least the last two years and the mini games are long time finished. Disappointed.

The update was great so the app stops freezing every time we win a round. But what did you do to the sound? We play our games while listening to audiobooks and we no longer can do that with this game. Please fix this.
We love this game and dont mind the ads since you get to choose whether or not to view them for extra stuff. However, the lakehouse event stopped working for us after a few levels. It started to freeze after the not-so-pleasant phonecall transition and we would just restart the app. We figured it would go away once the event was over but it still hasnt. We still get that transition after finishing a level, even though Im not in the event mode. We have to restart after each level we pass now, which is getting annoying. Hope you fix this! Update: Its fixed now! Changed to 5 stars.
We love this game but Ive been playing it for over a year with no new room updates! That was the best part of the game. Im on level 1742 and cant use any of our money for designing. Please make new rooms to decorate.
Really love this game each design is unique, and the levels get better and more difficult. Sadly this game hasnt been updated in awhile and Ive reached their max on designs.

Ive played this game until Ive run through the design book (which is way too many levels to admit to, but there was a pandemic, so). Just wondering if there will be more design challenges added, or if Ive reached the end of the most interesting part of the game.
We have been playing the game and we love it we love how realistic it is but.. We dont like that you cant design any objects, for the rooms, you cant go back to any older rooms and we dont like that the game has not come out with any newer rooms and features.
Ive sent three requests to the developers to see if they were going to update the game with more levels, as we reached the end of the game. When you reach the end of the game, it says more levels are coming. That response was over a year ago. Since then since then Ive gotten two responses that say this basically the same thing will get back to you. Today we went to send another message and it wouldnt send on this platform, so we guess thats the end of the game. Good luck.

We have been waiting for a new room to open for about a three months now.. We have almost $16,000 in our bank but cannot progress. Still waiting for an update.
We love this game and we love the beautiful artwork. However, for the last several weeks, the game is indicating "more creations are coming." So is Christmas! By the time a room(s) becomes available, we will have racked up so many points, we could decorate 50 rooms. Please, please make rooms available.
This game apparently maxes out of rooms to decorate.
We actually love this game and we love the recent updates but the side games freeze and cause us to have to close and reopen the game EVERYTIME we win or lose. Also, updates take too long to come out. We havent had more rooms to play in months. Pleasemore rooms soon.
