We love laying this game but unless you want to pay all the time, the ads are ridiculous to make a move.
It takes so long to play a level. The ads are terrible. We have to watch long ads just to be able to get a free tile or to be able to turn a piece around. If you get behind, it's almost impossible to catch up. We deleted it once because of the length of the game and later reinstalled it. But still having this same issue. We're not going to buy turns, we can't! We're ready to delete it permanently. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE, we DELETED THE GAME.
This is a pretty good game, but its frustrating when the game crashes several days in a row.
Changing the game is fine. We loved the game and have played it for quite a while but now that you have changed everything we have lost all the support items that we have purchased. Big loss. Now we have to rebuild everything again. That is why the lack of stars. If it transferred those we would certainly give it a 5 star.
They showed a game where people are shooting at each other. The next time we see that ad we will delete the game.
We play MobilityWare games almost exclusively on our iPad. We have 6 playing now and we cycle some of the others in. So Im here to tell you that this Tetra Block is by far the worst performing of your games. It routinely shuts down after the first ad before we can even start play! It will also shut down or get hung up on buffering after the ad when we try to use a tool. If there is a limit to the number of tools, or the number of times any one tool can be used in a game it should say so in the rules. Then there are the times when the screen will rotate after an ad, changing the size of the game on the screen, and, of course, disrupting our thought on the next move. Sometimes the ad banner will overlay the play pieces so we cant see them. All of this seems to be tied to the ads. You have some serious troubleshooting to do! 12/22 Well, crap, some of the above complaints resolved and we continued to play. Recently, the game just wouldnt load or would drop off when we tried to start a game. So we deleted the app with the intent to reload a couple of days later, only to find that it has placed us back as a beginner player with no option to skip tutorial or play a more advanced level. Just cant win with this game.
We have an iPhone 8. We do like this game but after 15 or 20 minutes it seems to use up all available memory then slows down and eventually we have to force reboot our phone. Seems to start after the 7th or 8th ad plays. Nearly positive its this app as we did quite a bit of testing on it. Hopefully this gets fixed. Otherwise Ill be playing Sagadoku in the meantime. Edit: looks like this issue was also reported on December 16 2021 and still exists 7 months later. Not to encouraged by this.
We are sick of ads on this game and was looking for an alternate similar game. Based on a review here It looks like there is an way to avoid the ads so we will try that before we do anything else.
We like this game, used to play it all the time. But occasionally when youre making a purchase it will freeze and then either you dont get your purchase or charges you double and sometimes triple. The administrators both with Apple and the developers of the game or absolutely no help when that happens. So enjoy playing the game and enjoy getting ripped off because eventually it will happen. Too bad a good game is run by thieves.
We love the game but hate the time wasted by ads intending to trick you into buying. Id rather buy the game and be rid of the irritation.

This game is alot of fun, but. Many of the ads are 30 seconds long, which wastes alot of time. The 15 second ads are bad enough!! – we just set our phone down after 5-10 seconds anyway. We would like to pay for ad free, but you have to keep paying over and over and over. We wish they had a one-time ad free option.
The general games play is good but all the ads to get to rotate a piece is problematic that the developers dont seem to want to fix. We play a lot of their games but this one is the worst. Even though the ads are terrible you can do a better job programming for glitching ads that dont crash your game. We are done playing this game.
Fun game but the frozen screens make it impossible to enjoy!!!!!! Game says no more room, when clearly there is plenty of room, NOT COOL.
We love to playTetraBlock. Since we have installed it, after we finish a couple of games, when it normally shows some sort of ad, it freezes our iPad. We cant change apps or turn it off. We have to wait for the iPad to time out and go to sleep before we can us it again. We hope there is a fix soon. Bummer.
A time waster that takes too much of your time to waste. Most of your time with this game will be watching ads. Dont waste your time.
Very disappointing game experience.
So settings allow you to silence the game, but sometimes some ads blast out ttthe commercials audio. And it seems the app allows it to disable the volume control on your device. Unacceptable. Game delete – definite show stopper.
We love Tetra Block, it is fun to play and we also love the jigsaw puzzles. Work them every day. Thanks.

We love to play this game but when we could not get the game to start after several attempts we had to delete the game. We added it again to see if it would help and it did but we lost all of our progress and had to start completely over with level one. Not sure if we want to do that again.

We enjoy your game but several ads dont give you a choice to op out. One is called Pocket Style. Never ends! We have complained before with another ad a while ago. They dont give you a way to stop the ad after 30 seconds. Quitting Tetra Block.Another ad, Seekers just got stuck. It isnt our computer, its your ads,.
We love this game and would give it 5 stars if not for the ads. Ive been playing for some time-at first the ads were horrible then they got a little better and now theyre bad again. Was excited when the pop up appeared about getting rid of ads. But $9.99 for 7 days? Are you kidding us?? Thats just ridiculous. Id probably even pay $20 to get rid of the ads permanently but not $10 for a week.
Puzzle pieces fit and youre doing great but then all of a sudden, you get pieces that dont fitand you were so close to winning this one. Oh! You can continue (so you dont have to start all over again) but first … You have to watch a 30-second ad. Then … Guess what? You WIN! So watch the ad, win the game. Thats what its all about.
The fact that we takes you watch an ad before you can even load up an episode is just ridiculous.
0 straight days and there do an update and we lost everything we earned on the DAILY puzzle. No help.
We enjoy this game, but the ads (and there are a lot of them) can lock up the game – even on a new iPad. (Looking at you, Simplisafe). Sadly, we feel compelled to delete the app and no longer play; and rest assured we will not engage with your advertisers.
We have paid for the free ad version and it never appears! We even deleted the app and reloaded it hoping that would spark a change but no it continues as it has with us having to watch the torture of the king over and over again! We have written support about this and get an automated response but nothing else! It is one of our favorite games otherwise or would have been deleted by now, but this is really too much.

Had a different version of TetraBlock and it just stopped working. Downloaded this one and this version doesnt work. We really enjoy mobilityware games and miss playing TetraBlock.

App no longer works!! We removed it, reinstalled it and nothing. It opens on a black screen. We played thousands of games on it, we love it. Just like everyone else, we concur with the annoying ads. We dont even watch them, like everyone else we multi task, we are on our other devices when the ad is playing. Most of the ads are irrelevant. Give us more than 1 round to rotate the blick between ads. Also, the ads cant play when you are not connected to the internet, so you cant rotate your block. We learnt this while in flight so, no option there than to get off the game. Pls fix the game.
Ever since we updated to your latest version the game locks up on the title screen. We have done several reboots and sometimes it works and most times it doesnt. We love this game but this is getting very frustrating.
We like this game but the recent update appears to stop it loading on our iPad. All we get is the splash screen.
We love this game. Very challenging and relaxing. No timer to make you push yourself. But Ive been having issues with the X on the ads not showing up. Causing us to step out of the game to come back in several times til we can play again. And now its been freezing up when we first click on it to play. After 3 months of playing the game froze up. We ended up removing app and reinstalled. We have now removed app and reinstalled 3 times. Love the game but getting really frustrated.
Have been enjoying this game for some time. All of a sudden it started freezing on startup, we reinstalled, played one game and it did it again, restarted our Iphone, it still wont open. Any suggestions.
Can play a few games, close the app, and then it wont reopen. Have had to delete and download again several times. Not worth that much time or effort so now deleted permanently.

We actually love this game. In fact, its our favorite and we play it every daythat is, until it stopped working. Closing and reopening the app, rebooting nothing works to make it run as it should. It opens only to the page that says Mobilityware and then it just sits there on that page. No amount of tapping, swiping, long-pressing, etc. Does anything. We dont know if the problem is your most recent update for the app or if it just wont run on IOS 14.7.1, or maybe a combination of both. In any case, PLEASE fix this issue. And while youre at it, please offer an ad-free, 1-time paid version so we all can fully enjoy the game without the constant interruptions of having to watch ads to continue playing the game. Thank you.
We have downloaded this game three times as it looks like fun. Twice it has refused to reopen after being closed, and wouldnt open at all once.
Updated yesterday worked great until then now it doesnt load stays on mobility ware screen.

Some of the ads do not ever have a close box. Love the game but thats totally annoying.
We enjoy this game. But please please fix the fishdon ad. It blocks out the game and we have to reboot. The ad with the towers and the sharks.
