This game is probably one of the best games Ive played in a while. Ive been wanted a simulation game like this for SOO long and you dont understand the joy we got once we found this game. There are a few bugs like how auto collect sometimes misses bio points but we literally dont care because this game is so fun and awesome like not only do we have the option to kill someone but we can also save someone? Thats amazing like what and its free on mobile? Are the developers saints? We love you so much for making this fantastic amazing beautiful cool fun delectable game < the developers.

Lets get right into it 1: its to easy on mild and barely harder on medium 2: great options for killing somebody 3: we feel like some things shouldnt cost as many points 4: please take this review into consideration and overall good game short review because im about to do something.
We do not know why people like to hat3 on this game its perfectly fine.
Put in casehO on death and he will spawn being obese.
We also think they may be bringing it back for more updates.
You at least get a chance to decide if you want to watch ads. UI is better, too.
You should add sandbox and multiplayer (death player vs life player) into this game like the pc version.
This is fun to play when bored we like the two options, but there is one problem we like how you can talk to other people in the game but you might want to add multiplayer it might make the game a LOT of fun, you can match up with people and one person be the doctor and the other to try to kill the bot, by doing this it will make it engaging.There is also another problem, im having problems with being doctor and killing the bot maybe try adding a training mode for both things so people might get better at it.Anyway besides that great game you guys made we enjoy so much cya.
This game is nicely designed and a fair bit of fun, but the energy counter is so flawed. It doesnt gather energy after time passes, and then if we renew the energy meter, all of a sudden it it shows a new 48/48 + whatever energy we just bought. So it knows that we should have a full bar based on time passed, but it doesnt register until we pay for it. Thats so frustrating and a scam.
We left the game for like 2 days and came back to 6/48 energy. Nothing replenished in the time we were off the game when it should have.
This game is hard you have to be a doctor we believe to play.
After awhile the game got buggy, then it wont load any levels. We tried restarting it checking for updates but its been like this for a few weeks . We just want to keep playing.
We love playing this game and it's really fun, but honestly the bugs make it impossible to play. Half of the skills you buy never work. It constantly freezes and stops working. And there are times when our patient has died but the game continues. There is such an insane amount of issues that completely ruin an incredible game.
Before playing this game we were a HUGE fan of their other game Plague Inc. (still am). However, this game gives you a perspective that really puts you to the test. Wether its saving lives or ending them, this game is very entertaining and interesting. Great game overall.
We do like this game but we have 1 recommendation for a new game: add a game like this except its like youre a vet instead of a regular doctor.

The Roadblock level is experiencing many bugs and problems. Fixing these bugs could make this game more enjoyable and more people would want to try out this game.

We love this app it is so crazy you can either heal someone or kill someone and most people would pick a death it has high-quality graphics it is so crazy like Im in the death and Im sitting around with our animals on our bed and it is so cozy so high-quality.
Bio inc is a good app and we are a fan of medical stuff but we hate why we dont get sandbox for phones too.

Been enjoying our time so far. Saving people or doing the opposite, completing the l quests, and earning all the little stars by doing different levels of difficulty (though we still have no idea what experience is for). Generally the game functions well, but there are the occasional bugs. Some of them are solved by just closing the app and reopening, but others we get on a consistent basic. One review we saw showcases one of them, the emergency bonus in life mode not working. We were able to complete all the life stages after a bunch of tries without it, so this wasnt the biggest issue. The next however stopped us from doing the same in Death mode. The road block stage can not be played on lethal difficulty mode. Whenever we try, either the game freezes before the scenario starts or the days counter stops shortly after the scenario starts. It usually stops either at 0 or between 1 and 10. This causes the game to be unplayable, and the app must be closed. Coins and energy are not restored if this happens, even if the scenario doesnt start. If those two things can be fixed, that would be great! Theres also something that Im not sure if its a bug as much as an error when inputted or maybe the wording? The Slow Collapse skill at level 1 decreases systems collapse speed by 80%. You can purchase the upgrade of level 2 to make that 70%. Isnt that worse? Why would it be paid for if it just makes it worse? Still a very fun game, and cant wait for the multiplayer.

We really like this game but it is much more challenging than the original but also very accurate with what happens. We found that its much harder for us to save a life but doesnt stop us from trying.
Its fun and all, but wheres our gun? Im an American you know. We have a right. Just give us the dang 12 gauge shotgun already. Whats the point of killing John Smith with diseases when you can play pin the John smith with a bullet.
This is such a good game it is well made no to many ads and you can choose life or death( we prefer death it is fun) Edit: we found a glitch you get charged twice for power ups please fix this.

We were playing the game earlier and it was really fun. But for some reason now its taking a long time to load for us. We dont know what to do.

Our game will not load and Ive been letting it sit for like 10 minutes And still its still loading.
The game is awesome in concept and in execution however being as this is a mobile game enlarging the UI would be our only complaint Im playing on our phone and half the time because of the way the game is played our fingers are generally covering whatever we would like to be able to see (mostly while collecting bio points) but still like we said we cant stop playing its a really well made game.
We love the game- got addicted for days. It would be so cool if there was a multiplayer mode where you can be the disease while someone is trying to cure the patient.
Ive really enjoyed this game after about a month of playing but we just came across this big issue regarding the date count. We tried to refresh the game several times and even offloading it a few times and nothing seemed to fix our problem When you start up John Smith, There is a date count right below him and for some reason it keeps staying at 0 days. Sometimes it counts up to about 4 days and stops again so the game is technically frozen at that point because Im not getting any bio points. We can still navigate through everything like the whole bio map but the game is unplayable. Unfortunately we were forced to close the application and come back which meant that we just lost all the skills Ive purchased with the rest of all our coins. We hope you guys find this message and fix the problem as soon as you can.
We love this game, but the emergency bonus doesnt work and another user has also talked about this not working. Please fix this, we would really appreciate it! Another thing Ive noticed is that whenever we buy boosters for our stages, we get charged double the amount of coins than displayed. We think the problem here is that you get charged ONCE for when you click the boosters, and then AGAIN when you start the game. This is extremely annoying because it uses up way more coins than intended A booster of 450 coins would now be 900. It would be amazing if this could be fixed. Overall, a great game. But the issues with the boosters are not amazing. If they could be fixed, this game would have a rating of 5 STARS.
We love this its a good strategy game so much more fun than the first one but our problem is that its not like the pc one we would not care about graphics and we would pay money to play so make this mobile version more like the pc ok.
Ive had a lot of fun with this game, but the bugs are super annoying. There have been times our game froze up after we started a stage and we had to refresh the app. This meant that we lost all the coins and energy we spent on that stage for nothing. Its a very annoying bug that we hope will be fixed soon, Im tired of losing so many coins because of the freezing. Also the Emergency Bonus skill does NOT work, dont try to use it because its a waste of coins!! In general, we think this game would really benefit with some updates to address these bugs and add new content. Its been forever since something new was added to the game, and we think it would keep it fresh and more interesting if they added more stuff like diseases and new levels. All in all, good game, but needs a few improvements.
Every time we're in a game the screen turns black for the rest of the game and we could hear all the viruses disappearing and we cant collect them because we cant see anything. FIX THIS PLEASE sir we will give this 5 stars if you do fix it just pls fix it already we will do anything.

Multiplayer was scheduled to release almost two weeks ago, the release of it is extremely delayed. That or the game was just abandoned. Other than that very fun and interesting game.
You can be good or bad you help him/her to live or die. The one thing that is alright is the difficulty which if you pick medium you may lose but its fine.
