We always wanted a game like this.
LOVE this game! Kinda similar to plague inc, but different enough to make it extremely enjoyable.
We love this game. It is very similar to Plague Inc in terms of gameplay but the game itself is far more intimate. It can be challenging when you up the difficulty but it just adds to the fun when the victim tries to fight back. There's this guy at work, we'll call him Dave. We really hate Dave. We name most of them Dave. We like making Dave an STD riddled, morbidly obese dude with asthma. And then we kill him. Sometimes fast and painful, sometimes slow and painful. But it's always painful. So, basically, just have fun killing your enemies because we can't very well do it in real life can we.
It's similar enough to plague to be familiar bit different enough to not be labeled as a clone.
We got the free version of this game a while back and we have loved playing it we're so glad we upgraded it! It is well worth it and brings out an inner bad guy and is just a great game to play in general!!! Totally worth the cheap price.
We didn't think we would enjoy this, but it brings out the inner evil. Which in turn makes us freaking amazing haha XD defiantly new fav game ;).
We quite enjoy this game. We didnt find it too difficult like other people have said, and our only complaint is no updates. We would like to see more.
Bio inc is a fun bio medical game in which its for people who want to grow up as a doctor but its flaw is that its very difficult to beat stages on lethal difficulty and in the impossible mode its just gone too far like can you make it less hard and by the way its a good game and we would recommend it but play on stages on lethal difficulty IF YOU DARE.
Could be better, but it's ok enough to be a keeper on the phone. Improvements needed tho.
Bio Inc Redemption has the life campaign, which we find to be much more fun, so id like to see it added to the app version too.
The game is fun but we think that they could have more diseases and the graphics could be a bit better.
Tengo un iphone xr y el juego no esta optimizado, ya que no utiliza toda la pantalla, adems el juego no responde y tengo cerrarlo. Creo que por haber pagado debera estar con la optimizacin al da.
How can we have all but two body systems completely fail and the victim makes a full recovery? That's BS.

We got this game and then bought some coins but they never even gave them to us.
It said that it gives you all features but it dosent. The feature cheats is not enabled… Enable cheats in next update, and maybe this review will change, waste of money.
Purchase ad free then purchased coins at a later date. Old phone broke and now we cant get our coins back we purchased!! Just play the free version yall. Dont give them your money as they wont respond. Ever.
We bought 1500 coins (which we never do) because we liked the game so much. It has been 2 days and we still havent received them. Ive emailed them and also sent a message on messenger and still no answer. Ill quit playing the game based on this alone.
We spent money on gamepasses, and they never gave it to us!!!! If you like your money do not spend it on this game.
We understand you losing some how. But the way the timer works (Recovery) is ridiculous. You make the person have all kinds of crazy things. The person is not surprisingly almost dead because of all these diseases and conditions like "drug addict", "morbidly obese", "bad genes" etc. And because the person didn't die before "Recovery" period ends it says the person is cured and lives a long life. All that and someone all is "cured and they live a long life". Lol. Come on. They make sure they have a bunch of in-app purchases for you. Yeah, you can earn some coins playing. But not enough long term that's for sure. It looks like a bunch of things to have fun with cheats. But of course, spend a chunk of more money on a game we already purchased. Sure, it says you can unlock those but with some crazy amount of things needed to get it. Way more than we see ourselves doing. Not that amount of time.
We like this game, it is entertaining and easy to play.
A biological twist on Pandemic 1 and 2. Very fun.

It's more of a game kind of like plague inc but it involves the human body and how u can get it to shut down..its very entertaining . Those who can't understand simple instructions ,clay be shouldn't download then get mad and post negative reviews.. This game is very well made and it shouldn't suffer bcuz dummyazzes can't play the game right.
It's an OK game, but the science is weak. It's pretty to look at, but seems mainly designed to lure people into the higher levels, where they will NEED "bio coins" to succeed, which are, of course, available for a small additional fee.
That being said, it WAS a good paid game until they ruined it with a billion IAPs. Deleted.
The game won't load. Fix this or we're getting a refund.
Why spend coins on a specific game trait if you're not going to apply it? Remove it of to not going to affect the game. Recovery never stop when we waste the coin to apply it. Talk about cheating on the creators part.
We were so excited to play this game. It looks like a great one. The problem is that the game will not load up so that we can play it. The game just stays on the bio inc introduction page and does not move on. We hate paying for games that let us down. Please fix this.
After so many plague games where you try to kill the world, we found this to be kind of refreshing. By focusing solely on one individual it provides new challenges and a different perspective. All in all we enjoy this game.

To be honest we love the free version of this game because we can actually play it… Since we liked the game so we decided to buy the full version and we were so excited to play it but we open it and wait wait wait and the game doesn't open all it says is bio inc on it we're very disappointed to be honest.
It literally won't load anything past the loading screen. We didn't pay money for an unmoving screen that says BIO INC on it, we paid to play a game.
This game won't download and it is a waste.we want a refund or we'll flag and mark as stealing money.

We just bought this for our iPad Air 2 will not load.
Since the 2.5 update the game will not load. It will stay at the Bio Inc screen and do nothing more. We have an iPhone 6s with the most recent iPhone updates. We even tried to uninstall and reinstall and that did not do anything. Please fix this, we love science and would love to continue playing.

After updating, the app no longer loads on our iPhone 6s Plus. Shows the "Bio Inc" image but does not load any further.

Antes eu achava q ia ser s mais uma copia de plague… Mas no, esse tem uma pegada diferente, ele se trata de 1 paciente e no uma populao, ai seu estilo de jogo muda! Os grficos so bem legais, o som tambm, e no posso deixar pra trs a grande variedade de doenas e problemas.
Literally the best medical game you can play to date. Not necessarily better than plague inc., but that's a kill the world thing, while here you work with one specific patient and watch their deterioration. Perfection.
