We love the story element so much, but we dont love games where they encourage you to spend a lot.
Seems like it would be a fun game. Graphics are clean and crisp. Storyline feels appropriate to the soft themes of isekai found in anime. But there lacks the ability to modify your character in diverse and meaningful ways. Youre only allowed to look Caucasian or of the Asian Diasporatheres no room for someone of color here. So, Ive deleted this app among others similar because we find it difficult posing as something Im not. While it is fictional, its uncomfortable to relate or truly feel integrated in a fun experience because of this. For us at least.
This game is very addicting and there is always something to do, so you will find yourself always logged on. Ive only been playing a month and we can see this game will take a lot out of your bank account if you are not careful. We think the graphics could be better quality for what you see on a daily basis. The confidants outfits are boring and the dates and mail get repetitive over time. The story line is typical of a C-drama and it gets expensive and slow to get along in the story because you have to spend so much fame and power up your partners. We can see it getting extremely boring for those who do not have a budget for this game. There are daily events which can be exciting but the rules and explanation for the games are really a trial and error until you get the hang of them and by then, the event is over. The customer service is also not very good. We have lost money to a top up and never got the action points that we paid for. We were pleasantly surprised to find when the events give rare and cute prizes like Fun Tour in the Yard. The app does a good job of rewarding players for achievements and giving free event plays though. If you lack a budget, you can still enjoy this app but at a slower power up pace than others.
We dont know how to delete this review. Our daughter did it under our name with a 1 star.
We love the game play and the stories. We do however wish it had other options to earn ingots other than spending money constantly considering a lot uses them. Also once the initial walk through there is no tutorial. Other than that its an awesome game with pretty cool stories.
Well. A good game.. For us, we downloaded this game and love it because of the story we really enjoy it. Like a real novel ! And being the heroine is nice ! Haha.. However.. We really got sad when we noticed how Middle East servers is so so late compared to the others. We were disappointed and frustrated about thatanyway please take care of the Middle East servers and for the sake of people how love this gameLike us can you also add more content about the love interest? Like more stories and messages? Hm we will really appreciate that..and for the record.. You guys have amazing Chinese voice actors! Please let them know that we love their voices and all of them are doing great work!! Thank you very much..and the personality of each character in this game is absolutely beautiful and well done.. We mean for a cute game like this.. You guys have captured all the details of the ancient china and the people around that time.. Great job!! And the love interest personality has more than eye could catch with this content ( add more.. We love it!).
In the ad it looks like it has nice graphics,animations and choices but its chibi,and its not 3D at all the choices arent even interesting other than that its kinda fun.
Obsessed with this game, we could really spend hours playing it. We do love the game mode thats similar to among us. Thats actually what we spend most of our time doing when we play anyways. We love games with this kind of ancient Chinese style to them so this was a must download for us. It has some funny moments in it and the story is entertaining. We do wish that it was easier for new players to understand whats going on though. And we feel like a lot of the systems in the game are tedious for no reason. Otherwise we love it. A comfort game of ours when Im feeling down or after a long day of work and schooling.
Ive really been enjoying this dress-up gamethe art is stunning, the outfits are creative, and theres a lot to explore. That said, a few areas could use improvement. Theres little to no guidance for new players, which makes the learning curve frustrating. Customer support is also slow, especially when urgent help is needed. Limited-time events are not fair to non VIP players, who don't have access to outfits and companions. And the friend cap prevents building influence and socializingincreasing the cap would be helpful. It's a great game overall, but with some adjustments, it would be much more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
We have been playing for over a year. Where this game fails is protecting players against bullying. On our server there is a player that consistently calls other players derogatory names like dog and worm. Same player made derogatory comments against Spanish speakers and even sends threats to people who wont join their guild or leaves their guild. This player even uses customer service to try to get other accounts banned. The player has been reported many times but nothing has been done about the issue. Was told to just block the player. However, blocking them does not stop them from attacking you in debate, stealing your crops, attacking your guild, and more. The game expects servers to police themselves which is unfathomable because players just want to have fun not be harassed by a crazy person. Many players have quit our server because they dont want to deal with the drama which is depressing because the game is fun.
We like the game because of the superrr duper cool outfits and they have A PET CATTT. We love it.
We love this game its very good but its getting really annoying that we have to fight like almost all of the chapter its really hard to enjoy the story while fighting we just wish they be less fighting or maybe no fighting but thanks for making such a great game.
So some times we go to online but sometimes it says that we are banned to speak we HATE IT so when we do go and we are not allowed they say that we AM THE MOLE but we are not the mole please fix this problem.But everything else is fine and awesome! But theres another problem, why did we have to get restarted CAUSE THERE WAS A RANDOM STUPID GUY THAT KILLED MY FAMILY AND COULDNT we CHOOSE THAT we WOULD DRINK THE POISON!?!?!?!?!!? When you do that thanks for the rest of this amazing game.
This is a fun game! Our only complaint is if somehow you become a leader of the guild youre in your stuck. You cant transfer to someone else because you dont know the password! Change this or Ill have to not play for a week.
Its not a good game if you are free player. You are weaker than all the others because the resources to level up are so rare unless you pay. All the servers are merged now into one division, so activities are always won by the pay to win players. If the person above you is 3x your power level, why would you even waste your money trying to catch up to them?! Its impossible. Thats why so many people quit because its not a game for those who enjoy playing but those who can pay.
Just why do they have to lie to us about everything? They lied in the ad? They lied in the second ads, and then they have the audacity to lie to us to lie to you. We would recommend this for people who get bored very easily.
All thanks from the Middle East server for your interest again and the development and modernisation of the server, we have been very happy and wish more progress for the better, thank you for your efforts.

It has been a fun game. Last time we played was during covid and we only recently got back into the game. We understand older servers get inactive as time goes on but we would honestly appreciate it more if there were bigger server merges. Half of the time most of the members or guilds in our server are inactive. The other issue would be how the servers get merged. We assume there are a lot of players just like us who take time off and rejoin down the line. The issue with this is, people that are active in the server are extremely powerful in comparison. It would be nice for there to be a limit on servers so new players can get added to older servers too so new and older players can mingle. P.s. We know this is a game known for paying to play but we think if something doesnt change, the game might die out. It has gotten so money hungry that even when you spend about $30/month, you barely achieve anything in the game which is kind of ridiculous if you think abiut it because most subscriptions dont even cost $30 when added together let alone on its own.
Animals like pigs or chickens in the imperial farm, not just fish or crops. Maybe be able to decorate a garden with plants and furniture? In the house, we should be able to rotate the furniture north, south, east, and west (all directions if possible). Bigger houses with more furniture option avaible to buy with silver money Maybe have more than one partner be able to be in the Cabinet at a time after progressing game levels. New locations in the palace for arts like dance, painting, and/ or calligraphy that can be engaged to either develop those skills as something to boost your stats and/ or you earn things that help you in the game (books, intimacy packs, fruit or potential fruit, etc.).
We really like this game, that being said Im really disappointed at the customer service, we purchase inside the game, and our points from the game just vanish! No one gives answers, Ive been waiting for hours to get connected to someone that can help and no one has answered yet. We hope they fix this soon because we have been purchasing in this app and its not nice when you spend money and do not get anything in return, Ill reconsider ever playing again or recommending this game just because of this matter. Change our rating because even though it took a while our problem was solved. Thank you.
So we dont normally write reviews, but we felt compelled to write one after dealing with the ordeal of being in a small server lately. There are some things we love about this game; the story, how the power is interconnected, and the characters, and the lore and history! However, things are really really difficult if you have a small server. For example, our server (17/18) has only 9 active players. Every now and then there are events when you can join teams or partner up; small servers struggle to fill up their teams or find partners. Many of these events are only available for the server and not cross server either, which makes the experience not only less fun but more difficult to get rewards. Furthermore, small servers are extremely outnumbers in events with CS rankings ; our server will always rank last, no matter how much we do. Something where points are via ratio (total points divided by participating members) or average scores would help level the playing field for small servers. The CS Debate event is also HORRIBLE every competition. Our tiny server is always squashed and bullied by larger servers simple because we are so small and easy targets. We cant do anything about it; weve tried talking to the members but they wont have it. Maybe another server merge is needed, but our server is really really struggling with only 9 active members. The mechanics of the game are fun (other than the money desperations at times) but the game is really difficult for tiny/dead servers.
We need more things to use silver for as of right now we have 52.6 billion silver its hard to lower because theres limited things in the game you can use silver for and if you can you can only do it so many times. And we have a clothing dye area but it would be nice if we could dye just the hairstyles as well Im blonde so we dress our character up mainly in only blonde hairstyles but theres not enough of them or they arent very cute hairstyles. Maybe we could start using silver for hair dying tickets if you make that an option for both. Other than that we love the game and have been playing for years now.
The game is amazing, sort of addicted to it as of now. But, what Ive noticed is that there are frequent profanity and talks about brothels which is not appropriate for children that are underneath the age of 14-16. The age recommendation for this game is 4+, and it should be changed.
Absolutely Love the game and how much it has going on but some things we wish were different 1. Server Ranking were paired off by VIP levels (dont get us wrong we spend money as well but it can be VERY Expensive to try and beat a really high vip out to try and raise ur rank) 2. More direct ways to buy things (we wish we could buy more than just ingots more directly and we bet that way the people who know how to build themselves up would actually be able to match up with the ones who are just throwing money at the game and couldnt just overwhelm ranks) 3. Not a fan of how Grindy the game is but we understand Overall we love the game and will keep playing for a long time and think its a good game for someone who likes games that have a lot going on if u arent into being competitive then youll enjoy all the branches and taking ur time collecting and growing if ur into competing u can enjoy hustle to the top and growing ur number and power personally its the only game we play on our phone Becuz it has enough to keep us occupied for a long time and as of right now after 1 month (and a lot of grind) Im at 14M power and since we joined a new server we rank on top 10 usually so its definitely possible Good luck to everyone Tip for new players: If ur gonna spend get the growth Paths, lifetime and monthly passes they help a lot more than other purchases also spending on the sparkling stones events Happy Playing.

This game is amazing! The storyline is awesome and very interesting. Though we wish everything wasn't so costly and it's hard to get rewards or anything you need without spending money.
Love this game but its so expensive and you can only play so much before you get stuck and have to wait till tomorrow.
One of the reasons we loved this game was due to the gorgeous artwork. But now, the devs have gotten lazy. They rely on AI more and more for their events, cover art, and outfits! Its truly devastating to see. Such a downgrade.

The adds for the game dont give it justice. There is A LOT more to the game than what you have. The adds give this impression that its a story arc that you have to play through and thats it! Yes, the story is there, but the mini games that allow you to play and build up make the game fun as well. You can spend a good few hours on this game just in the mini games as well. It is worth it! It is pay as you go.. But you dont need to spend a lot to have a good time.
Initially played this game in high school, but after we spent money on it, we deleted it for years out of guilt. Only recently picked it back up, and it hawks spending money almost as hard (though the introduction of ads has eased it somewhat). Many partners and confidants, as well as some areas and the speed of progression are locked behind paywalls, but its still a complete game even without paying for things. Im not interested in the extremely basic plot or the harem set up, but many of the battle mechanics and the dozens of minigames make for a great way to pass the time. The semi-realistic historical inspiration gives it a unique touch that we appreciate greatly, and the sense of progression does inspire real senses of satisfaction for us. We like the garden and cooking features especially.
The game is really fun to play and pass the time but the most annoying aspect is sometimes there is a constant red notification dot. Sometimes they will disappear after looking or redeeming the content but some with stay FOREVER. For example if you dont upgrade your confidant in one of the books you will have a constantly annoying notification dot on Pheniox hall. This is probably the one thing we hate the most about them. Id love to see an update that gets rid of this.
Ive been playing since the beginning. We still enjoy the game but its just gotten so expensive to collect everything offered. And if you dont get it you have to wait a whole year for the event to come around again! We prefer less, longer events than all these short ones back to back to back. We cant afford to be dropping $100 a month on this game.
Took a break for a few months, but returned again. Cant think of a better casual game to play. The design and characters are beautiful and there is always a new event going on.

We used to love this game. There was a lot to do so you never got bored. You used to be able to earn all the rewards and outfits during events but now you have to pay for it. It just changed to this in the past year or so. And its not like its $5 or even $30. If you want to get all the rewards and outfits, you have to pay over $100. Its so annoying it used to be as long as you had enough ingots (in game currency) you could do anything. Now you have to pay money to have fun with the game. Im about to just delete it.
This game is fun, our best friend introduced us to this game and now Im somewhat obsessed even though the controls are a bit hard to get used to.
We love this game. The storyline is intriguing and the fashion is wonderful. We wish it was easier to gain and upgrade servants though. Ultimately, we think its a great game and we will continue to play.
Been playing for a year now and we have to say this does not disappoint. This game has beautiful clothing, storyline and cute features. The game itself isn't P2W in our opinion because you can save your ingots up for an event not like many other games that only require money. Im sure anyone who downloads this game will have a great time with it. We suggest downloading the game if you love Chinese gongdou dramas like ruyi, Zhenhuan & Yanxi.

Hello we cant seem to find the customer service to dismiss a guild because we dont remember the password and the game wont let us change the password.
There are so many things to do and the historic characters and story line are so intriguing.
Its a nice game but its always about money for them we have been playing it and everything its costly . Too bad we guess the creator of this game had money on the mind every second.
Hello, we are really bored of this game in the Arab server, not events or clothing. Everything has become boring because of your neglect. We are making permanent purchase through the Apple store and we will stop buying for this game. Fair. Sorry, we are now vip 5.
Firstly we have been playing this game for year's before it got popular. We use to see all the updates and changes over the years. Our accounts were bonded to our email. We have a new phone and when we went to log into our accounts it out us in a completely new account so all of our progress that took years was gone. It took us forever to try to log out because it forced us into story mode and the tutorial. Then when we tried to log out and log in with our email it took us back to the same account. We tried to contact customer service but the game has so many bugs it stayed on a white screen and it wouldn't let us press anything. Our wifi is fine and we have unlimited data. We're super disappointed and distraught that our account that we took years to build is gone.
Honestly we think its great but this has serious stuff like dating the characters and rating it 4+?! Make it like 10+ at least.
