Love, love, love this game!!! However Im tired of the merge cubes that appear that you can either pay or watch a video for. Too many of them pop up when Im playing the event games and its annoying.
So far so good! We have only been playing a week or so, but thats what we say. We havent had any problems with anything yet, and we really like the game, thanks, Karen.
We have tried one other game similar to this and this one is better in comparison so far ! No crashing of any nature that we can tell and we wish we could zoom in and outbut otherwise a very relaxing game.

This game is really fun we barely even play but when we do we have a lot of fun.
We really love this game and we were pretty far along. Just now when we logged in it gave us two options, the cloud, which was last played on Dec 3,2021, or the game saved on our phone, which was last played today, Dec. 29, 2021. So we chose the Dec. 29th game, which would be the obvious choice. However, when the game started we were back at the very beginning. We are so disappointed losing our game after all the progress we had made. Please restore our game to the one we had. Ive used the help button in the game but nobody ever responds.
This is an amazing game its one of our favorites we really like when we get new pets and we like to decorate our house.
All we have to say is that we really love it.
We love this game, we dont mind the ads because we get things we need and we can continue playing even if all pets are sleeping. We have to force ourselves to get off to go to bed.

We read some reviews of this game after downloading (usually the other way round) and was surprised to see all the tech issues others are experiencing. So far no tech issues at all. Everything loads no missing items and ads work fine. The layout of guys game is perfect!! Subject is cute gameplay is easy & fun. Free perks constantly to keep your game play moving along smoothly, no waiting fir hours for refills. Ive been able to play so far without paying. Was so tired of mergedragons! Really glad we found this! If it acts up delete and download it worked for us.
You seem to be the least aggressive when it comes to micro transactions.
These pets are so cute wouldnt u agree so this game u can have cats,dogs,we bet birds and u can build beds,and stuff DONT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE FRICKING ADS And that is why u should play this game Sincerely, Pal The IPhone.
We love merge games and we absolutely LOVE this one! The things you merge are furniture that fit nicely into the house. And there are so many things to do and we love all of the different animals. Its loads of fun.
We would like to have more levels to unlock the animals. We like that we dont have to spend our own money to unlock stuff.
So, we dont usually write reviews, but we think this needs to be said, Ive been playing this for 3 days now, almost continually, and Ive not had to spend a single cent on in-app offers in order to continue playing so far. Yes, there are some special locations you can pay to unlock, but they dont have anything in them that is absolutely necessary to continue regular play. There are tons of opportunities to simply watch a video to unlock bonus items from merging or speed up wait times that in most other games are pay-to-unlock only. Some higher tier bonus items are pay to unlock, but thats completely reasonable and you can actually sell those items for the currency needed for buying pets instead of them just taking up space on the map until the time runs out. The timers on the pet rest is a bit wonky when you close the app, but the level reward chests and stamina seem to countdown just fine, so thats not really a huge issue. So long as this game doesnt become money hungry and change the watch-to-unlock level, we will be playing this for quite some time.
The moment we saw this game we were like we will give it a try. Once we started playing we couldnt put it down. So much exciting things to do and cute pets to match and create. Overall we give this game five stars though we would give it ten stars. Because its so fun.
This has been our favorite ever since we played this but here some things u need to fix Make the adds work cuz Im lazy Could u make the pets sleep more faster and that they dont sleep so fast Can u make the premium room not cost money likes us it cost gems or coins can u make the level each cost one to play cuz when u go higher it cost more like 2 or 3 so fix that Can u make the daily reward work cuz it keep saying check a diff time and when we do it keeps saying that Lastly can u not make the pets get more expensive when u buy it? After the last update, either watching an ad crashes the game (in events), or is just a waste of time because the award for watching is not granted. Please fix this! ~A faithful player.
We love this game, all the cute animals and so many to collect love itI am having a problem with switching the game from our android device to our iPad device, its worked before but for some reason on our iPad it wont load or let us on our binded account anymore , Ive tried everything we can think of on this endits worked before but now nothing bit a screen that says load bind game on itwhats wrong with this.
We love this game! We love collecting all of the different pets and the limited time events are super fun. Our biggest problem is the bugs. Sometimes, when you try to merge a large amount of items (like 50+), it only gives you 4 or 5 of the upgraded item instead of the like 20 youre supposed to receive. We have had items disappear and sometimes havent received the items we watched an ad for. If all of the bugs are taken care of, this really is a 5 star game.
The animals only come out for seconds your adds are longer than their time out the game is fabulous and stress relief. The graphics are great-only the only complain are the animals time out.
Every time we go into settings on the game and try to turn on our nodifications it will not work, and Im not happy about that. Overall we love this game because its similar to the other game we had on our old phone before we switched to an iPhone.

We love this game but is there any way to turn off those bonus boxes? They are a pain in the butt to have to manually remove. We never use them so really wish they would not pop up. Also sometimes we go to merge like 20 things and it gives us one item instead of multiple as it should. This mainly happens on the cardboard boxes.
We like to play this game and it is very well made but here are some problems we think you should fix 1. We think the pets take WAY to long to get more energy and we think you should speed up that process 2. In that extra area that you can buy and it comes with stuff if you run out of space we wish that that big check mark button wouldnt be there because sometimes we think we moved on to a new area but its just a room you have to buy we would like it if you put that room in the back of the house so we dont click on when we dont want to buy Ok but besides those two things we think this is a really good/well made game.
So Ive been playing this game for a few hours and so far its amazing! But theres just one problem…. When our pets wake up theyre so low on energy and barely do anything then go back to sleep, it doesnt help us at all! Our pets are always so low on energy for no reason! The only time they had lots of energy is when we first got them and then they just never get anymore energy! This makes us mad. If you could just change that it would be amazing! We like the game but the ads it says we dont have internet & we do have great connection. Then we like playing a game for a long time sometimes it takes a long time when all the animals are sleep or the game on the side cost 7 things then u have to wait a min to get more players other then those couple of issues we would give all 5 stars.
Game play is fun but short. And it wont connect to our Wi-Fi so we dont get bonuses and all. Im gonna hold out a bit to see if it improves bc the game is cute.

We hate to write this kind of review but since we have had trouble getting help with a major issue this is a last resort. Mergical Home was one of our favorite games. We have sooooo many animals even a lot of rare ones but sadly we cant access them now. We upgraded our phone and now our game has restarted at the beginning losing all our hard earned animals. Im so frustrated! Uninstall / reinstall, Facebook connect, apple connect. Nothing works To play we have to use our old phone. We shouldnt have to do that. We miss our game and just want to get back in it! Update. Still cant get the game on our new phone and now we cant even get the game to load anymore. We were in the middle of the last bonus game. Actually quite close to finishing the 10 tasks and then we couldnt get back in. We would love if they would fix this.
So we hate that the cats and dogs come out for a short time before they go asleep and the other thing is that you merge things together and then if its a new thing you tap on the book and it has a thing that allows you to do a different thing at times you to do a thing that is shorter then the main thing.
We have been playing since release but we believe the developers have abandoned it. Too bad as its a good game and could be just as good as Mergical.
We really like this game but you need to fix the glitches. When we merge items we get an empty box and maybe 1 item extra instead of the 2-3 we are supposed to get. Also the empty boxes either dont move or after moving return to where we are working. We have had to restart the game 5-6 times already to continue. We have invested a lot into this game and expect a better experience. We are about ready to quit. PLEASE FIX THE GLITCHES!!! When we play the special games it never lets us finish. It is very frustrating to have to redo areas that we have already cleared. Does not matter if we go out of the area with the rewards we have managed to obtain. It resets us back so we have to clear the area again. So far it has reset twice. We invest a lot of time and have to do it all again. Then we run out of time to complete.
This is our favorite merge game but theres too many glitches. Others have mentioned the glitches and we encountered another today. It says we have no internet connection, which is false. We have a download speed of 500 mpbs and our internet is fine. Ive reset our phone so its a problem with the app. Please fix the glitches and Ill be happy to change our rating to 5 stars. Thank you.
We have been playing this game for quite a while. Now am having different problems and cannot even reach support!! We click on contact us and get a blank page and then a pop up in the middle of the page that says mail cannot go through! If we could get in touch with support and get our issues fixed we would give 5 stars as we were enjoying this game very much! Very relaxing and can play without always spending real cash to play.
After playing the game a couple months, the ability to sell items you dont want stopped working after an update. This leaves the play board full of items you cannot open or cannot use. Was working prior to update. We can only assume they want us to watch even more commercials than we are to play the game or they want us to buy items so we can open the chests stacking up. Do not play if you arent willing to watch 20 commercials minimum per day and pay real life money to open chests.
Its a fun match 3 game with a lot going on to keep you interested BUT there are a ton of glitches (pet house not regenerating animals, rewards not showing up, etc). It needs work but a lot of fun.
We really like the game so far. We dont like the fact you have to watch the ad twice! Flashing across the screen Ad failed to load message!BYE BYE…. Fantastic cloned items the game promises. Im also not a fan of the fact that as soon as we touch the screen something moves.. That Im not even trying to move. Super aggravating! $10 to purchase another room to play??? Are you serious? The game needs to give us a little more to make us want to give up a hard earned $10. Ijs…They also cheat you on . Ive merged numerous , but dont get the full amount of . We know 4-+15 would give more than 43 total. Considering we already had 30! We feel tricked by the bonus video to wake the animals. Im still watching forced to watch a 20-30 sec ad, we return tap 1 item… Then EVERYONE is Too.

We understand making you work for better pets and houses so that your pets can do more, but right now the game feels broken in the initial stages. Unlike merge magic, in this game the pet rest time ONLY counts when you are in the game. Which means you have to wait twenty minutes of barely being able to do anything for thirty seconds of play, followed by another twenty minutes of boredom. Really bad setup. Second major gripe: You can watch an add to wake your pets up early, however the pets wake up as soon as you start the ad. Which means by the time you are done they have already finished their actions and gone back to another full twenty minutes of rest. Why bother.
The game is fun to play except for the challenge levels. Get rid of the challenges and it would be a 5 star game.

Ive been playing this game a couple of months now because we loved it we spent quite a bit of money to open all the rooms and paid for the season pass. A few days ago it stopped letting us collect our season pass stuff and stopped connecting to the server so we thought it was our internet but our internet is working just fine so we went to play again and it started us over wont let us login and lost everything we try to contact them and it wouldnt let us so not sure if we just lost everything permanently or its just a bug they need to fix but again we spent quite a bit of money and lost everything and it wants us to start all over not going to happen Im pretty upset.
