We Like the game our mommy lets us play on her phone.
Every time we enter the game it freezes and then kicks us out. Also no events or realms show up on our game.
This game always makes us chill, we love it sooo much! We’ve had a blast with this game! Never ever had this much fun in our life!
This is one of our top three games we have been playing for yrs. Sure theyre so moments we get really frustrated but we are not going to complain. We just want to say thank you for making the game and letting us play. We hope everyone who reads this has a blessed and beautiful day! Have fun playing.
The game is overwhelmingly balanced and relaxing. We just let it run sometimes and then pick up our phone to merge whats been gathered neatly. The problem we have is that every single realms challenges have one challenge to unlock all the tiles, which is impossible unless you spend 900 gems to get the highest tier chest and use it to unlock the silhouette gates. Even if you generate the highest aura possible you cant unlock those tiles without the 900 gem chest. Thats 30 whole dollars and it only scores you a level 3 doll thats so comically bad. It isnt worth it at all. It disincentivizes the player to lock every single realm event behind a paywall like that. Otherwise its a fun game and the ads are worth watching for certain rewards.
We have been playing this for a while now and still really enjoy it. We feel that the developers do a good job of adding new content and features. As someone who gets very overwhelmed and overstimulated we find the collecting portions of this game very calming and satisfying. We really love all of the characters. The only real downside, for us, is that a recent update made storage impossible and we do find that frustrating. Being able to clear the clutter and curate our islands was a big part of what we enjoy. However, we are hopeful a solution will be coming.

After new update cannot open game and was doing the event of pyramids for the win, now we are not sure if we got it, also lots of bugs with bubbles but generally able to sort out, but as we cannot get to support trough the app we cannot ask for help as other times. We have iPhone SE 2nd generation model MX9F2LL/A with iOS 14.6.
Just wish there were instructions or helpful hints but fun to play and addicting.
Dolls should only be in the area where they can be merge, not in the game because they take too much space and there is no way to change them or get rid of them when you don’t have enough to merge them or any way to get more to merge and free space.
App will not open after downloading. We get a message saying log in successful and loading but game never opens.
We’ve emailed several times, sadly to no avail. With the previous update, ALL of our progress was lost. Im still waiting to get information on how to get it back!! We love this game & really dont want to have to uninstall it!!
With the latest download our screen is locked and we cant play the game. Only happens when game is open.
We cant explore at all bc the ship cant be upgraded and the clouds cant be explored. What is the point of that part of the game? We have requested assistance but hear nothing.

When we play this game on our phone it looks like how it does in the screenshots but then again we will play this same game on our iPad and its completely different.
We do not like some recent changes they made 1. Do not like that we can no longer keep our items in the bubbles and use them when we want to. 2. Hero part of the game is confusing, same as island. 3. VS events are now requiring you to purchase dolls with diamonds in order to win rounds. We are very close to quitting this game and we’ve been playing for a while now.
We like most of the game and play daily, but until developer starts to help and answer questions that players have now, we can not encourage people to play. There are no answers on game play and when they will clear up some of their bad updates.
This is a fun game with lots of challenges/ events.
We have been playing this app for quite a while now, n we luv the updates, such as having a creature that will help w/merging. We have a million characters and when they all come out, we cant keep up w/them. But the turtle helps a whole lot. Another thing we like are the bonus scavenger lands, the only change we would give more spins on the slot wheel. If you get 2 the 2nd stage of the slot wheel your able 2 choose 4 gifts from your opponents land. But we think you should also get extra spins (spins should include: diamonds, extra spins, and extra characters and things that will help players complete the land). So it would be great if we could also get arias in the slot machine. The other thing that would be great is the exploration section, we’ve upgraded our boat n dock to the highest levels. But theres still a malfunction, we cant update anymore islands, nor can we go pass the 80+ clouds so we can get other boats. We have just about everything except what it takes to upgrade the capo we can never seem to get the books each character (turtle, fox n the other animal)needs in order to upgrade them. Is would be great if these things were fixed. 1 other issue is sometimes when u lk at an ad, the game freezes n the reward is not given. So, u end up having 2 watch more ads then u want. The last thing is most of the time the same ad plays over n over.
We love this game, we’ve been playing it for over a year now. But in the realms theres always at least one or two locked spots that what you need is in the clouds for the item to unlock. So you dont have a choice but to spend diamonds to unlock it and of course what you need is in that locked space. Its like they want you to not complete the game or spend diamonds or purchase diamonds to use. Its pretty annoying because you think maybe its something you missed so you clear out all the gray just to not have what you need. We wish they would fix this problem but like we said Im sure this is their way to get you to spend money on diamonds if you dont have enough since its 40 diamonds to unlock them.
This game is fun to play. The new update put a choke hold on hoarders who like to hoard things so they can beat regular players when battles comes up. Im happy about it because it levels the playing field. Cant hold on to things so you can cheat your way to the top.
So in the latest event we got first with 25k pts,left for 3 hours come back to see something AND PPL HAVE NEARLY 1M IN 3 HOURS.. Ill tell u the name late but we want the ppl to be banned tbh.
We were on level 161 and it made us restart. Took everything we had worked hard for. Deleting this asap!

We are a big fan of this game . This new mail storage is not working properly with the bubbles we had easy access to mined items no our clock is ticking down and we can not retrieve our items all the time put in it will be a shame to delete it because we cant get to our items we even cleared a whole field and a prompt say need more land.
We deleted our account so that we could restart and when we got back in the game it was a completely different game the islands covered in clouds was now a house with clouds there are no realms and when we went into the unlocked objects thing there were other things in the buildings section there were lamps, couches, and other things. NO COFFEE SHOP, BAKERY, HOUSES,ETC. We NEED HELP we JUST WANT TO GO BACKTO THE ORIGINAL GAME NOT THIS ONE!!! We would appreciate if we could get a response on how to fix this please and thank you. We really LOVE this game and we dont know why it was changed to having to restore an old house by unlocking furniture we just want to get back to the one that has realms, islands, and friends, etc. Thank you.

We love this game! We’ve been playing for over a year now. We dont have income atm due to health problems so we can not purchase the extras which is a bummer. We do like that you are able to play the events and earn the characters which are absolutely adorable. It would be nice if you were able to buy the extra ones you need with diamonds or something cuz we do have some on our lil Kaos Korner that just sit there and take up room where we could have other things. There could be more levels for us to play, but all in all this is a very relaxing game that you could play for hours upon hours!!!
Love this game but we have found a bug for the second time and while we were able to work around it the first time, we cannot, this time. We have made potions that we cannot collect; when we try, the game reloads. Im stuck here.
We enjoy playing this merge game during down time. We really wish you could turn off the clone chambers though, they get really annoying when you dont ever use them so you have to continuously delete them in levels or sell them on your island. And we really, really wish the timed levels were optional for extra/bonuses. We quit playing the higher levels even though we used to like them simply because they are timed.
We downloaded this game because we checked to see if it was going to play on our phone. We are stuck with this iPhone 6 until Im able to get another one so we have to make sure by reading the game info before download. We did exactly that here. Just wanted you to know that you should change your information because it does not work for iOS 12.
This game is the best!!! We play it all the time but,. Could use one thing . We wish less things would cost money in the game like 10$. For 50 gems is not a good price at all but otherwise THE BEST GAME EVER!!!!
Internet connection keeps going out on game and cant connect to Facebook. We want to switch devices so we can play on a bigger screen and its not letting us do so. Highly upsetting since we’ve spent money on this game.
Listen we’ve had the game since it came out and its wonderful but the past few days its been stuck on the loading screen after pressing the start button.
While we like the game, the ads are all completely inaccurate. And now there is even a lady who has no place in the game AT ALL as the app picture?? And then also the picture preview for the game play in this very AppStore shows a completely different game until you click play we dont understand what the app developers are trying to do, but thats pretty weird to advertise a game with an entirely different games play footage.
Tried emailing with no response. The game is great for the most part but some realms are missing items hidden under clouds that you CANNOT unlock without purchasing diamonds to clear the cloud. Customer service is lacking when reporting an issue.

The game on our iPhone is awesome we’ve had it for years but we just yesterday got it for our IPad and it looks to be a completely different game like a house instead of the island we had, and It will not give us the option to retrieve our data. Facebook is for the older gen. Our data was saved on our cloud so we know its there we deleted and re downloaded just want to know what to do we really enjoy the game.
This is fun but cant stand the timing for events like the cherry blossom one always runout of time.
The last update, signed us out, and know when we sign back in, it starts us all over from the beginning. We have played this game for a long time and have spent some money. We are very disappointed right now. We have contacted customer service and All they keep saying is to uninstall and reinstall. That is NOT WORKING.
The app icon needs to change. We noticed ex this in the last two weeks. Youre showing a character that doesnt exist in the game at all with a background that looks like from another merging game. Its very confusing. We’ve been using this app for almost 2 years and quite invested in it. Just change the icon back to the way it was or at least use an actual game character.
We play it everyday it is our addiction. But we do the same things everyday. Need more side games or more variety in merges.
Only downloaded because the ad we downloaded from said we could make money in our PayPal account with this game. There is no setting to link to PayPal and cannot find info on how to do so.
