We clicked the VIP customer in the franchise for the event and it offered us $27million which is obviously great for our progress in the event but when we clicked to watch the ad, the car just drove away. This has happed a few time with diamonds during normal play so its getting pretty frustrating. We also feel like at some point theres no way to progress without just watching tons of ads which isnt fun. We will say Im glad you get to choose to watch ads. We watch tons since we get rewards but if they had been pop up ads we would have uninstalled the game.
Lost all our progress and we have ads even tho we payed for no ads.
We have noticed that Sakura Springs money per day or whatever hasnt been updating other than that great game.
Its mind blowing we love it so much Im excited for more updates.
We love this game so much as much as our high school musical years.
Great tycoon fun to play recommend playing it.
For first off it needs less long adds (because 30 seconds is too long.) also you need to have the blue coins are very hard to get and to get stuff from the truck you need to have 400 something of these blue coins. And by the way ay thanks for reading these they are pretty good games.
It is very hard to get money, and the tables and chairs of that nature is a lot of money too.
We cant even play the game. When it is on the loading screen the music stops and the game crashes. We were really hoping to play this game it looked pretty fun.
This is probably a great game, but we wouldnt know because we cant even get to the starter screen. Every time we open this app, it goes past the logo screen to the loading screen. Then, after a while of thinking its actually lOAdInG the game, it crashes. Ive tried 10 times, all the same thing. Never once made it past the loading screen. Like we said, Ill change our rating if we actually get to play the game, but right now, its a waste of space. ~ Kioyko Kariko.
This game has no point and is so hard to make money. Do not play this game if you hate pointless games.
We loved this game. Up until this most recent b update. We hate the new map instead of just a list of restaurants. Bring it back or just give us the option of a list or map.

We love this game by for the second restaurant we cannot get past the second star we are soooooo close but it wont level up.
This game is fun even though we just started. You get to upgrade everything you can pay for and even put in advertisements! There is not that many ads and this might have been a short review but its fun.
This game is so much fun you guys have to come and play its hard but its so much fun guys have to playing already level 2 and we started like 2 minuts.

Im going to cut this as short as possible because im just fed up. We emailed support to help us because our game crashed and restarted. They emailed us back asking us for information so we emailed back all information needed and waited. Never got a email back. We decided to write a review and they advised us to reach out AGAIN. Once again we did and we made sure that they were sent one long email so they could see the previous emails we received. She emailed us back with a email that had codes on it which she claimed they sent to us which we never got that email AND we never used or seen any of the codes on there. We asked if it was possible to codes or refund us for our purchases we made in the game. David said this we're sorry you've had this issue. Unfortunately, we sent you the codes on February 8 and they are valid for 28 days. As our colleague explained, we are unable to provide you with new codes if they have expired. We had been checking our email every single day since we emailed them on February 3. Maybe it would be easier to see an email from Idle Restaurant than from some random name. So like we said to David, Ridiculous.
We love this game!!! It is so much fun and its kind of addicting lol…..our only dislike is that you cannot consolidate your funds from all of your restaurants. We mean, if you are a restauranteur, you should be able to take funds from one restaurant to assist in upgrading another. Other than that, we think the game is absolutely wonderful.
Ive been playing this game for a bit now, but the only way im making progress is by watching LOTS of ads. We dont have money to buy anything to help.
It was a fun game until the most recent update broke it. It forces us to click through missions completed, and brings up a story dialogue at the same time that doesnt allow us to click anything but what it wants you to click. Which you cant click on because of the mission dialogue box that you HAVE to close first.
This game is excellent no lag this game should be in the top 5 spot.

We have been enjoying this game enough to buy the iaps. Our only suggestion would be to add a mass upgrade button. So we can upgrade in sets of 10, 20, 50 instead of 1 at a time. Or maybe upgrade everything in an area at one time per click instead of clicking a hundred times per item. Otherwise great game.
We downloaded the game about a week ago and we played it all the time. We had made a lot of progress and our diner was coming along nicely! We really love the game and its addicting, but when we went to get on it this morning all our progress was gone and it gave us the tutorial. Im not sure what happened but im very frustrated now that we have to start all over.
Its a great game, we love playing all of the idle games and quite enjoy them even if theyre a bit harder to get going in the game; but the only thing we have an issue with is the 10.99$ just to get rid of the ads!? Like why? We know its the whole we need to make money too, but 10.99 JUST to rid us from ads? We think you can at least give better things for how much you charge for some of the upgrades or you can lower the price, because we spend our money on games too much but we refuse to pay 11$ just for no ads on any game. We do love these games and we hope to find more to play because you guys do a fantastic job at then, but Im sorry there is no way Im gonna pay that 11$ even if we have to watch every ad.
There is a bug that when you have a max level trolly the janators head clips through the trolly.
Its a fun game but theres so many ads. We would absolutely pay to get that ads off but its $10.99. Thats completely overpriced. We play TvEmpire Tycoon and its only $.99 for no ads. We think its just a cash grab its just so over priced.
We really like the game but the offline time limit is really restricting, which is one hour, you can purchase more time but the prices are to high for us to even consider (+1 hour = $2.99, +3 = 4.99, +6 = 9.99, +10 = 19.99 *and it should be noted that you can add up to 20 more hours) This was really frustrating with events, it seems almost impossible to finish unless you have more hours. But what we find most frustrating is that when you start a new restaurant (either with events or unlocking them) you start with a NEGATIVE profit amount so you scramble to upgrade enough to start earning money and watching ads to get more money. We this game would be 1000% better if you could extend the time limit by watching ads. But because of the reasons above we would not recommend this game. Edit: Since our review Ive kept playing but there hasnt been any major update that has made the game better and we just lost all our progress. We will be deleting it.
We were in the middle of watching ads until the game glitched and deleted everything we had and made us start over from the tutorial.. We had renovated the restaurant already and had so much saved up, Im glad we didnt spend any real money or it wouldve been a waste.
There are too many of these games, and they all feel the exact same! It gets on our nerves how people just blatantly steal original work, reckon it, and call it their own! Ugh.
We were really enjoying this app until all of our data got erased and we had to start all over. Idk what happened. One minute we were playing the game and another minute all our restaurants and money were gone.
Love the game but this newest update today froze our game and now we cant play this weekends event :/ please help.
The creators should add a way to get more gems So they can be able to get cards more quickly.

This update broke the game, we can no longer exit or even do anything. We love this game please fix it.
Game loads into the latest restaurant, gets stuck on the tutorial of it, and cant get through that screen. Currently unplayable.
OK so we just log onto the thing and like our thing just gets reset it and then we had to delete the game and Im not getting it back until it fixes this.
Ive played for a while and we always have something to do in the game. We can play when ever we want to which makes it super convinent.
Love the game but our only thing about that happened today was we were on two restaurants and really far in the first one and on our 2nd around of stars and the game just like restarted on us!!!! We are not happy that we are starting all over.
We love the way its made it is just so good and we love that it makes you think about what to spend your money on we just wish that the cost for things was cheaper but thats the only thing we think that they should change.
We finished all the restaurants already, and we cant get enough. This game is so fun, and addictive. We really enjoy fixing up the restaurants and all the adding (discos, karaoke, etc.) are cute. Im very much looking forward to the next update. Also the occasional timed restaurants are super. Im very glad we found this game, imma start haunting the others that these guys make.
This is our first time playing a game like this, and we are really enjoying it at the moment, but we know that it is going to be more challenging in the end.
Great renovation update! Excited to use all the extra space and see our restaurant flourish even more!!!!!! Love the app as a whole too! :).
