Very educational on a simple level. We have 0 complaints. The game could definitely use a little more detail on things. As in more jobs to choose from. Raised income for staying at a job for certain period of time things of this nature but all together very good game.
This is a really fun simple start to this game. We love the focus on your budget and how to be intentional to build assets. We wish there were more ways to invest and loose. Currently you cant really make any bad investments that you cant fix quickly, if you could buy an apartment and the market value goes down that would be awesome. Or invest into a business to grow your income, maybe leave your day job that would be cool. And finally It feels like the only way to win quickly is to buy gold.
We love how there are different levels. Its a fun (and time-consuming, but educational) game.
This actually is pretty quick to catch on at! We enjoy it! To realize how personal debt can affect cash flow for your future is put accurately.
We have played through this a few times and we really like this game. Its hard to tell what the return on an investment will be, it seems to be set at 4% for most things. There is no way to adjust the interest on debts in the options so we cant make it any harder.
Good Game but needs improvement. All of the real estate deals would produce negative cash flow if loans were used. No real incentive to buy them unless you purchase entire property which defeats the purpose of leverage.
Great game for learning the basic concepts of personal finance/cash flow but needs some fine tuning. 1. Gold is the only worthwhile investment in the entire game. 2. Real estate loans are limited to 10yrs (where 30yr is the industry standard) meaning NONE of the deals cash flow. Maybe a decent place to park your cash later for a 4-6% cap property, but not a feasible way to build passive income. 3. Mutual Funds do not function as advertised. The description alleges that the deposited amount is compounded monthly at (-3-10%), but in reality that is at best an annual NOT monthly percentage rate. As advertised would be a ~50% APR, reality is more like 4-7% APR. Fixed Deposit is even worse. Dont bother. 3. Unexpected expenses occur almost every month. Talk about a budget drain! You have to maintain an emergency fund of 1-1.5K and a min positive cash flow of ~$300/mo just to stay solvent! A more realistic occurrence would be $500-$1000 2-3x per year. 4-6x per year. 4. All debt carries a 10% APR. In what world do student loans, credit cards, and car loans all carry the same APR?! Especially the student loans, thats just brutal. Also, if you are going to require players to pay off personal loans, they should have the option to TAKE OUT personal loans. Would be amazing if interest rates fluctuated like gold and you could ReFi for a better rate. TL;DR. Gold is the only worthwhile investment. But maybe thats what this game wants you to conclude? Kiyosaki is a shameless gold bug after all. Enjoyed the game overall!!! Would love to see some improvements.
We cant get past the first screen Im on a iPad.
Wish there was more stuff to do and you could set rental rates , or purchase x100 properties at once but it was good otherwise.
Tiene Unos grficos demasiado sencillos. Y no hay muchas opciones. Adems las que hay son poco realistas. Us ha decepcionado totalmente.
Took a few minutes to get used to functionality but once we got going we were determined to reach our goal. Continue working the kinks but overall love the concept and will be playing more often now that Ive found a game similar to the older version.
We only with the housing market would chang with the differences in the gold price. So you are looking at two graphs, making it more realistic.
Im playing Month race and our cash flow is positive, but the balance keep reducing every month. Apparently a bug in the program but no way to feedback the bug. Should have something like contact us or report bug in the app.
