Challenging but not too difficult.
Update: its been years since Ive played and am crushed there were only a few games collectors addition available.. On top of that Ive purchased almost all your CE games previously and we had to repurchase again!! Thats crappy. And we really despise the F2P game standard! Why not just give your players a choice to buy or free play? You still produce the best quality games out of any other competitors. Love them,,!! You usually put your games out for purchase at 6.99$. We dont care for this FTP stuff as the map is really useless and doesnt tell you where available actions are waiting. We dont want to pay for hints and theres definitely not many free ones! Same as skipping a puzzle, you have to pay. We love your games more than any other developer so we guess we just feel disappointed youre releasing them like this. Our memory is so bad from cancer treatments these days its hard to recall where we need to be in the game at times so we need the hint, useful map and skip but not if we have to constantly pay for them. Please release them as purchase to play. Im a long time fan and hate to give a bad review when we know the game probably rocks.
We love the story behind all the mystery games. We hope they keep making more of them. The puzzles are great.
It was so fun but we didnt like how much the hints were we kept messing up and giv8ng up but know what they say give up wont help but keep on,and what 8 liked about it is having all the meanings and how to know what hints used for.
We really like the New York mysteries. We have played every version several times Im ready for a new one.
When pulling the photos off the wall, it falls and did not go into our inventory stopping our progress.
Keeps our mind working in trying to decipher the clues. Love the series. We enjoy them very much.

Just a compliment to the developers of these games; we have really enjoyed all of the New York mysteries! They are fun, graphics are great and story is interesting! Not to mention it is all free to play the ENTIRE GAME AND BONUSES! Not too difficult tasks, but if you need hints they arent expensive! Keep making these and Ill keep playing.
Ive enjoyed all the New York mystery games. The graphics are wonderful, the puzzles challenging and the small bits of New York history has been a really nice change.

Are fun and challenging. We can play these all day.
These stories are well written, they keep our attention, and have varying levels of difficulty in their puzzles that we find so unique. They take time to finish and we feel are so worth playing! They challenge your memory to find where objects can be used and have a great system using the map to teleport you to where you need to be and do not give you things in sequence requiring you to really pay attention! Often when we get stuck, we find we just didnt look hard enough in the scene and missed that the object that was right there in plain sight but we thought it was part of the background. The bonus chapters are so great to have, since we are always left wanting more gameplay at the end. And the side game of finding all of the hidden objects throughout the game that allows for bonus puzzles at the end is genius! We cannot believe this whole series is FREE!! We hope there are many more versions to come.
Ive played all of them. This is game four. We hope they keep these mystery games going.
Ive played each of the games at least three times and love the story with the Order and the characters. Each game is better than the last and the graphics are just amazing. Seeing the animations always amazes us with how they are animated and the voice acting is just spectacular. Knowing that you guys are in Ukraine definitely would make anything hard.
We just finished all the series, incredible! From part 1 to 4 is 5stars for us. Love the story, the characters, the textures, and overall the puzzles! Please make more.
We love the entire New York Mysteries Series, but number 4 really suffers from the flat, emotionless acting of the female protagonist. It sounds like they pulled someone with no acting skills off of the street, gave her no rehearsal time, then told her to just read the lines off of a written script. Do developers really think that acting skills don't matter.
Even with a walk through, no way to complete. Puzzles are good, though.
5 stars, would recommend any of your games over others. No doubt, in our opinion the best story lines, and puzzles Ive come across on the whole App Store, Ive completed all of your games. Darkness & Flame, Lost Lands, Really hoping for more games in the near future.
We love this series and have been addicted since we played the first game! The stories are captivating, there are so many well designed maps, and the puzzles are all fun in their own ways. This is also the first time that Ive played a 3D animated puzzle solving game so Im just so so impressed! Im the stubborn player who never uses a hint and loves challenging puzzles so we really enjoyed the variety of puzzles there are, and we can usually solve them without much difficulty. We think our only issue has been clicking around and finding the quest/collection items, we always seem to miss them even though we were sure that we clicked every spot on the screen on every map . We love the characters and the plot of this series. We feel like there are still so many questions unanswered about the order of the white stone. Really hoping for a continuation, cant wait for more.
The production quality in this episode was higher than all the previous games. Puzzles were well done and we appreciate the numerous voice acting and animated scenes. Just one small gripe. The 2d version of the main character looks like a clown. Her makeup is way too overdone. She looks unnatural, almost like a marionette (and the stiff facial animations dont help). She looks normal in the 3D cutscenes but the 2D renders have the contrast way too high up.
Will there be a New York 5 to complete 4 specially after the game was finished and left us to find out about the mask.

We play a lot of your games and we like them all. We really appreciate that theyre free. We do watch a lot of videos to get coins in case we want to skip something but for the most part the puzzles are fun and not too hard. We usually buy some coins to support the developers in their endeavors. Thank you for making great games.
You folks do a great job with story lines in your games. Sure, we wander around a lot trying to find stuff but thats why Im playing it! Thanks for letting us play so much for free.
We truly love these games. They have lots of great puzzles and we love the addition of the seek and find and the timed features. Lots of in depth puzzles and many areas instead of one room or area at a time. We really like that. Best of all its absolutely free. They provide you with free hints but if you run out you just have to watch an ad to get another. The reason for the 4 stars is because (with this game the fourth one) there were a couple hints that were way too small and blurry to read or understand. Even if we screen shot and enlarged. And we have excellent close vision. We remember the hint with the multiple combination locks. Way too small and blurry. There were also a few places that things were placed so close to the entry ways that we missed them since theres a large area to tap for the entry and lots of other things have such a small area to tap (or click) that Im having to go back and forth just to bring it up. Other than those its truly a great game. Thankfully hints are free so we didnt get stuck.
Ive had to go out and come back in so many times to get the touch to work. This game is not all that great on an iPhone 13 and it should be. A game is supposed to fun not frustrating.
The only issue we have is that while playing the HOGs we sometimes have to tap excessively to pick up an item. And to call out the the other gamers, this game is absolutely free. All you have to do is watch an ad to get a coin. Watch 10 ads and you can skip a game. Thats a great advantage than having to pay. We love it. Ill sit for like a half hour and just watch ads, racking up coins. Love it.
On a whim, we purchased the NY Mysteries 1 a few years ago. Our entire family became addicted to it, so weve collected all the NY series. We still rework each game. It was great to discover a new one had been added. Thank you developers, the game play is engaging & clever and the graphics are better than most.
This is an excellent game. We love all the puzzles. We dont use any of the hands and we dont get the tutorial at the beginning we just figure it out but it is a really excellent game. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Absolutely love this series. Really fun and you get a long play experience. Really sad Ive hit the end of the series. Id love it if they cane out with a new series, mystery without the supernatural would be great.
We love puzzle games. This is a blast.
Theres a lot of game here. However we have a frustration with the collection-to-play additional puzzles. The game will not allow us to go back and look for hidden items. So many games do this, but there is no warning as to when you will lose the ability to move to an area. So there are five distinct areas with no ability to go from location to location. Frustrating to miss so much of the game.
4th installment in a wonderful series. We love getting to be a heroine. The illustrations are beautiful and the animation is solid. Highly recommend.
Thank you for the free to play option. We love playing these type of games while sitting with our husband during his chemotherapy sessions. Im on a very limited income and cant afford to pay $6.99 for games. You are truly a life saver.
First off we love the F2P. We played all four and it Didnt cost us a nickel and the play was so smooth with no annoying pop ups. Just spend time in the beginning with ads to build up hints to like 20 or so then Im off. No big deal. Games free, helps developers, win win. We dont get all the complaining from some folks. Why pay $28 or so for 4 games when you can pay $0. You shouldnt need that many hints at this level of game. Take your time and figure stuff out. Anyway: The first three were next level. Find clues at one location and transport to a totally different location. You have to take notes and really use your brain. The first three are probably the best escape games Ive played. Developers did an amazing job. This 4th one, although just as smooth, wasnt quite as fun for us. Your at one location and when your done you never return there. No taking hints, clues or items to transport to other locations to use them. We really enjoyed that. Also this one almost pointed you to where your next step was. Not a big fan there. And lastly some of the rooms were just crossing off search items that you find. Word search style. Boo on that. Again Im just comparing to the first 3 NY Mysteries. So thats a tall order. Will play more from this developer and hopefully more F2P. Great job yall but probably shoulda stopped at the 3rd one. This one felt like it was shortened and rushed but thats just our opinion. Off to more escapes from you guys.
We are in chapter 4 and trying to open the fishing tackle box with the key and key will not go to the picture as shown in utube video- what can we do.
It stopped working when we insert the key on the safe door in the Travis house.
Such a shame that you have changed your profit model to these F2P games! We just loved your games until now. This one wasnt marked F2P so we excitedly downloaded it expecting to pay for the complete game. How disappointing to find that it,too, was F2P! Looking at so many of the reviews for many of your games, we would have hoped that you would release full versions of your latest games, but that doesnt seem to be happening. Now, sadly, Ill have to move on to other game producers who still cater and care about those of us that want full games.
We were enjoying this game until about 85% through when suddenly it stopped working. We started all over again to make sure we hadnt done something to cause the glitch, but then the same thing happened. We put the key in the safe and the game froze both times. Im very disappointed and will not try a game from this company again. How frustrating not to be able to finish! And this is the only time this has happened to us.
Definitely a great game and whats even better is its not a short game.

These games are amazing. They have great graphics, storyline, and very interesting puzzles. Everything about these games is just terrific. This is the 4th one Ive done and cant wait to go onto their other games. Our deepest appreciation goes out to the workers on these games. Thanks.
We just love this game! We cant wait to go back and play the other previous versions. We just dont like the fact that you have to buy coins for hints, but it is a challenge, and we do like that. Awesome Sauce.
