Ive had this game for about two years, but now it hangs up in the bonus chapter. All the items that Ive found simply disappear. Would you please fix this issue.
Am trying to finish the bonus chapter, but when we went back to an area all our inventory items disappeared and we cannot finish. We logged out and back in and still nothing.
Nice story and long game but not fun to play. On our IPad, many required tasks are impossible as our finger blocks the view. Hidden item stories dont highlight the requires items in the text. Mini games are dated and very hard to tap on required items and areas, as well as other frustrating glitches. Perhaps OK for a few dollars but not worth the sale price.
Everytime we move to a different location within the game, our inventory disappears and the only way we have found to get it back is to keep using a hint until it reappears. Im certainly not spending money on this game until that is fixed.
Inventory disappears with no instructions on how how to keep it visible; have to hit help every time to bring it back. Defeats the purpose of trying it on our own. Im just going to quit since help tells us every move. Whats the point? With the price increase, it was a complete waste. Have completely enjoyed their games it the past.
We bought this game a while ago and when we go to play it again you want to charge us $8.99 for it. Whats the deal.
The game looks like it could be decent based on the free trial portion. Im sorry but Im not paying $9 for a game. Not purchasing.
Started getting bad halfway through game. Couldnt finish game.
No more Friendly Fox games to play so we were bored & decided to look through Domini titles. We went on OG fans reviews. This game is about a year old but mustve been the brief time when Domini started listening about complaints. Although they went back to not caring anymore soon after. That being said, this one had diverse puzzles & made you want to continue because of the well written storyline. Their were the usual Domini line up in inventory but also included several new items so it didnt seem as redundant. Im Welsh so the King Aurther legend has always picked us interest. As usual the well done graphics & voice overs. The collectibles have a story to tell that shows they did their homework. It also shows if Domini wanted to, they have the ability to make quality games like years of ole. JenRage.
The tools on the bottom of the screen, tasks, hints, notes are too large on the screen and block out parts of the game including collecting the extras.
As soon as we paid for the full game, EVERYTHING stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Emailed the developers with no reply. Complete rip-off.
Played on our iPad and had multiple issues when tapping on items, had to resort to hint several times to resolve the problem we knew the answer to, very frustrating. Lastly the finish of the bonus game locked up, couldnt paint or see the final scenes but we could hear them. Guess Ill have to skip Domini games which is a bummer, loved the story line.
Game is fine so far but we cant purchase. The button says unlock with discount but we get an error message saying sorry, you cannot purchase at this time. Its been 3 days.
Sadly, still unable to unlock full game at discount. Quite frustrating and disappointing, as we were REALLY enjoying the trial run.

The first part of this game is great, however, Im not able purchase. Why.
The game won't let us buy it, which makes it useless. IOS 15.1 glitch.

We cant give enough praise to the developers for this game. It was incredible and we must say we enjoyed it so much that we will replay in the near future. It has been a long time since we have enjoyed a game so much that we did not want it to end. Story line was intriguing and everything worked perfectly. It seemed longer than usual too, and the bonus play was excellent. Keep up the good work.

We previously reported that updating our IOS on iPad caused non-responsive areas when trying to click on items to make them interact. After several times exiting the game and starting over, the problem remained so we deleted it. A few days later we downloaded game again and everything worked fine.
UPDATE September 14: Apparently there is now an update for Puss In Boots and all the issues have been repaired. However we cannot access the review site, so please look for our rating at some point on this site after we play. Hidden Expedition was an incredible gem. It blended Arthurian mythology with a wild goose chase across Europe, from Wales to London, on to Rome and Lilles and back to Cornwall. Your protagonist was not a detective for a change, but a linguist/cryptographer. The graphics were magnificent, the cinematography was amazing and the gameplay was exciting and fast-paced. Collectibles included shields, Arthurian artifacts and fact cards. There was a plethora of tasks at each location, from the mundane (clearing thorns with a glove, digging with a shovel, fanning away toxic fumes) to novel ones, such as using a centrifuge and other neat inventory items. We wont spoil the game for you. It had a nice variety of HO scenes, as well as enjoyable puzzles/games. There was our one of our favorite genres included: a maze. The game was lengthy inclusive of the bonus adventure. It seemed shorter because we loved it so much and didnt want it to end. The overall quality assurance was much better than in previous games. There was a bit of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface, but it was mild enough to where we did not get frustrated. The only other issue was that in the collectibles section, the descriptions were written in such large text that they ran off the gameplay screen. Domini needs to monitor small details as well as overall gameplay. Thus, our actual rating will be 4.5 stars. Gamers, if you love adventure and intrigue, as well as myths and legends, this is a must-purchase game. Remember, players, after we play Puss in Boots we will rate it here, as we cannot access the review site. Happy gaming to everyone, and stay safe.

We like these games and have purchased many but lately they place things that you need to get to go on to the next step behind the hint, map, or other icons and they can not accessed. For instance in this game a can not retrieve the umbrella to get out of prison. Not happy about paying for games we cant finish.
Sometimes Ive enjoyed Donimi because the hops are unique. But this game is the last one for us. We liked the title much better when Eipix was making it. This one was sluggish, difficult to follow and aggravating. The ending of the bonus chapter was just ridiculous. A sad waste.
We dont understand why the problem with accessing the umbrella hasnt been fixed yet. People have been writing about it for a couple of weeks now so we thought it had to be fixed by now, but we just encountered it last night. We did send in an email to app support describing the problem and Im hoping it will help. Its just kind of funny how these problems crop up after you pay for the game.
Im stuck in the jail and cannot get the umbrella. Stop placing things behind objects that done move like the hint button or the task book.
IPad. Updated both iPad and the game itself. Im in jail and like others we cannot use the cane. We believe its because the stupid task book is in the way. Poor placement. First game Ive bought in months. Will probably be the last because of these types of issues that seem to be a regular occurrence lately.
