We love this game a lot. The gacha is amazing. Easy to build characters. Our main problem is once you get to the higher floors of the tower the only way they think they can stall your progress is by making enemies immune to all damage. And we dont mean for like 5 seconds. We mean there are enemies that are immune for 20+ seconds. Theres no reason for that other than to make you sit there and watch nothing happen. Also at a certain point in the tower they get rid of stage jump. So you get used to going through 49 floors being able to skip a lot of it. (Which is helpful with the immunity time wasting) Then floor 50+ its just gone but the enemy immunity is still there. If you can get over that its fun.
Been playing for about the full 2years Im currently 687 days checked into our alliance we really like it, it has its issues but the game not having a massive dev team and still showing urges to grow the game is nice to see.
The game is fun to play but it is also pay to win. Moreover, one of the major issue still need to be fixed is that the game keeps closing and kicks out every 10-15 minutes.
Ive played many times but every 5 minutes its like it has a problem and completely crashes out making you have to go back in its incredibly frustrating especially if you are trying to pull for a character and then it crashes so you have to go back in to see if you got the character or not. Im done with the crashes Im done with the game. Our phone needs the space more than we need this game. Its a shame too because we spent money on this.

This game is so fun but its annoying how long it takes to complete the adventures now that they removed the ability to jump through the stages. Has been turning us away from the game honestly.
We loved this game when we started playing and we gave it a break while we focused on irl things unfortunately when we came to play again all our progress and data was gone so we never started again help please.
Game is fun, and very generous for a gacha. Its currently our favorite little time killer whenever we have 5 minutes to poke around. But the ui is quite laggy compared to a lot of other mobile games with similar graphics quality. The most annoying thing however is the constant special offer ads for $1 or $2.

The game is good but we dont accomplish much before it crashes and its usually during summoning or upgrades and you loose the stuff and cant get it back.
This is a amazing tower of god game, for any tower of god fan we would highly recommend this game to everyone who loves tower of god, but this game needs to be fixed it has some many crashes and its crashes a lot so you can barely play the game, for the creators of the game please look at our review and fix this problem immediately so this game can be more fun and better of the community, thanks.
Random close on its own in the middle of the game.
For the first year we played it was fun, but as you get closer to the end game youll realized that your actions in the game are highly repetitive with little to no progressunless you spend money. Events have turned from earning some good rewards for playing the game to pay for our special tickets to get rewards in events that dont offer exclusive content for playing. We love the TOG universe, but this game has started to feel disconnected from it for us.
Listen we dont typically do reviews. Almost never but we feel like something needs to be said. We LOVE the WEBTOON TOG, but this game while it started off amazing has slowly descended into a boring grind with rewards that are becoming more and more costly. Their reoccurring bi weekly stories are the same thing on repeat and they want you to spend a LOT of suspendium just to get 1 SSR + break stone. ONE. It takes 21 copies of a SSR+ to max them out. Ive been playing for over a year and we have 1 SSR+ maxed out. Youre expected to grind out 70000 event points and if you dont use any suspendium youll be lucky to crack 12000 event points before the time runs out. This has been complained about in the community and the devs just say that they feel its fair so it will stay that way. If you want to stay relevant with the game you need to pull for the latest SSR + that comes out every 2-4 weeks and unless youre a whale youre not going to max that character out for a long time unless you use all your resources and dont plan on summing for another SSR+ in a while. Youre expected to grind out 70000 event points and if you dont use any suspendium youll be lucky to crack 12000 event points before the time runs out. This has been complained about in the community and the devs just say that they feel its fair so it will stay that way. They are popping out SSR+ characters so fast that by the time you can build up one that is useable there are 4 more that have come along. This has made SSR characters almost irrelevant for mid and late game play. If you tell the devs this, they will tell you how youre not utilizing the character right and its your fault. Am we still playing? For the time being we are but the only reason is because we have so much love for the WEBTOON. Its very discouraging to see them going in the wrong direction in this game and we believe this game needs a hard overhaul. To sum up our rant: Should you play this game? If youre a fan of the series it should entertain you for a bit but unless youre willing to open up your wallet to this game you will not be successful in getting to the end game. We hope someone finds this helpful or that somehow this can get back to netmarble before its too late and this game ends up dead in the next couple of years.
The only thing Ill say that we would probably like to see the game is more character, selection, upgrade ability, and the ability to play open worldly.
All we have to say is we try to get into this game and it seems like it could be fun. However it crashes every 5-10 minutes.
We really enjoy the WEBTOON series and this game is a nice way to collect and use your favorite characters! Definitely pay2win aspects but for fun casual play this game has hit the spot for us.
Let us start off by saying what a beautiful game this is and first impression was pretty good. We love the character designs and we love these types of games. The only thing that is holding us back from actually committing to playing this game after the tutorial is that the game felt was delayed and for more context we had our settings on Medium so its not that our phone couldnt handle this game. But its just a thing we came across on our end but this game is definitely worth playing.
Hello Im a big fan of the T.O.G. Series and thoroughly enjoy this game but their is a bug that happens after too many screens have been visited you can recreate this simply by going to character select and clicking on the first character and scrolling through the list of characters from each of their profiles until the bug happens which is it will crash and you would have to reopen the app to continue enjoying it. But we feel it has to do with page traversal like maybe too many pages open and it just kick you out of the game after so many pages have been visited. Its not a small amount its about 72 pages on our first test. On our second test not coming right on login where the rewards for login pages come up login it took 76 pages traversed to crash it. On our third test it took 79 pages until it crashed. So its consistantly crashing around 72-79 page traversals and its not just with the character screen either is you just playing around on the app it will eventually crash after traversing multiple pages doing you daily stuff like trials or arena matches and other stuff for your dailies. So we dont know what code your using for your game but it seems like it might be a garbage collection issue that might be causing the crashes. Or something else entirely but just thought we should let you know.
We would give this game a 5 star, but anytime we log on to complete the daily things the game crashes like 2-3 times before we can finish them. If they could resolve the instability of the game it would be much more enjoyable.
The game has been out for a while. The developers just refuse to fix the issue where the game just crashes constantly every 3 minutes or so, even though they acknowledged and are well aware of the problem. Its frustrating and annoying to say the least when it often happens in the middle of long battles or summons. Its 2024 folks! If you still cant write a program that doesnt crash every 3 minutes, perhaps you are just not qualified to be a developer. If wasnt for the fact that we already spent some money on it, Id have stopped playing long ago.
Ive been a TOG fan since the webtoon came out so we were pretty excited for this game to come out. After playing for about a year, we can say its pretty good, especially for an afk-style game. The gacha system is really good (select preferred characters, lots of free pulls) and the characters stay pretty true to the manhwa. We get bored of most afks pretty quickly, but new world has stuck with us.
Tower of god has so much amazing content. This game actually one ups the anime on Crunchyroll.
We have played for a year now. The game was pretty good in the beginning and as they release new content. It just gets worse. First they added the ads and have an OP buff to get ads removal, followed by revolution which makes it impossible to play or at least meaningless. Each event is just the same old thing reskinned.
Hoping to see at least 5 years of service 10/10.
Hours and hours of content without spending a cent. Faithful to the source content which also deserves a look.

Like any other gacha. You will like it if you like the look of it. But you can only redeem gift codes on android. Seriously? What year is this that you cant redeem a code in the game on iOS? And the gift code link doesnt recognize our in game ID. Niiiiiice.
This game dont care ab nothing but money, somehow our acc got deleted, its our 3rd day. We were alr not seeing anything unique in this game, besides being new, not sure if we should be upset or happy that our account got deleted. Explains why theres multiple games of this. ALL ABOUT MONEY.
Not sure why this game has a high rating..but as a gatchae game it better have a good combat system which it does not.
We have been playing this for almost a year and it has been a great free to play gatcha giving plenty of rewards through events and everything. BUT after the last few updates it has become extremely p2w as now if you want the rewards from the previously stated events you now have use a ton of resources to get less rewards than they once were and in the last update in order to upgrade your stats in one feature you are now required to use the paid resource to upgrade. This game would be 5 stars but after the last updates we had to heavily deduct as Im close to quitting because we dont want to spend hundreds of dollars or save for months just to get worse rewards than when the game first started.
They literally give you the tools to constantly summon and we get great characters all the time this game rocks 10/10.
Very well compelled! Unlike other afk games this ones very generous! We honestly started playing two months ago and completed the entire story so far! Amazing grind mechanics and equipment builds to make your characters different from other online. Party customization is unique as well, with you having full access to how you want your units to perform. By modding stats and weapons, exclusive weapons, costumes and they just made a new patch with limit break upgrades! Amazing game and the graphics we LOVE THIS GAME.
Best game ever! We started with the other tower of god app. Then we found this app and it has become our favorite.
We were a massive fan of Princess Connect Re:Dive and was sad to see them shut down the worldwide servers. Since the game was shut down, we have been looking for a game similar to it, and had been unsuccessful until we came across this gem. We can happily say, we put a lot of time, and zero of our real life money every day when we play this. We look forward to logging in every day to get our rewards, and every new event they bring us. We highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys anime and RPGs.
Very F2P friendly (for the most part), but a bit redundant without a significant amount of depth. Getting to slowly build that grind/chore feeling that 7DS has if you are looking for any semblance of PvP tho. Overall the pve alone drives the game enough (IMO) to warrant the 4/5 stars. No gacha game will be void of grind/slog unfortunately unless you are okay with lagging significantly, which is a completely acceptable way to play if it is preferred or due to time constraint that cant be rectified by money due to economic factors. TLDR – can enjoy the game without investing money, but time investment keeps increasing as with all gacha games.

Will you be at the top as F2P? Not likely. But the gotcha system is the most F2P friendly. Its not impossible to collect every character and try them out even the SSR+ ones.
We almost had Escanor 21/21 but we couldnt get past multiple floors in time due to the excessive power creep.
Been absolutely loving this game, easy to level up, easy to understand, easy to grind, and overall a good game. Wish there were dungeons to get better stuff but we may not be high enough level lol.
Im giving the game a four out of five just because they make it so hard to level up your shinsu links and make it so hard to level exclusive weapons on characters they give you enough books for proficiency but no way to farm the up grade materials for it. And the only reason Im making this review is because the devs boost the enemys in adventure mode wayyyy above the player unless you spend money. So in conclusion PLEASE DEVS IF YOU SEE THIS IM BEGGING YOU ADD A WAY TO FARM LINK EXP AND ENHANCEMENT EXTRACT.
You need to just try it and play.

This game is great spent like 40-60 bucks just because we wanted to not because we needed to it was to support the game to be honest. You can compete with anyone under top 100 without having to spend at all really.
Genuinely would probably be one of our favorite idle games, but every update pretty much breaks the game. None of the events are that interesting, and every time they update the game with a new one, it pretty much just breaks the app entirely and you have to wait a few days to weeks for it to be fixed. Ive even lost our account in the past from having to delete and re-download the app to try and fix the issue that way, and having to deal with customer service is awful since they just send automatic messages and then mark your case as solved even when it isnt. It took us a week to get our account back even with it being connected to our apple account. Honestly as much as we like the game, its too much of a chore to play with all the constant bugs and glitches. Not really worth the headache, we cant say Id recommend it unless youre super patient.
We have 4+ months playing this game. Ive been buying ticket battle pass and some small stuff in the daily store. However during last month they start charging on our card more money that the price they set on games stores.
Well, we were really enjoying this game but it will not load on our iPad since last update. We would re-install it but we are afraid we will lose our current game and characters. We have worked hard for our current level and characters. This is a real bummer.

Being a big fan of this title helps our review but this game nails it. The visuals are great and it tells the story of the webcomic which is really cool. We havent spent much money at all and Im rolling in currency and doing multiple summons a day. We recommend this to anyone that enjoys gachas and team builders.
