User Reviews on Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds

It had so much potentials. We uninstalled because it is an auto play game. Like why would we want to play a game that plays itself. Also why is there sooo many buttons and pop ups.

Suddenly we can no longer use large HP potions unless Im level 90?! This was a very bad move on the developers part! Put it back the way it was!! You might just lose a customer and your chance to get any money if you dont. Fair warning. We CAN do without your game and so can others. Listen to your customers.

Unless you spend $$$ will always be weak.

Needs remote controller support.

Make accessible to use with a controller.

This game is really fun, but we refuse to play anymore until the constant crashes are fixed.

This game has been crashing ever since we first played it and Im just so over mobile games that crashes alot and now we cant log back in because of it.

We are a big fan but we think we are banned from it for some reason not sure though so if you want fun play ni no kuni.

This game crashes sooooooooooooo much on mobile Im about to snap our phone in half. We dont run a single other app at the same time either. Mobile players are at a MASSIVE disadvantage over anyone on PC. But its a MOBILE GAME. ??? Cant use MARBLEX wallet on mobile??? WHY!?!

Es mucho mejor jugar con control en mobile porfavor que sea posible.

Everything in this game cost way too much real world money when you upgrade an item. Sometimes theyll give you a duplicate of the atom you upgraded for $79.99.

Honestly, the music is so beautiful. The environment and the character design are all so charming. We find the characters to be really cute and funny. This is definitely a yes for us. You can also customize your character.

Its good but could get boring and hard at times.

We’ve got a 8GB RAM 512GB storage M1 Mac Mini [2020] and it runs completely fine right after installing. Close the game after that first session, any and all attempts to start the game back up lead to it constantly crashing within seconds. On our iPhone 11 and Pixel 3 [old phone] we’ve turned down some of the graphics settings to help with crashing during field bosses and still get dumped out some times. Seems like the PC version with our RX580 is the most stable even though the launcher is in beta still. Rarely get dumped out on that version. Otherwise we enjoy playing the game and conversing with our Kingdom. ———— Update 9/11/2023 Still not consistent with being able to launch the game without crashing on our Mac Mini. Tried going into one of the side story dungeons and it crashed again. Still works about perfect on our iPhone 14 Plus.

Please add controller support!

That the game was boring and a lot of people leave so we were 1 of that persons and we mean back now still doing a little boring cause everyone is so strong is not like a new server for new people.

We usually have about three crashes while im just doing dailies. Not even when im in an area with a huge amount of monsters. Its always when im just going through menus! And godforbid we click more than once every five seconds in higgledy factory! Thats an insta crash!

Every Single quest is Just Battle monsters, Save People Blah blah The story gets boring at Rainbow valley yet they Use a lot of Re-used Assets?! Also, the songs are un original its very P2W and its also An NFT, im very Sad that Netmarble made a Game this sad, we were an F2P player But honestly The game is boring at some points, AI mode is pretty Unique but, we wish they made theyre own assets!! Sebastian is just rumple from wrath of the white witch and the Little fairy lady is Just hootin nanny so thats why its 2 for our review, And we thought this was an Open World game?!? Like the new bosses All have to defeat Dark lord emerges! We quit Ni no kuni 3 months Ago because of the toxic players!! And the story! The costumes are cute, and the mounts are too but 19.99$ USD for a Cute bird is to much we dont recommend this game at all!

The higgldie(?) factory especially crashes the game so we have a huge amount of 1 star higgldies that will never be able to upgrade since we have to restart the game after each upgrade.

Good app good game for playing.

We love this game but we wish it had some sort of controller support like the backbone.

Has potential, very polished and clean.

We like the game but why is it more side jobs more then main request we got stop what doing to main quest just do side quest lol to much side request.

Idk if its just us but when we try to play the game its so glitchy all the time it crashes, we used to play this game with no problem but now we cant even play it without it closing all the time. Could you please try to fix it????

Needs control support from backbone.

We will start off by saying, that we enjoy the game. Especially for the world & the story so far. But our biggest problem with it as of right now, is that it crashes. Not only does it crash, but it crashes quite often (even during the story, which can lead to some things getting skipped). So overall, we quite like the game. Its just annoying with how often it crashes though.

The game is fine and all but the character customization is low and hard to find suitable outfits. Secondly, when youre waiting for an update, you only have TWO things to do, play the game where you stack (platipaws? Is that their name?) or watch a minute long of backstory stuff. PLEASE ADD MORE OPTIONS IM BORED!!!!!!!! Now to the positive stuff! We like how you get to mount animals like a Birby (I love birds! We love them more when they are fat and fluffy). Its also nice that you get plenty of spots to hunt monsters and get to more npcs. Thats all that Ill talk about because Im going to bed.

This game used to be great, now its unplayable, and has been for about a month. It crashes at an absurd amount, and hasnt even attempted to be fixed. You cant even get through collecting your daily items without it crashing. Roughly, it crashes every 3 minutes. Just rename it Mi No Kanplai, or just The Game of Crash.

We used to play this game when it first came out, and was very happy when we reinstalled it recently and found they removed the mandatory auto playing crap. However, the game crashes constantly (the longest the game has stayed open is probably 5 minutes) and makes it unplayable. Maybe it’s just our iphone 8, but we do enjoy this game and would like for this to be fixed.

The game crash when you download it.

Game constantly crashes. Its been WEEKS and devs still hasnt fixed it. FIX THE GAME. They keep putting out new packs to buy though. Its a pay 2 win game but still enjoyable for non-competitive players.

Love the whole world that this is set in. We see some complaints about not being able to do other things while during a quest but, all you have to do is unhighlight the current quest and when done click to restart. The devs are great when having a game issue, overall we will be playing this game for a Very long time.

Great game overall, but the lack of controller support has kept us from playing (would work great with Backbone One). Graphics arent the best, but the game artistry is beautiful. In-game chat is annoying, wish it could be turned off. We stopped playing, but its not bad. Lack of controller support and the chat is the main thing holding us backplus there are better games in the anime-style, open-world format.

It wont let us download at all as soon as we press download it deletes it for no reason.

Pay to win. Familiar arena uses timer system so even if you are winning, if the timer runs out, you lose. 1 out of 5.

Easily the best game to come out for mobile this year. This mmorpg has a great community, diverse gameplay, 5 classes, strong skills and lots of different options to choose from as far as build, equipment, and play style. Takes a lot of effort to get started but it is so worth it. Anime fans rejoice @whaleorfail please support Julian, PizzaHut, and the Office if we expire thanks THOMAS GIII.

We personally love the art style and the entire story line. We have grinded and spent so much time on this game. And we finally forked over $40 for a beautiful mount. And they double charged us. We used a gift card and being a teen with no job, we had no more money. We contacted this company for support over 6 times. Not once did they ever get back to us. It made us unable to access all of our phone. They did absolutely nothing. Since March we dealt with this issue and finally we were able to fix it in May. By paying for it AGAIN. And its such an issue they put a half-hazard solution on their page. Which is just to contact them. It is so painful that Studio Ghibli is partnered with such a horrid, money hungry, scamming company. They will not get any more of our time or money. Its so sad because it is the only game on the market for mobile that has Studio Ghiblis art style. But Im not going to pay for something in game and get scammed again. They very clearly do not care about players at all.

We just started today, and we’ve noticed a few bugs the game closes out on us occasionally, and sometimes the main screen take a few taps to enter the game. Aside from that, its kinda cool. We like the characters, and the graphics. The music is nice too.

Not that fun cuz of auto fight.

The auto play ruin this game! Not everything can be auto because the game become boring and a pay to win. Like what you do when everything is auto.

Lastest update made the entire game stop working. We keep trying to reboot but it signed us out of our account (Apple ID) and it freezes when we try to sign back in. The Server disappeared too. (Snow Vela)

Beautiful game. Obviously inspired by Genshin Impact but thats not criticism. The graphics and inclusion (at least early on) of voice acting provides enough enhancement that its an improvement on the mobile genre and not simply derivative. Unfortunately, the fact that only the primary button (X on DualShock 4) functions and that the game literally plays itself for you ruins the entire experience. Seriously, why would we choose to play a game and the choose one that runs to objectives and fights enemies for us? Id rather play a good game then watch a bad anime. Especially when we chose to play a game. Remove the auto-play mechanic (dont even make it optional) and finish the controller support and Ill be back.
