This is seriously the BEST game we have ever played, even better than most games on console/pc. Everything in this game is PERFECT, but theres one big thing thats been happening a LOT. We recently hit Prestige III, but half the time we turn off our phone or hard-close the game, when we open it back up, it takes away our Bravo and LTMs, removes the Upgrades and Shop, and makes us restart (kinda) but with all our boosts, tacs, Alphas, Supports, and money. It has done this SIX TIMES. We have technically prestiged eight times, but according to the game, Im at Prestige we AGAIN. Please fix this, we cant stand this stupid bug anymore.
Was a great game. Today we went to play our coins are gone and purple and red diamonds. When trying to play mission cannon and LTM are not available and cant open upgrades or store !!! What is going on.
All the coins, purple gems and red gems are gone. Ive been collecting quite a few for a while now. We had collected over 180k green coins and now theyre all gone. Purple gems we had thousands of as well and several hundreds of the red gem. Why? Whats going on? Can it be fixed asap? Idk if the stuff above has submitted yet, but it happened again where, daily, we log in to collect the gems and coins to rack up some stuff to enjoy the game and AGAIN it all reset. What is happening.
Played for like a year and suddenly a bunch of tabs are disappearing and occasionally reappearing, making it impossible to play, super disappointing.
The game is fun, great way to spend free time especially because its challenging unlike some other competing games. Over all its pretty crispy, would highly recommend.
Good game once you get some ammo.
Great game but recently many of the functions are grayed out and not working. Any fixes in the near future? More missions would be great as well.

One of the coolest mobile games ever.
We have been to both Afghanistan and Iraq, completing multiple engagements with enemy combatants. This is the most realistic game we have ever played. The sounds are spot on.
Please help. Love the game but we have no access to store, upgrades, or anything other than our alpha weapons system. Please fix, Ive paid for the premium side of the game and now its unplayable due to only having one weapon in the game.
Today we were playing the game fine and all of a sudden the upgrade feature and store went gray unable to open. Playing missions the LTM and bravo buttons do not work like they disappeared. Any help or info on this new issue.
Please help, we love this game but we believe the update to cloud saving has brought up a glitch to where the store, upgrade, bravo and LTM buttons dont work. We cant upgrade or access the store, upgrades or these buttons, please fix. Thank you.
Im tired of losing all the guns that we spent our tokens on Im probably done playing games that they will not work to develop before releasing.
We really enjoy this game, but the game has reset itself once we reached the Prestige II level. It gave us a choice to keep playing the game at the lower level, but after a few days of playing it, the game reset itself and took away most of our accomplishments. Now Im forced to play the harder level. Im still going to play it, but it shouldnt have reset itself.
The graphics are smooth and give you that intense and immersed war game feeling. To the call outs and guns its an overall amazing game.
The game is great, but its not working properly. We play it every day, and our prestige level has disappeared. Im also not earning any credits, and our progress no longer saves. Ive put a lot of time and energy into this game and just wanted to share this feedback so you can look into it. Its a great game, and we hope the issue gets fixed soon.
Honestly the best game for everyday play we really didnt think it was going to be this good but the opposite happened it is really fun and feels realistic like if you truly are Goliath and fighting in war the best game you should download.
Just had a loss of 1k+ gems and 40-60k credits for unknown reason. Not able to access support to resolve. Resorting to here for support.
We love this game and also got premium and gems but we opened the game and we are not able to open the upgrade or store and also the bravo gun and LTM arent working as well as the challenges and daily reward are not showing up and im really bummed out about it. Other than that it is an awesome game.
Hi your new update deleted our whole 380 red gems automatically of course that the quality of the game is great and we play it but with the new update our red gems are gone can you kindly look at it.

Whatever the new update was crashed out the game hard. All our mission progress is saved, but the trial, survival, special ops, all our credits, gems and diamonds are all gone. The store and upgrade buttons are greyed out. Total interface failure. Please fix so we can enjoy this game again. We even paid for the game.
About a week ago we opened our app and all our money was gone 450 in diamonds, all bravo and LTM upgrades are gone. 45 ultimate weapon diamonds are gone. Game sent us back to prestige 1 level 8 when we were on prestige 2 level 8. Its highly upsetting to have gain all this back.
Good game that Ive spent a lot of time on, but this weekend it started glitching. We lost a bunch of diamonds money etc. We were on prestige 4 or 5 and now Im back at prestige 2. Also it changed our username during the live event and would only show top 10 of the leaderboard.
We love this game. Its probably our favorite game that Ive ever played on our phone but all of a sudden we cant click the upgrade button or the store button anymore. We tried downloading and reinstalling and its still doing it. We even paid for the premium because we like this game so much. Please help.
Hello, we love love your game, even paid for the premium version but last night the game has blocked out the store button and upgrade button. We also cannot switch between different missions. We deleted and re-downloaded the game and it is still doing this. We tried clicking on the link that goes to your website but it shows the website is forbidden. Can we get some help.
Great game. Im on Scorpion Bridge and just logged in and our Bravo and LTM are reset and locked? All our credits were lost as well so we cant upgrade. We tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it doesnt work. Any fix or updates.

Game plays sweet but its freemium but you dont have to buy anything to actually enjoy it.
This is a great game, unfortunately it crashes often and loses our progress. There are only ten missions and only one special event that keeps repeating. We would give it five stars except for the above mentioned short falls.
Hey guys. Love the game. Im Prestige 26 now. One issue Im having is, we cant actually unlock our 9th ultimate weapon. When we click it, nothing happens. We have to restart the app. Sometimes, the tactical nuke fails to detonate.
It is very fun game, we upgraded our weapons a lot, the first weapon over level 100 and the 3rd weapon unlocked. But we were just now playing, it froze so we restarted the game, when we reloaded the game we are reset back lvl 1 guns but all the same maps are unlocked but we have no weapon upgrades lol.
Extremely fun and rewarding game, been playing free version for a few days now and its def a fun challenge. Wish the game had landscape mode for iPhone. Feel like it would be a major improvement.
We love this game and Ive prestiged 3 times but recently we cant axcess the store to get the free crates, we cant get the daily login, all of our upgrades were reset and the 200,000 credits we had were lost. We dont know what happened but most of our upgrades reset too. We tried prestiging again to see if that fixed it but it did not.
We really love the fact that you can play this game off-line and the controllers are pretty smooth. The only reason we wouldnt give it an additional star seems to be an issue with certain versions of the game. The current version seems to have a glitch where you can no longer access the upgrades or the store at certain points. It also seems to reset the number of ultimate weapon gems that you have. This has happened to us once before where we had over 150 ultimate weapon gems until the glitch happened, which left us with zero ultimate weapon gems. Hopefully the designers can fix this glitch.
U should not have to wait so long to refill fuel or pay but other than that its fun and realistic.
The game is great and it became very addicting to clear each level, Ive been playing for about a year now and had gotten our gems to almost 4800. We were trying to get to 5000 and then go to prestige 2. Loaded the game up this morning as we do everyday to collect our daily reward and the game took a long time to load which was strange. Once it loaded, all our progress was gone. 5 stars if our feelings wasnt hurt.
Love the game but the past week we cant use the store or any of the extra tabs cant upgrade or anything. Hope this gets fixed soon. Other then that one of our favorite downtown games the premium adds more fun.
Great game first of all. Not too easy, but hard enough to keep coming back, until a couple days ago. We are having the same issues as others!! The store and upgrade areas are greyed out and we lost all our credits, blue and red diamonds!! Only weapon available is the main Alpha gun even though we had unlocked all the other weapons! PLEASE FIX.

Complete a mission you havent done or prestige to fix. We just hopped on Goliath after a while of not playing it and found that the upgrades and store were greyed out, and we were back to prestige 1. Alpha upgrades stayed the same, so we were able to complete the last mission way too easily, bc the bots were set at prestige 1 difficulty when we were at we think prestige 8 when we left off. We think its a bug when a developer updates a game and it messes something up, very common. We hope this gets fixed bc not everyone is gonna see this review.
We got the premium edition and when we opened the game we were locked out of store and upgrades. Once we finally fixed the store and upgrades we didnt have any of the upgrades we got before (Bravo lvl 38/LTM lvl 6).
We love it and have been playing it for long and long all day but, it would be better if you could remove the gas feature, we could be playin long sessions of this and then the gas feature interrupts us. Very annoying.
We love this game so far. We're playing for free and really enjoying it. Our only complaints are that the guns will get stuck shooting at times, which wastes ammo and just ruins the vibe, and that the UI is kinda cramped, which causes us to hit menus and such that we don't want to hit. We also think the game would play better in landscape mode.
We love this game so very much the only issue we have is that now Ive lost our augments for LTM after Ive hit prestige 3 twice now and then the game glitches and we loose our progress or now have to re buy augments for LTM and its just acting buggy for us. If that wasnt the case we would give it 5 other than that its a amazing absolutely fun game! And it is super satisfying.
We love the game. We play everyday and even got the premium. But one thing is absolutely mind boggling. Why have certain support thats not doing what theyre supposed to? You have tanks that fire a couple rounds before theyre destroyed by small arms fire. You may get one main gun round out of it if youre lucky. At best, you get small arms fire from it before its toast. The biggest issue is it doesnt move. The Abrams is known for its lethality and maneuverability. Yet when you call it, it stays on one stop. Same as the Bradley and humvee. Its pointless. Theyre really useless if youre playing neon temper. We NEED MY VEHICLE SUPPORT TO MOVE WITH ME.

Not sure what happened last night, but this morning most all our game items are missing. Im missing all our coins, all our gems and all our red diamond pieces. Ive pad for the premium game, we shouldnt be losing anything.
Great game just cant get in touch with developers. We opened the game today and the game closed and reopened. After opening we are on the same lvl we were on but lost ALL our upgrades. Please advise.
