We have had this game for sometime. Only recently one key had frozen so we cannot hold what we need to win. We no longer play this game we loved for so long. Please fix this problem.
We just purchased 5000 chips for $4.99 and they did not load. We want our chips added if not refunded.

It only ok, the only way you get more chips each is to lose all your chips from the day before. If you lose them you must till the next day to play.
