This game is so fun like we spent hours on it and didnt get bored Its a great game to play and fun.
First, microtransaction and game leveling and greater systems.. They acheived a flawless balance that to us is the best possible fine tuning in this era. Overall.. There is so much content, information to read, nuanced details, thought process put into every aspect, every cent of budget expended to the last breath of every team member involved, this acheivement is the new standard bearer, and on and on — From the settings.. Fine tuning so many mechanics, seemless intuitive design, the only criticism is Apple (17 Pro Max) clearly not spending the R&D money to engineer a device deserving of the now decades of invested users who helped the company become what it is.. And what it could be! (gets hot at high graphics settings, such a failure by Apple, but D: R delivers an unrivaled visual and.. Every sensory organ experience.) (warning: you might bite your lip and even draw blood from the level of immersiveness!) Bungie's original acheivement developing their IP has been reproduced and then some with Net Ease and all team members across the board. It is like humanity arrived in the next phase of evolution with what this game is in all of its glory. It is returning to the dull world after playing D: R, with our flimsy upright bipedal existance, that we realize our purpose to become one existentially with computerization, as the barriers of time and space are tested.

This game is hands down the number one game on mobile! Development has done a fabulous job putting together unstoppable mobile shooter.
Netease has hit the ball out of the park. We have not spent a dime, and have 75 quality hours plus. Everything is polished, runs smooth on Ipad Pro, and the variety of gameplay is astonishing. Excellent work devs.
We grew up watching our father play destiny and we are now honored to be the one play destiny.
This is so much fun we cant touch grass because of this game.
Coming from a couple thousand hours of Destiny 2, having fun with this one would like it to be out in Mac App Store or something so it can be played on desktop/laptop with a controller.
We love this game as we have been playing Destiny 2 for over 3 years (As of December 2025) it has never ending activities and remixed some of the features and names from the other Destiny games. We (Exc. Clans renamed to Wolf Packs.) The only complaint we have is that there is no stasis or strand so on if you could find a way to add some in we would love it its fine if you dont.
Dear great destiny devs Please remove or make the battle pass shorter, becuase it makes the game feel more like a chore than a game. And also the last word/limited time weapon (which we really want) is really hard for free2play players to get. And even harder for people like us because we can only play on the weekends. So it is practical impossible for us to get the last word. So we want the battle pass to be replaced by something thats less like a chore. And also please make what ever you replace it with easier and faster to get the limited time item. Sincerely sectavis.

We like this game but the touch controls arent the greatest. Adding controller support would be fantastic.
Would be great if they supported backbone controllers but its still a solid game.

Ive played destiny for YEARS and felt priced out of the console version a while ago and am so happy to have something that scratches that itch for us to go jumping around the universe! One thing is we dont care for being locked into certain weapons per character as we love playing with crossbows but besides that its a great new edition.
It felt like watered down Destiny with auto aim. Bullet sponges that soak until you ulti. Couldnt really get into it but it looks fantastic.
The good: the character designs, the maps, the lore, most of the core mechanics (except jumping), and the game is a lot of fun to play The bad: lots of framerate dips and network drips; the jumping mechanic is a disaster; the dialogue is awful and the voice acting is even worse: and there are too many currency systems that lack differentiation and too many upgrade systems that only modestly impact game play. If you can put up the frustrations of the bad, there is enough good to make this game an enjoyable experience. We just wish NetEase would invest the time to really polish this game.
We love this game so much but we wanna use the widget for our Home Screen but it isnt working like it should if you could fix this in the next maintenance that would be amazing.
This is literally best mobile game but devs, please nobody will pull for male characters.
We had not really had a chance to play this since it came out and we are currently traveling for two weeks and decided to give it a try. The game is incredible. We brought our PS5 controller along with us and connected to our iPad and we are having a great time played this game. The controls are just like the PS 5 destiny two game. The storyline is interesting. The fighting is accurate like if we were playing on the PlayStation.
We love this game Ive never given a review before. But yes you guys won our heart. We were so tired of P2W games all focused on PVP and lack of storyline. But this game beats all that. If Ill ever spend a penny it will be on this game. So please include more stories. Even if we have to download them with massive data we do t care. Lol.

This truly is a comeback of comebacks, first of all to the true gaming community this will forever be the healthiest non toxic group that will help you level up its so much information. NetEase truly made this game for the people, Im Glad Bungie allowed this to happen, we still believe in the original creators Halo and have high hopes. As far as detailing customizations on weapons, skins, futuristic/retro style art chefs kiss. Music, ambience amazing, graphics for a smart phone unmatched. This is what could truly save Bungie and knock out all others, Ive been playing since launch. Im in our 40s and as a long time halo fan this is amazing to witness. We believe its going to be much more incredible moving forward with a free game this could dominate all others.
Destiny 1 is a core childhood memory for us (long story). Ive put the most amount of hours Ive ever played into a video game into that one. Tried Destiny 2, didnt stick. As soon as we started playing this, we were stuck for hours and we can tell Ill be here for a veryyyy long time.
We love this game truly but after beating the main campaign it got boring real quick and we know they came out with a season 2 but still no new story or anything?? Come on man and whats up multiplayer being a limited thing only on weekends thats so boringgggg why make the players wait on a mode that Im pretty sure everyone would love to play whenever especially if you guys are either working it or working on a new story or campaign so we would just please ask to drop more story line like the actual game keep us engaged and PLEASE STOP WITH WEEKEND ONLY MULTIPLAYER WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO PLAY THAT MODE AT OUR CHOOSING.
Can we just say this game is beyond beautiful! You can tell the devs put time into it. We been looking for a game to grind, progress, and this game has brought us back to the core memory of destiny! Just beautiful.
Quit destiny years back to focus on trading havent been gaming at all didnt even know they had a mobile version enjoying it so far hopefully they bring competitive pvp like trials.
We played Destiny and Destiny 2 for years but Destiny Rising is a different beast. The game uses heroes instead of classes and they all play great. 4 heroes are incredibly good and can hold their own with 5 ones. All are unique and well thought out. Gameplay is smooth whether passing on phone with touch or pc with mouse/keyboard or controller. You can even use a controller with phone. Funs shoot great, skills powerful, all around awesome. Maps are a bit smaller and we only have 2 open world areas right now but they will be adding more and there is a good amount of content to keep busy. There are issues namely the horrible energy system. You need energy to run dungeons for the best rewards. You can run them without it but the rewards are much less. Energy restores in 24 hours and you can save some up but its still much too long. 12 hours would be perfect. Second, the gacha system rates are good as is but the cost per pull is too much. Instead of 180 it should be 100. Besides those two issues, the game is perfect. As long as they keep releasing heroes, Dungeons, open world areas, and lootIll play for years and if they fix the energy and poor rate problems is an easy 5/5. Until then its a 4/5.
The game is good but there is way too many things that require you to upgrade and little rewards for doing strikes etc. We shouldnt have to upgrade gun mods to level 10 or guns them selfs if we have to upgrade our characters skill and character mods. Its too much grinding for little rewards.
Limited Resources are killing this game. Also, Netease, please remove Screenshakes, Motion Blur, and Chromatic Aberration from the game as they decrease frame rates significantly.
If youre like us and you just want to jump in and kill monsters, this game is slow.
Ive seen our family play this, and Ive wanted to play it since it came out. Its a really good game. We love it just like destiny 2 (we play that a lot) but right now, the only way we can play this game is on our iPad. But the thing is, destiny rising isnt compatible with the older generations of iPads. And even though this iPad works really well, it still cant play the game. Its a good game, but Im not going to pay around 500 dollars for a new iPad just to play this.
It was fun, we played the campaign, the end game is very repetitive, and to get the new characters you have to spend real money, kinda lame. The abilities, characters and gameplay is good. The voice acting is horrible and the game gets boring fast, its a shame, because it had good potential.
Solid gameplay but none of the content is actually fun to make use of it. Ridiculously slow content drip, lazy events, constantly forced to interact with "optional" content. AI voicework is embarrassing and cheap for a company as massive as netease. Tried to enjoy it for what it was but just got bored of feeling like 99% of the gameplay is just doing chores. Playerbase plummeted faster than any game we've ever seen, will go EOS next year guaranteed.
We want to see the original cosmetic options from destiny and destiny 2 like shaders and character customization with outfits! As well as every character being able to use all guns, not sure where yall were tryna go with that.. But other than these issues game is great Other than that its a great game! Original cosmetic customization and being able to use more guns in our opinion will bring a lot of destiny players to mobile better cosmetics, please! And allow character to use all weapon types and be able to change element on weapons.
Make more games like this we love this game.
We have an IPhone SE, if anyone knows, this phone is 5 years old and the hardware isnt the best for gaming, but for this game to be as massive as it is, it runs very smoothly all the way until we reached Haven and created a character. At that point we were convinced enough to make a review telling you that this game is worth it, both if youve played destiny, and for shoot and loot type of people, default button placement feels comfortable, its not taking up the entire screen and its not as small as a pixel. Overall 10/10 story-gameplay-graphics just in the first 10 minutes of playing! Im hooked lol.

We cant put into words how smooth and clean an experience this game is as a transition from console to mobile is absolutely astounding to put it lightly. This game will be what future mobile shooters will look to for how to make theirs. Definitely an historic experience here. Our first shooter experience was Halo CE on PC and this on par or equivalent to that on mobile. The biggest weakness may be the gacha $$$ and the fact that theres to many different ways to grind the game that feel similar. But with seasonal rotating events it should be manageable. Our advice to the devs take a look at this but overall you cooked.
Love the game but please update for the ipad pro m5 30 frames is crazy.
Pretty solid game! You dont feel forced to buy anything to enjoy the game and the community is pretty awesome.
Ive been thoroughly enjoying this game. We wish we could grind it more and we didnt have to wait for energy to be restored daily. We also wish there was more to grind. We worry about how much theyre able to add being only a mobile device. We havent played Destiny since Destiny 1 we tried going back to Destiny 2, but Destiny is a much better game even with the lack of graphics. Cant wait to see what else they have in store for this game.

Like the title says, great game. We love it. Its got really good scaling, a little hard when you reach chapter 5ish, but that might just be us. Our only nitpicks so far is some of the voice acting feels either AI or flat, mainly for random npcs. Alongside a wish for more characters thats our only real couple of nitpicks.
