Premium pass just disappeared after 2 out of 6 days. Try to restore purchase but it does nothing.
After playing the game for a few weeks we were excited to progress to level 3. Unfortunately, there is no level 3. Only 2 levels and the game is over in a short time.
This was our stim/calm game until the most annoying screw layers and other things showed up.
Was a fun game to pass the timeuntil they MADE you have to buy red gems to advance EVERYTHING. Now its just a pay to play game and that sucks.
Ive enjoyed playing this game, but the full save wipe with no communication really killed it for us. The game is buggy, and even trying to pick it up again still very buggy and lacks polish. We wouldnt invest much time or money.
Game is fun but only a few levels to play. You have to keep restarting the few there are to get enough keys to level up and lose all your progress every time. We have been waiting months for a level and nothing. What a waste of a good concept.
The game is a simple mindless one that you can play just to turn off your brain. But we literally paid to remove ads and they continue to pop up.
We think you and we have two very different ideas of the word permanent. In our mind, permanent means well permanent, as in lasting forever. So when we finished Timeline 1 and it said the game would reset, we were fine with it because we assumed our permanent upgrades would remainsince they were well permanent! Nope. Everything reset. Which means our permanent upgrades were not, in fact, permanent; they were actually temporary. So please remove the word permanent and replace it with something more accurate like, Upgrades last until we feel like taking them away from you. Also, this Timeline 2 reset negates the Carve Pass items we had collected and was saving. So theres that. Im still going to play your game because, gosh darn it, its just so much fun. We just think it needs to be a little clearer that when Timeline 2 begins, you will LOSE EVERYTHING. It does seem like Im gaining everything back a bit faster in Timeline 2, though. Oh, and one more thingwhat happened to sphere carving? Did you remove it entirely, or will it eventually unlock.
Want to give 5 stars however after last update it lags a lot.
We enjoy this game, even after the make over. However even when we know we have energy, and we get the notification that we have energy, the game glitches and wont let us play. It then freezes at the buy energy screen. Wo t even let us do the the stupid watch add screen to play and get energy Its very frustrating. Please fix.
The auto shredder doesnt collect fuel now. Have submitted support tickets with no response. The reg gems need more ways to be earned, otherwise the game will only be pay to play. Idle only happens when app is open on screen and makes your phone stupid hot.
We used to love playing this game now Im ready to quit and find a new one. We hate the new requirement to pay with red gems for everything.we hate the new fire and ice stuff. The pirate guy hasnt given gems in days. Now it takes a week to max out a prestige level. We used to enjoy unwinding with this game and now we might find a new one.
Great job making more things cost rubies and then taking away the ability to get rubies without buying them. Game was fun until recent updates. Change it and the rating will change. We know you dont care though.
Fun for a while, but dont waste your time. Youll be deep into it for a month and make what feels like a bunch of progress. Youll take a break for a few weeks and play something else. By the time you come back to the game, theyll have a new update that resets your entire progress because of some new progression system they made. This is the 3rd time its happened. Im done. Dont waste your time. 2 stars because the game was initially fun. Devs, yall are infuriating.
Its a fun game every once in a while, but one of the recent updates overhauled everything and deleted all our progress. Not cool.
When it decides to work its a fun game to play. However it seems the more it gets updated the worse the game play experience is. The timeshare not consistent in how they count. We have leveled up now our shredder does not work properly. We have reached out to support multiple to,es with no reply.
This game is addicting and fun but the energy every 4 hours is absolutely ridiculous. They want you to buy it. Thats it. Waste of time.
This was such a relaxing game but now the new update has fireballs that burn the wood carvings. Even if it sounds trivial, this make the experience stressful and we dont even want to play it anymore. Bummer.
Spent money on the game, got locked out of the game, including the new content that came out. Game is completely unplayable, devs wont respond to any correspondence.
We havent played this game in a few months. When we came back it was basically a new game that has new progressions. All the while resetting any progression made before that update. Which seems unfair because any amount of real life money spent on the game before was basically wasted and cant get back. The prestige time skip ad videos still dont work properly. At the time of us writing this we have 4:30:20 before we can prestige again. We have watched 4 ads so that should bring it down to :30:20 right? Nope, its currently at 2:30:20 and actually ADDED AN HOUR to the prestige timer. That has been there since the last time we played. Stop trying to change the functionality of the game for a while and fix the bugs that are still present.
Game is fun and we dont mind watching adds when we want what they offer but Im tired of the game trying to make watch an add just to play. We have energy but it still says Im out and need to watch 2 adds or spend money just to play and even if we do watch said adds if we do run out we cant play for the rest of the day because of it wether we have energy or not. Needs fixed sooner then later.
Ive been playing this game for a long time and it was fun until the latest update. Now its all bugs. We cant use the vacuum machine thing. The game is impossible to play now.
This game is really cool and challenging at times which makes it fun. We do have one issue on the second timeline the floor shakes with a bunch of lines. Other than that its overall a excellent game and super addictive.
The gameplay loop is pleasant, but ads are too frequent to reach the level of Zen implicit in the gameplay. The no-ad price is too steep for the games slow burn pacing. Not for us, we guess.
So its basically a new game but all our progress was lost and the worst part whenever an in game ad pops up that we cant get rid of unless we exit the whole game PLEASE FIX THIS.
Ever since the timeline was added, the game is ruined!! We cant play at all when im out of energy, allll the time we spent prior and our previous progress disappeard.
Im not a fan of the new update. It kind of changes the whole game. Also, unlike before, you cant carve if the robots are turned off (not robots anymore), and our character has apparently been tired every time Ive opened the app today, so the game might not even be playable right now. We cant get past the tired message.
So this app does heat your phone up, but we were able to ignore that. However, after the big update, youre forced to pay $6 or $8 to go ad free because you cant play the game otherwise. Rating this 2 stars because the game was satisfying.
This team has completely reset our progress twice, including taking away progress that came from paid packs. If you are going to reset the progress give back the resources spent on previous progress, or at least the resources that were paid for with real money. Fun, but you probably wont keep your progress long term.
We have lost interest after the stone age update that removed all progress that we had made.
We absolutely love this game however is has this glitch where the wood wont show up, its happened before and we had to delete the game and redownload it then had to start over, its happening again and really would hate to redownload it because we made so much progress. Rollic please fix this.
We cant really tell if when we rank up the helper bots its supposed to be permanent or not. We cant tell any pattern of when they reset so Im assuming its a bug. We also had a hard time finding the game on the website we were redirecting to report bugs. It was the company website but the drop-down menu just didnt show this game.
We love this game. We paid for no ads. Our iOS is up to date and our iPad gets hot and our battery runs down super fast. Id love to see the developers figure out the issue as Ive seen a few other reviews with the same complaint. Please fix it so we can keep enjoying this game Im addicted to.
Its a fun game but you if you really want to do anything with you have to spend lots of actual money or time. Who has hrs to sit with your phone open.
We were enjoying the gameplay, so we decided to try out the Carve Pass. It said the season had 20 days left, so we got it. Not even a day later, and its gone, prompting us to buy it again for another $10. The Restore Purchases button did nothing. The game also causes phones to get incredibly hot while playing.
Im not paying money to remove ads. Uninstalled game.
Third review updates still need to be improved on because now we cannot carve the gold to go to the next round even though the gold is not there to carve. Fix this please.
This is the best game ever. We love carving. We love games. And thogrther carve game.
Overall a really fun and easy game ti pass the time. It wasnt clear at first how to advance and increase the screwdriver to advance to the next layer but after figuring it out, it was very enjoyable.
We love this game its so fun and relaxing, the only issue Im having with it is the log wont appear anymore and Ive tried emailing about it with no luck of getting it fixed. The log disappeared a few months ago and when we try to use it the machine just steals our tools and wont give them back. Along with the energy we wish there was more energy so we can play longer instead of just 3, and 1 extra after watching 2 ads we feel its a bit unfair.
We been addicted to this game for awhile now. We enjoy it a good bit but there are quite a few significant bugs. For example, the log carving that speeds up the rpms hasnt worked for us for weeks the log just disappeared. We also bought the carve pass and it also disappeared and is not there anymore. Also every time we rank up a carve bot the rank resets without even us prestige and they arent suppose to reset at all. Those are nearly game breaking for us.
Funny game, purchased $9.99 worth of stuff, they charged $16.99 and we never got anything. Reached out, its been over a month and never heard anything ever. DONT SPEND MONEY.
Progress halted because of too many bugs. Support option doesnt work. Dev website doesnt even list the game, much less offer support. Reported to Apple App Store for removal.
We really love this gameit's definitely one of our favorites! We just wish our phone wouldn't get so hot and cause the game to glitch. It would also be awesome if there was a way to upgrade your gear power once you've maxed out your clothes. We know you can earn extra chests by watching videos, but it feels a bit frustrating that you have to do that just to keep progressing. Still, overall, we truly love playing it.
We love this game, however the last upgrade has caused multiple issues. There are places where you get fuel or diamonds that are supposed to renew and reset every couple hours and the one for fuel is saying that we have approximately 6 to 7 years before it will reset.
Played this game for about a couple weeks before giving up on it. We would spend the red gems on so called permanent upgrades only to have the game take them away from us. We would play the game for so long that our phone would get really hot and start to burn our finger. We found it disappointing that you couldnt keep the upgrades for your own person and that the ascensions would take away everything.
We really enjoyed this game at first. We didnt think the forced ads were too bad. It was oddly satisfying watching our dude carve wood and zipping around on the shredder. Then, we realized that we have to restart when our screwdriver breaks and it seems like an endless loop of going no where. Also, there are no tutorials so we had to guess at what to do and figure out what everything does. We unlocked the diamond filled log machine but couldnt figure out how to get it to work. Maybe its a bug? After trying to unlock the final section for the third time and failing, we uninstalled the game.
We wanna start off by saying we really enjoyed this game as a way to relax after a busy day at work. Unfortunately after the game got an update all our progress got reseted. We had to start all over again and when we got to the point to remove the screws the screws did not show up on the screen. Every time they do an update our game gets all buggy and it keeps on freezings and doesnt let us advance forward.
To be perfectly honest we do love this game, it wouldve been a full 5, but, huge BUT, Ive contacted the creators 4 times to fix our game & its still messed up. And not 1 single response to our emails saying we see you we hear you we are working on it. We just want to carve our stuff & level up. Its a relaxing easy game to play when Im watching tv & our hands get restless. It was so great & then it messed up the first time. We deleted the game after we got no responses. Then restarted the game & we had gotten to 13 at the time. Im back to a 12 again & we spent real money on the game so Im not deleting & redownloading it this time. But all we can do is carve the stones with the gems every few hours & go to the 2nd area & carve the metal orbs. Ive been leveling up with money from the ads but its useless without an ability to carve. And boring. We miss playing the game when it was working. Most likely Ill be deleting the game permanently bc a game thats consistently not working & emails being ignored say we dont care so why should we? Ill miss this easy game that we found so relaxing.
The concept of this game is fun and enjoyable. BUT.since update 2.0.1 this game brings nothing but more glitches while not fixing anything. Also features are being lost as well. We dont mind watching a few ads to get some resources but its been 3 weeks of no daily rewards being available. The timer has been broken and never refreshes. We actually tried to push through one the last wheels and reached $2 billion and then cash went negative $2 billion. Naturally we stopped on one of the bot unlock squares and now it costs $2 billion to unlock at $1000/second. PLEASE FIX THIS. Ive been lucky enough to prestige 55 times now yet progress has halted to the INSANE AMOUNT OF UPGRADES NEEDED TO GET TO 18 stars. update new update fixed the daily rewards after we prestiged. But now the log delivery doesnt work, along with the bot ranks still resetting. update new update brings more bugs, still feel like Im playing the original version. Laser-bot has been missing since 2.0.1; There is supposed to be a screwdriver for something? Not in our game! Also, we need a fourth shredder as three cant keep up with 3 carvers. Had a billion cash worth of pieces on the floor.
