Ive gotta say, this game is quite addicting! Im on day 132 (in the game) our store level is 85. We love the fact that the stocker downstairs helps not only stock things in the store, but helps by bringing the stock in after you order it. (Although we do wish that he was a little faster! Even if he stayed at the same speed the option to hire another one would be helpful also, just to speed up the stocking process just a little) we have played multiple games like this, and so far this is the only one that has the manage button to the inventory in the store and in the warehouse to manage what you want on the shelves, and the only game where the stocker doesnt just put stuff on empty shelves. If youre purposely leaving shelves empty, they stay empty. We do wish there was an option to pause him or something. We like our shelves in the same order as our store and rearranging shelves in the warehouse and in the store is almost impossible if youre trying to move stuff around. You take a box down to go grab another box and you get back and hes restocked the shelves with what you took out! Lol. Honestly no biggie though! You just gotta have lots of patience if you want to reorganize your products! We like the little side things like the fishing, building the house, and where you can go into the park and watch the girls dance. There are a couple of downsides to us personally. We wish the prices to buy game money were a little cheaper. But honestly no biggie! We understand to keep making the game bigger and better they need to make money themselves! We do wish that when ordering you could have all the items there but have little tabs for each section like fruit/veggies/shelf/fridge/freezer so that we dont have to scroll through the entire inventory when ordering. We also wish we could earn money from fishing! The only thing we wish we could change is after you buy the upstairs, we enjoy the fact that it makes money while youre running the supermarket downstairs. But we went ahead and purchased the stocker upstairs. And the shelves inside the bakery and in the inventory room, he just stocks them all Willy nilly with no rhyme or reason. One minute hes putting boxes on one shelf, so youre putting your cakes and things on the other shelves and the next hes putting them on those shelves. We just wish the organization and manage option was available upstairs like it is downstairs. Where you could reserve certain spots for certain things and it stay like that unless you want to switch it up yourself. But thats the only thing about this entire game that annoys us! Will continue playing in hopes that more sooner than later, the stocker upstairs will be more like the one downstairs and will put the things where you want them to be. We probably wont be upgrading much more upstairs until then. We would also give it 5 stars if the upstairs updates were done! sorry for the long review.
We played with ads for the first part of the game, we dealt with it, that was our choice. However the game with ads typically automatically kicks in when you go to leave the register, so you lose train of thought on what you were doing. You also miss the thieves in the game due to this. When you get to level 19 ish, the game just starts spamming ads every 30 seconds regardless of what youre doing. So a heads up, if you like this game and dont want to spend money, dont get attached because the game just starts killing you with non stop ads left and right the farther you get along.
Needs WAY LESS ADS GAME WOULD BE TOP NOTCH VERY ADDICTIVE ALTHOUGH 85% ADS DO MOVE FAST . Its like 10! EVERY 2 minutes.
Love this game but could definitely use improvements. Should give the option to hire more than one stocker because stocking the shelves takes up a lot of time, also what is the point of the warehouse on the second floor in the bakery if we cannot buy shelves to store product like on the first floor ? Our stocker employee just throws all the products all over the floor in the bakery. Also our grocery store decorations keep disappearing!!! And we have to rebuy them. Are they being sold to customers ? We dont understand. Update: they are not being sold because they disappear even if the store is closed. We bought the wall shelves and plants to put on them, lights, and bonsai trees. Everytime we exit out of the game or go to the second floor and come back down our decorations disappear and we have to buy and place them all over again. Which is actually pointless because they just disappear again. Update: you can now buy warehouse shelves for upstairs in the bakery. Yay! Thank you. Also, we got stuck in the basketball court. We jumped off the house balcony to get to it and had to restart the game to get out of the court. Thank you for posting and listening to our review, all of our decorations were replaced but we have to sell most of them anyways because we have like 5 of each decoration now. No big deal, Thankyou for correcting this issue. Now the only thing that would really make this game great is the option to hire more stockers, we spent 20$ for the one and still have to spend hours just trying to stock our store ourselves even with his help. We appreciate you guys continuing to make improvements and actually listening to your customers.
We would enjoy it if there werent so many ads. Its literally every 3 minutes and for that Im annoyed and uninstalling.
The best game we had for our eight-year-old daughter the best ever she spent hours on it.

The game itself is not disappointing. We actually love it. If you love simulation type games this one is for you. The issue is that there is an ad every minute. Literally. Maybe even sooner. The issue is that we are not paying $3.99+ to remove ads. Also, there are certain ways to level up. You can buy a cashier, a warehouse guy that stocks your supplies for you and such but the guy is $20 (real money) and the cashier you can watch ANOTHER ad or pay real money for her, too. We think they have a good game here, and maybe some people are willing to pay real money for all but not us. Im am deleting this app even though we love it, for this reason alone.

This game is quite addictive. Its quite different from other simulations. Although, certain mechanisms could be improved such as the staff: restocker when placing items on the shelves, they place them randomly. You should add a system where you can add labels on the shelves to identify where youd like the items. (Having one whole shelf filled with one certain item). Also cool things that can be added and separate you from any other similar game is to have a security room, a lounge for breaks, and an office for the main character that we use. Im a big fan of this game and a spender $$ so far Ive purchased 2 cashiers, the security guard and to remove the ads. By doing so, the game is definitely worth playing.
We really enjoyed this game but the amount of ads is ridiculous. Watching an ad to earn free things or even at the end of the day is fine. But after every 3 customers ads ads ads. Ya no thank you. Let us know when this changes because for now Im done.
Would love to see new food item licenses!! Its always fun to get new stuff.
Update: Ive been playing the game now since June 3rd. Our store is level 71 and in game day 128. Good game, we like it, minus how much it wants you to pay to play like buying employees at $4.99 each, or the $19.99 storage room guy. Some things that could use tweaking or fixing. When placing boxes on the storage shelves they will sometimes not go into spot 1 and will go into spot 2 and the only way to fix it is to restart the app. When picking up a box from the storage shelves, if there is an empty shelf below or next to the one you are grabbing from, the box will get thrown back into the empty spot. Theres times the character will stop walking right and just get stuck, forcing you to force restart the game go fix. Some things to add or edit. The ability to stack boxes on top of each other without the storage shelf. When in the catalog for the store the ability to sort by type (dry, frozen, fruit, refrigerated, etc). And showing how many boxes are on hand (in storage if any/in the store shelf). Original review: Look we really like these type of games. Bad thing is you cant save, theres no way to get back the progress youve put into the game, or money if you go that route, when you get a new device. There needs to be a way to backup the data safely. Also theres so many ads unless you pay the $5 to get ad free. Its every 30-45 seconds. Plus the ads that stay on screen.
Game is fun but there is no need for 100 ads in less than 3 minutes! Then it does a ad break! Not paying for no ads we'd rather just delete the app.
Fun game but way toooooo many ads and its every couple minutes its too annoying. The reviews said it was fixed but clearly not. Havent even opened it for 5 minutes and already received 3 ads.
We love the game, its super addicting. Just cant figure out how to see our daily rewards. Saw it once and it went away. But this is a daily game for us, wish it was easier to get a permanent stock person.
Love this game to first start off and say. Usually in a grocery store you can use a grocery gun to order. It would be cool to see a major improvement to ordering or maybe the computer show your balance on hands when ordering instead of continually backing out to check your #s. Also the stocker is extremely slow. Would be cool if you could hire another permanent or make it to where they dont go to the storage first and check the shelf first.. The stocker waste more time walking to the back to place it on the shelf to pick it back up and then stock the shelf. Also a permanent cleaner would be cool too. Overall love this game! This game is definitely for people who dont mind the -at your own pace- relaxing game. The only reason we dont give this game a 5/5 is due to the non existence offline presence. Stocking is very time consuming even when you purchase the stocker. He is decent but could use improvement such as speed or overall efficiency. The stocker only stocks if the game is open and we dont think thats worth your money especially paying $20 for him. In addition to this, the bakery and store is not synchronized with each other. You must stay in one area if you dont want your customers to reset and you lose out on money which can slow the process down. We truly hope the developer and team work on these problems because we really enjoy this game.
We bought the staff guy and he doesnt do what he is supposed to we think we may have wasted our money. We want to ask for a refund.
We love the game and it didnt always have so many ads for like the first month or two of having it but with it now having so many it can get annoying and make the game boring and possibly turn people away from continuing to play.
As soon as you have to leave checkout to buy more stuff, theres an ad, then another ad when the delivery comes, another ad when you stock and set the price, and finally yet another ad when youre ready to reopen. Absolutely ridiculous.
We like the idea of the game, but the constant stream of ads make it impossible to play. It is to the point that the ads are basically the entire game. We can never see the top right to middle portion of the screen because of banner ads. Every action we take gets an ad break, if we choose not to watch an ad for a reward we are punished with an ad with no reward. Every 5 seconds it feels like an ad is going to start. We cant leave the register without an adwhich makes going after shoplifters difficult. Honestly considering deleting the app because the ads make gameplay almost nonexistent and really takes away from the fun potential. We get having sponsors to pay for game development and the likebut this is ridiculous to us.
We get really long/multiple ads about every 2 1/2 minutes, no way of skipping them at all even though before it plays, theres a pop up for free supplies for an ad, we press the X and the ad plays anyway. The game play however is great, exactly whats advertised, lots of different aspects to it, if not for the frequency and length of the ads it would be 5 stars.
This game is really fun and addicting but as a f2p player Im deterred from actually watching ads for rewards. Id love to watch ads for rewards but it feels like Im getting punished when we do. We watch 2 to 3 ads for cash or gold and then bam lets take a break countdown starts. Or another ad just immediately plays. The ads in this game are out of control and ruin the entire experience. How do we play a game when ads pop up every 5 seconds or when we open and close a menu.
Ive watched multiple ads for a reward that we don even receive. The button on the left to move lags so much.
We saw ads for it and decided to download it for only the game to give us more ads but the game was fun so we decided to pay for $5 to remove ads permanently, our iPhone does it ding! Purchase, and what happens next? And ad shows up. Like huh? Didnt we just buy it? Arent we supposed to have no more ads? Its so weird. Either than that, its fun. But would be more fun if they actually honored our purchase and showed us no ads.
It use to be an ad every now and then pretty often but not horribly bad but now its like every minute we have to watch an ad and its ridiculous Im not paying for that no ad shi make the game more fun with less we wanna be able to actually play the game not watch ads all the time.

This game started off great. It was our first supermarket game. Once we End the day, they take the money we just made that day. Even after we watched the ads. Ive spent at least $50 on this game so far. We think Ill delete it.

Played the game for a few months now & honestly loved it! The cashier is quick which brings the income in quick! No ad version sure does help make the experience 10x better, without the constant & random ad pop ups. However, we wish that the supermarket ran at the same time as the bakery like it did before we had updated it. Speaking of upstairs, when the game had updated (not todays update, but yesterdays update 11/4/2025) the free package option that you usually have to watch adds for unless you have the ticket/token thing does not work. We paid for no ads, just to get ads to get the package when we have a numbered of tickets/tockens. Defeats the whole purpose of paying for the no ads, if its not going to apply to the second level bakery. We wish your team could make the level 3 available to more than just 20% of the users (stating it from the update fixes). We also wish that you could have a permanent option for a cleaner, seems reasonable as theres one for the cashier & stocker. A lot of alsos but if your team could also add more licenses to the supermarket! Theres so much more items that could be sold! Like having a wide variety of things like the chips & candy bars. Theres 4 or 5 different chips but thats not enough when you want to start doing isles. Yall have one chocolate bar, cool, but can yall add different varieties to make it seem like there is options? & we feel you should add more products not just for those items but for all the different categories like the drinks youve only got one beer, add more, people are alcoholics even in a game lol. The cleaning supplies, the food, the fruits & veggies, everything. Just add more licenses if you can!! We promise itll keep people more involved & hooked knowing that they have more to look forward to when there is more to achieve & unlock. Please Im begging you Ill leave a review every month if we have to just to see more license added.
We love this game but whenever we throw the boxes down near the elevator they slightly go into it. We also accidentally threw a box directly at the elevator and it disappeared into it. So if theres a way to fix that, it would definitely make the game better. :).
We love the game we spend money we dont even have because we like it. We feel like being limited to the amount of employees you can have is the biggest issue.
Addicted to this game. Paid lots of money for the 3 cashiers, and the stock person! Found a bug that drained our money and we didnt realize. When we ended the day and opted for the zero tax by using g a gold ticket. The screen froze and it said to click to close each time we clicked it took $540, and the screed would not disappear so we clicked it several times till we noticed it was docking our money. Didnt have enough to restock and open the next day lol first world problems.
We love this game. However recently, when we end the day and the profit and taxes are calculated, the "tap to close" option continuously deducts our tax amount instead of only deducting once and letting us return to game play. We have lost all profits for two "game days". Please fix.
Wouldve gave 5 stars if we were contacted back about a glitch in the game. Every time we would end day we would have to restart game so we dont lose money and tickets that we purchased. First time it happened every time we would tap to close it would charge us tax and a ticket. Lost a lot of money and tickets with this glitch.
At level 32 and for some reason when we end our night regardless of how much we make it have in our account, when we click next day it will subtract anywhere from 700-950 everytime we click the screen. We lost 24,000 before we realized it was glitching.. We have to close the app and reopen it to end every night.
We truly love playing this game! Great graphics and we love the scenery and Statue of Liberty so very nice and the fact that you can build your own home! We love itand you can fish and catch amazing pretty fishes! Guys keep up the good work youre doing a great job.
We love that this game is getting updated actively! Ive been playing for a few weeks and get super addicted at phases. The main thing that honestly keeps us from playing so much recently is that the Shelf Stocking Employee does not stock efficiently enough to keep up once you add cashiers. We spend money on the cashiers and then we cant physically stock the shelves fast enough to keep up with customers!! Maybe add a couple stockers or options to buy more? We love the upstairs update so far, but it also needs some fine tuning, and the economy for purchasing and upgrading seems slow with how customers come in infrequently and get frozen. Also if the second floor and first floor were able to run parallel at the same time and both make income that would make the game satisfying and open up a lot of opportunities to spend on other things.
Been playing for about a month in a half. Got excited when the elevator finally came in an update. Being upstairs is a a-lot though with no workers. Also it seems when Im upstairs our downstairs do not run? Would be great to stock upstairs while our warehouse manager downstairs is restocking as well. Great game tho :).
The game was working great, but it had tons of glitches today. We uninstalled and reinstalled and lost ALL progress. We emailed and requested help. Our rating would be 5 stars.but we had completed ALL tasks and paid for way too many expansions, upgrades. Hopefully this is fixed soon. :).
Love this game. The second floor was a bonus, but how do you get cashiers and the other stuff you got on the first level. Im stuck. House shld have more graphics and decor. Its mainly flowers.
Thanks for the updatelove the elevator and we have problems, first, when we get to the elevator, we go up. When customers pay for their items , the total add up. For instance, if we have $5.00 in total, and a customer pays for an iitem and they pay $15 using credit card. The $15 should be added to $5.00 giving the grand total in our account $20 in total. But it doesnt add the money in all. Also when we place a pastry on the shelf, it doesnt go to the highlighted place, the pastry goes to a different shelf. Thank for the free item. But after we watch the video to get it, we pick it up and its invisible. Please Help love this game.

Love the game and the potential it can have, but ads have become more and more frequent just out of the blue. We get ads to acquire items, totally fine and make use of them often. But to have an ad cut into the game about every 2 min is really obnoxious. Really want to see this game grow, but its hard to get behind when Im doin more ads watching from random ad cuts than we are game playing.
So we played a games like this before and it was fun so when we seen 3D we were excited. This game is fun but the ads we were okay with them popping up when they did the first day now the second day they are popping up every 10 seconds .. Then we saved all our coins for something spent it then come to find out now we have to pay $5.99 to use it ? Why wouldnt you just ask for the money before hand.
Many things you can do in this game without paying but they make it more convenient if you pay. The problem, is that some things glitch and the price they want you to pay is not worth the cost. The cashiers are great. But when you get the storage room worker he glitches about every 10-20 minutes. He gets stuck by the trashcan and the only solution is to exit out of the app. They charge 20$ for the assistance, but we cant see it being a good investment when he freezes so often. He also cannot keep up with your store. We have not found a way to get extra store room attendants, but between you and the 20$ assistance you still cannot keep up. For 20$ we should not have to do anything other than just watch. The game is a move at your own pace, play when you want. The game does have a lot of videos that it forces to you watch if you dont pay for it.
For every 1 minute of play time you will have 2 filled with ads. Granted, you want a free gift? Watch an ad. Try to play without free gifts and you still run into ads every 1-2 minutes. Cant enjoy the game at all and it seems like it could be enjoyable. Cut back on the amount of ads per minute please.
