This is a wonderful game! We think all devs should use this game as a model for how to handle ads and energy. Most of the time, you play a few minutesad. Another minute- ad. And forget about energy. The games Ive played and loved were unplayable about half-way in, because we cannot pay cash for play time and there arent many options. This way is great, though. Instead of paying with cash, there are other opportunities to get energy. This is where the ad thing is so awesome. You can opt to view a short ad in return for game pieces or for more energy. So, its up to you whether or not you see any ads at all. So smart. As for the game itself, its very much fun. The story lines are cute, the art is fabulous! We do have to agree with a couple of other reviewers, though. When you go to the other areas, theres no real way to complete the tasks and earn the special prize at the end. We still play those, because you do get small prizes along the way, and its free. So, why not? If we had any suggestions to make, we would offer thisadd a feature that would make newly obtained crops or objects find the rest of them in your kingdom. For example, we click on the ours and get some baby mushrooms. Instead of them going everywhere, they could go to the other mushrooms on the page and save a lot of dragging and dropping. It would only take one or 2 lines of code, we think. Another thought, give us extra elves as a resource we can save once in a while. We dont need them that often, but if you give them as a prize, we could save them for when we do need them. One other stick in our mind is how long it takes to complete an object. Ive been making tents for 2 weeks now. Im still not sure what Im exactly making, and there are no directions or support on the page. Ive been playing Trial and Error since we started, so we may just be playing all wrong. But a help section would be nice. Anyhow, a great game, we really love playing, and Devs, thanks! We needed a fun game like this one.
The amount of pop ups to get you to buy this or that is ridiculous, you spend a fair amount of time hitting the (X) button to clear them off before you can even play the game. Other than that annoyance the game is highly entertaining.
This game could be so great if they would let us zoom out. As it is, its impossible to find or drag things anywhere when youre zoomed into one bitty part of the map. This game is an almost exact ripoff of evermerge, which does let you zoom out. Ill just continue playing that one.
So theres not much room to work with as items accumulate right near the beginning, running out of space quickly. They offer pieces of land to buy, but its parts of the main area that should already be available rather than an island or something and they want $10 just for a small area (because they packed it with prizes, but you really just need the space). Good concept for a game and has potential to be fun if not for this particular struggle. Makes it seem like more of a money grab.
We have played many merge games and usually end up leaving the game because Im spending too much money, so far we hadnt found that to be the case with Fabletown (Ive spent a lot of money, just not more than we can afford to continue). Then we hit the highest level but within a couple of days they added a new area and wizard, so we had things to do. However, they completely omitted any story with the new levels, but still ok. Now we have hit the highest level again and instead of adding new levels they have added all these new mechanics with no explanation of how they work or what to do, and we items have less value (e.g. Less harvest per crop, less tokens for the creatures). The fairy tales are still decent, but we dont know if thats enough to keep playing.
This game is so much fun. We havent spent any money and the game provides ways to make what we need to play.
We really love Fable town. It is the best merge game we have participated in. We have even deleted the others on our phone and only have Fable Town on our phone now. The graphics are beautiful. The incentives keep you playing and the additional story lines with the genie are great. If there is anything that bothers us has more to do with the ads that will knock out the sound to the game when you return to the game. We dont know if that is your operating system or the ads but it annoying. But other then that, we love Fable Town. Big Fan, SweetJennie.
This game is pretty good and we really like it so far. We like that you can pay to skip ads as an option, but you will need to continue to pay because it only skips ads for a limited time. The magnet helps and also you can buy time to use it, but the time is also limited. The story line is interesting and you get plenty of bonuses. There are a few things that would make this better. Once you upgrade a building to the maximum, it would be nice to be able to get rid of any remaining pieces or exchange them so they do not take up valuable space. And also, not receive anymore unusable pieces from the chests, mines, floats, etc. Also, when an event ends it would be nice to be able to go back and collect any gems or coins that are left or automatically do it when the event ends. We did not know you would lose them once the event ended so we lost quite a bit. Otherwise keep up the good work and look forward to the next event. Why did you reduce the free energy amount in the main board from 25 to 15? Also, collecting the energy orb is now maxed at 35 instead of 50.
Fun game with lots of chances for getting energy and extra prizes. The problem is our board is full of the lanterns needed to restore the building. If we click on one, it says Claim 15. If we click to collect, it says the building is already restored and there is no way to remove them. We have 50 lanterns using up board space and no way to delete them so we cant play. Please help.
Ive become very critical of games that require us to spend money. We were constantly out of energy and either needed to watch ads go play or spend an exorbitant amount of money to gain energy. When did games become so expensive. Ill pay an upfront cost for a game but to potentially spend hundreds is so annoying, we wont support it any longer.
Loved the game, but quickly learned we could not access bonus videos. We kept getting different error messages each time we tried. We sent a text to support who quickly responded saying its some type of block on our device. Not true. Other games access videos without issue, but we did double Ck making sure there wasnt blocking on our device. We continued playing in spite of this because we were still able to complete special events without bonus videos or spending money. Then, we stopped leveling at 25. Nothing we did would aide us to level up to 26. We tried to contact support, and now Im getting an error message saying unable to open at this time. Im thankful we didnt spend any money on this game. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed because we really did enjoy this merge game.
Definitely a cute game but its mechanics makes us feel like a hamster on a wheel that never stops. After the initial love bomb stage where the game gives you tons of energy, once the tutorial is over, progress grinds to a halt in order to get you to pay $$$ to keep that initial fun rush of excitement at the start of the game. And if youre a free player, forget about finishing any of the story events that occur in another area, with only two days to complete, its literally impossible to get the special reward by finishing without spending that $$$. Ive seen some reviewers say theres tons to do in the game but theres really only one thing to do – merge the hundreds of objects up their tiers to get to the desired final object and after a while, that starts to feel really tedious and monotonous.
We love the game so far! But we guess we leveled up, and it sent us to another tutorial on how to use the magnet. The piece it wants us to click on is not currently unblocked. We cant get out of the tutorial to play the game and we cant click on the piece it wants us to to get past the tutorial. Please help so we can keep playing.
This game has so much going for it. Great look, great story, fun creatures/pets, but it takes SOOOOOOO long to get anything done. Theres whittling away at debris or whatever and takes like twenty hits, takes more energy as it goes, and takes quite a long time to finish the last hit. You only get so much energy before you run out and when you level up? They dont refill your energy. We play this game in between other games and maybe twice ( if that) a day. Leveling anything up takes a very long time too. Ive spent money on this game and that doesnt take you very far either. So meh. We could live without it.
Our problem is them making it so silly for item placement when you ours or open chests. We hate having to chase down items Everywhere. Sure you can Pay for a magnet but Why?!? Why make it a pay item at all? Theres so Many other things to spend money on in this game as All the pop ups will tell you. There have been numerous times that Ive been dragging pieces towards each other when a pop up asks us to buy this or that and in doing so, causes our pieces to merge because the dragging action did not stop when the box got in the way. A merge confirmation for less the a five would be a Great addition. Ive spent plenty of money to unlock lands etc but Ive just lost the feeling to play every day. We dont look forward to chasing down pieces everywhere and closing ads All the time Im playing. Thanks for a fun time while it lasted.
We feel like the game is more balanced than others of its kind that Ive tried. Its still challenging, but its just at the point where it feels fun and satisfying for us. No adsnot even optional ads. And when we reported a glitch, support promptly gave us an estimate for which future update it might be fixed by. Usually we think these games are agonizingly boring, but Im really enjoying this one. UPDATE: Help, it broke. :( we were in the middle of collecting the coins on the peacat event board when the timer ran out, and now opening the game just results in an error. We cant even open the app to contact support we were having so much fun, but we dont know what to do now. UPDATE 2: we dont know if they saw our review or the next event had to start to resolve it, but its fixed now. We really wish it could be backed up to something other than facebook we dont use facebook. We just screenshotted our user id, at least.
We love this game a lot! The only problem we have is that every time we open the app, it keeps crashing and a window pops up saying Error. Restart game, we close out of the app and open it again, and again it has and does the same thing as before. Please fix this issue.
We have found this game to be very interesting and creative. But we have hit a problem where we can no longer play. We get an error sign that says we should restart the game. It Wii not let us restart. Can you folks help.

Is there a way to turn on a merge warning when merging fewer than 5 pieces? Even on an iPad with an Apple Pencil its tricky when putting pieces beside each other. We keep accidentally merging 4 pieces, which can really mess things up at the higher end on a special event. We just switched to this game from a popular merge game. We love the story line and the graphics. We just really really need that are you sure you want to proceed? Pop up or an undo button. We submitted a ticket, but no one has replied. Thanks.
Ive enjoyed the game until today. We were playing the side game when that event ended. Now when we open the game we get an error that says we have to restart the game. No matter how many times we restart the game is frozen.
Id write to support about this, but currently we cant get into the game. The recent story from the genie has ended (the sea horse) and now once everything has loaded, Im asked to restart the game. Cant go anywhere with this and Ive restarted the game and our phone a few times.
Why cant we sale anything??? It wont let us click on the wands.
Finally! A merge game that isnt slyly cheating you! Fun to play, with plenty of things to keep you busy/entertained. Plenty of options to purchase things, but can be played without spending any money. Its games and game developers like this that we will gladly spend money on because we dont feel like Im being ripped-off. Our theory is: If they are generous with us, we can be generous to them. Most of all~we despise feeling like the developers are all about the money.
Ive played a lot of merge games and one thing that bothered us the most was how difficult it was to achieve the side quests without spending coins/gems/real money. This one has made their quest difficult enough to be enjoyable but simple enough that you can reach the main goal. We also love the story and how its different from all the other merge game. We recommend this playing game.
Was unable to move past level three. Didnt allow anything to merge together, didnt give us any directions on what needed to be done. Not worth our time to try to figure out things werent working.
Im trying it ok so far good game.
Apple is trying to make us pay for something we never received. We play Harry Potter also they had to fix one of their bugs they had. We tried to get coins and couldnt they took the money but gave it back. Now Apple is saying we owe then 25$ and something. As everyone knows Apple doesnt give anything for free. You have to pay for it before you get it. So we cant update anything on our phone until we pay this. Cant play the game anymore. Harry Potter also needs to be updated. Im not paying for something we never got to begin with. We hope this hasnt happened to any other players. We pay everything with PayPal. They even went threw our records of where and when they paid for things Ive gotten for our games we think its a shame that they would make you pay for something you never got. All that money they make off of us. Then want to put charges on you. Im sy love the game. BUT we WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING we NEVER GOT FROM THEM.

Its a great game all it needs is Harrys potter and the weaslies.
Only because they could have like those kinds of characters only for like one of those like special offered kind of days or something like that but its like where you have to use them to get super power ups or something like that that would totally be really cool just to see more people have like cool power like Jaxs power would be like total awesomeness or like with other cool power ups like that and not just like their fear power.
We really do love this game. Our only complaint is the side quests. You dont have enough time to complete it and the costs are too high for !!the mines! Make the regular game mines more expensive! Im on a fixed income and cant afford to spend money on it. It makes us sad, frustrated and a little bit angry.
This could be a really fun game but it does appear that it is designed for 1 thing and one thing onlyto get you to spend real money on extortion level prices to advance. Prices are very high for something that is digital, something that only pertains to this game and disappears faster than you can blink. Then you have all the side games that last 2 days, games you cant possibly finish and if you want to finish you have to spend real money, a lot of real money. We do not have that kind of money to spend on something that adds no value to your every day life. We would love to keep this game if the prices were $0.99 but not 10, 15, 20 or even 50. Games fail because of greed. When it feels like your being asked to spend spend spend every 5 minutes its absolutely not worth it.
The game has fantastic graphics, a good storyline and lots of changes and different things to focus on. The problem is that they have changed it from being able to progress and win trophies with regular gameplay and without being required to spend money to it definitely requiring money to achieve what we used to get for free PLUS we have to watch ads to get bonuses which was always an option but now, the bonuses are absolutely needed in order to progress in the scenes and the ads are longer and longer yet we still dont get to gain any achievements without spending money. We see on game social media that folks are deleting the game or are less active because of these changes that happened in October. Its a real downer that an awesome game is going in this direction.

This game has everything you could possibly want! It is fun, has amazing graphics, keeps you engaged, and BEST of all, it has add ons that you WANT to buy, not like games that force you into a corner where you have to buy to keep going. Amazing in every way! The only question we have is with VIP, in the graphics it shows the magnet but in the package it doesnt mention it. Id love to spend $30 a month if it includes the magnet! Amazing game thank you devs.
We really like this game. We like the premise and working our way through different areas. However, the packs and even the VIP package are SUPER expensive when compared to similar games we play/have played. We would like to play more and even support the development by getting VIP or some smaller packs but not at those prices. Someone should really look into that.
This is a cute game and we love the HP vibes. Only complain is how many pop ups happen when you first log onto the game trying to get you to spend money. It is a free game- so we guess thats a silly complaint- but more than 3 x outs is a lot and sometimes makes us not want to play the game, no complaints otherwise.
Of the merge tittles we love its streamline approach to its mechanics. Makes find and moving objects to merge.
We love(d) this game. The special Enchanted Forest event has really turned us off. We havent enjoyed the rather recent change of two events at a time. But this one has turned us off. We used to love logging in multiple times a day and working these challenges. We love collecting the statues. We really really wanted the one for Enchanted Forest but there is no way to get it without paying money. This made us very sad and we realized our time here may be up when we opened our iPad this morning and cringed when we went to tap on this game. Such a bum out.
This game is very addictive and easy enough our grandchildren can play when they grab our iPad.

There is a bug in the new event with the wizard piece. Can click it once but cant get out of the tutorial or back to main page.
This is just another merge game with nice graphics with the ultimate goal of getting your money. There is no way to complete a quest without paying real money. Ive tried four quests now, logging in every moment we have and failed to finish every time. After a while even the nice graphics are not enough to keep this entertaining. Summary of the game: merge, merge some more; run out of energy; wait hours; return to merge more; unlock an area; yay!; now merge some more; repeat forever.
We just recently started to become annoyed with this game. Too many changes and they are all about collecting your money. We were having so much fun playing, and for months now, but its too expensive and without $100s we feel like Im not going anywhere. We cant build the items they want in order to progress. Its kinda monotonous and when you finish one it feels great but they actually want three, blah. Boring. If it wasnt for the side game we wouldnt be playing this game but that too is becoming monotonous because we can never finish one and we lose all our progress with coin and jewels because the game is only 2-3 days. We love this game especially the graphics so Im holding out for some positive changes. We never understood the animals, we just go with it. When we finally accomplished something only like 6 new squares opened up. What a disappointment that was.
We love this game and have played for a long time. Today, we cant play because the game is stuck in the bonus world. We cant exit to our main game. Please help.
