It’s rated 4+ and currently has 76+ ratings on the App Store.

What Makes PolyPine Stand Out

Create your own cozy forest!

Plant Seeds and Watch Them Grow

Experience the full lifecycle of trees: seed, sapling, adult tree, dead tree and fallen trunk. Each step creates a different habitat for other plants and animals.

Fill Your Forest with Animals

Each animal has specific habitat needs you have to fullfill before adding them. Squirrels need trees, butterflies need flowers etc.

Click Animals to Make Them Poop and More

Clicking on animals trigger different behaviors that influence the forest ecosystem: Moose poop, fertilizing the soil. Voles eat tree roots, damaging the tree. Foxes hunt other animals.

Adapt to the Terrain or Terraform It to Your Needs

Create forests in diverse terrains including hills, lakes, mountains, fjords and wetlands. Terraform the terrain if you want even more control.

Survive Natural Disasters

Forest fires, storms and bark beetle swarms affect the forest in various ways. Can you use them to your advantage and create a thriving ecosystem?

This Simulation game offers engaging gameplay and regular updates for mobile players.

Community Insight:

This game is so good. It shows how simple decisions change the ecosystems and its so calming. We hope they come out with more campaign levels.

We dont usually take the time to leave reviews but we think this game deserves one. We installed it not expecting much because we saw that it had very few ratings, but ive been having so much fun with it so far. We loved the first few campaign levels enough to buy the full game, and im so glad we did. The levels get increasingly more varied in terms of flora and fauna and they challenge you to come up with creative ways to balance your ecosystem. You can really tell the creators put a lot of thought and love into this game. It would be super interesting to see even more game modes or new biomes in the future, but for now this game is already super interesting and relaxing. Really, amazing job to the team.

This is the only game we play in our household and its incredible! Challenges are fun, realistic descriptions for everything make every step an adventure, and its gorgeous. Bravo.

Nothing else like it finally a non-anthropocentric game.

Genuinely a great game with interesting objectives and levels! We paid for the full game and its totally worth it! We hope theres more content soon.

This game is simply amazing. And Im shocked by it not having its own wiki fandom page or anything! A few things we wish you could add to the game are stats on the oldest tree, or the oldest living animal. We wish you could see the health of each plant and animal, let you give names to certain part of the forest(like signs) and animals, have a pause button, or introduce log cabins, etc. Overall love the game, but after so long (280+ years) we find that the game begins to lag with there being so much stuff in the game which is understandable, but we are looking for new ways to enjoy the game after 8+ hours of playing!love the game and cant wait to see if there will be updates in the future.

We really enjoyed this game! We would love to see more campaign or goal oriented levels in the future, as free play can get a little boring without something specific to work toward. Overall, it's very well made and a worthwhile buy.

Love the game, hope they release more campaign levels or maybe daily challenges things like that for a little extra fun.

We just enjoy playing the game, its just plain great. We can tell effort was put into it and we were not bothered in the least when the pay 6.99 to unlock all features thing came up. We think the amount given before payment is pretty satisfactory but we like the game so much we decided to buy it. We dont know if the game will be expanded upon but we enjoy it now and we would enjoy whatever is to come.

Ive played video games our whole life, some would call us a gamer. But Im also in college for zoology. Animals are our passion, video games are our hobby, but the two never combine often enough, and few of them do it as well as this game does. Well worth the $6.99, the free intro worlds were enough to have us hooked, and we hardly ever buy any mobile games/pay for add-ons. Please update it with more levels, challenges, animals, plants, biomes. Maybe try things like diseases, genetic diversity, invasive species/clashing species. Adding some more randomized events that cant be controlled or triggered, and instead you need to learn how to adapt and overcome them. Different game modes, challenges, and achievements would be fantastic too. While free updates would be great since we already pay $6.99 for the full game, if new things were to be added as DLCs or similar, we would personally be willing to buy them, as long as they dont cost as much or more than the base game. Id really love to see this go bigger places, as unfortunately Ive already beat the game in 3 days (and we took our time!). We are a desperate animal enthusiast who needs this more than therapy idk where we need to donate or crowd fund but please give this game future updates.

We really hope they add more scenarios or start posting daily challenges.

So when you do the two champions on the free version there are nothing left to do even when you have the full version you would eventually be nothing left its a good game but there were nothing else to do.

The full game has every feature thats in the steam full game but the none full game does not have all the features the demo on steam had which we think would make us give it a 5 star rating.

This game is amazingly fun and we can tell that this game took a lot of time to make. The game told us to tell the developers that there was a crash in the game so we just wrote the review to tell them.

We played the first level and then paid to unlock the full game. We enjoyed the game greatly while we were playing it but we accomplished all the levels in roughly 10 minutes. We just dont think it was worth the cost of the game. We would like to see two additions to this game. 1st is more levels with more difficulty. 2nd, tap on a tree and it tells us like what kind of tree it is, how tall it is, etc. That would make the sandbox more fun for us. Also we think that we accumulated the currency too easily actually. TLDR; we very much enjoyed the game while playing but got bored quickly after finishing all the levels.

PolyPine is gorgeous and the gameplay is smooth. The three free levels are actually great relaxing, satisfying, and well-designed. But the moment youre hooked, the rest of the game slams into a $6.99 paywall for only seven more basic levels. No extra context, no added challenges, nothing deeper or new. For that price, we expected way more than just more of the same. The 8-bit music also gets repetitive fast (thankfully silence works just fine). Overall: pretty game, fun start, but not nearly enough content to justify the cost.

The app kicks us out when we click it but it is one of the rare games we like, no time running out.

Its a lovely little game but they charge you 6.99$ for just ten levels and thats it. There is free play but no more challenges.

It's really fun we like to play it on our free time but wants you get a little far in your lag is really bad so we have to make a new world every now and then pls try and fix this because it's a really fun game.

We watched videos on this game probably about a year ago, and have loved the game ever since. Obviously its not the full version, but the full version is only $7 dollars. And so far as of 11-13-25 there have been NO adds. The game works perfectly fine on airplane mode as well. Genuinely a great game. We hope the devs continue to work on it and other projects.

This game is peak we love it. Gotta buy the full game though, its alright the devs got to make money some how. 10/10 would reconmend.

Five star all the way absolutely love the way some trees dont survive yes like real life and the seed falls from the tree and grow new ones Its just extremely well done keep up good work.

This is our kind of game. Thoughtful. Relaxing. Challenging. And you learn stuff like blueberries like to grow near spruce trees.

This game is a game people should play when theyre stressed, bored , or overworked. We havent been stressed in days cause of this game! We need more games like this on the App Store.

Ive already finish the levels, Ive 100k of bp. Please update the game and add new thingsssss.

Easy to understand and also educational.

Its been 5 mins already of us playing and this is it, great game, cant wait to see what yall do in the future.

Such a peaceful and relaxing game, perfect game to play after a stressful day. It also educates you by giving a little piece of info for every plant and animal species. You learn from them and build your forest to make it thrive rather than just planting random trees or adding random animals.

So far it is beautiful, entertaining, and relaxing. Cant wait to grow our forest.

Really good game to help relieve anxiety.

Downloaded this on Steam and SPRINTED to the app store to pre-install the game! We love this game so much, we could spend hours in it.

You know, we actually like playing this on the go, but there is one thing you need to do. Please add in the extra evolution points.

This game is super fun! We like the art, levels, and the difficulty. Id love if there were chapters that have their own challenges with different parts of the ecosystem. Like for example, a chapter for insects: focusing on the ground and dirt, and you can plant trees but you only see the roots and the base & you can put bugs and maybe small animals that eat bugs? Id also love to see more animals! The current ones are awesome, we just would love to see some themed animals! Like extinct ones (maybe added on to the levels but they go back in time? Like how the current levels are. Starting with easy animals and just trees and squirrels, then adding more animals, and then further levels can bring extinct animals or animals from different eras. And, for the freeplay, you get to choose which era you want to be in? Either way, we cant wait for future updates and to see how this game grows.

Ive just finished playing through the three free levels of this game and we absolutely love it so far. The graphics are beautiful, the ux is clean and smooth and so easy to navigate, and the gameplay is genuinely so interesting. We like the evolution upgrade screen but its kind of overpowered rn. Seriously considering spending the $7 to buy the full version of the game but thats quite a hefty fee for a college kid like us, well see.

We enjoy the game, but after 3 scenarios.. You have to pay Its an interesting game especially with the artwork being very neatly done but dont get too invested or youll have to pay.. Just an heads up if anyone is willing to invest in such game.

Game audio breaks and turns into an even worse sounding 8-bit track, and of course full game is behind a paywall thats offered before you even start the game.
