![]()
Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle is a Casual/Puzzle game from FUNFINITY PTE. LTD, first launched in 14th May 2026.
It’s rated 12+ and currently has 17,262+ ratings on the App Store.
What Makes Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Stand Out
Every level is a pixel art masterpiece. Your ants will devour it – one color at a time.
Food Hunt is a satisfying color sort puzzle where the puzzle board IS the art. Each level presents a hand-crafted pixel art image built entirely from colored blocks. Sort your ants by color, send them in, and watch them eat the picture clean – block by block, until the board is empty and the level is cleared.
HOW TO PLAY
The board is filled with a pixel art image – built entirely from colored blocks. Below the board: your holding slots and block stacks waiting to be tapped.
Tap a block stack to load your ants. They march up and devour every matching colored block in the image. Clear all colors – wipe the board completely – and you win.
But choose your order carefully:
- Holding slots are limited – wrong tap order fills them fast
- Stuck slots = ants can't move = game over
- Plan which color to clear first
- Eat every last block – board empty – level clear!
THE PIXEL ART IS THE PUZZLE
Forget collecting rewards after you win. In Food Hunt, the pixel art image is the challenge itself.
Every level is a different image, built from hundreds of colored blocks. Watch your ants devour it layer by layer, color by color, until nothing remains.
You don't unlock the art. You clear it. And that's exactly what makes it satisfying.
FEATURES
- 200+ color sort puzzle levels – new images, new challenges
- Cute ants with ASMR-quality chomping animations
- Simple one-tap controls – play with one hand
- No timer, no pressure – relax at your own pace
- Levels designed to surprise – no two boards look the same
- 2× speed mode for snappier ant action
EASY TO LEARN. HARD TO STOP.
Early levels are breezy. Later levels pack in more colors, tighter slots, and bigger images that demand real planning.
Which color do you clear first? When do you free a slot before it jams? Every tap matters.
A true logic brain teaser – wrapped in pixel art you'll actually enjoy destroying.
WHY YOU CHOOSE FOOD HUNT?
Most color sort games show you an empty grid and ask you to fill it. Food Hunt flips it – every board starts full, alive with pixel art, and your only goal is to wipe it clean.
Same satisfying sort. A completely different feeling.

Community Insight:
We wanted to try this game because the reviews say it moves slowly but we think it's as fast as most games we've tried. We have adhd so we think people are just impatient and need to stop being so addicted to their phones and ruining their attention spans with these games.
We absolutely love watching the little ants do their work. Its so satisfying, also puzzle 75 was glorious. We have to go watch that music video now.
We love this game , we also enjoy pixel puzzles too ! Awesome idea.
This game is very relaxing and we recommend food hunt pixel puzzle.
We saw this game as an ad while paying other games. Initially, we thought it really isnt for us because we perceived the ants as moving too slowly. However, we saw the ad another four or five times, and it began to wear us down. We took a chance and downloaded the game. We absolutely love it! Ive been having a blast! Ive only been playing for a few days and Im truly enjoying it. If youre looking for a relaxing game, you should give Food Hunt: Pixel Battle a try.
It is so calming and relaxing. We really really like it and we think it is good for calming down for kids and adults. We also think that it is such a fun game. We could sit here for hours and just watch these little ants go by.
Sooooooo satisfing and s cute more like Termites than ants.
Good is intriguing but now Im stuck on level 474 with no clear way of continuing. We release both keys but only one key gets used to unlock the lock with the other lock not releasing. Its frustrating.
We are really enjoying this game. We do wish those little ants would move faster.
Love the game, but need more levels and goals or something..we are repeating levels now and its getting a little boring.also if we could speed up the ants that would be GREAT.
After level 16 after every level, there is an ad.
This is a fun somewhat addictive game but you absolutely cant pass levels without buying stuff. Also, 40 coins to pass one level??? Definitely need more rewards to keep us engaged.
10 YEARS LATER: Fun game, now speed it up. The reason for 3 stars.
An ad after each level (after the first twenty or so).
We adore this game, its very fun, the only issue is the levels start repeating after level 200. We hope more levels will be added.
THIS GAME IS SO CUTE we also play the pixel puzzle with the pigs and ugh we just love these game so much theyre so fun.
We like it, its a new version of this type of game.
Cute little game. Easy to play and minimal ads. Really surprised.
This game is awesome! Very relaxing and yet challenging. Love it.
Please, please, please speed the ant movement. It's painfully slow and we're enjoying the game, but the ants move SO slow. A setting to speed them up would be great. This is a great game, but we're ripping our hair out with how slow the ants move, it's ridiculous. It's making the game very unenjoyable waiting for the insanely slow movement in the game.
Ive just got this game and its a BANGER.
Of people nowadays, when they say they have ADD or ADHD or AuDHD. And while we truly believe that these acronyms have become just popular for people there are some of us out here that take medication and legitimately have to struggle with it every day. Its both our superpower and at times and the thing that holds us back. One of the things that makes it so difficult for us is that sometimes we cant make our brains shut off and it makes it very difficult to rest somehow this game because all you do have to think and make decision on which set of ants you going to select to pick up the colors its almost like the perfect stimulus and at the same time it allows your mind to rest. Its a great game. Its fun. Its cute and somehow its calming too. We really like it. Im glad we found it and Ive erased a lot of other games. Because this one does exactly what we needed to do Pass the time quiet our mind and at the same time that the parts that never went to shut off, be doing something. Im probably not explaining it right but its the funny part is is that anybody that has ADD knows so we guess thats who this message is really for.
We love this game its relaxing and satisfying.
This is such a fun game to play.
This is exactly like the ad we can play this for days straight and not even notice.
We honestly found this game very fun at first but once we realized that there really isn't a way to "lose" we lost interest. We thought it was a matter of picking the right color with the appropriate number that you thought matched and tried to but end up with all slots filled with extra. We deleted after this.
Puzzle 147 is not possible without spending coins. Bye.
After level 70 or so the game becomes impossible to complete without power ups or watching ads. We feel cheated out.
It started out fun and cute but it didnt take long to get too difficult to continue without purchasing any extras to help you get through the super difficult level. Fun and relaxing? NO.
Food Hunt is easily one of the most fun and addictive games Ive played in a long time. We downloaded it expecting something simple to pass the time, but it ended up becoming one of those games we keep coming back to every single day. From the moment we started playing, we could tell that a lot of thought and effort went into making the experience enjoyable. The gameplay is easy to understand, but theres enough depth and challenge to keep things interesting as you continue progressing. Its one of those rare games thats simple enough for anyone to pick up but still rewarding for players who want to improve and master it. One of our favorite things about Food Hunt is how satisfying the progression feels. Every session feels like youre working toward something, whether its unlocking new items, improving your skills, or simply trying to beat your previous score. The game constantly gives you reasons to keep playing without making it feel repetitive. Every match feels fresh, and we always find ourselves saying, Just one more game, only to realize Ive been playing for another hour. The visuals are fantastic as well. Everything is colorful, clean, and polished, and the food designs are surprisingly detailed and creative. The animations are smooth, the environments look great, and the overall presentation gives the game a lot of personality. Its clear that the developers paid attention to the little details, and those details really make a difference. The sound effects and music also fit the game perfectly, creating a relaxing but exciting atmosphere that makes the gameplay even more enjoyable. Another thing we appreciate is how well balanced everything feels. The game provides a fair challenge without becoming frustrating. As you improve, you genuinely feel yourself getting better instead of simply relying on luck. Thats something many mobile games struggle with, but Food Hunt does an excellent job of rewarding practice and smart decision-making. The controls deserve a special mention because theyre incredibly responsive and intuitive. We never felt like we lost because of awkward controls or glitches. Everything feels smooth and reliable, which makes the overall experience much more enjoyable. Whether youre playing for just a few minutes or settling in for a longer session, the controls make the game feel natural and comfortable. We also love how accessible the game is. Its easy to learn, but theres always room to improve. That balance makes it appealing to both casual players and people who enjoy chasing high scores or perfect strategies. Its the kind of game that you can recommend to almost anyone regardless of age or gaming experience. Perhaps the biggest compliment we can give Food Hunt is that it respects your time. Every session feels worthwhile, and the game manages to stay entertaining without feeling like its forcing you into endless waiting or unnecessary interruptions. It simply focuses on being fun, and thats exactly what it delivers. The developers clearly care about making a quality game. Everything feels polished, thoughtfully designed, and well optimized. Ive had a smooth experience throughout our time playing, and its refreshing to find a game that runs so well while still offering engaging gameplay. Overall, Food Hunt exceeded every expectation we had. Its fun, relaxing, rewarding, visually appealing, and incredibly addictive in the best possible way. Its become one of our favorite games to play whenever we have a few free minutes, and we can easily see ourselves continuing to play for a long time. If youre looking for a game thats enjoyable, polished, and genuinely entertaining, we cant recommend Food Hunt enough. It deserves every bit of this 5-star rating. Amazing job to everyone who worked on itI cant wait to see what updates and new content come in the future.
We saw this in ads and it seemed pretty fun, so we downloaded it expecting the usual constant ads. We were wrong. There are minimal ads and the pictures are so cute. We love this.
This game is a lot of fun and ej.
Before we played this game, we were a low level homeless bum, but now im the top dog billionaire businessman.
This game is so satisfying!!! No adds you can choose what colors you want to pick you have really cute photos to take apart and its like a puzzle you can unlock items by doing levels we love how this game has vibrations it makes the game see way more calm and satisfying!!! We are so happy we made the choice of downloading this game and one of the main parts is that this game free! What a deal a fun game,no ads, free, fun and so much more we would highly recommend this game for people who would like a game to spend their time having fun!! Hope you have a great day!:).
Its ok so far. We mean Im still not sure what the point is but it is still pretty fun. Oh and you guys r probably wondering why our name is 99reasons2ba. Its because Im a big fan of s. Back 2food hunt. Its fun and has the best pictures but we were really disappointed when we saw the picture because we didnt want to see it get eaten by s. But other wise we love it. 99reasons2ba back atcha next game download. Lol see ya in a bit we meant comment ya in a bit. Byyyee. Im back and another cat one ugh Im gonna . But Im going 2 the great wolf lodge in Manteca ca sooo so nothin else write ya later 4sure. True micro potato it is just like the ad we played the ad and downloaded it instantly.
This is so clam and fun we Jst came to the game today no adds you wont regret downloading it.
Great strategy game and without too many ads. Love it.
Its weirdly satisfying and relaxing to watch the ants eat every piece of the picture.
This game is so much fun! We love the different pictures on it and how the little ants move.
We love this. Its so different and we love that you can feel them eat and move.
The game is not hard, but the best part we played 10 levels without any ads love it.
When we wanna wind down from a hard day and chill out, we play this game.
Got the game the other day. Opened it, black screen. Nothing. Updated today. Opened it, black screen. Nothing. Never does anything. Just the blank black screen. **A few days or so after our original review, the game had updates. After they worked out whatever bugs were causing the issues, the game seems fun so far. Only made it through level 9 at the moment. We shall see!!! Oh, someones review mentioned the ants being painfully slow. Idk if theres a difference now since we never saw them before the updates but they arent too bad to us. THANK YOU FOR THE FIX.
Addicted to the game but the levels have started repeating frequently, so some new ones would be cool. Sad about the update to the avatar characters, we would like to have the piece of bread back as an option for our avatar.
Could not wait for this to become a game.
Love the game!! Love that it isnt timed. Love the progressively challenging levels. We just wish it had one feature. We struggle with our eyesight and often it is hard to see how many blocks of a particular color there are as well as discern some colors from each other. We particularly have trouble with the dark green and blue as they are often adjacent to each other on higher levels. If we just had the ability to zoom in on the picture that would solve a lot for us.
We like the game but it is currently not opening to play it.
Games fun and all but an add after every single one is INSANE and $10 for no adds? Thats pretty wack.
Game is fun, initially, until you reach level 16, then the forced ads start. After every round. Same exact ads for games just like this one.
We started with purchasing no ads, which we generally dont mind because we equate it to the cost of the game. While the gameplay was satisfying, the problem is you only get 20-40 coins a level and a rescue option cost 900-1200 coins. Or you could just keep dying and start for the being of the level. And Lv 183 almost requires a pointer finger rescue if you want to complete it as the swap tiles arent selectable and the peek-a-boo tile timing is off and is closed during that point. So to us this is just another money sink Ill probably delete.
