Sometimes it gives us bad connection. When we have excellent connection on our internet. How can we bring brightness on this game.
Be careful with your pick. This game isnt new player friendly. We thought Genshin impact wasnt new player friendly. But at least, you can co op in Genshin and people are willing to help you. This game? One word. Garbage. And hopefully, this game can be removed from AppStore soon. Nothing last forever. Im sitting here and waiting for the developer to shut down this game. We will be laughing lol. F2P? We dont think so. Never will recommend this game in our life time.
They let too many players cheat, bot, macro. Sent numerous tickets with video evidence . Get the same robot response every time with no actions taken. For example Keto from server 3 runs a rez macro every night and uses 3rd party auto click programs to win wish altar every week. All the developers care about is their ore now. We wouldnt recommend this game to our worse enemy. Matter fact we wish they would refund us every penny we put into this game.
90% OF GAMEPLAY-TIME CONSISTS IN A NEVER-ENDING SEQUENCE OF READING MISSION TEXTS, BORING TASKS (FEED THE PIGS, COLLECT THE FLOWERS AND RETURN HERE FOR REWARD), UPGRADE-MENUS, REWARDS MENUS. THE REMAINING 10% OF GAMEPLAY-TIME CONSISTS IN TOO EASY COMBAT IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE EVEN RANDOMLY PUSHING BUTTONS. There hacker in the royal battle mode, and he can one hit to other players, didnt play much in the rpg mode.
Just another P2W garbage afk grind game nothing to see here folks move along only people interested in this are low self esteem people who need validation through in game purchases.
Game constantly crashes and developer couldnt care less. They only care about money and milk everyone for every last penny but dont even respond to support questions or inquiries for help. So pathetic, their apps shouldnt be allowed in the App Store. Pure scammers.
If you are looking for a touch based game with interesting characters and fun gameplay this is a good choice. We liked the customization of the playable characters and the storyline. The touch based controls are amazing on an iPad and iPhone. While this was made available for the MacBook, the controls are not as intuitive or enjoyable to use on the keyboard. Overall, this is a fun game to play if you like the fantasy genres of gaming.
We love the game so much really enjoy it but one thing we wish it has is a trading system.
When our char auto battling in the dungeon then we play battle royale, the game always crash in the middle of battle, when we back again to play, our char already dead.
The game is okay. But controller support would make it better.

Great game but f2p dont get your hopes up. Even those who spend in the hundreds could not be competitive in this game. It is a really great game but the gap between f2p and p2w has widened to the point that it seems pointless to move on. You grind and grind to get to 140, get the 140 gear, awaken it and then they come out with 160. It was 120 in January and 180 is already being played on the Korean servers. So, you can see the money pit that this game can become. Too expensive and everything is a gamble. One can easily spend $100 and walk away with next to nothing. It literally takes $1000+ to be competitive and this creates a toxic playing environment. But Netmarble seems to play on that by making people think if they just spend a little more that they can get revenge on the person that pkd them while they were afk grinding. Seen it happen and it didnt sit well with us. Great game and is a lot of fun until you start playing with the whales who can one-hit an entire guild of quality f2p players. Not sure how they plan to keep this game still alive for much longer. F2P is getting choked out with each update. They might as well charge a subscription and not even let f2p think they stand a chance.
This game where it is pvp oriented (your toon can go around killing other toons while they are farming or not) and so theres a lot of shop products you can expensively buy and speed up your progress by a few weeks. The reason f2p is impossible is because the devs planned soul linker upgrades 5,000 white dia (over $100 usd) each and funny thing is when you upgrade it is randomized and what do you do? Use premium currency again to switch to the one youre looking for and use currency again to upgrade. Major donkeybaIIs. If you run out of hearts to revive currency. If you need more daily runs, currency… Quests and pve aspects are hard since you cannot upgrade every so often unless you open your wallet wide…. This game has huge potential.. Yet after 2 server merges and one more on the way in less than a year of release this game is rapidly dying (review as of june 2021) move on dont play this game. Wait for something better. It will come.
The game is nice but it looks like they trying to kill with this new server merge.. By putting all the whales in one server and leave the other server unbalanced..
Saeldir update: we crash nonstop since this update and every other update prior to this. We just crashed 10 times in the last hour. Playing on an iPad or iPhone, it doesnt matter, crash. The imbalance between pay to win and free to play is drastic, even if you try to purchase some to try to stay competitive, it doesnt matter, the whales will one shot kill you. Our main is an lvl149 Assassin in 140 Leg* Set gear too. We do not and will not recommend this game. Typical of all Netmarble games, especially Marvel Future Fight, everything is pay to play to be anything better than dirt. We say its time for a boycott in A3.
Beautiful graphics and nice variety of skills. Lots of different regions and monsters. Good leveling mechanics. Lets you skip to a high level so you can catch up to a friend or play competitively. You can just run by enemies if you are in a hurry. Auto battle lets your character fight for you. Overall really cool!
This use to be a very good game.. Now all skill hack, speed hack, etc.. All from one guild Murders.. Dont waste your time on this game or any Netmarble game.. You can submit video or any proof of hacking but nothing will be done.
The graphics look beautiful, and combat looks both smooth and vicious at the same time. But why, oh why, are we dead set on boys go melee and girls fight from a safe distance? Our paladins are always women, and our wizards are always men, and since we cant have either of them, we have to pass on what was likely an amazing game.
Been playing this game for over 2 years. Great game and potential but NM has abandoned the current players and have let rampant cheating via PC client hacks go on for the last 4-5 months with no response. This gets a zero star review and we would not recommend anyone who enjoys fair competition to play until the hacks are properly prevented. Dozens of tickets and forum posts showing the cheats and the specific hackers have been made yet this developer seems more interested in their crypto pyramid ponzee scheming than stopping obvious hacks and cheating.
We have just started playing this game and so far every few minutes it completely crashes and throws us out of the game. We are considering deleting this game all together if the problem is not fixed.
Theyll make sure to put the newest 10$ deals popping up. But when you need customer support to help fix an issue, wont get anything in return but Its a nice automated blanket response. Real nice.

Still the best mobile game we’ve ever played !
This game we played almost all day for the last 2 months but it’s been ruined by greed. As soon as the 8 star soul linkers were released the game became broken. The soul linkers have more Combat Power than the top players on the server immediately breaking the fun of the game. If you don’t shell out lots of money you have NO chance in PVP. They will one shot you no matter how much you grind. If the developer is reading this you need to balance the CP of soul linkers. They are supposed to be supporting NPC’s not dominant combat monsters. You can’t just jump from 200k to 1.3M overnight. It breaks the game. Lastly, server merges ruin it furthermore as you will go from top 100 to unranked as all the whales combine servers. This isn’t the way to support growth. It’s just a money grab and will kill your game sooner rather than later but maybe that’s really all it was about anyhow.
All we can say about this game is kinda mixed MU,DIABLO,and LOL. But we liked it! Its Great Game and Awesome Graphics .. But our only concerned is they dont have extra VAULT OR STORAGE Iike MU and DIABLO! Has!
Ugh. Yet another pretty auto RPG with esoteric and uninteresting dialog and story. We hate this crap – apparently gamers these days are nothing but easily distracted morons who can’t figure out anything for themselves and need their hands held every step of the way, because this is the type of RPG companies keep producing (besides Idle RPGs which are just as bad). Cliche character creation, automated everything (even after turning off "auto", movement to NPCs and quest tasks were still automated!), even boob jiggle (seriously? That got old when it first started appearing like 15-20 years ago?) that’s not even realistic since the metal armor breastplates jiggle too lol. Yeah it has pretty graphics, epic sounding music (the only reasons for 2 stars), and a sexy female voice for narration, but those get old very quickly. Plus it seemed to be draining our battery pretty quickly. Uninstalled 5 min into gameplay.
Love the game but the patch on 3/18/2021 wont download on our iPhone 12 Pro Max so we cant play. Please fix.

No more spending for us. As much qs we’ve spent in this game we could have two ps5, two new xboxs, the latest 80 inch smart tv, and more. Definitely not getting our moneys worth in this game and f2p dont waste your time. Its time for these types of games to die. Interesting gameplay makes you want to continue but no thank you. Ill stay f2p at this point and only log in when Im bored. People wake up your money can be used for better things and most of all you will have something tangible to show for it and not bytes of some online game that intrigues you. Trust us it got us too.
We cant begin to tell you how much fun we’ve had with this game it is amazing and the most exhilarating game we’ve played by far best mobile game!!!
We actually thought this was a raid clone but no its so much better and more adventurous and its not shoving the fact that you need money to play.

This is the best mobile mmo out there in our opinion. Our only critique is that auto play takes all the fun out of the mmo side. Its a huge help that the battle royale is fully manual, but for those of us who are mmo fans we wish this game had more manual play. Maybe consider making servers that have auto play disabled? Maybe call them hardcore servers or something? Please, devs! Make it happen!
So months ago we had our hopes up about this game and it definitely lived up to what it said it was going to be and Im more than excited as a customer to be writing this the graphics are phenomenal the gameplay is phenomenal and its realistic the body movement is definitely realistic the storyline is absolutely fabulous it actually makes sense in the open world makes it just as more fun because you can actually talk to other people they have a microphone in the game so you can talk to people so it just makes the game ultimately all-around really great for a community building this is something we recommend for people who are here for the long term this game is gonna be great just came to be famous its definitely better than perfect world and all the others kills black desert.
