Its a great port with only a minor bugs that do not affect the theme of the game their are no ads and the quality (for us at least) where when our phone goes down to one percent the graphics are pretty bad but it does not affect the AI or anything else our only problem is that on some levels kind of like the crew expandable or last survivor you can develop a routine that works every time (I have done this with both DLC) but other than some minor bugs like not being able to get out of crouching positions in doorways or the mother core in the crew expandable it really captures the feel of the alien franchise with a dark and scary atmosphere where at some points you feel helpless its a really good game all in all.
This game is ps4 quality graphics. Im playing on an iPad Pro 12.9 with the DualShock 5. Its incredible.
We played the game when it was released on the console some years ago! After playing the mobile version this is probably the best port that we’ve seen or played on any platform! How quickly you forget that this game was a AAA title that now can stay in your pocket! Overall we would highly recommend this game especially if you have an Apple Silicon chip product (M1-M2 etc.).
One of the best ports we’ve ever played. Runs smoothly, graphics are amazing, and the controls are easy to use.
Can You Please Let Us Play The Tape (Goodbye) by mike tanaka inside the journal we would like to listen to that tape on the go.
The best game you could ever buy from the App Store. Better than the 360 version, and right on par with the Switch version. All DLCs included.
Reminds us of Resident Evil 7 very tense game so far but fun we love it. If you enjoy survival horror games dont hesitate on buying this game it comes with all the dlc.
We have the console version and we can barely tell the difference in graphical fidelity. Great port!
Great game Im having issues saving please and also cannot get past certain points within the game.
We dont think there is any words to describe how amazing this game is. It just shows what the phone or tablet is capable of and with controller support this game feels just like if not better than when we played it on console. Thank you for making such a great game ported to mobile. That just shows what some companies are capable of and we hope we can see more games like this ported to mobile in the future! We love what you all did!
On youtube theres WAY to many video essays, philosophical views and reviews calling this a classic a masterpiece (which it is) Nothing lost here, graphics astound, true survival horror in a immersive, living breathing world. We keep getting this error its been a few days and nothing. We looked up a fix nothing come up yet so Im kinda confused. Update it ended up downloading we just kept hitting retry. Other than that great game legit same as the pc.
A masterpiece we mean we’ve never seen a better game for iPhone.
This game is, without a doubt, the best ALIEN game ever produced!! We were so stoked about this game coming to mobile but we were more so blown away on how well the port looks and plays. Its superb!!!

Alien isolation is as it says and more with the free dlcs top notch graphics better then when we played it on pc the sound everything a danm scary game at times (I know thats the goal) we havent ran into any bugs this is a newer review sorry we hadnt written one earlier and three great dlcs free cant get better then that and overall so this review can end(sorry) is if you like this or these types of games we highly recommend it its the only one like right now for mobile(I play w/t a iPhone 11) well thats it for our review thank you guys for this amazing game.
The picture quality and plot of the game are very good, but there is no Chinese version. We hope the developer can make a Chinese version in the future.
Awesome game its amazing how great of a port this is only draw backs are that some geometry is potato, controls are a little slow and loose feeling, and we have the 13 pro and this game makes our phone hot as balls after about 20 minutes but to be expected.
We loved playing Isolation a lot for whenever we had free time but could never play it on the go, not unless we used a Nintendo Switch but now we can play it through our phone, we do have to say though some parts are a bit buggy but besides that its like we are playing the Console version of it. Great Port over.

Where do we find a passcode!!?? We thought we contacted the other ship because it said we completed the objective, but has not given us any clues as to where Im supposed to go. All the doors to where we need to go are locked!!!
Youre missing some movie details for iPad Just a reminder nexus mods use it otherwise, there is a new good r re-shading.
This is one of our all time favorite games for the pc and actually looks even better on our tablet now. One problem is Im having issues redownloading it, we paid money and now we cant play it due to a constant 404 error when trying to download it. We didnt have this problem before, Please fix it.
We are having trouble with the controls we are very close to being lunch meat and you care is the update again because our guy was very close to being lunch meat, or in your guises more greater than the Xbox one.
For the iPad look it up and theres really good settings for this game The other gamers dont have computer for the iPad. Maybe you guys can add some mods by looking it up so we can use it pretty please. Theyre fun to look at Tryon before you buy them in your like your settings.
We love this game, we play it all the time on our PS4 so we thought it would be a great game to download on our phone, it crashes if we crouch too long, glitches with certain missions and Im currently stuck on mission 16, we have played this game well over 40 times, thats how much we love this game, and we cannot for the life of us get past the finding the Torrens part it wont let us connect the right four codes to find it, we’ve restarted the game twice, deleted and redownloaded the game twice as well but we still cant get past this one part. We hope these problems can be fixed in the future. We will continue playing it as we do love it but only until mission 15 because 16 seems to be the buggiest mission. We would love to be able to actually finish the game.
Purchased game because of the gamepad, we have nimbus and spirit/crunch dont work. We have Gamesir X2 Bluetooth and moving/spirit lag much. What now? Refund?
This game says its compatible with Apple and when we purchased and downloaded and loaded it up it says its not compatible. We tried to get a refund and Apple refuses to give us our money back.
Cant play the game after we installed it, because it requires >6GB extra data to be downloaded. No warning. We downloaded this game to play in a location where we dont have a data connection, so now we find out we wont be able to play it. Ridiculous!
Recently had to switch to an iPhone 8, says that itll work on an iPhone 8, but it doesnt. Just says, This device is not supported.
Even on novice, this game is extremely difficult, all while you are completely lost on where to go and how to get there. We’ve never understood the appeal to this game, and now that we’ve spent the money we REALLY dont understand the appeal.
We think this games is super great we remember playing this on the Xbox and honestly it feels just like that. The cutscenes and gameplay can be a tade choppy but it doesnt take away from how good the game looks and controls and we really think a lot of time and effort was put into this game especially for mobile and it really shows. We really want to thank the developers and all the people who put there effort into this game its so amazing and It just blows our mind what mobile games are now. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS GAME POSSIBLE ON MOBILE!
We wasnt really interested when we first saw the price point and almost clicked away when we noticed right before this was Feral at the Helm! After seeing what they did with Grid for mobile, we have become a huge fan of their work! So after seeing their name on this we went to Steam to check out reviews for the game and saw that the reviews were Overwhelming Positive so we decided to click that buy button! Well after about an hour or so we’ve jumped in here to say WOW! What an incredible experience this is especially on mobile with a good pair of headphones! Im blown away this is on our iP 20se! This is one of the most amazing and terrifying gaming experiences we have ever had! The graphics are tasty to the eyes, the sounds fill your ears with all the ambience of a well produced movie, and the gameplay/story really immerses you into its world where you forget yours! What an INCREDIBLE piece of Digital Artwork this is! FeralKeep porting and Ill keep buying! P.S. Also love the fact you can rearrange the hud, resize buttons, and reduce their visibility to see more of the game! Thats some great forward thinking right there! Thank you! 5 Stars!
We remember first playing this game on the Xbox 360. Amazing game, Im so glad they brought this to mobile. And this version seems just as good and the original. Amazing graphics, controls are surprisingly easy to figure out and get the hang out for a mobile game, this game runs super smooth, no lag or anything , hours of fun and gameplay await, and this version includes all the dlcs for the game! Im having allot of fun playing it. Definitely worth it. What are you waiting for? Download it already lol.
Yes this game is an amazing port only problem is we wish you can control the graphics settings (low, medium, & high) we have a iPhone 13 and it runs great but we cant speak for those below it.

They say you get what you pay for. This game is worth it. A must play with headphones. The graphics are off the hook perfect. The attention is in the details. Scuff marks, grease stains, graffiti etcreally makes this game stand out. Someone loved making this as much as we will love playing it. Only been playing for a few hours, and havent even seen an Alien yet, but we cannot wait. Great game right here people, especially if you are a fan of the original 1979 classic. Best horror game of all time. And on iPad now!! The amazement we felt was no less than if you put the entire Microsoft Flight Simulator on iPad. You dont need a controller either. This game just totally blew us away! So how about half life, half life 2, Halo, etc?
Well worth the price of admission. Great touch controls along with excellent graphics. Retains the creepy atmosphere of the movie and game.
Much like the Nintendo Switch port, this has blown us away. We own this game on multiple platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, MacBook, Switch) and this port to iOS is just as amazing (if not more so) especially with noise cancelling headphones – if youve never played, youre definitely missing out.
We’ve always wanted to play this game and im so thrilled to see it ported to iOS. The graphics are amazing for a now mobile port. Purchased this in hopes that more companies will port their games over to iOS! Lets keep the classics alive!
