We dont know how you guys managed to port this game to mobile so decently. The interactions hud is done well, the graphics are still pretty fantastic, and it plays like a charm. After our laptop broke and we couldnt afford to get a new one we thought Id never get to play this game again, and now here we are. The mobile port of Alien Isolation is a blessing to us sent from the heavens. Thank you to all the crew members who worked on porting this game to mobile, you are like actual angels to us.
This is best game ever its just like the movie and it is super realistic survival game and its simple at first all is it will be a video in the beginning and after that is the game of survival.
Words can not describe how good this game is. Terrifying, immersive, and the graphics are STUNNING! If youre thinking about buying it, do it youll thank yourself later for this experience of a game. You can tell the developers loved making the game as much as we love playing it. Definitely a lot of passion put into it. Please make a sequel.

If you enjoy one of the greatest science fiction horror films ever, buy this. If you enjoy survival horror games like classic resident evil or amnesia:the bunker, buy this. Im not joking when we say its one of the only good post-aliens pieces of media in the series. The team at creative assembly understood the tone and atmosphere of Ridley Scotts Cosmic horror masterpiece more than anyone in Hollywood today and probably even more than Scott does today. If feral interactive is reading this, we want you to know, you guys are wizards when it comes to ports. The fact that we can play something that looks this good on something that can fit in our pocket is insane. All of you should be proud.

We really like it its fun and runs well.
Wow, it's unbelievable how smooth and precise everything is. Absolutely insane iOS port from the original, and so far it has everything the PC and console release came packaged with story and environment wise. So far, no device overheating issues so game is properly optimized, Frames are smooth. Unbelievable back then we would have lost our mind if we found out this could be played in our HAND lol.
We initially started playing this game on our Nintendo Switch, and quickly noticed that that version had some input-response delay, so we're now enjoying this game on our phone. This is an incredibly high-quality port, but make sure you have a charger handy because even on the battery-saving mode, it uses a substantial amount of battery, even on new, higher-end ones. That's just a heads up, though; it's not particularly an issue. The main problems that we have are few in number and not entirely major. First of all, we feel that the joystick sprinting feature is very sensitive, and we find ourselves beginning to sprint by accident. It would be convenient if one could separate the sprint button from the touch joystick. We also noticed a feature missing from the other versions: the ability to switch your view mode while holding the tracker, which we were definitely accustomed to using on the Switch version. And lastly, we have noticed that when you enter a hiding place, (or at least a locker, where it came to our attention,) your health bar appears to be full. We knew, however, that our health bar is never full, because we are very keen on conserving healing items. Also, there are some places where you can see inventory items floating in the middle of a corridor. They can't be picked up, and they disappear when you pull that particular item out of your inventory. That is the least minor issue though, but it was also on the Nintendo Switch version. Sorry this review was so long! This is truly among the best mobile ports we have yet seen.

Great work. Its a perfect example of what mobile games can and should do. Tremendous value: intuitive and usable controls, unbelievably graphically optimized, perfect pricing. We cant say enough how pleasantly surprised we were on our first play session.
We are not one who enjoys horror games, but this one keeps us on the edge of our seat and is very enjoyable and fun. No bugs. Best of all it doesnt spam you with ads like every other mobile game.
They did an excellent job with the port for this game. Ran very smooth with no glitches. Sound design is amazing. Story is very engrossing. We were on the edge of our seat the entire game and totally exhausted by the time we finished.

The game itself is REALLY good, the graphics surprisingly dont affect anything inside the game and the mechanics are very unique from what Ive seen in other games. But one of the few things we wanted to mention was that some parts of the game (objectives/tasks) were unclear to us at times and so we got lost multiple times; and Im talking about the times where we didnt have our scanner. If you do plan on updating the game, we suggest adding a sandbox game mode where you could make your own maps with specific walls and all that other stuff, also being able to add enemies like the aliens or androids. And back to the topic where it was hard to find your objective you could add an arrow pointer that leads you where to go if the game detects that you havent been doing the task for 5-10 minutes. Thank you for not only adding this to mobile but for creating the game itself.
Alien Isolation was one of the best gaming experiences Ive had on PC and this is a near perfect port of it to mobile. Very very well done on this.
The only unfriendly thing is that this game doesnt have Chinese characters, only English. We hope Chinese characters can be added.
This is as close to gaming on a PC that a mobile game can get. The graphics, animation, sound and music are outstanding. We felt completely immersed in the sci-fi Alien setting.
The graphics are stunning to be playing it on a phone is just inconceivable we love the game on console but now we can soil our pants on the go.
We played the trial and it looks great in graphics and amazing gameplay but when we try to make the purchase to buy the full game it just freezes! We really think this game is fun but we cant make the purchase so if you guys can something about it that would be great.
We are a China player, and we like this game very much, but there is no Chinese in this game, which makes us unable to understand the story it tells and what we should do.

Mostly a jrpg gamer but we love space and survival games too and this is both. We feel like we are stranded out in interstellar space it has such an amazing atmosphere. Just like another favorite of ours Dead Space. This we would argue has been more intense. Thank you for the DLC releases because that just gives us more gameplay to enjoy. Great job guys.

A decade ago, we were arguably at the peak of mobile gaming. Infinity blade was in full swing, dead space had just received a stellar iOS port, and the sky was the limit. But at some point, developers decided that cash was king, and started favoring mindless cash grabs over quality, lovingly crafted games. Alien isolation is a return to form, a reminder that you can have a fully realized and immersive game at the tip of your fingers. We cannot recommend this game highly enough for fans of horror, science fiction, or action games. The visuals are stunning, the controls are intuitive and the story is immersive. There were no corners cut in the making of this game. This is the real deal, and we hope this game receives enough support to remind developers what mobile gaming is truly capable of.
It was such a great gaming experience! We were on our toes and even holding our breath at times (it was a very suspenseful game)! Our husband Bluetooth connected the Xbox controller to our iPad which made the whole experience even better honestly lol.
Reading the reviews here, we are really impressed with the personal developer responses. They directly address the issues and tell the players specifically what can be done, if anything, or specifically why it cant be done. Such a refreshing change from the irrelevant canned replies of developers who dont care about their customers. Thank you for the extra effort.
Its more stressful than it is scary you will get jump scared if youre too careless great game for adrenaline junkies (especially if youre scared easily like us).

Excellent game 10/10 best experience in a single player game. The story is fantastic and the gameplay is a lot of fun. Packed with jump scares and surprises. Played with the backbone and the scuf controllers for iPhone 15 pro max. Performance wise worked very well never had an issue. Enjoyed every moment of the game.
We love the ALIEN series, and we love ALIEN Isolation. Its one of the most advanced video games we know. The fact its in the App Store shocks us! Is it because of its coming sequel? But regardless this is thrilling and surprising at the same time.

We normally dont do reviews but trust us guys we were blown away how great this game is! The graphic is a A+ the beeps and bloops and just the sound quality is AMAZING. The suspense is crazy. We played on the easiest level and was caught a couple times we can just imagine how the hardest level is! Please do a remake or part 2 or SOMETHING.
First we want to say this game is Amazing we havent been this glued to an iPhone games sense cod mobile lol. Lets get into the specs: – Im using an iPhone 14pro – we have an Xbox controller/ with phone holder Game setting: – Performance mode ( in the beginning make sure to make brighten your iPhone screen to the max this way, when you are at the menu and it asks you to set the brightness to where you can barely see the symbols your game will be well adjusted for the lighting in the game) Game is phone with on screen controls too but if you are a gamer like us the Xbox controller if perfect and we like that the game has rumble support! If you are a first time FPS port gamer take time to learn the controls in the beginning. There are tutorials on YouTube if you get stuck on how to use a certain equipment. The game walk throughs will help you. If youre like us and you like to figure things out and like to get investigations and problem solving this is perfect for you. We hope this team continues to develop games for phones like the 14 pro we know 15 has that new chipset but honestly they shouldve ported games like resident evil for iPhone 8plus and up but at least you guys now how to get it done so kudos to this team for the hard work you guys put into this game.
We have been a fan of this game since its initial release around 2014, and have replayed it almost every year (around Halloween of course). Ive played it across multiple platforms, on Xbox/PS4, PC and even the Switch (we wanted to play it while on vacation). Its hard to compete with the PC version but this port on iOS is phenomenal if you have reasonably new iPhone or iPad and a backbone controller, or just connect a console controller. Obviously using touch screen controls is not ideal, but we dont think you should expect to go into a game released on consoles ported to iOS to have that be the preferred option. The games atmosphere and visuals are kept entirely intact, and the game runs perfectly fine and looks amazing on our M1 iPad Air as well as our iPhone (that is currently the latest model). We cant speak to how it runs on older devices however, but considering how the Nintendo Switch is able to run a reasonable looking port of it, we would expect it might run just fine on the performance mode on some older iOS devices if you change the Video settings appropriately.
