We couldnt find any llama games, so alpaca games were the next best thing! This game is so adorable with the little alpacas and their accessories. We do wish this game was updated mote though, we would love to see more additions to this game. Its also nice that there is no WiFi required so we can play this on trips and stuff.
We remembered playing this game when we were a kid and after years of not playing the game we decided to return to it and its a very nostalgic experience to play the game again.
Ive been playing this game for about 6 or 7 years when we were younger our older brother showed us his cute alpaca with a handyman helmet and we thought it was the cutest thing in the world. We immediately downloaded it and since then every time we get a new device its one of the if not first games we download! Its so adorable and fun to play we love leveling up our alpacas, dressing them up, and taking them on trips to gain more level to catch more alpacas! We highly recommend you get this game its so freaking adorable.
As amazing as this game has been for so long. We dont know if you guys have noticed, but when you decide to make a purchase, It appears as failed and the purchase gets denied.
This app is our comfort app we play on 24/7. We have been playing out of this app seance we were 5 years old. Hardly any adds and we love that! It is really perfect for any age of kid. A free app that can have no Wi-Fi! Crazy!!! Have a bored kid, give he or she this app and they will not be bored anymore.

Hi so we didnt know if this game would be good or not but we thought id try it anyways and if it wasnt good Id delete it. IVE HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS AND we HAVE 65 ALPACAS! This game is so fun and really easy to play. At first it does take awhile to learn everything but once you do its the best game ever. We have a very short attention span so we get bored a lot so we think we wonder what our alpacas are doing and we end up playing for 2 hours LOL. If youre like us, and want an easy, relaxing, slow, peaceful game with some small challenges every now and then, we highly suggest this app! Hope this review was helpful! We have been playing this game for years and we feel like it needs some sort of update.
Love this game, we used to play it when we were little and redownloaded it, still fun, however you should make the baby growth speed dependent on the wool/skin colors, the rarer and more expensive, the longer it takes to age, and make the colors more consistent. We have found like 4 different kinds of light cotton and theyre all some form of light blue but all different. Please rename the colors, not remove them. We understand if you cannot due to the amount of colors but removing them could cause some very plain and consistent colors. Do keep the skin slightly different than the wool so its easy to tell whats what but we dont get having multiple light cottons that are very different. Please understand that Im not criticizing and that we love the game, just some adjustments for consistency would be preferred. We understand if you wont though and will in no way make us have a bad opinion about the game.
It is such a cute game and we love how the alpacas look.
We used to play this game years ago as child into to early pre teen years. We remember getting far in levels and ranking up! It was a lot of fun. Not sure why we deleted it the first time (probably cause of storage, our own fault). Anyways now years later as an older teen we have regained our love for the is game. Im able to better understand how to play and it is a lot of fun. Us and our boyfriend have our worlds and we like to play next to each other. This game is classic, fun , entertaining , and the best part is there is not ads!!!Its not like these newer games, where greedy developers make you watch ads for hours to play on a poorly made app. Not this game. This game is classic and we love it. One thing we hope is that although we love the nostalgia feel, we hope there is some bigger update soon. Like maybe graphic wise or some new add ons would be amazing.
We love this game we play it everyday but today we bought our last slot for alpacas and we think we should have more because there is 127 colors.
We hope this game gets updated soon, with more accessories and possibly more things to do. Maybe tournaments based on the stats of your alpacas and wool quality, battle tournaments or a pageant/cross walk sort of tournament for them that can win you coins or alpaca tokens. Also, once you are high enough level, you could run into bi-colored alpacas, ones that have two wool colors and patterns, within the more advanced areas. Mini games would be nice too, they could have different personality traits that boost different stats like strength/attack or defense. Maybe more attack moves that can be specific to different alpacas with different stats or personalities. We hope the devs are doing well, and we hope this game gets updated.
We are a llama. So that means our cousin is the GREAT ALPACA KING, ALAN! So Ive decided to load-down this application. And so far it has been very good.. We have snuck our owners iPhone and have tried to play it. So far we cant do anything because of our STINKIN STUBBY LLAMA HOOFS but we can do it with our spit. We have played this game off and on since high school through multiple phones. It has aged well in regards to graphics and gameplay compared to other modern games on the app store. While a bit basic in battle and breeding mechanics, the ability to dress them up to personalize them adds a lovely depth to the alpacas. It is fun to create outfits for them, but accessories are placed back in your inventory when an alpaca stays at the hotel, so keep track of who wears what. While the higher resolution screens of newer phones make the textures of grass and rocks a little rough on the eyes, this is expected, and the actual alpacas are more timeless looking being more chibi and simplistic, which ages well and looks good + cute. It has a nice feel to it, and is safer for children to play compared to weirderthings on Roblox. While the game is old enough that only basic maintenance to keep it functional is expected and not new content, the ability to upgrade certain quality of life that (to us, not as a game developer) seem simpler to implement such as upgrading the amount of active alpacas further than 25 would be nice, maybe even to 45 if the newer iphones are capable of handling it. Sadly, documentation of the game on the internet is scarce, so besides one easter egg we are aware of, not much is known about the real depths of the game to others. As a hint, coat + skin colors affect stats. Battling can become a little grind-y depending on your alpacas stats being better or worse. Its best to invest in a team that battles better than looks good palette-wise, and the pretty-but-weak alpacas should stay at the farm for breeding for colordex or money anyways. Trying to make all your alpacas the same level through progression is a fools errand, but if you want a real challenge grinding all your permanent alpacas to max level after all unlocks is a possibility. Doing a version of the Pokemon Nuzlocke in Alpaca World could be feasible even. For other ideas for new content to add to the game, alpaca personalities that could affect stats like Pokemon natures, since the battle system is clearly rpg inspired would be neat. It could also give them certain personality animations, but interaction between alpacas is not needed. The ability to have accessories custom colored, not just the colordex. An EXP share item for your weaker alpacas that would otherwise get one-shotted. Having an accessory dex for battle-only accessories to show whats available and fill out another dex for complitionists. More virtual care for the individual alpacas like needing to feed or brush or pet them. Shiny alpacas that are special and have sparkle or glitter effect on wool that are very rare to encounter. More than one accessory in the slots, maybe as a special currency option. A quality of life bit would be highlighting the alpacas best stat in green or blue compared to the rest, maybe the worst one in red or orange. But we digress, this is purely ideas and not expected to happen. In one particular way that we appreciate that has aged well compared to newer games is the microtransactions are Completely optional, and while do give a bonus like the special upgrades are not required to progress through the game. Special currency is still able to be earned, but the ad video rate is limited to once per hour iirc. Items that require this currency like gender or renaming potions are cheap, costing 1-2 videos. Something we do wish was changed is that the portal warps were infinite use not singular use for the special currency it costs for convenience since battles can be grind-y. Understandably this means the price would need to be adjusted. If not, then noting it is single use in the description is recommended for future players. All in all, this is a good game to have for its age regardless of your own age. It does not rely on intrusive ads or spending real money to do anything at all in-game unlike many more modern games. The graphics feel more nostalgic than outdated because it is stylized. The music is charming, and its only after many hours that we play our own music to grind battles for limited accessories or EXP, which is relaxing. No internet is required to play unless getting special currency. Progress can go as slow or as fast as wanted, depending how much time you invest. Its all your choice.
We love this game! A few small suggestions though, maybe if there was an online/multiplayer mode where players could battle each other? And if it was easier to get Alpaca Coins? Even without thise, this game is so much fun! You should get it right now.
So the game is really fun. First of all the alpacas are adorable and the accessories are just too cute. They have a wide range of colors, but there are still some glitches they need to fix. There isnt really a goal to this game though.
We really like this game but we do have one small issue with it, when a baby Alpaca is born you cant scroll to see what gender it is. We know this isnt major issue but its mildly frustrating to name an Alpaca George and have it be a girl. Other than that this game is a solid 10/10 that we will definitely recommend.
This is an amazing game! We love it so much we play it every single day and dont see us stopping anytime soon. Its super easy, it has fun accessories and activities. You can breed if you level up enough, the babys are SUPER adorable, and much, much, MUCH more incredible additions. We hope this game keeps getting updated with new accessories. We have one suggestion though, so Ive noticed for awhile that the accessories, Dens, new alpaca in general, are like, crazy expensive. We love this game but we really wish it was updated & had new things to do for the alpacas and new ways to care for them but its such a cute great game.
Tried to buy 100 Alpaca Coins for $4.99, the game took $5.34 out of our account and a message popped up saying our purchase failed. We still dont have our coins.
Needs Option to add Friends and trade alpacas or breed your aplacas with their alpacas or visit each others farms or trade accessories/supplies, or all of the above. 4 stars but would be 5 stars if it had an option in the game to add and interact with friends in some way. Hopefully in future updates we get more features.
So we love this game we play it all day but our biggest problem is that you have to get 5 alpacas but you can't we tried rope in the wild we tried buying 1 but it just said no room for new alpaca and we're a Rookie so… -SUEYQ P.s we whant more than 4 alpacas like……… 10.

Im pretty sure this is a Pokmon rip-off, but we LOVE the accessories and colors that you have access to! We played this when we were younger and loved it to bits, its fun to revisit a good game.
We definitely recommend this game for anyone who likes alpacas, pokmon, or even dress up! The outfits you can collect for the different alpacas are the cutest thing ever and we are constantly wishing we had every single thing. Collecting alpacas and all the different wool colors is also a lot of fun. The game is fairly simple and straightforward but we really really love the art style and the game itself.

Okay BEST GAME EVER! First off, and now dont get us wrong we LOVE this game, we AM OBSESSED! But, we just want to suggest a bit. There are no glitches or bugs tho! Anyways, the suggestion we have is that on beginner hill, stays the same, but on alpaca hill, you can see other, REAL players, and be able to buddy them, chat with them and if you want, invite them to a battle! We LOVE THIS GAME we WAS playing this game before but deleted it but now we miss it so we downloaded it and we forgot how amazing it was we absolutely loved IT!!!! We mean its so beautiful wow give a round of applause.
We had this game before and was 4 or 5 and we wasnt that good at the game because usually we used to skip the instruction so we didnt know what we were doing ,but so then we actually got the game now once we were 10 because we wanted to see how it actually was and its amazing. We love this game we only have one problem. The one problem is that the colors are sometimes not the same because theres a color called shocking pink and pink and usually they will be switched up. Sometimes one color would be the same color it says like shadow fur and shadow skin but they would be a different color like one would be shadow but then the other one wouldnt. But all in all this game is amazing.

Randomly we got one of the songs from this game stuck in our head and decided to get we again. This game is so cute and the musicamazing. Its easy and very likeable. Just an amazing game, reminds us of our younger self.
So we have the iPhone 12 meaning we supposedly have more screen room but unfortunately the game is being cut off at the sides and it makes it really hard to play, could you add some kind of border around the game to prevent this from happening? Its a really good game otherwise its just hard to click the options on the edge of the screen.
This is an amazing game! We have been playing for 4 years and it is still a great game. We just wish you could have as many alpacas as you wanted.. We never really enjoy letting go of our alpacas so if you could just fix that it would be great.
