We like the challenge of this game and paid for the expansion packs. Its a great value. These days, we mostly just play the daily challenge puzzle. The December daily puzzles werent loading, so we emailed the company to let them know. An actual real person emailed us THE SAME DAY and a new release to fix that bug was released. We dare you to find another game developer who is that responsive!! 10/10.
This actually is a great puzzle game. However they appear to remove old puzzles without notice even after paying for the full game. We had access to the daily puzzles from years ago and now 8 seemed to have lost them. Poor form to remove features without notice.
We love this game! Play it every day. Unfortunately the last few days we havent been able to get it to open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work.
We got Alpha Omega with our first iPhone, and enjoyed playing it while commuting to work. Two iPhones later we keep coming back to play it when we want to relax, and enjoy solving a couple of puzzles.
This is a great game and very cleverly crafted. The massive number of puzzles available for purchase ensures many, many hours of enjoyment. We only have one beef. We wish there was some way to hide the completed puzzle sets so you dont have to scroll up/down so much. That change would make it a five.
Im able to install and run the app. We can play through 50 levels fairly quickly. Then we put our phone down to go do something else. When we come back and launch the app, we get the beige background and some music, but thats it. The game never shows up. Ive restarted our phone. Ive deleted and reinstalled the app. No idea why we can only run it once.
This game is a lot of fun and pretty challenging! No ads which is a plus, but you only get one pack and a daily puzzle. More packs are $.99, which is pretty reasonable for all the work Im sure goes into making the puzzles. Our main gripe with this game is the fact that you can only undo once before having to reset your entire board. It makes it highly frustrating for someone with fat fingers and dyslexia. Ive had to restart levels over a dozen times because we just keep messing up words Ive already solved. The puzzles thing is fine, devs have to get paid somehow, but gosh dang the undo thing made us frustrated enough to write a review. Gotta be said again, we really enjoy this game and its a great brain teaser.
Have been playing for years and really enjoy. Recently had a problem and found the ability to get to app support didnt work. Might be an Apple AppStore issue but anyway, finally got support by going direct to website and Im fixed and playing again.
Love this game, especially having a daily puzzle to solve. Our game hasnt been able to open since 2025. Im hoping its a glitch on your end because Ive got not solution from ours . Thanks.
Really like this cross words game, while some tiny problems need to be solved. 1. It cannot synchronize through different device if you log in different iCloud accounts and SUBSCRIPTIONS account. For instance, our iCloud account is in Mainland China, but our subscription is in US. Once we click sync, it just freezes and never comes back. We have to delete and re-download it so that it can open again. 2. We cannot find it in the Mainland China AppStore, so we cannot plan on our iPad and other devices. We dont understand. Other than these, a great game.
Ive really liked this game for a couple of years, and we didnt mind downloading the newer version with ads. We DO mind downloading the version with ads, paying $24 to support this game with no ads and unlimited access, and its crashing in all game areas (daily puzzles, etc). Fix asap or refund. Not cool.
Enjoy the game enough that Ive tried many times to purchase the unlimited packits advertised on our iPad but nothing happens when we click the option. The app lets us buy individual packs for .99, but not the full plan. So we thought Id download it onto our phone to see if itd work there. It wouldnt sync, so we deleted it and reloaded it, but now its really problematic and wont even load enough to open.
Ive been using this app for a couple of days and there are so many ads, its driving us nuts. We want to purchase the ad free version, but the app wont work and we are not able to make a purchase. Very frustrating. You would think a company would want to give customers an opportunity to spend money, but we guess not. Its so annoying to watch all the ads, we will probably stop using this game.

We love this game. But lately (about a week) its been crashing every time we open it.
We love this game! We have been playing for years now, and it is just very relaxing and fun. Its great how the developers have been working on the game the whole time. The music is very relaxing, and the themes are interesting. We hope the developers read this; we have a request for a feature where you can hide completed levels. At this point, we have a whole lot of completed levels to scroll past to get the new levels or ones we just havent completed yet, and we think the interface would be improved with an option to hide completed levels. That said, we highly recommend this game. Its one of our favorites, one we try to get into each day.
We read about this app in a list of ad free games. We are so fed up with long ads across multiple screens when trying to play games, so this seemed like a dream. We made it through over 20 levels til we saw an adand if we could play that long before being served another, thatd be ok. But then there were ads every other level. Im so sad. Id be glad to pay a few bucks to avoid ads, support the really cool developers behind this interesting game. Ads might make this unplayable for us, unfortunately.
So for the most part the app is great. Seems to be getting slower and slower, or maybe that's just our iPad showing its age. But the app does have one serious, recurring issue: every month, it needs an update to allow users to play the new month's daily puzzles. WHY??? Why is it this cannot have a permanent fix? If the daily puzzles had a major change in format or function we could understand needing the occasional update, but we've had this happen multiple times. And until the app is updated to support the new month's puzzles, trying to access the daily puzzles causes the app to lock up. This is frustrating, to say the least. Otherwise the app is quite stable, and receives content update fairly regularly. We've been playing it for years and enjoy it. We hope the May update is forthcoming and will fix this unhappy issue once and for all (though we decline to hold our breath in anticipation).
The idea is fun and the puzzles can be challenging but it is kind of ruined by misspelled words on quite a few of the puzzles. We mean, its not like you cant Google how to spell a word. Also, words are repeated sometimes on the same puzzle.
Love this game but the daily puzzle has started to pop up with the answers already filled in.

Really glad they fixed the white issue. The new daily puzzles are great. Just wish more of the puzzles were easy-moderate (as most of them, especially the new ones are moderate-hard).
Honestly, we love the game. Its very stimulating to the brain, etc. Etc. But the amount of ads is very annoying. We get one after every level, and we tend to fly though the levels, so we get an ad every few minutes. We have more ads than we do game time at this point. We may as well just download those games being pushed instead of this one at that point, since we see the ad for the same few games more than we see actual gameplay for this.
HiI have enjoyed this game for a long time, now. We have restarted the whole thing two or three times, and STILL like to play. We really would like very much to see new levels added. Keep up the good work.

The music is relaxing, and the puzzles are challenging but not so difficult its impossible.
…but it no longer functions on our iPhone X. It will open to the Loading screen and freeze there, with music playing in the background. Ive restarted our phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app to no avail.
Our dad had this game on his phone, and we got it sally far on it, now and hat we have our own phone Ilitterally can not put t down.
So good we had to purchase another set! We like it because it is not timed which gives you time to think.
Time to come out with new packs please. Love this game.

We love this game! Its challenging, unique and very relaxing. The music is soothing and theres no extra fluff. A minimalists dream lol. It really makes you think before you make a move. We would love to see a dictionary for the words after the level is completed. We may even buy a package..maybe lol.
Really great word game, but a peaceful pace.
We really enjoy this game. Very challenging and a good opportunity to learn about topics you havent explored before. Our only concern is that it hasnt been updated in three years, and theres a very frustrating bug on the iOS version where if you change the screen orientation, the screen gets all messed up and you have to close and reopen the app to fix it. So you have to be careful not to turn your phone to the side. We want to buy the pack with all the levels, but Im hesitant to do so if the app is no longer being supported and updated, since it will eventually just stop working after enough iOS updates.
We love the ambient music and the clever but not so much it makes you feel stupid puzzles. However… The price even for a few themes is stupid high and the ads break the ambience.
Great game! Im addicted! We tested out the free version to see if Id like it. We LOVED it and am looking forward to new packs. The sizing is a little buggy on our iPhone XR. When we move on to the next game sometimes the sizing is HUGE and it fights back when we try to resize. Sometimes it takes three or four attempts to size it where we want it. A small annoyance for a game Im addicted to. Caught a few misspellings! Again, no biggie, cant even remember what they were. We cant comment on all the bells and whistles because we were too busy playing. The big disappointment for us is that we cant replay the packs.
We accidentally enabled icloud sync and we can't turn it off and we wold like watching adds for hints back and we paid money on things on a different device but we can't get them back.
This is a new twist on word games and puzzles, combining Scrabble and word scrambles. The game play is fantastic. But every time we complete a level or have to restart, the new game doesn't load. The app doesn't crash but we get a blank screen. We'd love to buy the full app but we certainly won't in this state. If the developer could reach out about fixing this, that would be much appreciated. By the way, the developer should also have a support section on their website, but they do not.
Love the challenge and the concept but wish you could shut off the music after you've started a game. We like listening to our choice of music. It will play over what we want to listen to. Found a workaround. If you love words your bound to love this game.
We love this game. Only annoying part that we recommend to the developers: there are times where we want to restart and we accidentally click a hint because its the same location. Recommend making a separate spot and giving the option to restart even if youre not wrong. Thanks for a great game though.
Awesome game but too many ads. The puzzle challenge is great. Good graphics. Relaxing music. But so many ads. Im playing through the first collection of puzzles and Im getting ads on every other puzzle. We get that ads help make the game possible but this a bit too much. We do realize we can buy the no ads option. However, we wanted to try out the game before making that decision. The ads are getting in the way of.
This game is genuinely challenging. It would make it more fun if there were modes to specify how challenging the user wanted it. For example, if they wanted to allow multiple undos for a single puzzle.
This is by far one of our favorite games the only frustrating part is that level 157 will not complete no matter how many times we can pass the level it will not let us go to the next chapter. Besides that issue its an amazing game! Hope this issue can get fixed soon. Thats the only reason we cant play any further.
We have loved this game for years but now that we have played all of the levels and packs 4 or 5 times again we need more levels added to current packs or different packs to buy.
This is by far the best crossword game out thier however it is not free you have to spend money to unlock more puzzels to play NOT FREE.
This game is so addicting. Our only complaint is Im almost done with all the levels and its been awhile since there was any update with new levels.
