Characters sometimes stop in the air after falling.

We’ve had this game for years and although we stop playing it for a while we always come back to it and get sucked in for a few hours/days at a time. Its simple, but not easy, we love the graphics and the music and of course the llamas. Our only criticism is that some of the challenges are pretty hard. Last time we stopped playing was because we could not get past a challenge and it became frustrating but we started playing again and made it past.

We LOVE THIS GAME SMMM!! We play all the time, and it’s so addicting! Plus you can play offline, so it’s our go-to if we don’t have service. The game is very immersive and relaxing, even if we lose. The game just gets harder as you go, which doesn’t make it boring. We could play this game for a while and stay occupied. The elders are really fun to run from, and overall the game just satisfies our need for speed. We love hitting long combos and grinding on banners. The only slight flaw we have with this game is during the night cycle, it gets kind of hard to see rocks and obstacles. Anyways, this game is 100% worth it! :)

Thank you for continuing to support iOS 12!

We have just completed all 180 levels of the game. It took us over a year. We remember playing this game when we were a kid we think it used to be free on android or something. We caught a glimpse of it in our memory (remembering that it was really fun) and googled aesthetic relaxing phone games to try and find it. Sure enough, we did, and now here we am!! We cant tell you how many attempts it took to get 250,000 points in one run. We gave up for a while since it was kind of impossible but then we made a run of 236,000 before dying. It was absolutely brutal but showed us it was possible. Anyway this is random and boring but all to say that we love this game!! It is totally worth it. Youll be coming back to it for months.

Experience was good just not a fan.

Absolutely love this game! From android to iOS, its great. However, android did have the option that after so many tries (about a dozen) that youre given the option of purchasing a goal with in game coins if youre unable to reach it. So far, we have not seen that for our iPhone. Im currently stuck and have been for days. Any helpful tips???

We absolutely love this game but the sound isn’t working!

This game is really relaxing as it is but the red lady that comes chasing after you after awhile is really annoying. We would like a version inside the game that would let you just soar through the map without having to be chased. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THIS AN IN-GAME PURCHASE.

Same awesome game we discovered on android! But wheres the coin doubler in the workshop?? That with a maxed out magnet timer keeps us playing for hours..

Been playing altos adventure and altos odyssey for years now and the only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is we’ve noticed a few of the later achievements have been glitched out for us, ie not unlocking when we clearly performed the goal in the run. Maybe an update will fix this.

The price of every item in this game is far to expensive. We mean you have to play 60hrs+ even to unlock the first couple of upgrades to your character. And the cast of characters are terrible. Each one is terrible at shredding the slopes. We think the objectives are unfair as well. It’s much to difficult to accomplish some of this level ups. At least one of these objectives, to accomplish a two triple backflips in one run took us at least upwards of 20hrs. We think this game is not for the faint of heart. I’d rate its difficulty rating at an 8/10, primarily because the backflip features are terrible for the characters and you almost always end up crashing.

Visually good. Gameplay good if you like infinite runner games. Would be more interesting with sound or music. There are sound and music faders in the settings but they dont do anything. Almost like the designers forgot something.

We want a refund on this app im not gonna play this game anymore so we just want our money back simple its a good game but we completely forget it exits until now.

So there are lots of bugs, the challenges are hard when you get deeper into it, and the items cost lots of money. We bought this game a day ago and we started playing 20 minutes ago. We were annoyed and first cause, well it was being annoying. Then we started to like it (READ TO THE END) ALTO STOPED JUMPING! We literally tried EVERYTHING. But he still wouldnt jump T-T. Also before that it took SO long to restart. Five to ten. What would u rate it? Id rate it 0. So ye we Kinda wish. Scratch that. Wish that we could rate this 0 stars. (This is just our opinion)

Dont waste your money on this game, it is horrible, awful graphics, and needs lots of issues fixed. Bad, bad, bad game. Go waste your money on something else, but not this developers games, looks like you lost a customer, Im never playing your games again until you at least make it so you dont have to start over every time you crash or fall in a chasm, if there was an option to rate your game zero stars, then we would do that.

The game clearly gates levelling behind maps that are specific to goals. We were a lot more interested when it seemed like this was procedurally generating content and you could just get lucky or unlucky. It became clear quick that the maps are specific to goals and intentionally make them harder to complete. This seems pretty lame and takes the fun out of what we thought was some awesome procedural generation, it clearly is not. Unfortunate. Getting lucky on a map can help people continue to progress despite some difficulty getting unlucky, this gating means people will just get hard stuck and quit. Fun while it lasted.

Amazing app, Its so simple and easy to play, music is great and you dont need WiFi to play so its definitely worth the five dollars.

Super Good Game Do Not Be Bully And Not Give It Five Stars. Good part If you swipe to the right then it zen mode.

We love Altos Adventure so much because we like games that are not to hard or to easy. We love to unlock new characters we are really close to unlocking the lama character. This is 2021 February 5 in case your like what year is this. How we discovered Altos Adventure is our Dad used to have it on his phone until people had to pay for it so he deleted it until like 2 and a half maybe years later we bought this game on our IPad. Yeah so a really good game we would recommend buying this although if you really dont like games where its kind of hard although Im talking about really dont like it you should probably hold off. So good game would recommend it!

We dont know how anyone could rate this any lower than a four. The quality of the game is great. Theres no glitches, no booting, or anything of that sort.

We love this game and only have on complaint, more of a request we guess. We wish you could turn on score on Zen Mode it wouldnt count towards leaderboards of course but we think it would be fun to be able to rack up a super high score with a game over.

Edit: not buggyuser issue. 5 stars. Love this game, have had it for years. Started playing it again and it is quite buggy. No sound except through earbuds. Does not allow switching to other apps or allow phone to go back into portrait mode. Last update was a year ago, it desperately needs another.

Game devs did a great job with this game. Its a beautiful game and has been our favorite game to play across multiple devices for more than a year. Sequel is a great game too. Hats off to you devs!

We love this game. We love the graphics, especially in sunsets. Amazing gameplay, we have encountered no bugs or glitches. This is literally an amazing game, amazing. Speechless.

Wow. We are simply blown away by this game. Ever since downloading this game, our life has improved exponentially. Our wife undivorced us, our skin is clear, our car started, our house is payed off. Im glowing! We do big backflip and we are happy. Good game recommend! Yes.

We love this game! Altos odyssey is an incredible sand boarding masterpiece, and this game is no less a work of art, if not more so, because of the challenge of the lost llamas! Peaceful, beautiful and serene yet challenging, Altos adventure will pull you into a wonderful snow boarding world. We recommend all the way!

Definitely one of the best mobile games out there the audio is amazing, the backdrop is stunning and the simplicity of the game is great. Awesome game!

When we were 6 years old we always played this games sadly we got a new phone and lost all our progress and now we love feeling the nostalgic love feelings we have for this game.

We’ve played, and loved, this game on our iPhone. We just downloaded it on our new iPad Pro, and theres no sound. Is there a sound issue? Update: no sound issue, but with iPad Do Not Disturb turned on, you do not hear any sound from the game even if you turn the volume up. Once toggle that switch, the game sounds spectacular on the iPad.

Alto’s Adventure is a beautiful, well-crafted game with few bugs and loads of amazing features. The game is really hard to get good at but easy to begin playing. We’re currently working on level 20 and we feel like the game is super well polished with little to no lag. Very good game, would recommend.

Been playing this game for years on and off. Recently we picked it back up again and am finally 2 levels away from completing it. We love this game and the art is amazing.

Extremely relaxing and calming.

So when we Play the game Im playing and soon we just go through rocks But it helps us Not die! So This game Rocks!

First what we love about the game. The music is awesome. The graphics, smooth and the story, love it. Now the one single flaw in his awesome game…….. Drum roll please….. Yes thats right, the misplacement of the pause button. Update: 11/24/2020 Well we were playing with settings of the game today and low and behold we discovered that we could move the pause button from the bottom left of the display to the bottom right. This makes the game much more enjoyable as we are not constantly hitting the pause button. We changed our rating from four stars to five. We love the game even more now that the pause button is out of the way. We want to thank the developers for replying to our review. We appreciate it and hope the Aldo series of games keeps evolving. Keep up the great work.

It has a really nice atmosphere to it and it is really fun trying to improve and finish challenges.

We have a few things to say: This game is AWESOME. No question. We love how when you ride down the mountain, you come upon so many unexpected obstacles. We love how that guy on a llama with a whip chases after you if you disturb it. But the three things that would make the game better is adding more characters, more obstacles, and more things in the map as you go. Other than that, we love this game.

When under high speed (especially after landing bonuses), the character wouldn’t pick up any items including coins and abilities. (bug) Weird boulder spawn during a grind. Is capable of knock off players while they are on grind. This shall be change to a boulder bounce instead of killing the player. (Bug) Death on ramps sometimes fails to render the character. What we mean is that death on the edge of ramp might lead to resuscitation of the character with a snowboard, tripped again, resuscitate with board, tripped again a fews time before actual death. Not really something that affects gameplay but fun to watch (Bug) The landscape generator could sometimes generates chasms during a long fall. Usually, the zooming of the camera during a chasm encounter would alarm players, but this along wont save them from game over unless they have wing-suit. (Improvement) The angle of attack at which we bounce from a boulders determines our speed at which we could sometimes come to complete stop leading to immediate death by elder chase. (Improvement) Wing-suit charge on paz shall be more generous, as we can easily activate it with other characters, but not paz. Can balance a bit more. (Improvement)

Beautiful, relaxing, addictive, just perfect.. Minus one thing.. When purchasing the game you can cross download on iPhone / iPad, and Apple TV. However, the developers as you to purchase the game again at $9.99 for Mac.. Its not a dealbreaker, just disappointing that Im unable to play Altos Adventure or Odyssey on our Mac Mini or MacBook Pro without spending more money. We thought maybe the workaround would be selecting the iPhone or iPad version on our M1 Mac but nope.. Thats been blocked by the devs meaning youre forced to purchase the game again to play on a computer. Hopefully this changes at some point. Other than that, the game itself is incredible and 100% worth purchasing. (At least once)

The game is fun over all, however, some of the challenges seem ridiculously hard and it feels like the game doesnt give you the opportunity to do them when you play. We are currently stuck on smash through 2 rocks with one boost and no matter how many games we play or how far we get there never seems to be two rocks close enough to do that.

Hi. Please fixed Altos Collection on PS5. Crashed after every chapters.

This game is neat and very well designed, here are some suggestions. First, can we be given the option of having the button for wingsuit on the other side of the screen? Second, when we pause, we are shown with option to restart. And if we press "restart" by mistake, there is no further confirmation dialogue, this is bad sometimes… Third, there is no obvious clue if we are doing proximity backflip, although it is shown when the move is almost finished, but it is late. Fourth, sometimes a combination of "bunting grind" and "kiss the rail" is shown as two "kiss the rail", this seems to be a bug. Fifth, when a "magnet" or a "llama horn" is passed after or during an "ice slide", they are likely to be missed. Sixth, we found no obvious clue of when Tupa can climb out from chasms. It would be great to make this explicit in the notes. Seventh, sometimes in a crash landing, the board will fly high up into the sky, this does not look realistic.

So Ill begin by stating that this game, as well as its sequel, Altos Odyssey, are both very enjoyable games. We’ve found myself returning to them three times now, to start from scratch and to play the games again. Our complaint is simple and fixable: you cant concurrently listen to your own music, podcasts, or other media during gameplay. Even if you have the game volumes turned down entirely, at least in Odyssey, your media will cease. There is no way to correct this without a patch. This is the only fix these games need. Theyre well programmed, theyre entertaining, theyre calming, and theyre rewarding. Thank you to the developers of this game, because youve inspired some coding projects of our own, and we look forward to seeing future iterations of Alto, as well as other projects. Very good work.

We play this game a lot, and because of that, we run into a lot of bugs. So many times have coins just not collected, or we die on a rock while boosted (and in the air, not near the rock), or was 1 offset from the ground and the game decided that wasnt good enough. We get about one bug per day of playing. Most runs we dont have any, but these will ruin your day.

This has always been our favorite game so Im sad that once we got a much better phone, the game is now glitchy. The faster we go the screen lags and the music even starts to lag. Ill miss this game.

We were all going well until we were suddenly unable to jump no matter where and what. Please fix this.
