Its so good and detailed and very playable and fun.
First of all this game is amazing. We read other reviews and maybe their mobile devices arent good for this game, but ours is perfect for this game. We play on an iPad so yeah!
This is what we remember. The controller support with Dualshock 4 seems pretty good too.
Great port, love it! Would love to see Max Payne 2 on iPadOS. These new iPads can take it we think.
Game is awesome but please make the warriors for mobile like how is that not on mobile yet PLEASE…… If any other people see this email rockstar and tell em we need warriors mobile.
Because we dont have any consoles we use our phone, this game is exactly how we remember it when we were younger on the Ps2 please make the fall of max Payne Im begging you this one was so freaking good.
We played the game with both controller and used the touch screen and had almost 0 problems. Loved the game.
If you want to have a better experience play it will then a controller. Any controller will do like a PlayStation or Xbox controller.
This is a really fun game. Really enjoying this game. Can you bring max Payne 2 and 3 to mobile as well please.

Wow. The nostalgia trip was insane! Brought back so many memories. We remember playing this on PS2 as a kid in the middle of winter in Chicago for hours on end. Graphics look much better than the original of course. Nothing special compared to todays standards obviously but definitely cleaned up and crisp. Not a huge fan of the amount of game they cut out of the mobile version (multiple levels) but it still works and is a pretty quick play in this version actually. Well worth the money and still such a fun and insanely well written game. Ahead of its time for sure. Classic!
This game is awesome! Only slight issues with sound direction, but other then that its amazing! It would be nice to have max Payne 2 on mobile.
When are you going to port the next one in the series. As well as man hunt? Cuz we bought this game years ago and love it now that the hardware can handle it show us what u got rockstar.

This is the first time we’ve ever wrote a review And its because this game plays exactly as it did on PlayStation! Controls could not be anymore perfect.
Love developers that continue to support the game long after release. Works perfect on our XS Max. Great job Rockstar. Now release Red Dead Redemption 1 on here for those of us who have never played it.
We’ve been an avid max payne fan for more than 10 years, this is a hall of fame type game in gaming and this mobile port is real good.
But can youns try and update the games textures to be more or at least close.
This was actually our first time experiencing this game (I hope we didnt just commit a sin by admitting that), but overall, it was a positive one. The game ran at a locked 60fps throughout our entire play through and we cant recall encountering a single bug while playing. A well earned five stars Id say! Our only disappointment came after completion of the story when we found that Rockstar had yet to port its sequel over to iOS! It runs on the engine and was originally released on the same platforms so Im hopeful its in the works as we type!
Its better than the other GTA mobile ports. Rockstar you gotta port Max Payne 2 into mobile.

We love this game so much we have so much good memories with this game It’s never gets old.
First time playing this game was on our iPad with our ps4 controller and l absolutely fell in love with the game!
Nothing to complain about besides that there isnt an Apple TV port. We’ve become so accustomed to switching back and forth from iPhone to iPad to MacBook to Apple TV that this seems a little strange that we cant do that with this game. We understand that certain apps dont convert well to Apple TV but video games seem like a no brainer. Especially with the Apple TV presenting itself more like a game console inside of a set top box. P.S. We would love to see Max Payne 2 on here; we know Im not the only one. Great job guys!!!

We purchased the rockstar collection just to have it years ago and now in 2021 Im playing Max Payne. We never knew this game was so epically ahead of its time every way.
Can you guys add max payne 2 thank you and keep up the good work.
The story is elegant, the gameplay is elegant, the controls, the attackers, layout, graphics, EVERYTHING is elegant! But, on PC, we wish gore was attached to this game including the NPC textures, immersive shooting on walls/bullet time slow-mo bullet sounds when it passes over you, yaddah-yaddah-yaddah.. Would need a lot of MORE elegance and perfection would you attached to this to make it more of a Max Payne enough game. And remember: be ready for the pain.
In some parts of the game when you fall from a tiny drop you will have to restart the level which makes us a little annoyed but other parts its real good.
Love the series could y’all possibly put Max Payne 3 on there too?

Character appearances could change instead of looking the same. Although the idea that Max is gunning and grinning is kinda amusing. There were a couple times we had to look up a walkthrough to get past a single part but it was pretty easy throughout the rest of the game. We hated the fact that after we get completely stocked up on guns, ammo, and painkillers, we end up losing them when he gets drugged and spoiler spoiler spoiler… But hey you get better guns later. Will the next one come out?
Honestly we thought the game looked stupid and we were bored so we thought hey why not just give this game a try since its made by rockstar games so we bought it and played it and actually fell in love with the game and enjoyed it so much that we stayed up late tel 6:00 in the morning so we were late to school but it was worth it and the game became so addictive that we played it in class and played it while walking back home, thats how good the game is and we consider adding L.A. Noire onto mobile or Grand Theft Auto IV but keep up the work and full screen the other GTA games on the App Store please rockstar.
Still waiting to see if they put Max Payne 2 on here would be awesome.
U must put aim at every weapon so we can beat aesir plaza boss and win dis gaem but eonestly we did laik et thaunk u ruckstaur games lol.
