One suggestion: please make the fresh rate 5 seconds for uninterrupted game play. Otherwise, beautiful graphics, many colorful and inventive HOPs and puzzles. Signs to find in each location (white silhouettes of various prehistoric animals). Button on each page lights up when finding an object.

The story is great and imaginative. The hops are very good and mixed. We especially like the challenging puzzle. Well worth the discounted price.

Kept us entertained throughout.

Take Jurassic Park, time travel, alternate reality and futuristic worlds and throw it in a blender with some awesome artwork and creative storyline and you get this beautiful game. Its creative, original storyline mixed with very realistic dinosaurs and futuristic technology. Play the trial and we think you will be buying this one! Verdict: Buy Buy Buy!

Im almost done and we probably played for six hours – we go slow and use all the hints. Not much sorcery, just dinosaurs. Nice characters and actually an interesting story that can be followed. Decent games and hops. Would have like to seen us flying the pterodactyl though!

We like these puzzles better than those that are evil and/or demonic in nature!

Great new style of storyline, with gorgeous, realistic graphics. Very thrilled to see this gem of a game! Multiple tasks hidden object scenes, good character voiceovers. Puzzles are looking unique and a teleporting map is provided. It’s looking like it is going to be quite an adventure. Will update our review as we progress. So far fellow adventure seekers, we wouldn’t pass this one up. This game is new and different for this series. So far, we are Very impressed and always up for a challenge! Thank You to the developers & Big Fish!!! Play & enjoy the eye candy ( smooth transitions as well) KdBoots.

Wonderful story line, intriguing locations. Lots of little touches that really elevated this game above the norm, such as intricate load screen, interactive elements, etc. Mini games were novel, easy to medium in difficulty. Hops were list with interactive elements. We dont play these games for the hops, so it didnt bother us that they werent cutting edge . As usual with Eipix, you can go back and get any collectibles you missed, which we really appreciate; sometimes you get caught up in the story, which is a good thing, and that shouldnt be punished. Engrossing game, well worth playing!

We would have played this but the thing kept crashing on us every time we touched the bug. To bad. Not worth it dont buy.

We enjoy the Amaranthine series. Love the vivid colors and compositions of the artwork in each scene. We found the game very entertaining and free of glitches.

We like the Amaranthine series, this was a good installment (I like dinosaurs, so there you go). However, it was hard to see on our iPhone, and the font was especially hard to make out.

It’s a shame that a game with a rarely-seen storyline, such as this one, spirals downward due to the inadequate supporting components elementary-leveled gameplay, mediocre graphics, and the old-schooled HOSs that lack innovative qualities. The explorative aspect of traveling to a world full of lush jungles, where the mighty dinosaurs roam the terrain, reminds us of the blockbuster movie Jurassic Park. In our opinion, this idea is unique because we cannot recall another HOA that embraced the creative fusion of "When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth," with scientific elements. Unfortunately, though, the storyline wanes as we progress, thus becoming predictable and uneventful. Additionally, the developers fail to take advantage of a scarce opportunity to allow players more direct interaction with the dinosaurs; instead, the dinosaurs’ roles are reduced to secondary status. The characters’ sapless personalities do little to add depth to the storyline, and their lips don’t always move when speaking. The visuals are tarnished by blurry, unpolished graphics something that doesn’t surprise us considering who the developer is. You can customize your settings. The inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. In custom mode, the teleport map facilitates brisk travel to labeled locations and indicates available actions. Transition between scenes is smooth and quick. The touch-sensitivity mechanics need to be adjusted; when interacting with inventory, we found it cumbersome at times to acquire and place items within the scenes. Gameplay is amateurish and offers a player minimal challenge; with limited backtracking, we are seamlessly zipping through this game. The HOSs are presented in multi-layered formats, and they include embedded puzzles; however, their types are run-of-the-mill, and they are scant of contemporary characteristics. The puzzles are thematic, and they suit the storyline. In our opinion, most of the puzzles, although imaginative, are solved through trial and error, resulting in tedium. For example, the totem puzzle is most frustrating and confusing, as you are lead to believe that you are heading in the right direction towards solving it, only to be met with a message indicating that you are out of moves. The collectibles are fairly easy to spot within the environment. Overall, this game joins the growing list of those that become lost in the shuffle due to the absence of the current-trending creativity needed to stimulate our imagination and to set this game apart. And, once again, as we’ve steadily been saying, we only purchased the game because an alternative is not available. We rate this game 3 stars to account for the refreshing dinosaur-themed concept. You should play the free trial before purchasing and decide for yourselves.

We really enjoyed playing this game. However, we ran into a glitch when the main character is in a cave that bounces the player right out of the app. It happened over and over again. Finally, we deleted the game and started over. We were then able to complete. Unfortunately, we tried to replay the game using a different profile and the same glitch reappeared.

Yes, it’s creative and cool when developers create whole new worlds. But sometimes they get carried away with whole new items and unique interactive areas. So a funky-shaped item means nothing to the player until they stumble upon a funky-shaped insert. Or strange alien tech means nothing to the player and thus we’d have no idea what to do with it. Which means, without the black-bar tips, many areas in this game ended up being a tap and drag all the inventory items to see if it’d work or not… Which gets tedious. So the game is more about guesswork and luck… Not about logic and intelligent action Btw… Research "The Bone Wars" … We are being lied to about dinosaurs.

Despite the refreshing storyline (dinosaurs plus advanced technology) and archaeology themed adventure, we didnt love this game. It had both positive and negative aspects, but if it didnt keep us entertained, what was the use? You could customize settings. The graphics were magnificent, although they lacked clarity. The cut-scenes were mesmerizing. We actually understood the storyline. Inventory was labeled and interactive and there were complex items to assemble. There was an excellent marked teleport map to transport you instantaneously between locations. At each location you must collect a cave drawing symbol. The gimmick in this game was a kinetic beacon; we wont go into details. The HO scenes were typical of EIPIX; there was nothing fabulous about any of them but there was variation. You were also given the option to play a bubble popper game. We were not impressed with the variety of puzzles/games. They were either extremely simplistic or fell under the boring rotational genre, leaving us with an overwhelming sense of tedium. Once again, EIPIX fell short on quality assurance, because there were touch screen sensitivity issues at play, while trying to apply inventory items and also when trying to combine them during the HO scenes. In addition, this game was extremely short, inclusive of the bonus adventure. We dont believe we will want to replay this game, but we purchased it for lack of something better to do. We enjoyed the gorgeous scenery and the basic gameplay but not much else. Our review will stand at 3 stars. Note to KimTwilight: at least Bordan was cute! Happy gaming everyone!

We would have given this game 4 stars but this is the 4th game in a row we’ve played that doesnt give any indication of areas of interest despite offering this in the difficulty section.

The story was awful, worse than none at all. If you just like collecting stuff and doing puzzles, it might be okay. But nothing hung together. It didnt make sense.

We were going to pass on purchasing, after a mediocre trial, but we were intrigued by the hidden objects, so we bought it, and wish we didnt. The map isnt intuitive, half the time you have to tap repeatedly to get an object to fit where you know it should go, and there is so much pointless back and forth that we are constantly using the map. The story is boring. We recommend that you pass on this one.

Right away the hook that was supposed to attach to the Boulder get stuck in a tree or branches or whatever either way we could not move the hook we had to turn the game off delete it and reinstall it.

We are disappointed in this game. Very little hidden objects scenes which is what we look for in a game.
