The puzzles are satisfyingly challenging, the design is beautiful and the game is a great way to spend some time challenging your brain. Love it!
Okay, so it took us a minute to figure out how the game works, and another minute to figure out how to actually win a level. Once there, though, this game ROCKS. You get the crossword portion with the clue for the words, and then the puzzle bit. So fun, its tricky and addictive!
The game is simple and simplistic in its nature yet it is pretty engaging for something to quickly kill time. It saddens us that the developers didnt really go far with this game and Im sure the game would be pretty fun had the developers come out with new content. We would love to see more of the packs come out with extensions to others and entirely new packs, outside of that could be different languages to purchase and whatnot. Even new mechanics to enunciate the puzzle aspect like more than two words to figure out or diagonal tile switches would be insane. The minimalistic approach to the game is mesmerizing and soothing to play with. Overall we really enjoy the game. Price is a bit too much for the lack of levels, but personally we dont mind.
This game is completely different from any other word game we have seen. We usually have no trouble with word games, and have been surprised at finding it challenging to wrap our brain around the unfamiliar procedures in this one! We are finally beginning to see success. Give it a try and see what you think.
Good game but having an issue after watching an ad, stuck at empty screen, each time we have to restart the app.
We like this one because its a bit tougher than most games like this and there are no ads. Let us say that again: GOOD & NO ADS.
We reinstalled this game to realize that it is now free and has ads… We thought it was fine until we realized that the developers must not care about their fans who paid money to download the game because we hit restore purchases thinking it would remove ads for being a previous owner before it became free but no now we have ads to deal with. Still a very creative game that used to be super fun… Without ads that is.
We really enjoy this gameits casual enough to play when you have a few odd minutes to kill, and it gives your brain a workout! Our only complaint/suggestion is that some of the clues are really not good. We know figuring out the antonyms is a big part of the game, but its frustrating to not be able to beat a level because the clue is off. Because of this we’ve lost interest for a few weeks at a time. We think the problem is that the syntax of the clues isnt as consistent or intuitive as it could be. We would suggest patterning the clues after crossword clues: one thing they do is give hints as to what part of speech you are looking for. For example, on level 274 the clue is amount change, and the answers are increase and reduce. The clue implies (to crossword solvers at least) that the antonyms will be nouns, because the clue itself is a noun phrase; however reduce isnt a noun. This discrepancy makes the clue misleading. Making the parts of speech uniform would improve this clue. The clue say change amount, which implies action aka verbs. OR reduce could be switched to reduction, so everything would be a noun. (Thanks for putting up with the novel)
Occasionally when opening the app, it doesnt load and just shows the two colors, or after completing a puzzle. The game is great and keeps our attention, but we cant get more than three puzzles done without it breaking.
This game seems super fun so far (albeit a bit difficult for us lol) and Im really enjoying the puzzle aspect of it! However whenever an ad ends and we go back to playing, we just see the blue and green split screen. Nothing will load or happen and we have to close out of the app and reopen to continue playing :(( Id really like to keep playing but its getting really annoying.
We like the game. Fast, but works your brain. And lots of additional "packs" for sale. BUT … The developer’s promo for his/her other puzzle games is seriouly annoying, and there seems to be no way to disable it. I’d pay a couple of dollars just for that feature.
We really like this game, but everytime we get an ad the game stops working.
Its fun but theres always an ad after the first level you play when opening the app and then the app glitches after the ad plays so you have to quit and restart the app in order to play the next level.
Ngl this is a fun game but after every game it has an add then stops working and we have have to reset the app.
One time we got an ad just because we changed the sound settings. Good game but the ad frequency makes it unplayable.
We wholly understand why free apps have ads on them, unfortunately this game has frequent apps stopping game play even as youre first learning the skill needed to play. You get no time to see how youd enjoy the game if given time to play uninterrupted. While its an interesting concept, Im deleting it because we refuse to pay for something we cant effectively evaluate.
We really like this game, but it has a couple bugs and a lot of ads. Every time we finish a level, it kicks us out of the game along with giving us a 30 second un-skippable ad. Very annoying. Good game otherwise! (Sorry for weird font)
We love the challenge of figuring out what the opposites are and then how to get them. The ads, however, are annoying, too many, and LOUD.
Strange format. Games load without any available moves or any way to get to help or the menu.
Ads and prompts for reviews are incessant (every 2-3 puzzles). We can understand ads, but here is our review.
We like the concept of the game, and we usually love word games, but we can only get through a level or two before an ad pops up. Which would normally be fine, except every time we finally exit out of the app, the app just stops loading and all that is visible is the background. Im not going to repeatedly close and open the app just to play it.
The word puzzle portion is generally clever if standard but the pathway to do so follows no particular logic and simply results in guessing. Ultimately it is just meaningless gameplay.
This game at first appears to be one where you tap the box of the letter which doesnt belong to achieve the antonyms. However this is not at all what the game really is. Its all about knowing which box to touch and when with no way of figuring that out. It is incredibly unintuitive and incredibly frustrating. When you tap on a certain box, it doesnt change the box you tapped, but rather multiple boxes which werent touched. An incredible disappointment! Do NOT recommend!!
The game wont work after an ad plays so you have to close it and re open it and then it shows you an ad right away and then the game wont work after the ad so you have to close it and open it but then an ad plays and it wont work.
Not entertaining or mind boggling. Poor interface.
The game is great we just wish it didnt crash and need to be closed and reopened literally every single level after the ad.
The app itself seemed fun and interesting at first up until the ads set in. Every time we play a level it’s another ad, and that alone wouldn’t be too horrible if it weren’t for the fact that every time we finish watching the app itself completely stops working and we have to exit out of the app to fix it. Then, when we get back into the app it’s another ad. That’s a strikeout for us and we’re heavily disappointed in how the game it turned out.
The amount of stress this stupid game caused us. We dont like to release anger out onto the internet but the way this game ripped everything inside us to shreds, made us cry. If you get angry easily dont play this game. We only got on like level 6 and we wanted to throw our phone across the room.
Barely got to try the game because every time we skipped an ad, it returned to the two tone game screen and did…. Nothing. Just a blank game screen with no game.
The worst and most stupid game we’ve played in the App Store. Would rate negative stars if we could.
Beautiful design and great game mechanics. While its true that the game is worth it to pay for ad-removal, we wonder if theres a way to encourage upgrading without the obnoxious ads? We think a game this good deserves a more refined way to make money. Maybe lock out the user from playing more than a certain number of rounds per day until they pay for unlimited access?
Thats a poop load of puzzles for free. The $1.99 to remove ads is a friggin steal. Thanks for the fun game.
Unique and ingenious little word puzzle! Not only do you have to figure out the clue and guess the related words, you also have to figure out how to get there! We’ve just started and we imagine this will get more and more challenging! Love the graphics and sound effects!

Its one of the best apps that we install these days. Whenever we have free time, we spend time doing this. Fun and useful.
Game works well but gets boring fast. Definitely challenging though.
When you spent almost as much time being force-fed ads as you do playing, it gets old fast. We dont mind a free game, and paying with our time watching ads, but NOT every 3rd game, etc..
The gameplay is clever and innovative. Too bad this developer has hit us with one of the worst things you can do to a game: play video ads really often (every couple of levels) with audio that does not respect the in-game sound setting (which we almost always have off) and no way to buy an ad-free upgrade. Thats three strikes, youre out. The only surer way for a developer to lose our support is to fail to respond to support requests (which we havent had to do with this game yet, as it works just fine)thats a one-strike out. Two stars because we do enjoy the concept, but no more than that until the developer frees us from obnoxious ads.
We got it free, but there are too many ads. There is an ad every other level and, as if that werent bad enough, it takes two screens and two clicks to get past them. There doesnt appear to be any way to buy your way out of them, so DELETE. Too bad; it may have been fun, but at the point where we got fed up with the ads the only challenges were the ads themselves.
The pop-ups in between levels that are really just ads for other games to install are really annoying. That is the reason we gave it a one star.
And still has in-app ads. Ridiculous.
Elegant game combining the two elements!
We love that we first bought this on the Mac App Store and our progress synced with the iPhone version when we bought it. Its a simple enough word puzzle game but its minimal and aesthetically pleasing so you can pick it up and do it whenever. Helps us relax! No stupid in app purchases, plenty of content… Keep up the good work!

We know the answer to the question, but touching the letters that dont belong makes it worse…… We didnt get past the first one. So we guess we must be real stupid!! Even tried it with touching the letters that belonged…. Nope…. So it doesnt matter if you know the answer….. Its completely about if you know the right box to touch, and we’ve done it 10 times now and we obviously dont know which box to touch….. This game has nothing to do with knowing the answer its knowing the correct box to touch….. Total waste of 2 bucks!!! Because it only makes you feel bad about yourself for not knowing the correct box….. We thought games were supposed to be fun…… Not this one!!
We love this game. We like its design and how simple it is and how often we find myself calling myself a big "GOOF!" Very fun and we would recommend it. Very relaxing too and we bet it would make somebody with OCD’s day so much better. The cool thing is that you dont buy it and have fun for the first 5 five minutes but then end up deleting it like Kechapps games. Great game, is a must install.
Can you include the tutorial again so we can reference it when we play? Im not sure we follow how to completely play and feel its largely luck, not skill, that gets us to unlock the words.
